I brought my 3 month old in for her ears to get pierced and I would 1000/10 recommend LilyGrace!!! The staff was amazing, friendly, informative, and very gentle with my baby. The whole process was fast and my baby didn’t even cry. Make sure to get the numbing cream.The location itself is super clean and very inviting. The staff is very welcoming and super nice. If you are considering LilyGrace just do it they are amazing.

The numbing cream is a miracle worker! My 4 year old wanted her ears pierced but knowing she doesn’t like shots I dreaded getting them pierced. After seeing many moms recommend this place and the numbing cream I decided to try. My daughter didn’t even cry or move when it happened. In fact I was praising her and saying how good her first ear looked and she said “can we do the second ear now”. lol the staff was phenomenal!

We brought our 8 months daughter for ear piercing. Was recommended by one of a family member. Our experience at this place was amazing, my daughter was a wiggler, but our piercers, Kira was so patient and so kind to my baby. Not only my daughter had a fun, she probably didn’t even realized she got her ear pierce! Definitely recommend this place for anyone thinking to get ear pierce.

We took our 22 month old daughter here to get her ear lobes pierced & the experience was amazing right from the beginning. We were greeted warmly as we entered & were quickly checked-in (forgot the name of the individual at the front but she was super friendly). We decided to include the numbing cream as part of the process which was totally worth it. Our piercer, Cira, was absolutely amazing. She walked us through the process & she did our daughter’s piercing in less than a minute. Our girl was completely unfazed & didn’t cry at all! I’d recommend going here if you’re looking to get your little one’s ears pierced, their customer service is fantastic!

I wish I had gotten the girl’s name who pierced my baby’s ears, but all of them were so sweet from the second we walked in! Even after rescheduling and then being a couple minutes late the day we had rescheduled for! 🙈 I HIGHLY recommend the numbing cream, and not just for babies! My 3 month old didn’t even flinch during her piercings, as if nothing was going on! She was so comfortable she even fell asleep afterwards. 😂 12/10 recommend this place if you are wanting to get your little ones ears pierced, or even for the older age groups. The place is very clean and the staff is very welcoming, I’m very happy this was the place we ended up going to!

I took my 2-month-old baby to LilyGrace Piercings for her first ear piercings, and we couldnt be happier! The place is super nice. After a short wait with numbing cream on her ears, we were taken to a cute little room. The piercer was so delicate and patient. My baby didn’t even notice when the piercings were done! Its been a week, and she’s healing perfectly with no reactions. She looks adorable. I definitely recommend this place!

I took my 14-month-old daughter here to get her ear lobes pierced and had a wonderful experience. We were 30 minutes late to our appointment but we were still immediately greeted upon arriving and they got us checked in quickly. Na’Chelle was our piercer and she was amazing! We opted for numbing cream and it only took Na’Chelle about 20 seconds to get both ears pierced! My daughter was completely unfazed and there were no tears at all! I would highly recommend this location if you’re considering getting your baby/infant/toddler’s ears pierced.Thank you for such a great experience and excellent customer service!

Be sure to choose the location of your baby piercing for yourself and don’t trust the advice of the staff. I went with the advice of the staff that my daughter’s piercing would grow to fit her ears and it did not. The piercing is too low on her earlobe. Also their stems are too long for infants!! They scratched the back of her ears for a few months before I was able to remove them

Lily Grace was an absolute breath of fresh air - literally. The environment when walking in the door was very aesthetically pleasing, the staff very warm and welcoming. The website was very easy to use and make appointments with follow up information provided via email almost instantly.Upon our arrival for my mildly anxious 8 year old , we were met by Chanley who made us all feel immediately at ease. She confirmed our appointment and quickly explained the cost options of available jewelry while showing us the options at all price points. All pricing was very clear without any ambiguity.We were promptly taken to an individual room which was an excellent setting that put my daughter at ease. There was comfortable seating for all and the room had clearly been sanitized. Everything was notably clean and sterile. We had a very short wait and then met our piercer, Na’chelle, who promptly introduced herself ensuring to speak directly with my daughter as well as myself, which helped to put my daughter at ease. Na’chelle was sure to take my daughter’s anxiety into consideration ensuring to explain all actions and answer all questions prior to performing any actions. She was very kind and patient through the entire process. This helped as my daughter continued to exhibit her anxiety. She worked with me to talk through the process with an appropriate amount of distraction while completing the piercing. I was very happy that she used proper tools to measure and mark the piercing location and made certain to ensure the piercing was centered and perfectly placed.I highly recommend Lily Grace for all agesof customers looking to be pierced. Beautiful clean space. Very gentle and professional piercer. Our baby didnt feel any pain at all. I wish the wait time wasnt that long. We waited more than an hour after arriving on time for our appointment.

Love this place! The staff is so welcoming and sweet to kids. I took my oldest her and had a great experience. We returned for the next kid and had an equally great experience. My eldest originally had failed piercings somewhere else. Since they were repierced here we haven’t had any problems. They look great. I recommend this place to all my friends.

I recently had an amazing experience at Lily Grace Piercings that I just have to share. Today, I walked in with a lodged earring in my right earlobe, and I was feeling a bit anxious about it. But as soon as I stepped foot into the shop, I was greeted with warm smiles by the lovely team of Chanley, Lexy and Ciara.Their professionalism and expertise were immediately apparent. They quickly assessed the situation and assured me that they could take care of it. I was relieved to know that I was in good hands.In no time at all, Lexy skillfully removed the lodged earring with such precision and care. It was a total breeze! What a great experience. I was going to take my daughter to a tattoo parlor for their piercing expertise and a friend recommended LilyGrace. I loved the girly boutique environment with the sweet staff. My daughter has been asking for months, but I was unsure as she hates needles. The staff made her feel very comfortable, explaining everything step by step. My daughter did great and didnt even shed a tear. Highly recommended if you have a kiddo that wants their ears pierced. Tattoo parlor professionalism without the tattoo parlor environment.

We heard great things about LilyGrace and the numbing cream was a bonus, but they really are an amazing group!!! From the moment we walked in Ashley was so positive and talked the girls through every little thing she did! During the appointment she took some time to get to know the girls and then during the piercing walked them through a little story to take their mind off of what was happening!! We couldn’t have had a better experience! Afterwards she did a great job explaining our part and talking the the girls about how to take care for their ears! Loved everything about our appointment!!

