Mary and Catie are the actual best at what they both do. I’m only on my second session and my lighter tattoo is nearly completely faded. Book an appointment here and you absolutely will not regret it. I had several consultations at multiple other tattoo removal places before going to Removery and the decision to book with them was the best one. Y’all are awesome!! I’ve been coming to see this team for over a year and they are absolutely lovely. Each time my tattoo is treated I see significant improvement in the fading and I cannot wait for it to be gone! Catie and Mary are so kind and make me feel very comfortable every time I go for a removal session. Despite the actual treatment being painful, Catie is always checking to make sure I’m okay and listens to me if I need a break. So far, I haven’t had one bad session or any issues with my healing process. Thank you for taking such great care of me!

They are always so sweet at this location. Mary has been my laser tech, and she always informs me that things are progressing how they should (even if I feel it’s slow). I’ve been going for a small wrist tattoo removal, and they continually answer any questions I have. They work with you throughout the process. I recommend to anyone needing a piece removed.

I receive a text after every appointment and now emails requesting a review, so here we go. I’ve had 8 sessions at this point with 4 or 5 different technicians at this location, turnover seems to be high. On my most recent visit, I was given worlds smallest ice pack and she didn’t clean one tattoo with alcohol before treatment. If I wasn’t already irritated about the ice pack, I would have said something about her not cleaning the one that my bra had rubbed against all day. About process itself, it works.

I’ve gotten tattoos lasered at a competitor as well as Removery, and Removery is by far superior! The results I’ve seen have blown the other place out of the water in a fraction of the time. The technicians really care about getting good results, while still focusing on skin health. They test patches each time to make sure the settings are right, something I’ve not seen before!

Awesome staff and these young ladies are so pleasant to see and talk with every appointment Ive had is very productive and it shows about a week after I finish a session. I notice more fading less color. I cant say enough good things about their professional ism .

Love this place!!! Everyone has always been so kind. From the ones in Houston and moving out here to Fort Worth, I have had nothing but amazing results with hands down the most enthusiastic people I have ever met. My tech Amber that I met recently was AMAZING! She knew exactly what to do to make this blue ink get out better since it has been so stubborn. The front desk staff are always kind and understanding when communicating. I will definitely be returning for my next removal tattoo with them after this one is complete!

Mary, Riley, and Catherine are fantastic! Knowledgeable and answer any questions during or after treatment. Im really happy with the results Im seeing thanks to them being very detailed on every session. Color can be tough to fully remove but they have worked their magic on removing most of it.

Removery has been process but a good one…the people are friendly (especially Catie 😊), clean, and very fast. An additional benefit of Removery, as a whole, is that you pay one-time up front and then you go until the tattoo is gone versus paying each visit. Open on Saturdays is also a plus. 10/10 recommend!

Went in several weeks ago to see about getting some work lightened up and I’ll be honest, the price is very expensive. Unfortunately, it’s not gonna work for me right now with this company. But I will say that the consultation and the process of all of it was so great. They truly make you feel at home and comfortable. If this is something you need to get done, I’d give it a try!

Every time I come in these ladies are always there to greet me with a welcoming smile, answer any and all of my questions cause I am so interested in their field …:) and take such good care of me during treatment. Super easy. Amazing staff, very quick, and efficient.As somebody who does not like waiting rooms, I showed up to my appointment on time. They got me straight back into the office and zapped my unwanted tattoo off with their laser beam. It was actually somewhat satisfying. The pain was about the same as a shading needle—a little broader pain spike than an actual tattoo but didnt feel as deep. It was actually a topical skin discomfort rather than penetration. Its another one of those life events where after you start the process, you look back and say, Why did I not do this years ago?

Since my first session in north fort worth with Mary she was always sweet and patient. Then my apts were move to down town ft worth and they are still sweet. They dont make me feel akward for removing a tattoo that i went to try to cover up and the artist didnt complete. Ive been waiting forver to remove this.Removery is a slow process but painfree (only the few minutes they use the machine) Its nothing like i thought it would be. Its been a year so far and its dramatically changed. I recommend getting the unlimited sessions because im done paying it but still need more sessions. Thank you i cant wait to be able to wear 2 piece bikinis or not high waisted pants. Haha

Let’s face it: tattoo removal sucks and it takes time. Anyone who promises you an instant fix is severely misleading you. How your body responds to the removal is a unique experience to you.The girls here have been nothing but upfront and honest with me about the entire process. They have been so so kind and informative. If I ask them a question; they give me a true honest answer.The pain is about the same as getting a tattoo, but Catie still always sits in and chats with me to make the process sooo much quicker and less painful. On top of that, they are very considerate of my discomfort and don’t mind me wiggling or adjusting.They have extremely fair prices, and make me feel very comfortable. I highly recommend them to everyone!!

