I had a wonderful experience with the WestBend location. I made my appointment online which was fast and so efficient. I was able to complete all my paperwork online. I arrived 10 minutes early. The designers help me choose my stack and were very helpful and so kind. Rowan is pricey but worth it in my opinion. They are so professional and the shop is gorgeous and very clean! Great experience and I love, love, love my stack!

My first experience bringing my 7yr old daughter was the best. She was nervous but they put her at ease. The staff was kind polite courtesy I will definitely come and I recommend them highly. You wont be disappointed.

Nurse Brianna was wonderful! I brought my daughter for her first piercing and I also had a piercing done. We had such a fun mother daughter experience and are looking forward to bringing my younger daughter here when she’s ready! We will always recommend Rowan and Nurse Brianna!

We brought our 3 months old here in February. In may the back of her ear grew a bump, we came back only to be told “i dont know” to all our questions on what it is, what to do and how to care for it. We only chose here because they claim to be nurses, if you as a healthcare professional dont know how to properly pierce or even give useful information why will i chose you over a regular piercing shop.

We loved this place! We took our 2 month to get her ears pierced and they were super sweet and we liked a earring but they told us that it was big for her ear lobe and showed us the difference which was super helpful!! They were so gentle with my baby girl as best as they could..!Then I had some Cartlidge earrings that no one could remove becuse the tattoo shop I got them at 4 years ago put flat backs twist and tightened them too tight!!! the sweet lady was making sure she wasn’t hurting me and she was doing great and got them off and got new earrings that come off easy now and beautiful!!!

Got my flat done and it came out so pretty! They were clean, fast, transparent, efficient. The only reason I took away a star is because their earring choices could have been better. They didn’t have too many to choose from so I had to pick one that I was okay with but will probably end up changing out when it’s fully healed. For a $95 earring that is definitely a slight disappointment. Other than that no complaints

I got a helix piercing here back in February. The piercing itself was great but the customer service was awful. The girl working the register/front desk was super unfriendly and seemed like she didn’t want to be there. However the girl who pierced my ear was wonderful. For the price, I would not come back here again. I will definitely be going to a regular shop from now on.

I specifically booked an appt here to get a needle piercing for my 7 year old daughters ears. When I checked in for the appt., the employees asked her age. I said 7. They then tried to convince me to do the device piercing and I said no, I specifically want a needle piercing. The nurse than told me the device was not that same as is use to be. I asked does it do the same think as a needle? She said no. I said no, I want to needle. After way to much back and forth, she finally agreed. At this point, I wanted to leave, but I had already prepped my child for getting her piercing and knew if we left, prepping again would not be successful. We did receive the needle piercing and surprise! the employees were all so impressed that she was fine. Over all a terrible terrible experience as the mother. I should have found a piercing parlor instead of this location....

I’m going through a mid-life crisis and I’ve been itching for a piercing. I saw this place the last time I went to Pressed so after Saturday brunch, I drug my family with me to get a piercing. There was a slight wait because a friend group was getting pierced but my experience was great. I bought my daughter some cute earrings and I got my helix pierced. I’d recommend! I love that it’s nurses doing the piercings.

I had gotten my conch pierced here a when they first opened, and had a great experience, so when my youngest (4yo) wanted to get her ears pierced, I knew I wanted to bring her here (a little less intimidating than the tattoo parlors, and better quality than other stores). It was a fantastic experience and we can’t speak highly enough about the staff! So friendly and were able to do both ears at the same time.

I would not reccomend buying jewelry from here the stones fall out and they will not refund you for it. They only will replace it. Which if it wasn’t defective jewelry I would not mind but since they have a quality issue I prefer a refund.

I’m giving three stars because the technician I had was great. The rest of the experience was zero star quality. No one speaks to you when you walk in. I’ve been on three separate occasions. Between my daughters and my piercings, I spent well over $1000. I asked to use the restroom and I was directed across the street to another establishment where I hadn’t spent a dime. I did not go. I wrote a review on their site and the response was if they are busy no one can walk you to the bathroom in the back room. There were three employees in the store and two customers., my daughter and me. As a 45 year old woman, I get really tired of being told by an 18 year old that they don’t have a bathroom. Yes, your store does have a bathroom. You just won’t allow me to use it. Ridiculous. GGO TO STUDS IN DALLAS!

Don’t do it. The whole nurse thing is a gimmick. The earrings are over priced, and the person who will pierce your ears is not experienced. The piercings are not even and pierced at an angle so it’s hard to put the earring correctly in the hole. They use a piercing gun so it’s more of a tear than an actual pierce. Wish I didn’t come here tbh

From setting the appointment online (with only a few minutes away mind you), to being walked through the options available, to picking the placement, and actually piercing— it was a breeze! Everything was so clean and quick and less intimidating than a previous piercing at a tattoo parlor. Would 10/10 recommend!