I was so excited to take my four month to get her ears pierced. When we got there front staff was very nice got my baby ears numb. They took us back to the room and we waited quite a while when she came she said sorry it took a while the piercer went to wrong room. I was fine when she got her ears pierced she cried so they took the numbing charge off. Once she was done she rushed us out of there I don’t know if she was frustrated that she cried or what but she rushed us out no explanation on how to clean her ears nothing said here is the bag read the instructions no follow appointment was offered nothing. It was very disappointing since we drove two hours to get there.

Don’t let any bad reviews on this place detour you !!! Took my daughter at 3 months . The experience was absolutely unbelievably perfect. I chose the lobe piercing with numbing. I also had the option to nurse as she did the piercing, which I chose to do . My daughter didn’t cry at all, she moved a little when she held the lobe with the clamp understandably bc it was cold & after we left she acted like nothing happened! I thought She would be crying like she does during her monthly shots at the dr. But not a peep. Would recommend to everyone for infants!

No one in the office at 11am when it states it opens at 11 am, and no one answered the phones either. Two office suite 125 and 128. 125 is where I was seen.Edit: After they opened the service was great. Ashley was kind and courteous. So definitely worth the wait, but highly recommend an appointment if on a tight schedule.Office is clean and tidy. Even with the hiccup In late arrival past opening I still would recommend.

Highly recommend! The owner is SO friendly! She went out of her way to make sure I felt comfortable with the piercing and explained each step as well as answered all my questions. I have now been here 2x for piercings. Highly recommend for ALL ages!

I’m absolutely in LOVE with this place!! I took my daughter when she was 5 weeks old. I was very determined to find a clean salon that specialized in ear piercings with needles and not guns. I did so much research and this salon popped up! When I say they were 10/10 I mean it! They are super nice, clean and sterile and have a BEAUTIFUL salon! We decided to do the numbing cream and it was the best decision we made besides choosing to go to this salon! We waited for the cream to settle in and work and the nice man came in and got everything ready to go! She was asleep (being so little) and got them both done and she stayed asleep! No pain, no crying and they turned out perfect!! Fast forward to now she is 5 months old and they healed perfectly! No problems, they gave us cleaner to take home and everything! We drove an hour to get to LilyGrace and I’m so glad we did! After the piercings were done her ears weren’t red, swollen or anything!! PLEASE if you want to get your babies ears pierced go here because they do everything right!Thank y’all for the most amazing experience I waited years to be able to do with my first and only daughter 🖤 Right after they were done to now at 5 months old🖤

Ashley was amazing she pierced my almost 4 month old ears and not a single tear. She was very thorough and detailed. This place was very clean and all supplies used are all in packages. I would give this place a 10stars if I could♥️ She knows her stuff

Just got my 11 year old son’s ears pierced today, he has been wanting it for over a year and I knew I didn’t want him to get pierced with a gun like I was. This place is PINK but it’s NOT just for girls! Making an appointment was easy, the prices were disclosed on the site and they verified before anything happened once we were there that we were okay with the price with the earrings we picked out (white gold studs.) Our piercer was so sweet and explained everything to my son, she didn’t just talk to me, which was so respectful to him since he was the one getting the service. She made sure I was ready with my camera to record if I wanted to and told me the best angles to stand. She made sure to explain everything and didn’t rush, in order to give him a chance to back out if he wanted to. I highly recommend LilyGrace and we will definitely be back in a few years for my daughter or other son if they are interested!

Incredible! We had such an amazing experience for our 5 year old daughter getting her ears pierced. She was so excited, but nervous too. The LilyGrace staff made the experience so gentle and informative that my daughter and I both were at ease through the whole process. The numbing cream was fantastic and she said it did not hurt at all. The entire experience is well worth the cost. Highly recommend!

Took my 6.5 month old here and it was a great experience. Our piercer was very sweet and patient with her. This place does use the needle method and not the gun. They have this cute wall flower with ring light so you can take selfies or pics of your little one’s new bling bling. Definitely would recommend based on our experience.

We got our 13 month old daughter’s ears done today. We had an appointment at 3, but were allowed to go ahead and put the numbing cream on early. They were patient and made sure we were satisfied with the positioning of the piercings.

I was recommended to go here by a friend at work. I took my 9 month old daughter on Saturday 2/19/22 Lexi did her piercing! My daughter did great on her ear piercing! There were a few tears, but honestly she wasn’t as fussy as getting her shots at the doctors. All the ladies were so sweet! We went with a numbing cream and picked out a beautiful pair of earrings. The earrings I was told are sterilized and designed to be able to push back and forth so I can easily take care of her piercing at home and have reassurance it is going to stay put no matter how much she likes to roll around and play. No guns! Just a needle! It is worth the price and quality service you get here! I wouldn’t have it any other way! Just to give an update- her ear piercings have not closed- they still look amazing over a year later!

My 9yr old daughter is really happy with her earrings and did not cry at all during her piercing. Cira is awesome ! We were out the door within 30min of her appointment. They even have a flower wall for after pictures. Love it! We drove an hour to make it here. We’ll definitely be back for my other daughter’s piercing.

We were so happy with our experience at LilyGrace Piercings. Im not sure of the name of the person who helped us, but she was amazing. My daughter had her ears pierced at another place with a gun a couple of years ago and we had a lot of problems with it. We let her ears close up. When we went to LilyGrace, the woman was able to help us find the previous piercing hole and she used the same one. She used a solution to soften and dissolve the skin on the outside of the ear and then put the earring through. The healing time was shortened to 3 weeks instead of 3 months and it was a very positive experience. My daughter felt almost no pain. We did do the numbing cream. It was amazing! Im so glad I made the choice to go there.

