Kait and Olivia were great! With previous experiences at other tattoo removal centers, the Removery has been my favorite by far. From the in depth explanations given to each of my questions and the process, perfect mix between friendly and professional, the all around comfort level they provided me with and the fair pricing with easy financing options makes the Frisco Removery location beyond amazing! Yesterday was my first session for eyebrow tattoo removal. I am truly amazed at how they look. There are still appts in my future. They did a wonderful job and were also very careful and went over the process again. The procedure was fast, The offices were clean the people are very friendly. I would recommend Removery Tattoo with no hesitations!

Amber helped me with the consultation and the pricing. She was nice and helpful and explained everything in detail. This is my 4th tattoo removal place Ive been to and they have had the best pricing options. I like that they offer a package for unlimited sessions until removed or until ink cant be treated anymore. Olivia did my first session and that went well. She iced the area and had cold air blowing the whole time which helped. Tattoo removal is a little painful but its bearable and the session is quick. Ill update on progress.

Katelyn, Olivia, and Amanda were absolutely wonderful to interact with. Amanda treated my tattoo and I am just amazed at how well it reacted so quickly. I’ve had tattoo removal before but it certainly wasn’t like this!

All the staff here are amazing- I’ve had different staff members do my sessions and they’re all great!! It’s super quick and I personally don’t think the pain is that bad. The girls are super friendly and professional. I’ve been going for over a year and still have several sessions before it’s completed.. but I’m starting to see progress which is exciting!! Kearra did my first treatment and it went as smoothly as it possibly could. I got my quote, my treatment plan, and first round of removery on all of my tattoos in one day! They’re very flexible. Tl;dr Olivia and Removery deserve 6 stars.Firstly, I have to say that my laser tech Olivia is amazing,. I’ve been going to Removery for some time now and each and every encounter with Olivia is a joy and she’s a consummate professional. She’s in tune with how I’m doing throughout the session on top of being patient and kind. I think the best thing I can say about Olivia, Removery, and this process is that I feel safe and implicitly trust Olivia with my care. This is after sustaining second degree burns last year during a cosmetic laser procedure (NOT at Removery and with a different type of laser). Olivia has been nothing short of an angel in understanding that I feel skittish sometimes and I have never left a session with her with anything other than what is expected during this process.

Absolutely love the staff, they are so sweet and welcoming! They made something that was supposed to be a painful experience actually fun and worth it. I know it’s going to be a process, but I’m so excited for the results. I never thought I’d be able to remove these tattoos!

Ive considered getting a very visible tattoo removed for a couple years, but never felt confident in the places Ive consulted with. Removery took the time to explain the process and gave me a realistic time line of removal. I would recommend Removery to anyone considering a removal.

Removery is excellent. My tattoo is 90% gone. The staff are friendly and speedy during the removal process (which is super important). Olivia at the Frisco ,TX location is an absolute gem.

Like most people, I was a little skeptical when I had my initial consultation with Removery that they would be able to produce the kind of results that they were predicting. But I decided that my tattoo wasn’t going to disappear all by itself, so I went all in. I have to say, I’m extremely thrilled with my results so far. Olivia has been the most incredible technician - friendly, detailed, attentive, careful, and helpful. I have never felt like my questions were a nuisance, or that she wasn’t taking the utmost care to make sure my sessions were as gentle and painless as possible. It is a slow process (depending on the size and color complexity), so be patient with your progress. I’ve been at it for over two years now, but little by little the tattoo is fading away. Thank you to Olivia and the team in Frisco for your care and excellence!

I tried three places in Plano/Frisco for tattoo removal over the past 3 yrs, and this place is the most effective and “pleasant” thus far. I’ve been going for about a year now. Their laser is newer and has a cool wind feature that makes the laser more bearable. Pricing was a bit higher than Med spas, but then again the Med spa lasers weren’t working very well for my tattoos. The best part of this place is the lady who operates the laser. She is very friendly, knowledgeable, and explains everything in details before anything is done. Very professional.

