I really loved the experience of getting a tattoo from Cei. His office is quiet, tranquil, and welcoming. He has a wonderful warm personality and is a great conversationalist. I love the art that he created for me!

Cei was so friendly and the environment of the studio was perfect for my first tattoo. He was easy to work with and had great professionalism and knowledge of tattooing. 10/10 would go back again! :)

Cei is an amazing artist, and I feel so incredibly grateful that I get to carry this artwork with me through life. I am obviously biased, but these are the best portraits I have ever seen of each of these animals. Finding Meadowlark was one of the best things I have ever done. Working with Cei on my first tattoo was effortless and he knew exactly what I wanted. I went to Cei on a recommendation; I was looking for artistic input and trauma-informed practice because its my first tattoo, in a sensitive location, and meant to cover up a trauma mark. The Meadowlark Tattoo shop is located in an adorable carriage house and is extremely clean and professional. Cei is the most patient and understanding tattoo artist I have ever encountered. He really takes the time to get to know what you want and to work WITH you on how to execute the vision. He is an awesome artist with the ability to weave multiple aspects into one design that will work with your body. Ive gotten two tattoos from him already and they are quickly becoming some of my favorites.

Cei is extremely talented, easy to talk to, informed and patient. Qualities in Cei that I admire are his interest and availability to advocate for justice for all. I like this artist a lot and trust them to mark my body and look forward to working with him again. If you’re looking to get a well done tattoo that is individualized and personalized to your taste, but also enjoy the experience, Meadowlark Tattoo is the place to go. I’ve been to several different places around town but the artist really makes the difference and Cei is a great artist. He’s patient, listens to what you’re looking for, and is cool to talk to. It’s worth the wait to get a tattoo if you want it to represent you in the best way. I don’t normally do reviews but, I like to represent businesses who’s personal values are reflected in their business practices, that do their best to change the industry they’re in, for the better. This was my fourth tattoo and out of the four studios I have been to, I can honestly say this was the best experience Ive had getting a tattoo. Cei put a lot of thought into my piece and how to incorporate it into my other work. He was patient with my suggested changes and made me feel comfortable the whole time.