I feel like my situation is a little unique compared to others. Its been 5 weeks since I got my ears pierced. I live in Los Angeles and I was coming to visit my mom for her 60th birthday. I have never had my ears pierced (im 28) and I thought it was time. I wanted to make it a cute mother daughter moment (even though my mom wasnt getting her ears pierced), so it was important to me to find a place that performed healthy piercing practices that wasnt a tattoo parlor. I yelped my way through and found LilyGrace Piercings. HOLY MOLY THIS BUSINESS IS GREAT. I have a best friend out here in L.A. that has her own fine jewelry business, Mason Grace Jewelry, and wanted me to wear her earrings. I emailed LilyGrace and WOW was she prompt and kind! If im not mistaken, I believe they prefer you to purchase the earrings in their shop so they can insure your earrings will be the right size, 14k gold, sanitized, etc. After emailing back and forth with her, I got the measurements my friend needed to abide by when designing the earrings, and they said just bring them in 24 hours before my appointment so they can properly sanitize them! How awesome. (Side note: scheduling an appointment on their website is so easy and convenient.) So on the day of my actual appointment, I show up with my mom to this adorable little suite that is definitely perfect for little girls. I felt like one all over again. Ashley guided me through the entire process like I was 3 years old and it was the most perfect thing ever. She even had my mom hand me a stuffed animal to hold when it was time to pierce. And no joke, it absolutely helped. It barely hurt. And I was super nervous... hence the fact that ive never got my ears pierced in 28 years. I was more nervous that they would get infected as my family has a history of infections from piercings. But 5 weeks later, they are painless. Completely. I am shocked. The entire process was soooo lovely. Ashley took extra time with me to make sure I liked the earring placement on my ear lobes before piercing. If I ever got another piercing, it would be here. Ashley was honestly the best person I could have ever imagined to get my ears pierced with. She walked us through the 4 week check up rules since I wont be in town for a check up, gave me cleaning solution, and even gave me different earring backs that will be better to sleep in rather than the ones my friend gave me. 5 STAR SERVICE. This whole experience was unreal. Thank you so much, LilyGrace Piercings. I love my pierced ears!

Place was very clean. Staff was incredible and were amazing with my baby girl. It even smell clean! Very cute place with great vibes. We were in an out within an hour. My baby girl didn’t even feel her piercing! We will be using them for our future piercings. 🥰 and not to mention I live 45 minutes away from them and I was hesitant to go so far but it was so worth.

Took my wife and daughter here to get openings and piercings. The person who took care of us was very sweet & knew how to make the girls comfortable. Very quick, straightforward, clean, and sanitary. The little ones barely felt the prick!I would say slightly pricey but the experience made it worth it.👍

My 8 year-old daughter got her ears pierced here. One looks great; the other is significantly angled down, so you can see the earring back beneath her earlobe. The girl spent a lot of time marking the front of the lobes, but didnt pay attention to the exit point for the needle. BE CAREFUL going here. These young girls are nice, but they clearly have little knowledge of piercings. Either go to Claires and pay less for the same service, or go somewhere staffed with experienced piercers. Well never go here again.

Got my sweet baby girl her first ear piercing today for her 1st birthday! Dena and the staff were amazing. They did an outstanding job distracting her while Dena completed the piercings. She wont stay still long enough for pics🤣

Loved our experience at LilyGrace! Like the reviews mentioned, the earrings were pricey, but that’s if you go with certain ones. There are cheaper options. They are amazing and will work within your budget. The piercing itself was SO WORTH it. You won’t regret the experience. We took our 6 year old and she felt so comfortable there. We did do the numbing cream and I highly recommend it. The person as the front desk was so kind and patient and so was the woman who pierced our daughters ears. Afterwards, they have a cute flower wall to take pictures in front of. I would do this over going to another store where you’re rushed and there is lower quality of service and selections. We had my daughter ear pierced last year, we went to go change her earrings and one ear closed up within a minute. My daughter finally had the courage to go back. They let me bring back the original earings, we brought. Nachelle was very friendly and professional. Highly recommended lily grace

SO happy with our experience here! My 8 year old has been begging us to get her ears pierced. Keep in mind she is a baby when it comes to pain. We opted for the numbing cream which was a great choice. We arrived at our appointment time on a Sunday, they put the cream on her (it has to sit for 20-25 mins), she picked out her jewelry and then we waited in a private room. When it was time, Connie arrived and was so gentle, patient and kind and I love that she explained every single step along the way. The process was so painless that my daughter didnt even cry! In fact, it was so smooth that my 5 year old saw the whole thing and decided she also wanted her ears pierced so we came back the following weekend and got hers pierced too and she didnt even flinch! Both their ears have been healing great and we are so grateful for such a great experience here!

10/10 recommend this place. We brought our 4yr old here to have her ears pierced. We chose to do the numbing cream and it worked! No tears, the staff made her feel confident and comfortable. While yes it was pricey, you get what you pay for, solid gold earrings and a trauma free experience! We couldn’t be more happy with this place.

Wonderful experience. The lady at the front with blonde hair, sorry I didn’t get your name, was soooo sweet and welcoming. Connie did so great on my 5 month olds ears. She didn’t even cry, we did choose to do the numbing. Yes it’s pricey but you also get what you pay for. I’m very particular about my kids care and I did a lot of research and drove an hour and 10 minutes one way to come here. Super impressed.

I took my daughters here to get their ears pierced earlier this month and couldn’t have asked for a smoother experience. This place is clean and very professional— my 2 year old didn’t even cry. My daughters had so much fun! Yesterday my oldest daughter lost an earring and we rushed back worried the hole would close and the piercing would have to be redone. Although busy, everyone is so efficient that we were brought back quickly and out in no time. All she needed was another earring thankfully. Everyone here is so nice and know how to make my children comfortable. Will definitely come again!

I would highly recommend this place to ANYONE of any age!! I got my doubles done, and I was very nervous because I am afraid of needles and last time I got my ears pierced was 10 years ago. Ashley was very, very nice and made sure to go over EVERY tiny step with you and what everything was and being done. She carefully measured out each piercing and made sure you liked the piercing and took her time. When it came to the actual piercing, she did it very quickly, and it was very painless, even without the numbing cream. So even for a wuss like me, it was painless, and Ashley made me feel so comfortable.The earrings ARE pricey as the comments say, but they are very beautiful, a good size, and pure gold, as well as sterilized. They have a big variety of gems to choose from (basic crystals, rubies, emeralds, sapphires, onyx, amethyst, etc.). It was a very comfortable and good experience; I would recommend it to anyone. Make sure to look up prices online (which Im happy they have the quotes on there) on their website beforehand though to see if they are suitable to your liking.

Staff was friendly and everyone was very professional. We took our 6 year old to get her ears pierced and everything went well. I did think the prices were a bit high, but we had a good experience. The lady that was doing the piercings took time to measure each ear and confirm that it look good with us. Very clean place and they even had an area to take pictures after they were done.

Daughter decided she wanted earrings took her here and it was a great experience very kind place. Editing to add about our second experience, I forgot who re-did my oldest and our baby but she was very patience and wonderful to both my babies thank you for making it a great experience for both of them.