Had the pleasure of meeting with Amber @ frisco she’s kind and very helpfull. So I’ve shopped around with 5 different companies including one I’ve already used, and none offer pricing even close nor do they offer unlimited sessions like Removery. Don’t pass this place up…

I have been a Removery client for over a year. They have an excellent facility in Frisco that is always clean, prompt, and organized. Olivia is the reason I have kept driving up to Frisco even after a move. She is quick with the treatment and always professional. I hope that Removery continues to value her skill at the job and makes her service the standard for future employees. My tattoos are fading and I owe it to Removery.

I had a mediocre experience at the Removery Frisco location today. My appointment was scheduled at 9am and I took a seat in the lobby at 8:57am. Shortly thereafter I was “greeted” by Olivia, who was visibly agitated by my “early” arrival. She negated any pleasantries and instead aggressively stated they don’t open until 9am. I felt completely uncomfortable and offered to step outside for 3 minutes.Moving forward my suggestion is to lock the office doors until you are clearly open and ready for business.I was fortunate not to have any further encounters with Olivia at the time of my appointment. Kayla was my tech, she had great customer service and positive attitude! Olivia can stand to learn a thing or two from her.

I have been going to this location since May for laser tattoo removal and I cant speak highly enough about my experience here. The staff is extremely professional and friendly and I really look forward to my appointments! They have truly thought of everything to make you feel comfortable and answer all of your questions. Ive seen some results (Ive had about three sessions on three different sections), but Im trusting the process. I can not speak highly enough about this company, especially Kearra and Olivia! Olivia is the best. The process is painful but she helps to distract you with conversation to take your mind off the pain. she moves quickly and is very conscious of how it’s affecting you which makes the overall experience very easy to bear.

Signed agreement, which they lost few months later, discussed pricing over the phone few days prior to my appointment, when I got in, I was told pricing changed, “oops we quoted you wrong” sorry. Everytime I walk into the office--it is clean and inviting. The staff are kind, and there is usually never any wait time. The procedure is quick depending on the size of the tattoo. I am in and out in less than 30 minutes!

Ive only had my first treatment so far but Im optimistic about the results! Professional, modern and clean office and kind technician who explained my different payment options. We ended up purchasing a 10 pack because if you dont use the entire pack (the tattoo is complely gone already) you are refunded the difference OR if your treatment needs to exceed that package, any further sessions will be comped. Really great guarantee with no risk!

Obviously getting your tattoo removed is not exactly enjoyable, due to the pain (it’s worth it in the end), but these girls make it easy to come back each time. Everytime I walk in the door they have greeted me with a smile, and made me feel very welcome and at ease. The staff at Frisco literally treat you like a friend more than a customer. I nearly drive two hours everytime but wouldn’t want it any other way, I trust these girls. Office is also very clean and welcoming. 5 stars from me, but wish I could give them 10. ⭐️♥️

All the ladies are very friendly and knowledgeable about the whole experience. They always greet you with a smile. As far as the removal itself, it hurts but they always do their best to keep you encouraged during the session.

I had arrived early to my scheduled appointment and the office was able to fit me in right away- so no long wait, which is always awesome! The office is very clean with multiple beverage options and a comfortable waiting area. No paperwork either, everything was on an iPad which was also great. The process was explained very well, they made sure all my questions were answered and the process was as painless as possible and very quick. Great value for the services offered. They also offer multiple payment options including care credit. I was very pleased with my experience from beginning to end.