I wanted to get my ears pierced today and decided to try Rowan. Making an appointment was super easy online. I arrived early for my appointment and from the time I walked in until the time I left everyone was really nice and helpful! I definitely recommend giving this place a try! They do infants piercing as well, I saw 3 little ones getting their ears pierced and it was quick.

Awesome experience! We scheduled appts from out of town. Called to ask questions and whoever answered was very nice and helpful in ensuring we would all be able to go in and get pierced together. When we went in all employees were very friendly and welcoming. The nurse who pierced us was extremely knowledgeable, careful and patient with my one year old. When my mother in law wanted to get a spur of the moment piercing, she allowed us to include her and helped her get all signed up. The studio was clean and very cute. Definitely recommend to everyone! So much comfort in knowing a licensed nurse was the one to pierce, especially my one year old daughter.

Fantastic experience! I’m a perfectionist, and I wanted our kids to have their ear piercings to be “just right” since they’ll have them always. Courtney was the RN that helped us, and didn’t make me feel awkward for caring about that. She was detailed and thoughtful. The process was quick, the kids had fun and they love their new pierced ears! We did the device piercings- it was smooth and non- traumatic (nothing like Claire’s when I was a kid) and are so pleased with the results. I’m grateful for an option other than a tattoo parlor for professional piercings. I highly recommend Rowan Studios. It’s 100% worth the investment in QUALITY!

My friend and I stopped by Rowan (on Dec 16, 2023) unsure if we wanted piercings. We were there around 11:30am and there were open walk-in appointments for noon, so when we decided we wanted to go forward there were plenty of options available. We were impressed with the jewelry quality and the kind staff, who made us very comfortable and gave excellent recommendations on jewelry, piercing placement (I was unsure and the team member helped me decide on a conch piercing), and expectations for pain level. When we did our piercings, she listened to our preferences (I didn’t want to see in the mirror and she turned the chair the other way) and talked us through exactly what she was doing step-by-step. We are both in our mid-20s, but most of the other folks in the store were little ones! Seems like the perfect, comfortable environment for a kid. I would highly recommend anyone in the Fort Worth area check out Rowan for ear piercings!

Greeted with attitude and immediately felt unwelcomed. I walked in without an appointment because I was unable to book online but I read on the website that walk ins are welcomed. The male receptionist was incredibly rude and would not even look at me when he was talking. Decided not to wait till their next available appointment and went to the southlake location and was treated amazingly! Made me feel so welcomed. Will not be recommending the Fort Worth location to friends.

I do recommend this place 100%. I specifically wanted someone licensed for my 3 month old. Their nurses are very professional and detail oriented. I definitely appreciated how sweet our nurse was to my little one. She made sure we were halt happy with the placement before the piercing and after. Made my husband and I feel at ease and have a great experience overall. They have complimentary aftercare 21 days later and give you the date of when you can change earrings out to new ones. Will most definitely be coming here for future piercings.

We took our 8 yr old and 11 month old to have their ears pierced about a month ago. (We had a rough experience with sweet and sassy.)The staff was so friendly and very patient with us as we chose our jewlery and tried to decide if we still wanted to pierce the babys ears. Since then the babys earring has come out 3 times, and unfortunately the 3rd time, I was not able to get it back through. I reached out to their support team simply to see how long we needed to wait to have it done again. They responded within hours and went above and beyond to accommodate us once again. We are scheduled to have her ear re-done and we will definitely continue visiting Rowan for any future piercings. Thank you so much Rowan!

Awesome!! After booking, I received a complimentary txt from a nurse to answer any questions. We arrived a little early for our appointment, but they were more than happy to get is in asap. My daughter (13) chose to have her two lower lobes done on each ear; a total of 4 piercings. The nurse was precise with placement & made the experience as painless as possible. My daughter left with a big smile on her face! :)

Rowan is Amazing and worth every penny spent! My 6 year daughter was obsessed with touching her ears at school and got an infection on her newly pierced ears 6 weeks later. The small studs had become embedded in her ear lobes, and she was in much discomfort. I took her back into Rowan and a nurse took care of her right away! She removed the earrings, cleaned everything up, and got us a new set of studs that were better suited for my daughters swollen ear lobes. I am so I thankful I trusted Rowan with the job of my piercing my daughters ears and can count on them when things go wrong!

We took our baby here for her lobe ear piercing. As first time parents, it was extremely important to my husband and I that we select a piercer that was knowledgeable, safe, and sanitary. I learned about Rowan via social media and commercials. I love that licensed nurses perform the piercings. Upon arrival everyone was very welcoming and courteous. The facility was open and clean. Nurse Courtney took her time to explain the process to us, help us select earrings, mark the location for the piercing on my baby girls’ ears and make sure we also liked it. Rowan has the cutest earrings and they are all hypoallergenic and fairly priced. All the piercing is done by licensed nurses who have been trained in piercing and wound care. They make piercing and shopping so much fun.