Took my 8 month old daughter here to pierce her ears. The technician who did them appeared to be a very kind and sweet older lady and she was extremely efficient and skilled. I made the mistake of assuming I could bring my own earrings for the piercing but the shop does require you purchase their earrings from in store. That being said, I would recommend calling in advance to see if they have the earrings you want since all I needed were the basic white gold ball studs - which was advertised as sold out online but fortunately today they did carry them. The other gemstone earrings that looked beautiful were a bit overpriced imo. Aside from this, my baby did not cry one bit and the entire process was very easy and smooth. I also wonder if I could’ve saved myself $20 to omit the numbing cream instead and I was a bit confused since the website also stated there is a four week aftercare appt but nobody had mentioned that to me, so not sure if it’s necessary or not? Aside for some minor issues, it was overall a pleasant experience!

Had my 2.5 year old twin girls ears pierced today. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Dina was awesome!! She was so sweet and gentle with the girls. We used the numbing cream and there was no crying and no tears at all. One of my daughters flinched a bit and the other didn’t even do that. I was originally planning to get a gunshot piercing and a friend told me about this place . I am so glad we took them to Lily Grace. The place was very clean and nicely decorated. Loved the flower wall to take photos. Thank you Dina and the staff for the wonderful experience!

The place was inviting for kids and adults to get their piercing. The rooms were bright and clean. We had scheduled for our toddlers ears to be pierced for the first time ever. The staff made her and us feel comfortable ( I was more nervous than my toddler). They had a small selection of studs to choose from which was the only disappointing disappointing part of our experience.

We initially had no issues with this place other than theyre insanely priced. But they had great reviews so we came here for our daughters piercings. However barely a year later our white gold ball earrings dented on our 1 year old. HOW does that even happen? And with almost $70 earrings Id expect these earrings to last far longer for a baby. I reached out to see if they warranty their products and was told wow this hardly happens and these are the only earrings they DONT warranty and that they only started selling them again bc parents wanted a cheaper option. Yes these $70 earrings for my BABY were the cheapest option but thats still a ridiculous amount to spend for earrings that dont last a year and arent supported by the business. I was told theyd sell me a single earring for half price. WHAT A JOKE! Why would I pay money for the terrrible quality this is if they dont even back their own product?So just letting you know the type of customer service and quality to expect from this place. As they know most customers are single visit only, I guess they dont care to do right by you once you step out of the door. Theres a few competitors around not to mention professional piercing shops around that offer titanium and other options far more reasonably priced which is what we did for our first daughter but the place we liked had closed. You can tell a lot from a business not by when things merely go to plan but when issues like this arise from their products and how its handled. Id go somewhere else next time unless you plan to buy their $150+ earrings with fake jewels.

HIGHLY Recommend!! We decided to get our daughters ears pierced at 6 months old. With Covid-19 we have been very cautious with taking her into public places. After a lot of researching, we decided on LilyGrace Piercings and I am so happy that we did. The salon was very clean, and we felt extremely safe with protocols that they have in place. The women were very nice and extremely patient with our daughter. Ashley was our piercer and she did a phenomenal job and ensured that our daughter was comfortable. We are so pleased with how her piercings turned out and with how lovely the whole experience was.

We loved the experience however the earrings are incredibly difficult to remove. I’ve been trying several different times to remove them from my daughter’s ear.

This was the most AMAZING piercing experience. The shop is family owned and all the staff are such kind and genuine people. They have great attention to detail. Also gave great information on cleaning the earring and proper healing. We went in with a large group and they made sure we had a room large enough with chairs to accommodate everyone. They also offered cold waters while we were waiting. After the piercings we took cute pictures in front of a lovely flower wall. The most wonderful surprise was the handmade crochet turtle as a gift. Definitely recommend everyone to come to LilyGrace piercings!

Extremely unprofessional. I was given an apt to bring my baby in and the store was closed when we got there with no response. I was waiting outside for 30 mins with a fussy baby. We were really excited for it only to leave very disappointed. Don’t trust their appointment confirmations.

Strongly recommend them. They are really great with kids. We wanted to get our daughter ear piercing done. Our doctors office referred to lilyGrace. With pandemic we were concerned to take her but their facility is sterile. They took good precautions. Our kid is 2 years old and little tough, they spent a good amount time to make sure kid is comfortable, they always wanted her experience to be great. They did a phenomenal job with her ear piercing.

Hello everyone, if anyone wants to get their ears (or ear) pierced here, I 102% recommend it! I’m around the age of 12, and the employees here are very experienced. Ashley, my pierced, was super funny and kind! After she pierced my right ear, she reviewed the procedures for the ointments and how long to heal the ears, which is about four months. The building overall is very clean and organized with a sweet atmosphere. The actual total is a bit costly, but it’s so worth it, trust me! I had a little bit of trauma with Claire’s for my right ear, but Lily Grace helped me repair my nearly closed ear. The fact that they also had private rooms made me feel comfortable. If anyone is nervous to get any part of their ear(s) pierced, this is the best place to visit! :)

Amazing experience for a baby ear piercing. I booked online without issues. The numbing cream really worked. The piercing professional pierced my baby ears while I was nursing my baby! My baby didnt even flinch! The salon is clean and we had a private room which was decorated nicely. The aftercare instructions were really clear and we havent had an issue at all. I chose it specifically because they use a needle and not a gun, and its not a tattoo parlor. They specialize in piercings. I drove over an hour just for this location and the experience was totally worth it!

Such an amazing experience! The staff is incredibly professional and personable. My daughter (7 years old) was nervous going in and the staff made her feel completely at ease. After taking all the time necessary to reassure her that everything would go well, they finished piercing my daughter’s ears in less than 2 minutes. My son wanted his ears pierced and I did some serious searching of who was the best in town. LilyGrace was definitely the best choice for kids piercing, Dena pierced him. She was awesome, a peoples person and very patient and informative. I loved the fact that she cleaned his ear lobes before hand and after then took her time marking his ears. Chanley was also great taking our pictures(multiple lol) and great customer service with ringing us out. This is the place to go for kids piercing you guys.

This is a fine piercing studio. I had to repierce my 2 year olds earlobe. So I have something to compare to. This shop was so professional and accommodating. It was also so pretty inside!! And the numbing cream worked wonders. My daughter had a smooth experience

Ashley was amazing!! I had a poor experience with a piercing spot I used a few weeks ago. She fixed this piercing and added my third lobe piercing to the mix too! I appreciate that she measured carefully, actually used a needle (unlike what the prior place promised), and was so kind and easy going. Would recommend for people of all ages to get their ears pierced here!

