The store was great with great sales. However, it was a lil cramped, and prices are significantly higher than they were just a couple of years ago! $65 to get my granddaughters ears pierced.. thats crazy! Prices went as high as $90+. The ladies that did her ears were not very experienced either. One did pretty great, but the other got hung up on the earring with the gun causing pain to my granddaughter. It hurt my soul to see her cry. Thankfully, the tears didnt last long once they were done pulling that gun off. I feel if they are going to charge so much, they need to at least have experience with the job and with little ones.

I recently went here to get a few pairs of earring, nothing special. When I walked in, I noted the store was so well organized, and the employees were incredibly friendly. I would definitely recommend if you need decently priced accessories or other trinkets.

Wish I could give 0 stars. I schedule a 5pm eat piercing appt for my 3 year olds birthday. I walk in at 4:59 and the only worker is already piecing another kids ear. She never greets me or anything as me and my family stands there for 5 mins. She finishes up with that kid and proceeds to their sibling. What I thought was 1 kids was 3. What was supposed to be a 5pm appt had not turned into 5:30 and still waiting as she rings up customers. Long story short, I will never be back here nor recommend. Also, the employee is Sara (no h as she told me to put). VERY rude employee!

My daughter and I got our ears pierced here today. My daughter was so excited and also terrified. Kitt and Kelsey were SO patient, didnt push, waited til she was ready...and shes so happy with them! So thankful for both of them being so kind to work with a little girl with big feelings and a lot of emotions! We had a great experience.

My granddaughter was helped in getting what she needed by a pleasant employee. My complaint is that it is so cramped inside due to a small store and making our time in there short as too many people to be able to look at things easily.

The adore was clean and stocked. The employees was very helpful and very informative about the products and upcoming events and sales. Also was very informative about my ear Piercing and how to take care of them.

If you are wheelchair bound, this store is definitely not meant for you to shop in. Couldnt fit a wheelchair in between shelfs Id say they need to find a bigger location inside the mall so their customers can move about better

Ive shopped here many times without issue until today. I tried to buy a stack of clearance jewelry and I asked if everything rang up the right price. Both Jen and adreanna said they did, but the total looked off. When I looked at the receipt, something rang up $9.99 instead of $2. I was told it must have been a mistake and it didnt belong there. I showed her the tag and that there were others marked the same on rack. They again said well its a mistake, nothing we can do. I asked for when manager was around and they claimed they were. So I asked her to void items and rering other items. They were very rude, especially andreanna. It was clearly the stores mistake, not mine, so the rude tones from the were not necessary.

I’ve always had a good experience here. Had my kids get their ears pierced and not once did I ever had a negative encounter or anything of it. The employees are always friendly when we visit. Now if you look at the user who posted 2days ago. You can see that all she does is post negative reviews for the points. I wouldn’t listen to it.

They were busy but my daughter wanted her ears pierced the lady took care of us in a timely fashion and thankfully had another ear piercer there so they tag teamed and got her ears pierced at same time definitely recommend asking them that makes it easier

I came here with a large group. We each had daughters getting ears pierced it took 1.5 + hours to get through the piercing line which was just crazy. As I was filling out paper work the worked mentioned how she didnt know why so many people were here to watch one kid get their ears pierced even tho it was 3 separate families with 4 girls getting piercings. They automatically check you want the higher priced cleaner which btw is just watered down bleach.

To many people in the store at the same time. There was no way to social distance. I went back out to see how many people were allowed and the sign posted said 38. There is no way 38 people would even fit in that small store. We just ended up leaving you couldnt get to anything to look anyway

The store was messy and junk was left on the floor. Was shopping with my girlfriend and the lazy staff called security on us for no reason.

I was in town for a family visit the employees were so nice and helpful and that the store was clean even after black Friday!

Got my ears pierced here for the first time years ago and I love their majority of earring options to choose from! Every time Im in town I always go get more earrings!

Didnt expect to spend 59.99 to have my daughters ears re-pierced but she did a perfect job lining up the new piercings.

Only one person working. Ended up walking out waiting on someone to check me out. I wasnt the only one. Lost sales for attention to the free piercing.

The staff is hit and miss, this day was a miss. The product is the same quality as it has always been, which is good.