Walked in at 6:30pm and immediately felt like we were interrupting a conversation while waiting to be greeted. The shop was completely empty with 2 ladies at the counter that worked there. We came to get my daughters ears pierced only to be told that “We usually take walk-ins, but can you book an appointment?” After being guided to scan their QR code and not seeing any available appointments left for the day, the girl at the counter says, “Well we are waiting for someone who’s late right now”.. and we weren’t able to be seen and directed to the site again for another day. Even though she said they take “walk-ins” and they don’t close until 7pm. Felt racially biased. Very disappointing.

The staff here are very patient and informative! They allowed me to take my time making a selection. They listened to my traumatic experiences related to my ear piercing from earlier this summer and evaluated them to determine if they were ready to have them done again!

LOVED this place. I went to get my babies ears pierced and had a great experience other than the nurse had to re-pierce one of her ears because my baby moved but she didn’t charge me the piercing for you she just did the earrings which was amazing and then we lost the back of her earring because she kept pulling at them and they did a free replacement just for the back.

Love the ladies here- took good care of us as a walk in and fit us right in!

I got pierced there twice and it was great! I got needle and device and had zero issues with either. They explained everything and I felt very comfortable! I will definitely go back if I decide to get more!

Overall I enjoyed my experience. The reason for 3 stars was due to a nurse who did not attend us seemed to have an attitude about the earrings we chose. The lady at front told us we can choose any of the earrings from this little stand so we chose the hearts just because they were cute. The nurse then came up to us and said that the earrings were too big and would get snagged with clothings which is understandable. I just wish she would’ve told us without an attitude and that they would’ve told us from the beginning what’s actually appropriate for our child’s ears. We did change the earring for one that were better suited. The nurse who did assist us was amazing and kind and did agree to change out the earring but difference was she was kind about it. She did mention the earring we chose was really good due to the fact of the back of the earring and the space in between the earring would help during the healing process. Overall they could’ve just educated us and told us what actual earrings were better suited for babies rather than just telling us we can choose any then have an attitude about it. Nice place but I won’t recommend it nor come back.

They don’t fully communicate everything upfront. I’m not sure if they’re also understaffed but it took 3 ladies way too long to acknowledge we were kindly waiting, just to find out we could have been spending the time filling out our waiver. Unsure if there’s discrimination going on but we had an appointment and were treated like inconvenient walk-ins. That said after everything the vibe wasn’t quite right for us personally and we ending up leaving.

Denicia was absolutely the best. She was kind and friendly to both of us. My wife is transgender and we were both a little concerned about what the reception might be to her, but it was such a wonderful warm experience that I bought a pair of 14k earrings too just to give Rowan more business. You’ve got a lifelong customer. Denicia thank you for making this a happy positive experience for us!

Took my two year old here and had an awesome experience! There was two people working so they were able to get both ears at once, Courtney did a great job walking through each step with her, letting her know what was happening. I would definitely take her here again over anywhere else! Super impressed with the workers and the store we will for sure be back again. ☺️

Best place to go for piercings. They even help you plan out designs if you want multiple piercings.

Rowan Piercing is amazing! Just moved back to Texas from Europe and I am so happy to find this incredible piercing studio. I brought my 5 yr old here for her first piercings last week and she’s already asking for more! ;) It then made me want to add more to my collection, so I did another piercing today! Thrilled to find a safe piercing space. Also the nurses and staff are beyond helpful and friendly!!

Great place for a piercing and awesome jewelry. Just ask about pricing first or you’ll be in for a huge sticker shock. It’s definitely not your tattoo shop piercing place. My conch piercing is healing nicely. Much better than other previous piercings.

Wiggly 9 month old came out with uneven piercings. Had to be redone. I can understand its mainly due to babygirl not staying still, but even after second attempt they came out even more uneven. Staff was nice. Place was clean. It wasnt the experience I expected and I wouldnt put baby through it again.

Ugh. I didn’t want to pierce baby girl at first. But we couldn’t have picked a better spot given my apprehensiveness. Professional, knowledgeable staff who put me and mom at ease. Quick, sanitary, piercing process. Good and fair selection of bling for baby girl. Thanks Rowan for the expertise!

Melanie was GRAND! Unfortunately, I didn’t catch the other nurse’s name but they were both AMAZING. I got a conch piercing and my (very strong and loud) 1 year old got both lobes pierced. They were extremely patient and both did so good with us both. Recommend 1000%!

Wonderful experience for our 6 month old!