Fabulous! I absolutely recommend LilyGrace for ear piercing. They engaged my seven year-old daughter in conversation and explained each step of the process to her. We felt very comfortable even though we were a little nervous about getting her ears pierced. They took extra care in making sure the earrings were going to be placed correctly and gave detailed aftercare instructions. We had a wonderful experience.

I loved my experience at LilyGrace Piercings. They had such a cute shop. It was a little pricey but 100% justifiable with the service and quality you get. The jewelry was really nice, and the workers were also very nice. They even have a flower wall to take pictures in after you get your piercing. My favorite feature that they had was the numbing cream. Before I went for my appointment I was worried about the pain, but honesty with the numbing cream it was a 2/10 pain. Barley anything.

My daughter and I had the absolute best experience at Lily Grace Piercings!! I cannot recommend them enough! My daughter had her ears pierced a year ago at Claires, but we had a lot of complications and had to let one hole close. We went to Lily Grace to get advice and see if that ear could be repierced. The owner and employees personally helped us and made us feel so comfortable. They clearly know what they are doing and are so incredibly kind and friendly. Just what we needed! We also liked the cute little rooms where they did the piercing. It was nice that other people werent watching while she had her ears pierced. It is a little more expensive than Claires, but in my opinion totally worth it to have it done right the first time. They also give you great instructions on how to care for your piercing and have a free four week follow up visit to make sure your piercing is healing well and you know what to do for the next steps.

I went to lily grace yesterday and they re-pierced my ears and gave me cleanser and were so nice. It is a great place and not like most of the the piercing nasty studios. It was so clean and nice. Will be back.

My 11 month old got her ears peirced and the service was amazing! I was nervous she would be in pain or uncomfortable, but she didnt cry at all. In fact, she had so much fun and fell in love with the lady who did her pricing. This lady was so patient and gentle. She also allowed us to take lots of photos. The facility is decorated beautifully and is clean. You pay more, but you definitely get what you pay for. Id recommend them to anyone wanting a great piercing experience!

My 8 year old daughter had her ears pierced by Ashley today and it was the BEST experience. She had them gun pierced at a different place a year ago and the placement was so bad that we had to let them grow over and redo. She was suuuuper nervous and got herself really worked up. Ashley was so sweet and took plenty of time to calm her nerves and make her comfortable. We didn’t feel rushed at all. She now has the most beautiful earrings and perfect placement. Just got my baby’s ears pierced and couldn’t be happier!! Both front desk and piercer were amazing and sweet! Made me feel so at ease about getting my daughters ears pierced. Not only were they professional but super knowledgeable. They took their time to really make sure my baby and i were comfortable even with other customers waiting. I never felt rushed or forgotten about as we waited the 25 min for the numbing cream to work. The room was small and i had my husband, dad and mom there and never felt as if we were in the way (even though we probably were lol) Piercer was super sweet and so gentle with my daughter that she didn’t even cry! This was the best piercing experience! I very highly recommend Lily Grace. Ive had two great experiences there. Today we had Roy and he was professional, quick, kind, and just really good at piercing. I usually look for frugal options in general but for this I really just wanted the best piercing and the best experience. We got both!

We took our 7 year old daughter in to get her ears pierced today and had a fairly traumatic experience.First off, I booked the appointment online a week ago. Booking was easy and prices were clearly marked for the service and earring products. While the earrings offered are more expensive they are also good quality. Unfortunately the least expensive option (little ball studs) were not in stock and we didnt find this out until we arrived for the appointment, so I did end up spending a little more than I originally wanted. Im happy with the choice my daughter made, which was the smallest (10 pt) studs in yellow gold.Heres my first issue. There is no way to cancel or change the appointment from the confirmation email - it says to call or email to change the appointment. This morning I called no less than 10 times to see if we could come in for an earlier appointment time and no one ever answered. It is also a holiday so I wanted to confirm they were in fact open and it wasnt a glitch in the computer system that allowed us to book on a Monday holiday. So it was our best guess as we drove 45 min (each way) with fingers crossed that they were in fact open. They were, thankfully.Next is that I booked a lobe piercing with numbing cream. The appointment window said it would take 15 minutes. When we walked in we were greeted right away. The staff member was friendly and professional. She put the numbing cream on my daughters ears then told us we had to wait 25 minutes for it to take effect. Why would you allow a 15 minute appointment when the booking automatically requires at least 25 minutes as soon as you walk in the door?We waited for about 40 minutes in the lobby then were taken back to a room. I checked the slip of paper and the information for the booking was correct, as well as the writing with the earring choice we made. We waited another 15 minutes before the piercer came in. He was thorough and professional. He marked my daughters ears, did the first piercing, then when I looked at it it was NOT the earring we had chosen. I mentioned that they looked awfully large and that we had picked the smallest ones and he confirmed they were indeed the WRONG EARRINGS. (Let me clarify he did not put the earrings in the room and didnt know they were the wrong earrings, but didnt confirm they were the correct ones before proceeding either. He did seem upset that it went wrong - again, not him - and was trying his best to correct it quickly.) At this point, he had to remove the earring from my daughters ear, who was crying hysterically and in an obvious amount of pain even with the numbing cream. It took him several tries to get the back off, the earring out and the correct earring in. It was awful having to hold her head still while he tried to get the earring out. My daughter was absolutely traumatized at that point, got out of the chair and refused to have the second ear done. Understandably! We were able to give her time to calm down and when she was ready, completed the second ear. IT WAS AWFUL. We paid a lot of money for a positive, minimal pain experience and my child is now associating something that shouldve been fun and positive with pain and trauma. She is still complaining about the initial ear hurting more than the second, and I totally understand why. I still feel absolutely sick to my stomach over all of it.In hindsight, I wouldve chosen a professional tattoo/piercing parlor. While this is more of a boutique look and feel, which is super cute for little girls wanting to get their ears pierced for the first time, there are some glaring issues with quality control and scheduling. I so wish my daughters experience had been different, but hopefully now will deter her from wanting any other piercings in the future.

I waited until my daughter was four weeks out from her piercing to leave my review. Ill be fully honest so everyone can have all of the information needed when choosing a piercing studio.First, know what youre getting into. I spent $241 total on my daughters ear piercing. About $65 of that was the actual piercing, and the rest was the cost of the earrings. Lily Grace does not pierce with silver. You must purchase gold earrings from them. They said gold is better for the healing process.Second, the owner pierced my daughters ears, and she was fantastic. Very good with little kids. You also get a free four week follow up where they thoroughly clean the ears and earrings, and she supplies you with the cleaning solution.Would I do it again at Lily Grace? Yes. You pay a lot more than other piercing studios, but the owner knows what shes doing. I trusted her, and thats worth it to me. I wanted the best, healthiest atmosphere for my daughter, and I got that here. The only thing Id do differently is not choose the numbing cream. My daughter said it did nothing to help the pain, so maybe dont waste $30 on that, but overall, Id give Lily Grace an A++.