The ladies at Removery (formerly Eraser) are always fast and friendly. I have a tattoo which has been incredibly stubborn on one side. Ive had to go in for somewhere around 15-20 sessions so far and it looks like there will be many more to come. My package was only for 10 but included a clause for however many are necessary. theyve never once balked at how much work Ive become for them.Hopefully I l never get a tattoo where I feel the need to go back, but if I do Ill go to Removery.10/10

Friendly, welcoming, knowledgeable staff! Clean office, reasonable prices, top of the line laser technology. I did a lot of research when finding a laser removal office. This was my 3rd place to try and it’s too bad I didn’t find it first! More than happy with my experience. Three things that really stood out compared to the other places I tired, Eraser Clinic did a couple test spots to find the best setting for my removal when the other places just used a standard setting and went at it. Eraser Clinic measured my tattoo with a tape measure to accurately get measurements for pricing chart when other places eye balled my tattoo and throughout a random expensive number. Also Eraser Clinic provided an after care bag with everything you need for the after care of your laser session, so you don’t need to make additional stops or purchases at a pharmacy. Hands down, the best place for a tattoo removal procedure!! I will recommend it for anyone who wants or thinking about removing a tattoo!

Theyre helping me erase an embarrassing past choice with such ease. The staff is so sweet and welcoming. The process is super quick and painless. It felt like a bunch of tiny kisses. Kearra explained everything so well that I left their place with a PhD in tattoo removery. If you made a terrible drunken mistake that you want to remove [because you dont want to explain it to your future kids or nosy people] then I suggest you make an appointment. Thank you, Kearra + staff because now people will have to actually date me to figure out Im toxic instead of seeing my tattoo!

The attention they gave me was excellent, the sanitary methods are adequate for the type of work they do and the equipment they use is top quality. But I must say that I am not satisfied with the results and I do not want to sound rude because they are very respectful and pleasant, but the videos and images that they show on social networks say more than what really happens in the end. My tattoo is something simple, without colorful filling, without shadows and very very basic and homemade. I can only say that after my first laser session my tattoo is much more visible than before and they only erased a few lines of the contour. I am not happy and, I am very sorry to have to tell you this.

After my initial consultation, I was not at all impressed and decided not to go with them for my tattoo removal process. The experience wasn’t welcoming at all. It didn’t feel like a consultation at all but more of an intro to an assembly line. When I sat down with my “specialist”, she gave me basic information that you would find on any website relating to tattoo removal on melanated skin. The answers were generic textbook answers. None of it felt specific to me and my personal needs, which is the whole point of a consultation. None of what the “specialist” told me was different from the jargon on their website and in the brochure. I left feeling as if tattoo removal wasn’t for me. I called the 800# to see if it was possible to have a consult with a “specialist” that is more experienced with melanated skin, as their website speaks to the need for someone more experienced to have a better outcome. I was met with the same canned responses and told that person doing the consultation wasn’t even in fact the person that would be doing the actual removal!! That doesn’t instill ANY confidence in me whatsoever about the quality of service I’d receive. I was told that all of their “specialists” have the same level of training and experience (as if this is even possible). Sure they may have all been trained the same way, but their experience would differ greatly as this is based on the individual cases they’ve done etc. Nothing about this was a personlized experience. It felt like a tattoo removal chop shop! Get ‘em in, get ‘em going. With any type of laser treatment, it is important to have people understand not only how to work the lasers but how to treat people as individuals and meet their personal needs, not just a one way approach. At no time was there an assessment of my skin done. It was hardly a 5 minute conversation. All in all, I’m grateful for this experience because it made me do some real research and I found the PERFECT person to do my tattoo removal. I would not recommend this place for ANYONE, but especially those that have melanated skin. Yes, they may get the tattoo removed but at what cost? Are they maintaining the integrity of your skin? Are they causing scar tissue? There are so many variables to tattoo removal and I would suggest going to someone that not only takes these into consideration on an individual basis but also cares more about doing what’s in the best of your skin.

The staff are absolutely amazing! They are all super knowledgeable about the treatments and are really warm and welcoming. The pricing for a small tattoo removal is a bit pricey as compared to many other places.

The ladies are so kind and have a great bedside manner! The location is convenient and clean too. Very happy with my experience here and my tattoo is fading slowly but surely!

Love this Frisco Removery location! Never any wait, as soon as I walk in they’re ready to bring me back, appointment is super quick. They always show me my progress pics and are very thorough with the after care instructions.