Do NOT take your baby here for ear piercings. For one, the studs stick out way too much for a baby, which can easily get caught on something, two they don’t have screw backs, which makes the earrings easily able to fall, which is what happened to my grandchild. Not even 24hrs & fell out. The other one was stuck in the small hole of her pacifier. The offer given was, “we do offer free piercings”, umm, NOT needed as I was able to put it back in her ear. The young girl, said, “IT HAPPENS” oh really? How many times has someone called in regards to the same situation I did? No one…..EXACTLY my point!!! I asked to have the manager call me. NO CALL!! Not surprised, as I’m pretty sure they don’t quite care much. It’s just an overpriced boujee location not made for babies or children. Please do your research & find a kid friendly piercing location. Also in the website it says they don’t use piercing guns, pretty sure I saw those used. Unless I’m just too ignorant to know the difference. Apologies there. And I surely doubt ANY nurse performs the piercings, to be quite frank the one we had, seemed a bit off. But it’s only MY opinion…right? Not asking for a refund, but just to let others know to be aware, a location may look nice, but doesn’t quite mean it’s the best. Not everything that glitters is GOLD! ✌🏽

Came in with a friend, we had a great experience. Abigail is friendly and professional. Lavette was very friendly as well. They both took time to show and explain the different kinds of earrings.The manager also took the time to greet us which nice.

We decided to make a last minute appointment for our two month old and canceled our appointment with Claire’s and I am sooo glad we did! The cleanliness and customer service at this location was beyond our expectations and the two nurses that performed the piercings at the same time were the sweetest. If you’re considering making the appointment, this is your sign!

Overall quick and simple experience. A few things to consider that I wish I knew prior to coming:1. If your appt is at 10, do not bother showing up 10 min prior as per stated and requested in the email. They will not open until 10am. not a minute sooner.2. Pretty pricey, doesn’t include cleaning solution, will be an extra $20.00As stated, overall okay experience and customer service.

Not a bad piercing but not full disclosure on price. Sold per-earring, not pair for piercing. Without this disclosed, I was not able to budget accordingly and it disrupted my budgeting by being 2x the estimated cost.

Listen!!!!! I am obsessed!! I hate needles and have had a fear/want for a second and third piercing. Courtney was my nurse, she made me feel sooooo comfortable. Quick, easy and a little pinch. I will be going back next month for a 4th and 5th piercing👀. Overall, very positive experience! A little expensive BUT you get what you pay for. Do it!!!

Took my 2 month old infant to pierce her lobes! They have registered nurses rendering the service!!! 2 nurses pierced my little Ellie’s ears at the same time and I was glad they did! Highly recommend this place and location! Plus, the baby jewelry is fine and dainty!

I had an amazing experience here! Although the pricing is definitely more on the expensive side, the quality of the earrings and customer service make it all worth it. I was unhappy with my initial piercing (all due to my fault!) and both the manager and my piercer worked with me to make sure I left happy. I would definitely come back here again!

I had a great experience at Rowan. The nurses were great and very informative. They are definitely better than Claire’s and tattoo shops ( I would know I’ve been to both). I like the fact it’s nurses doing the piercings. They give you the option to get a needle piercing or device piercing. I chose needle for personal preference. They say their device is hand pressure and they have complete control vs the gun that has a spring and is more harsh on the ear. I asked a lot of questions because I was skeptical but they gave me great answers. For example the nurses are trained in needle piercing so they know what they’re doing. The nurses have background in wound care, cpr certified, and emergency situations. Clair’s or the tattoo shop can’t say that. I felt pretty darn safe and well taken care of. Definitely would recommend this place. Only downside is I wish they did other piercings outside of ears!

I received my piercing on my birthday and just after 60 days, I noticed the post was missing the jewelry. I went into the store where I purchased, and they said they wouldn’t “void a new jewelry stud because we don’t just give out $300 jewelry.” However, if I was to find the jewelry damaged, they would replace it. I was really embarrassed and upset because I took good care of it and tightened it daily. I was left with a stud that would fall out on its own. After waiting approx. 30 min at the front, a manager said she wouldn’t have told me to buy the jewelry I did for the piercing. She continued to say there was nothing she could do unless I wanted to buy a new piece. They ended up putting in a stud after I pleaded for a solution otherwise my hole would heal without a piercing. The manager made it clear that the only reason she was replacing the stud was because they had it laying around for training purposes. It was very clear she did not want to help.The *star* belongs to corporate, who promptly sent me a replacement after I contacted them the next day. I didnt have to ask. They were very kind and non-accusational. I am concerned because nearly 2 weeks after receiving the replacement, the new stud also fell out and is lost. I have no earring and am disappointed with the quality of jewelry but more so at the lack of customer care at the Fort Worth location.