We could not be more happy with the experience at LilyGrace Piercings! My daughter originally got her ears pierced when she was 6 and unfortunately had a terrible experience at another business. One of her ears became really infected and when it healed she made up her mind she would never pierce them again. She is 11 now and we finally convinced her it would be a good idea to try again. Enter LilyGrace and the owner Connie. From the moment we walked in the process was explained and Connie instantly put my daughter at ease with her calm approach and evident experience. I did lots of research before bringing my 8 year old girl to Lily Grace. I am SO glad I did! Not only did they live up to the amazing reviews, but they exceeded them in every way. My 6 year old daughter decided she wanted her ears pierced. After looking into a few options, we decided on Lily Grace, and I’m so happy we did.The cleanliness and professionalism were wonderful, and SO much better than when I was a kid and we thought our only option was the teenager that ran the mall kiosk lol. It’s only been a day, but I am shocked at how little irritation, discomfort, and bleeding there is compared to what I experienced when I had my done as a child.It is quite a bit pricier than the mall, but you DEFINITELY get what you pay for in terms of technique and jewelry quality. Their pricing was also very transparent if you look at the service cost plus the jewelry price on their website.The young man who checked us in and the piercing tech were both friendly, and despite them being very busy, were efficient without sacrificing a high-quality experience.My daughter is sooo proud of her new pierced ears. Very professional. The salon is very beautiful and they did a great job .The piercing was super fast. My 4 mo daughter did not cry at all. We went for the numbing gel.Only issue I had is they didnt offer a variety of studs. I did not want one with a stone but therl stock was very limited and we had to choose one with stone. Also after coming home I found the back of one stud is bent. I am giving 4 starts due to this else I would have definitely reviewed this place as 5 stars! Highly recommended as compared to the gun piercing in malls

Worth every mile and penny. We drove from Rockwall to have my 5-year-old daughter’s ears pierced, and we would have driven twice as far if we had known it would be this awesome. The entire experience was fun, pain was minimal, studio is adorable. The placement of the piercings was carefully measured. She helped my daughter imagine a pink beach with mermaids as she did the piercing, and my daughter was so into it that she never even flinched. NO PIERCING GUNS! I wish I had had my ears pierced here when I was younger. Highly recommended for any age.

I highly recommend Lily Grace to everyone. At 59, I needed to get my ears pierced higher to wear larger earrings. Connie completely understood and knew exactly how to fix that teenage mess. She was so friendly, yet 100% professional, that she had me at ease immediately. I only wish I knew of someplace so peaceful when I took my daughters to be pierced.

This place was amazing! I love the private room, especially with a small baby because they can get distracted with a lot of noise. Plus it is a sweet mother and daughter team at Lily Grace, they are so patient and kind. They are so great with babies and very knowledgeable about what they are doing. They were able to answer all questions, questions unlike a place at the mall who seemed impatient with me (they seemed to want to focus on selling jewelry at the mall, not too much in piercing concerns). I had a very good experience at lilygrace! Everyone working was very friendly and helpful. I thought I was going in for a piercing of a closed hole but they were able to quickly determine that they could just reopen the existing hole! Their selection of piercing earrings are limited but adequate. I really appreciate that they use a needle and not an earring gun, I will definitely come back to get a third piercing!

I made an appointment for body piercing through their website. Arrived 20 minutes before our appointment time. When we walked in not one of the 3 people at the front greeted us. We stood there for another 5 minutes as the woman at the front completely made us feel invisible having conversations right through us and still did not get any kind of greeting. Finally after stepping right up to the counter she said (without looking up once) I’m not ignoring you. It sure felt that way considering she refused to even make eye contact with us. Once she did she wasn’t able to find our appointment and then when we told her we were there for body piercing she said oh we don’t do that. We only do ears…. I said well your website said you did which is why we booked an appointment. No apology given she just said… okay have a good one completely dismissing us. HORRIBLE customer service. You should never be to busy to greet someone walking into your business looking to pay for services.

The piercer was very nice and we got an appointment pretty quickly. It’s just very, very, very EXPENSIVE. Way, way, way above what is reasonable. Their selection of earrings, which you had to buy there is tiny and the absolute cheapest available was $100. I had my twins to get their ears pierced one picked the $100 pair and the other picked the next cheapest (they only had 1 of each) and that was $140. I also paid for the numbing cream, which didn’t work. At all, my child said nothing was numb and then they said well it doesn’t completely numb it. Uh, What?!? Why charge so much for it if it doesn’t work? Then when it was time to check out there was $12 added in cleaner that we didn’t ask for. They handed it to us and said use this to clean but didn’t say a word about it being an additional cost. Then they said the 4 week check up appointment was complimentary but after the fact handed us a sheet of paper with a link to a YouTube video. The 4 week check up isn’t an in person visit, it’s a YouTube video you watch. Then when checking out, they ask you to leave a tip and give a suggested amount but it’s 20% on the entire bill. My suggested tip was nearly $80. I went back and changed the tip amount to tip on the service. Overall, I didnt like how everything was so expensive. My oldest daughter went to another local place (pin cushion) and it was nothing like Lilly Grace. I wish we would have gone to the same place I took her. LG was cute inside but at the end of the day I feel so Ripped off.

Brought my girls here in April to get their ears pierced at 4 months. Good experience. Came back for their 4 week follow up today. They had just woken up from a nap and were cranky. Chanley was very kind and patient with two crying babies. She took her time showing me how to clean their ears and change their earrings.I was overwhelmed and Chanley made me feel at ease. Called twice prior to just walking in. No answer and voicemail was full. Limited selection of earrings. I paid $120 for a lobe opening and the cheapest pair of earrings that arent even my style. I realize I couldve gone somewhere else and that their jewelry selection was listed on the website with the pricing. But I was already in there, having walked in because they didnt answer the phone and I just needed it done. The girl at the front desk seemed so uninterested and couldnt even hand me the after care solution and instructions despite the fact that she was packaging all of them. My piercer was great. I didnt get his name. Everyone seemed rushed. Had some questions about after care. called again. no answer. Texted the number given on their voicemail. No answer. Not an entirely bad experience but the lack of customer service and lack of communication was enough to make me want to write this review. I work in customer service and have never not responded to a customer. Ask all your questions in person before you leave.