The ladies are always very welcoming and kind. I have been getting some of my old artwork removed for personal reasons.I started back in September of 2020. Getting a total of 7 removed on my left hand, and have seen a difference for sure. I have 2 cover up that are getting lighter and lighter every 6 weeks. I put the ointment that is provided to me and also use the vitamin E oil with 75,000 IU as recommended.I cant wait to see the final finish, I have never had any of my tattoos removed but I am glad I found them. They have been such a delight to look forward to every 6 weeks. Keep up the great work, 2 thumbs up!

I called numerous treatment facilities and ask numerous questions regarding having my tattoo removed. I spoke to a very nice lady in customer service who explained it could take up to 10 treatments to have the tattoo completely removed and they offered a 10 pack. Their offer was anywhere from $80 to $125 per treatment session. If it didnt take all 10 sessions, they would refund the difference. I chose this spa, made my consultation appt, got there and was told it would cost around $200 per treatment and that was for the 10 pack. I explained what I was told by their customer service. They would not budge on price. I even told them I would meet them at $150 a treatment and they said all they could do was give me a $100 discount. I declined their service and Im using another place whos charging me $100 per treatment. Extremely bad business to quote a price to someone, have them drive 40 minutes to your location and then change the price AND not try to make good the mistake their customer service rep made.

Just had my first treatment done on my hand here and the experience was great (minus the pain!) The two ladies there made sure to describe the process as clear as possible to make sure I understood everything before we started. Price was good and being able to buy 5-10 treatments at a time for a slight discount was helpful too. Next treatment in July and I’ll definitely be going here for all future treatments!

This facility is FANTASTIC!The staff welcomes you immediately. Always acknowledges their clients and greets you with a smile. The ladies are very knowledgeable, always gives you reasonable advice and recommendations on how to take care if the after care process.Great staff and always a great visit every time.

10/10 experience. They explained to me that due to the location and saturation of the tattoo it would probably be a high number of treatments but didn’t pressure me to buy the unlimited package. It was over in literally 5 seconds pain free! And honestly so reasonably priced.

I came to Eraser Clinic in Frisco after moving to the area recently to continue treatments on a tattoo I had already started the process of removing in my previous city. They were able to get me in the day I called, and were extremely professional and courteous. They even provided me with after-care bandages, an ice pack, and ointment in a cute little bag. I have already had visible progress after only two sessions, and Im excited to continue treatment!

Super easy and quick! I was pretty nervous, but Brooke was amazing! She answered all my questions, and made sure I was comfortable the whole procedure...which took only like 3 minutes and it was not nearly as painful as I imagined it would be. I can’t wait until my next session!

My wife went in for her 8th treatment this week. It had been several months....... not one person in the facility mentioned the incrediable price increase she experienced. Her 7th treatment was $280.00. She was charged $420.00 for this 8th treatment. This price increase is excessive and unreasonable. The facility lacks good communication skills relative to the new price strategy. The employees need to be better trained..........

I have only had my first visit and treatment but my initial experience was fantastic. The team was friendly and provided excellent customer service. The pricing is beyond reasonable for the other options that I looked into before booking my consultation and the recovery from my first treatment couldn’t have been easier!

Doing waste your time with this company. They claim that they have the ability to treat people of color but that is false. The technician I met with for my consultation immediately decided that she could not treat me citing a fictitious reason of hyperpigmentation on my tattoo when in fact it is the remaining color after previous sessions. A professional would know this. Rather than saying Im not comfortable working on a person of color she states that I should use ointment and try again in several months to be a candidate. My last session was July 2019. Disappointed that I have yet to hear from management.

Most of the reviews here say how well the staff and the premises are. How about the results ? I had my 7th session today and the results are pathetic. I spent $388/ session and I barely can see any results. In the beginning I was told I need 10 sessions for 100% removal. I can see only 10% result so far. So I asked what’s wrong, why don’t I see any improvement? Now they say it is hard to remove colors. I have had the same colors during my consultation lol. FYI prices went up from $388 to $570 that around 46% increase. I ran out of my patience and now I can see it’s a major rip off.
