Nestled in a quite unassuming place, this place is a gem of a find! So glad we found it, actually, my daughter did! It’s one of the best piercing she got, hands down! The staff are sweet, so accommodating, polite. Since the space is limited inside, they put you on a car que. you can give your name and phone number and you can wait in your car. Believe me the parking is limited and every car is there for getting their piercing done!😀 Highly recommended!

Did a walk in on Saturday around 6pm, they were booming! But were able to get me in, on the list and out pretty quickly. They can do all kinds of piercings, I walked in wanting to do a second lobe piercing and downsized my helix piercing. Cute options, friendly workers and cutesy little place! Def recommend :) and girl owned and operated! Girl bosses!

This place is incredible!! I recently had a badly pierced pair of ear lope holes done while I was traveling in Europe, i didnt like it as they were too close to my existing holes and they are not even symmetrical. After 2 months of debating I decided to get it fixed. I searched a while on google and chose this store. I was right! The piercer ( sorry I didnt ask for her name which is the only thing I regret about ) very patiently listened to me explain why and how I want them fixed , she made good suggestions while respectful to my preferences. she took as long as needed to mark the piercing position and confirmed it with me before started piecing. During the piercing, I was a bit nervous at beginning, but she explained every step and made it much easier for me. Now I had 2 new pairs pierced at the positions exactly as I wanted!I highly recommend this place. It can be crowded on the weekends so you may need to wait a while. But all the waiting is well worth it!

For her 18th birthday, my daughter wanted doubles. Alex did her piercings, and the entire experience, start to finish, could not have been better. Everything about this business is top-notch, and I cannot stress how highly I recommend The Pin Cushion. A±++++++

The Pin Cushion is absolutely 100% the place to go!! I have had 5 piercings done by the ladies here and I love them all! The girls are all so sweet, helpful and knowledgeable! I brought my little sister here for her first lobe piercings and it was a breeze! Alex has helped me with my last 3 piercings and she is the bomb!!!! I had the most amazing experience here and feel so happy with my ear piercings! The staff was extremely friendly and professional. Taylor serviced me and made me feel very comfortable (as I was nervous after having my first set done as a toddler) and made the process so enjoyable and informative! This place was pretty cool. My wife went to get the top of her ear pierced. I would say this place seems to cater to teenage girls because that’s all I saw while I was there, but I think the best part is that they allow walk-ins. Would come back due to the simplicity this place offers.

Hands down of the best the experiences with getting pierced! Every single one of the staff was beyond amazing. Taylor is who did my piercing and she did such a great job. I will for sure be coming back to see her for all of piercings. Also, the fact it is all woman makes my damn heart sooooo happy! Love love love love this place!

First time here today!! I needed to get my nose piercing replaced. They got me taken care of quickly and were great about listening to what i was looking for. Everything was explained thoroughly. Highly recommend this place!!

Amazing first time experience here with my teenage daughter! We went in for second lobe piercings and the entire process from check-in to checkout was a breeze. Waiver was done on your phone through a QR code, uploading documents to it was easy, and it took less than 5min to complete.Alex was my daughter’s piercer and she was phenomenal! From step by step care instructions, to walking her through every step of what she was doing. She made my daughter feel extremely comfortable and her nerves were put at ease. We will definitely be back to see her when my daughter is ready for her next piercings! Go see Alex! You won’t regret it!

Really great experience! Got my cartilage pierced a week ago, and soreness is almost 100% gone. Never experienced any swelling. My piercer was really nice and conscious of being gentle. Really happy with how it turned out and impressed how quickly its healing. Also, reasonable prices. Ready to go back and jewel out my entire ear!

Took my daughter up there today. Arriving, there were TONS of people in there. Thought we would be waiting hours. We were in and out in less than 45 mins. Very clean place. Front desk girl (I didnt get her name,) was so sweet. And Tana was awesome and so quick and sweet with my daughter. Will definitely be coming back for myself. Thank you ladies!