We had an absolutely amazing experience here. We brought in my three year old for an ear piercing and we felt completely at home even with our youngest being rowdy. It is a little pricy but COMPLETELY worth it. They offer the EMLA (numbing) cream at the parlor and it is worth its weight in gold.. daughter didn’t even shed a tear. If I could give them a million stars I would!

Adore this sweet place. To be honest, I did NOT like the price until we actually made it to our appointment. It was worth every penny for the treatment, care, and love she showed my daughter. Such a beautiful experience!

We had such an amazing experience getting our 7 month old’s ears pierced!! It was beautiful inside, and they offer numbing cream which we def loved (our baby didn’t even cry) and Ashley was sooooo sweet and playful with her! I loved that she talks to you along the way to explain what she’s doing, and the process didn’t feel rushed she really took her time and made sure we were happy with the placement and that our babygirl was ok! She also did it so fast even though Noah wouldn’t sit still for more than 2 seconds, I was truly amazed! I recommend everyone come here, setting up an appointment is super easy and it’s very easy to find (we drove 40 mins to come here and it was nice to pull right up to the place). There’s also a beautiful photo wall to take pictures in front of when you finish 😍. I wish I could give y’all 10 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Ashley did a great job of explaining each step of the process which eased some of the nerves. I really like that they don’t use piercing guns, good ole fashioned needles! This makes a huge difference in both the piercing and healing process. It was a little more pricey than some other places but I feel like we got a good value for the care she took to really make sure the piercings would be placed right and the jewelry is all gold. The stud being gold is great for any potential nickel allergies! If you’re looking for a place to go (as a kid OR an adult), this is it!

We loved everything about this place! They really made the ear piercing experience for my 7yr old memorable and special. Not only was the boutique adorable; from the decorated soft pink tufted chairs in the lobby, to the floral photo wall, it was also extremely sterile and clean. They offer medical grade numbing cream and use autoclave machines to sterilize the instruments. Also, they do not use those loud hole punch guns youve probably seen at those stores which shall remain nameless. LilyGrace uses sharp, professional, sterile, medical grade piercing instruments. The piercing specialist here are fantastic, they know what theyre doing! You will NOT find an inexperienced teenager piercing your childs ears like youve probably seen at those places which again shall remain nameless. The ladies at LillyGrace are piercing specialist with obvious experience. Our piercing specialist Ashley was amazing. She was fun, gentle, she kept my little one distracted with questions and she was extremely careful in making sure the measurements of the holes were even and precise (using a measuring tools and measuring technique I really appreciated). Ashley had several ear piercings of her own which put me at ease. And yes...I know having that tattoos and piercings doesnt necessarily make someone a piercing expert but lets be honest, weve all heard the saying never trust a skinny cook soooooo yea. Bottom line is the piercing was flawless and these ladies know what theyre doing. Ashley walked my little one through each step of the ear piercing process, preparing her for everything she would feel. My 7yr is sometimes overly sensitive so I was shocked to see her smile through the entire process. she didnt shed one tear, I was extremely impressed. After the piercing, we took a cute pic at the floral photo wall and we were given after care written instructions, cleaning solution and a special toy souvenir to remember the experience by (all included with the piercing). As for price, it was reasonable given this was a special day for my little one and given the fact that an instrument was going through my childs ear - so safely and sterilization is absolutely worth the extra $. If youre looking for a cheap place to get your ears pierced by a couple of teenagers followed by the likely risk of 2 infected piercings a few days later, go to that nameless place we all know Im talking about....BUT if you want a great experience with wonderful piercing specialist at a clean facility that create memories that will likely last a lifetime, LillyGrace is your place:)

Okay so lets talk about the good and the not so good.Good: The ladies were FANTASTIC with my daughter. She is almost 3 and was very excited to get her ears pierced. I was worried she would scream, but they did everything they could to help her understand the process and she stayed very calm and only cried a tiny bit. They offer a numbing cream for $20 extra but we didnt feel that was needed. They use a cold spray and that was plenty.Not so good: We had an appointment for 4pm, but were not actually brought back until almost 4:45. The prices are HIGH and the website really doesnt represent that. The website says $40 plus the cost of jewelry. But the cost of jewelry isnt listed on the website. I assumed there would be a variety of earrings at different price points. Unfortunately when we got there, we found the least expensive earrings were $90. We decided to go ahead anyways, as we figured since she is only 2, shed be wearing these for a long time and high quality was a good way to go. We even decided to go with what we thought were a slightly more expensive pair, because they were pink. They didnt have a price on them, so we asked the young man at the front desk and he said they were the same as the 20 pt. Well apparently he meant the same SIZE but not price. So once all was said and done, we were shown a bill for $225!!! Apparently the earrings we picked were actually $165! I was shocked, and expressed my confusion. The owner was very kind but basically just said thats the price. I should mention, the young man I noticed was showing other customers there expected totals on an ipad. For some reason he never did that with us, but I didnt think anything of it until it was too late. We left feeling like we had been had, but I guess at least our daughter loves her earrings!Very nice people and quality service, but they really need to be more clear with their pricing.

The staff was really professional and kind. They made it pretty painless, and took a lot of care with every step of the process. They treated our daughter so kindly, and even handled our younger childs meltdown gracefully. Fantastic...Update: when we went back for our follow-up, they carefully showed is how to remove and properly clean everything with patience and care. Their customer care is off the charts.

Took my twin 3yr olds to LilyGrace. The experience was great . One of my twins has sensory issues and I didnt think she would go through with it but the staff was amazing and made her feel so comfortable she was excited to climb in the chair. They both barely flinched due to the numbing cream and healed perfectly. I highly recommend this place.

This is a very small, but very well done piercing facility. The owner and piercing tech were warm, patient and very knowledgable. They had great choices for high quality starter earings. They were really sweet with the small children ahead of us and super cool and fun with our teen. The decor is really cute too. Great customer service.

This place is amazing. Connie, Ashley, and the rest of the staff are so patient and caring. They performed an extraction, from my daughters attempt to pierce her own ear (not recommended). They took great care of her and I really appreciate their top notch service. Stay away from the malls. This place is way better, and locally owned.