It’s always a good experience. The clinic is always super clean and the staff over the top friendly. It’s like we’ve been friends forever. Hope this review finds you well. I had some small areas hit on my arm recently. The staff I met, Catie and Mary, are fantastic and welcoming. The Office is also very clean and orderly. Luckily, I didn’t have to use my safe word “Alabama,” but it was there if I needed it. 10/10 would get zapped by Mary again.

I was unhappy with Removery for closing the location in north Fort Worth that was much closer to where I live. I dont like that I have to drive further. However, I do like that they moved one of my techs over from that location to this one. Mary is very good and Im glad I can continue to work with her.

At initial consultation was told that it would take between 10-12 sessions to notice 90% fade. I’ve had 14 sessions so far and still have 50% left to go. I think the technician Mary lowers the dose when she does my sessions so I’ll have to keep coming back and it’ll show consistent customers for her. She’s nice but ….. I’m considering another location to complete the remaining sessions needed. This should not take over 3 years to complete.

I highly recommend Removery to get rid of any unwanted tattoos. They have always been professional and the process is effective. I got the package deal for unlimited sessions to get it done. I recommend you do the same.

My experience at Removery has been awesome! I started this journey almost three years ago and I’m approaching the finish line! My Removery Tech Miranda has been with me from the start. In fact, she transferred to the new location in Fort Worth’s cultural district and guess what? I was able to follow her there! She has provided me with exceptional service. I have had questions, cares and concerns handled in the most professional and proficient manner. Emerald also has transferred to this new location. With Miranda and Emerald handling the day to day operations there, one can be assured of top notch, A-grade sales, service and care possible. It’s hard to tell you about my experience, so I say, go there and experience for yourself! While I definitely had second thoughts about my tattoo, I never once questioned my decision to remove my tattoo at Removery. It is more the service and personal attention given by Miranda and Emerald that made my experience so special. You may be able to go to different tattoo removal places, but you’ll never find a better set of women to take care of you. Bet that! Thank you Removery!

I can not say enough good things about this company! Did several treatments with a med spa in the area who charges per visit. The results were not great and they couldn’t care less as long as they got their money. Decided to give Removery a call and I’m glad I did. I have seen better results with them in the few treatments I have done than I ever did with the 7 at the previous place. So happy I found them!

I have never written a review but I must for these wonderful women, Emerald and Miranda, at the W 7th St Cultural District Fort Worth location! After I changed locations, I wasn’t sure what to expect but they were absolutely lovely.I have a large tattoo that goes from my fingertips and blacked out on the sides of my fingers, to mid forearm all the way around; needless to say I’m usually in tears from the pain pretty quick every session, and I was sure to give them that disclaimer as I usually feel like quite the difficult client. To my pleasant surprise they were incredibly kind and patient with me, from me figuring out parking to the icing to the laser. I was initially dreading the shock and pain as usual for me but it turned out one of the best experiences I could have asked for.The removal went decently quick as usual and I can actually see a lot more progress from that one session than I have in each previous session at another location, great plus. I was given plenty of water, stress balls, you name it; it makes a huge difference feeling like the people you go to actually care about you, God bless them. I can’t believe I’m saying this, but I’m actually looking forward to my next session!

AND the removal process IS NOT as painful as everyone says. It is no big deal!

Love these guys!!! I’ve been coming here since 2016 with a 2 year break in between. I had a baby and was very nervous after that long amount of time but they reassured me when I came back that everything would still be honored and it was. I have since opted to remove more. The girls are always professional and kind. Highly recommend!

Loved the staff these ladies were so sweet and very informative!! I really felt comfortable here, no judgement whatsoever. I didn’t expect much from my consultation when walking in but was pleasantly surprised and able to start my first treatment the same day. They also have financing programs which are a bonus if you are wanting to get rid of your tattoo ASAP!! The sessions go by super quick—a lot quicker than I expected. I wish I remembered her name but the front lady was so helpful and I brought my baby with me because I didn’t know what to expect and she played with him while I got my first session done! OMG! I absolutely love the ladies at this location. Miranda and Emeril have made me feel so comfortable. I’m in the process of getting six tattoos removed and Miranda has been thorough in every appointment I’ve had with her. I drive past multiple locations just to go to their office! Both are knowledgeable, have great customer service and are down to earth. I have recommended plenty of people to check out Removery, specifically this location. This procedure is very “spicy” but these ladies make up for the difference!

I am removing several large tattoos. I had a lot of concerns about pain and my pigment being damaged. Emerald understood and addressed my concerns, and her and Miranda have been on my removal journey with me . I moved to the new studio with them and am now being treated by Kearra. I have had a great experience at this studio with these ladies !