If youre looking for a reliable place to execute pierced ears, go no further. The exterior is not much to look at, but the people inside know their business. They can give you options and honest opinions, as well as instruct you on post piercing care and cleaning. Other piercings are available beyond ears, so just ask. Even if you only want one piercing in your life, you want it to be right the first time, and you can be comfortable putting yourself in The Pin Cushions capable hands.

I got my nose pierced by Emily, she was awesome! I was told there were 15-20 people ahead of me but honestly the wait time didn’t feel that long at all! The staff were so informative and helpful!! Great place!!!

As a dude getting my first piercing they were incredibly professional and got me and friends in and out quick. Tana was a great piercer. Will go there again for another!

2nd time coming to get my Monroe piercing and the wait wasnt bad. I enjoyed the not so often found cool summer Texas breeze while waiting and then got my wait list text saying to come in. Got checked in pretty quickly and the next steps were explained. Picked out my upgraded jewelry and waited a few more minutes to get into a room. I was in and out in literally no time and am more than pleased. Would definitely recommend.

I highly recommend the pin cushion to anyone thinking about getting pierced! The staff is so friendly and helpful. any time i’ve had a problem with a piercing like an irritation bump, etc. they always give me great advice on how to treat it. all of my piercings from here have healed beautifully!

Got my conch done here. I can’t remember who my piercer was but I came with my friend and we were in and out in like 10 minuets. I like how private it was and the piercing didn’t hurt AT ALL!! She gave clear instructions and it’s healing very nicely. It’s been over a week and I can’t even feel that it’s there. I bought the cleaning spray which wasn’t an option at previous places and it was so reasonably priced. I think I spent $70 total and that includes a tip.

These people at the pincushion can be great from the beginning to the end of getting pierced, but when i had gotten my eyebrow piercing i developed a bump under the piercing and came in to have it looked at and when i did they said it was nothing and i would be good .I brushed it off and didn’t worry about it for a while.this morning i woke up and my piercing was burning and the bump was extremely inflamed and red.I was super worried and didn’t want to immediately go to the hospital because it might’ve been fixable.I went to the pincushion to have them look at it .I am crying and extremely concerned and it is 12:55 when i get there and knock on the door.When these two girls answered i thought i was in luck ,but instead im crying and trying to explain my situation but these two girls are just laughing at me and telling me i cannot come in. I did not try to argue because i understood that they were not open yet and that was fair because they didn’t open until 1:00 so i asked if they could “step out to take a look?” they again said no continuing to be rude and very unhelpful. as they were laughing they said i wouldn’t need to go to the hospital.i ended up going to the hospital today and the needle i was piercedwith was dirty and the bump was past being able to help on the surface so now i have to go into surgery (another thing to pay for).I will never go back there because since these new people have been hired it has just gone way downhill.This could’ve been avoided if these people actually knew how to do their jobs or wanted to help people.

My daughters and I had a great experience at the Pin Cushion. I wasn’t aware ahead of time that you have to bring proof of guardianship and photo ID for kids. I’m glad they do that for safety but when I called ahead it wasn’t mentioned. That info is on the website and if I’d spent more time reading the website I would have known that before. I mentioned to the front desk that it wouldn’t be a bad thing to mention when people call for info and they appreciated that feedback ☺️Thankfully I was able to get a picture of what I needed and didn’t have to drive the 25 minutes there and back again to get it.Everything was walk-in only and despite a lot of business and us being a party of three we were still seen quickly. Staff at the desk was friendly and helpful. The lady who did our piercing was kind and quick. All sanitary practices were in place.All in all this was a great experience and I highly recommend. Make sure you have the documents you need before heading up there with kids!!!

Its been five years and I finally confirmed with another professional that my belly button piercing is way too shallow. It does not matter how short or small the jewelry is, it never sits properly over my belly button, they always hang too low and look loose because not enough tissue was pierced.I went on a day when they werent busy, I was a walk in but that shouldnt determine the quality of service. I feel certain she wouldnt be there anymore but the front desk person was on her phone and I had to verbally get her attention to get her to acknowledge I had walked in.I trusted you to do a professional job, I didnt realize that it was incorrect, because Im not a professional. I was informed by another piercing professional when getting another piercing, that my belly button was pierced incorrectly. had I known that previously I would have come in for revision.