Such an amazing experience with getting my 3 year olds lobes pierced for the first time and my nose re-pierced. My 3 year old can be super fussy and fidgety, but Connie ensured she cooperated beautifully. The place is super cute and girly, great selection of high quality earrings, and amazing service from all aspects. They just made us feel so comfortable and had SO MUCH warmth, while being super professional. Highly recommend to anyone getting their litte princesses ears pierced for the first time or anyone at any age (first time or repiercing) to go to Lily Grace!

I had been debating on whether or not to post my review because the staff was friendly but I think its best if I do. In my opinion I would not recommend for a baby....We had an appointment but still had to wait about 30 minutes... one of the ladies took a lunch break and the other one a restroom break....We choose this place because they specialized on piercings and we did not want to use a gun well the lady used the same needle for both lobes!!! Yes the SAME NEEDLE she placed it 9n the counter on a mat and the inserted the same one on the other ear!!! When she was starting she said oh we dont usually do babies!!!! WHATTT! RED FLAG we should have just left but didnt. After she was done (my baby with one bloody ear) said let me go ask the other lady to see if they look ok if not we can just do it again! I wanted to flip on her but I kept my cool.Several people have mentioned how the one on the left is to close and it is way way to close!We bought the white gold earings and she put a gold stud in the back and didnt say nothing about it when I asked her she said they were out and I could just get it when ever we went to our follow up! Mind you I live in Mansfield almost 1hr and a half away!When we went back the lady was more knowledgeable. Overall the staff was friendly but in this case it doesnt cut it because its a life time commitment to get your little ones ears pierced!We went here because I saw they offered numbing cream and thought it was worth it but it did nothing. So $180 later we wasted lots of time to get here and my babies ear piercings are uneven!

BEWARE: this company does what is called a bait and switch tactic. My daughter is 14 so I needed to be there with her to sign off and pay for the piercing. The cashier (front desk lady) showed me what the total would be on her Square cashier screen which was a total of $91. She asked, “is this total amount ok and can we proceed?” I said, “yes that looks ok!” When my daughter got done with the piercing they told me I owed $145!!! They tried to tell me there were other costs involved. What was the $91 that I approved prior to this? They didn’t care and still charged me $145. I’ve started filing a claim with the BBB and looking into what legal rights we have here. It’s small amount of money but I’m guessing they will continue to do this to people of no one steps up and stops it!

My baby girl got her ears pierced and they did an amazing job! I went back and had my nose pierced by Ashley I was nervous but she did an awesome job and she was so gentle.

Unprofessional. unorganized. EXTREMELY rude. I had scheduled an “adult/minor nose piercing” an hour prior to arriving only to be told “I can’t do a nose piercing today, you must have scheduled the appointment wrong.” However, I received the confirmation email regarding my appointment and two follow up text messages. After I arrived I was ignored by both attendees and my appointment was dismissed after they had claimed I was at fault for the scheduling mistake. I was greeted with attitude and eye rolls therefore I would HIGHLY DISCOURAGE anyone to seek any service from LilyGrace Piercings. A far superior alternative would be The Pin Cushin!

I’m not one to really write a review unless I feel strongly, and I’ve been sitting on whether or not to write this review. But, I had to have a doctor remove my cartilage piercing after it got infected + antibiotics.I felt anxious going to this place, and I thought I would give them a chance since the front desk person seemed nice. And the piercer was really nice too and answered all my questions. However, whenever I had followup questions, the front desk lady addressed them but in a way where I felt uncomfortable asking more questions.As I saw a bump show up in my cartilage piercing, I tried to come back to get it cleaned by the piercer like they offered, but I still felt uncomfortable since the front desk person ended up cleaning it instead of the piercer. I also felt uncomfortable at this time. And what’s nice is that this duo allows texting, which I did, but I just didn’t feel relaxed. I can’t put my finger on exactly what, but I felt rushed and dismissed.And I felt bad that I almost felt embarrassed and sorry that my ear got infected. I wasn’t comfortable enough to really tell them, and even when I mustered enough courage to, this whole thing just became such an uncomfortable experience for me.The piercer is fine, but I didn’t appreciate my experience with the front desk lady. And unfortanately, that played a huge role in my review.I’m not trying to tarnish reputations since this is only my experience, so I’m giving it a 3. Good service for the most part, they offered me a soda when I got there. But, I did not feel comfortable in my piecing experience here. So I would not recommend this place to somebody else, nor will I ever come here again. I almost don’t want to get piercings ever again.

I typically dont write negative reviews but this was one of the worst customer service experiences I have experience in some time. And the sad thing is, it totally could have been prevented if they answered the phone or responded to emails with the correct answer to my question of what you all had available. But I ended up making an appointment, wasting 2 hours of my time, only to arrive to find out you dont even have the jewelry I came in for. And the girl at the front was less than apologetic for the mishap. SUPER disappointing and I would not recommend coming here!!!

Got my 5 month olds ears pierced with an appointment. They were all very nice and the lady who owns it pierced my littles ears and was so sweet! The only thing is the very small selection of earrings to chose from.

Went today for a lobe opening and the experience was amazing! Roy literally had me in and out in less than 15 min… and I didn’t feel a thing. only thing was they were out of both earrings I preferred, but no biggie. great service, clean and super cute. ditch the mall and come here!

I drove all the way from South Dallas to get here and find out that their cheapest earrings are $85 not including the cost of the piercing. It would have been beneficial and helpful to know this information prior. They also are not clearly following Covid restrictions as their lobby was extremely full. Very disappointed 😕

Numbing cream didnt work as advertised. My child criedddd. It was hard for both mother & father to watch. The staff is kind & location is beautiful. Just be sure to double check efficiently of numbing cream. The numbing cream not working was a major turn off.

I went their today to get my helix pierced, totally worth it. The lady who pierced my was so sweet and helped me calm down my nerves. Because of her, it hurt way less than I originally thought it would.

I’ve called this place twice in two different days and have had no luck with anyone answering my call. I texted a number that their answering machine left Incase you needed to reach out to them through text and no one has gotten back to me. No luck through phone or text. I’m very disappointed because I have read some good reviews but the communication isn’t the best.

TERRIBLE! Totally botched job! It cost me an arm and a leg! They completely messed up my piercings and I ended up having to take out 3 of them. One left a scar because of the bad angle through the cartilage. I ended up going to a body piercing place instead and got my ears redone.

Called before to ask if I needed an appointment was told no, walk ins welcome. Told them I would be there in 15min around 4 and was told okay. Got there at 4 and no one was there. The sign even said closes at 5.