I am going to this new location to be treated! I have been visiting the ladies for tattoo removal already in the north side location. Miranda always answers all my questions about my skin. She is very knowledgeable and I feel very confident in her ability to remove my tattoo. I was very nervous because I am a skin type 6 and her and Emerald from the very beginning acknowledged and validated my concerns and explained I would be treated based off my skin type.I would drive anywhere to see these two ladies and be treated by Miranda .

Just finished up my second session. Quick and easy process, I have a small tattoo and I was in and out in about 15 min. The staff is exceptionally sweet and knowledgeable and create a welcoming environment!!

I just had my first appt and did my consultation with Kelly. She was very professional and explained the process thoroughly. Then I saw Mary for my first session and she explained the process and how it would feel. She made sure I was comfortable. I was impressed with the whole process.

It pains me to have to give this review because I have been going to this office for the past 3 years to get my tattoo removed, and have had no issues until the last 2 times I have been there. But, my experience was so awful, and I was so dissatisfied that I felt like I had to, and I also changed offices where 2 previous employees of this location had transferred to. The removal tech, (Mary), that I had in this office the last 2 times has been very rude, did not seem to be interested in answering any questions I had (i.e. when asking her what colors she was going to do today, her response was the colors on the tattoo). She took a very long time, which as you know if you have ever had a tattoo removed it is not pleasant and you want it over as soon as possible. She would pause so long that I thought she was done several times throughout the session. Also typically after a removal session my back is a bit swollen, and itchy, but after my sessions with her it was not at all, and it did not feel like the other 13 times I have had a session, it felt like it had not been treated all the way, which again if you have ever had a tattoo removal you also know it is not a cheap expense. So to feel that my tattoo was not fully treated is extremely discouraging. I hope this review is taken seriously and something changes because honestly I have had a very good experience all except these last few times with this tech.

I am very confident in Removery— I’ve been to several different companies to get laser tattoo removal before and I feel like Removery’s technology is the absolute best. I can see significant results after just two or three sessions! I purchased the unlimited sessions package and I’m really happy I did. I am removing a full sleeve and several other small tattoos on my arms, so would have ended up paying way more per session. The girls in the Ft Worth- Riverside location are super knowledgeable and personable! They make the pain as manageable as possible. I will not be coming back here. I didnt realize how bad this company was until I got a treatment elsewhere. They are extremely expensive and do not take the time to go over after care instructions. Removery never even put anything on the open sites to prevent infection. Ive been to other laser removal establishments where they put an ointment on the tattoo sites and bandage you up since they are technically open sites that can get infected. Do not expect to spend less than a couple hundred dollars and be a part of an awkward attempt at talking you into buying a package of treatments so they lock you in.

You dont have to pay extra for aftercare and they dont try to sell you additional products. They treat your tattoo until its gone. The staff is very friendly, tech is gentle. My only regret is not starting sooner.

Honestly, WOW! Alex at the Fort Worth location is amazing. She is very personable and knowledgeable about tattoo removal. I’ve never felt uncomfortable or rushed during my appointment. She always encourages breaks if you need them and let’s you ice for as long as you need before getting started. I’m always offered ice packs and hydrocortisone cream to take home. Alex is a great addition to the Removery team and so far I’m satisfied with my overall experience!

Been going to the Fort Worth location on Riverside for over a year now to get my tattoo removed. So far, all my visits have gone smoothly and I feel I’m being well taken care of. I wish it didn’t take so long for tattoos to be removed though. A year is a pretty long time. I guess it’s all part the process. Anyways, they are a great and I highly recommend them.

This place and the young ladies that run thus location are awesome. Always up beat and very informative. Have never had a problem with answering any and questions I have had. To top it off, with my tat being Blue ink, they originally told me it would probably take more than 10 sessions because blue is the hardest to remove. Well after 5 sessions its barely visible, with maybe 2 more sessions. I absolutely couldnt be happier with the process and outcome.

I was nervous about getting my removal , however, the pain is very bearable much more annoying than anything, it felt like rubber bands against the skin. Not as bad as I thought. After the procedure it does sting a lil , like a sunburn but all manageable. Looking forward for my tattoos to be removed .

The office and staff are super nice. The removal laser is top quality, which initially lead me here. I had a really dark tattoo and it is almost completely gone with no scarring or damage to my skin! I have about 2 more treatments, money well spent and worth it.

This facility has been so unprofessional in relation to competency of scheduling and customer satisfaction. On one occasion the scheduler (Fort Worth location) misread my text and set me up for an appointment at the wrong location on the wrong day.If you can find another facility DO IT.Zapatat is not local to me, but if I could go back in time I would have rather delt with the hassle of booking a plane ticket for sessions there, rather than the incompetency of the Removery facility. 0 stars.

I set up an initial consultation and began my first treatment that day 9.4.19. The staff was friendly and the facility was clean. I got a financing package that equates to $150 per treatment. Pain was minimal. Prior to starting they use freezing cold air to numb the skin and it is very effective at minimizing pain. The laser portion was quick, about 2 minutes.... it felt like 10 seconds it was so quick. After the procedure they wrap up your tattoo and send you home with aftercare instructions. Instructions are simple and easy to follow. They stressed the importance of keeping the area clean, minimizing sun exposure, and drinking water.All in all, it was a pleasant experience.Full disclaimer: Anyone who posts a review is in the running to receive $1,000 off of your removal. Great experience. Had my first treatment today with Nick and it went great. Ive been working on removing a couple of tattoos for years now and have been to 3 or 4 different places. This is by far the best place Ive been to. Nick was very knowledgeable and explained everything and even told me some new info that the other places never said anything about.Not sure why I think this is so great, but they actually give you supplies to take home!!!!!!!! I was so excited to get my goodie bag of bandages, an ice pack, and a&d ointment. No other place has done this. So glad they opened a location up here. Definitely recommend!

Ok I rarely write reviews but this place has thoroughly impressed me. I got one laser treatment at another facility and the experience was terrible. My skin was scabbing and bleeding for a month because the laser settings were too strong. Eraser Clinic was such a refreshing experience. The staff is very knowledgeable and professional, the office is very clean. The laser is the most advanced laser available. They have locations all over the country and from what I can tell - are just the best of the best. They dont try to rush the process so it might take more sessions here than other places are promising but it is so worth it to do it right. I have already gotten 3 sessions and my tattoo has faded significantly. My skin will typically be a little reddened for 24-48 hours after but then no other issues or skin break down. As far as the process: they use cold therapy to numb the area as they use the laser and the whole process of actually lasering takes no more than 4 minutes. It stings at most but is a very bearable level of pain - no more painful than actually getting the tattoo. I cant recommend Eraser Clinic enough!

I’m sure you came to this site based on a Groupon that may or may not still be offered. Don’t waste your time or money here. They do not guarantee their work. They don’t actually care how long the process takes for you. My wife has now had 7 treatments, over the course of about a year, on a spot that is smaller than a half dollar and there is little to no visible difference. We have mentioned our concerns about the lack of change on 4 separate visits, each time we were told “it will be more faded after this treatment”. We are not impatient or impractical people. We knew what this process would cost going into it, money is not the issue. The issue is that they use the same machine as other local tattoo removal places, that show plenty of 3-8 removal sessions with drastic changes, yet they can’t seem to produce those same results. This must mean that there is a flaw somewhere in their technique or protocol. They have agreed with us based on the pictures they take before every session, that nothing has really changed. Their solution is to buy additional visits with them at the same price, because maybe we are that dumb. We have asked to speak to someone in management who can hopefully hear us out, but that is unavailable to us as well. Extremely disappointed, don’t waste your efforts here. We have already found a place that is appalled at the actions of the “Eraser Clinic / Removery”

This is my fifth treatment and it’s been my best one! Miranda was absolute perfection, and clearly knows what she’s doing. I don’t know if it’s that I got to lay down this time, that she iced for longer, or used the cold air with the laser but I felt less pain during this session than before. That’s including an increase in the energy needed with every session. If you want a tattoo removed but you’re worried about the pain, Miranda has you covered!

So first.. don’t ever put someone else’s name on your body!!!But since I did, I went into Eraser to compare costs. I liked them and they were convincing.They led me to believe I was getting 8 seasons for $850 and that would be plenty to remove the tat! Now, after the sixth, and I was told final session, I was told it would take another 6 sessions. AND it’s gonna cost more!So a little back story... I used a chemical fading for a year and a half prior to Eraser/Removery. And when I got the original tattoo, I didn’t go back for the “touch up.” So the thought that my tattoo is excessively deep and dark is unacceptable. They post all kinds of miraculous total removal after 3-5 sessions. I’m living proof that is false. If I knew it was gonna cost $1700+, I never would’ve done it. Cut your losses and move on!!

I went in for a free consultation, this was the second consultation I’ve done at a tattoo removal place. Both places were around the same price, the reason I chose this place over the other is they did not attempt to sell me other services. I came in for one reason, they addressed all my questions without trying to add on $2000 worth of other services (which the other place tried). It was extremely clean, they also provided me with the aftercare products which was a nice surprise.

I had half a dozen sessions here and there is very little difference (this on top of a few sessions at a different clinic, about ten total and tattoo isnt even halfway gone). I dont believe they know how to use the technology and that they are using the right settings on the laser. They also space sessions 6 weeks apart and after consulting with another experienced tech I have learned this is far too close and interferes with the bodys process of eliminating the ink. Sessions should be 3 months apart. They just want more $. They only have so many five star reviews because they offer the chance to win free treatments if you write a review. Choose a different clinic!