This was the worst experience I’ve ever had. The lady in the front (who looks a bit too old to be wearing the makeup she does) was so disrespectful, along with round faced girl, they were clearly kekeing it up, and gave 0 attention to paying customers. Quite honestly never been to an establishment that has lacked so much professionalism, everything is overpriced and you would probably safer getting it done at Claire’s.

Body piercer did an excellent job. Attentive, took her time with me, gave me guidance. My go to piercing shop is Shamon Modification. I tried Pin Cushion because I was referred. Little did I know this place is not child proof. A good place to bring your child and a good place to get an assortment of piercings done.I will add the receptionist wasnt the kindest to me as she was to other clients.While I was talking she would look at me with a blank look. Like she wasnt listening to me. Or if she was she could have cared less what I was saying. Not much of a response to my questions. I watched her with other clients and she was much more engaged.The price is phenomenal for a piercing.Check this place out!

I was recommended this place by my coworker and mom when looking to get pierced for the first time ever! I got both lobes done and one helix piercing. And it was absolutely amazing. My piercer was Krista, she made sure I liked everything and felt comfortable. She did an awesome job! The pain wasnt too bad either, it just feels like youre getting a shot from a doctor. The prices arent too bad either, basically walked out paying less than $150. Definitely go here if youre looking to get pierced! Very fun.

Excellent experience! I wanted to get my ears re-pierced, and a friend recommended The Pin Cushion. Im glad he recommended them to me. I was warmly greeted and helped by Emily at the front desk. Taylor M. did a great professional job in assessing my previous ear piercing holes and easily placed new earrings in them for me. She kept me comfortable the whole time, as she was very warm, kind, and knowledgeable. I strongly recommend The Pin Cushion!

I had my Daith and cartilage done here. Both got extremely infected. I had to have my daith forcefully removed by somebody. When I came in I got no apology, nothing. She just rudely took it out, acted like it happened all the time. (This was a few years ago). I screamed and cried. Worst pain in my life. They were rude and she even rolled her eyes when I cried. I’ve never been more upset at how I’ve been treated by an employee.Clearly they don’t sterilize correctly since both the piercings I’ve had done here got infected and I’ve never had a problem with any other piercing I’ve had done other places. Go somewhere else and stay away from this place. Rude employees and owners.

I used to be loyal to pin cushion until I saw how many people have had bad experiences with them. I was told by another piercer that I didn’t have the anatomy for an Industrial piercing. I asked pin cushion for a second opinion and they said that they could pierce it. I thought everything was fine and this was my favorite piercing, until I started to form a keloid around a year later. I asked pin cushion to look at it and they said that it’s just a irritation bump that needs to be cleaned with medicine infused Q-tips. I went to a dermatologist and she told me that it is in fact a keloid. I was told to take the piercing out so the dermatologist could drain my keloid. I know four other people who have had bad experiences with pin cushion. For cartilage piercings, they say it’s okay to pierce with a hoop. I’m not a piercer and even I know that is not true. I have to tell them to pierce me with a stud which I shouldn’t have to do considering THEY are the piercers. They want to get people in and out as quickly as possible, so they don’t pay attention to if they’re piercing right. Of course they won’t even admit if they pierced something wrong as well, they’ll just keep giving you solutions that won’t work until you give up on the piercing. I wish I listened to others when they told me not to go here.

I have to go here at least twice a year to replace the nose screws I keep losing! Thankfully the price for the jewelry and service to reinsert it (its a 20-year piercing that wont close even after several weeks but they insist on doing it) is reasonable. Each piercer Ive worked with has been so helpful and kind. I wish they had more jewelry options though instead of the starter ones that were offered to me (white, black or ball stud in 2-3 different sizes).Before my most recent visit, my 9-year-old askedif she could get her ears pierced. Tana eased her mind and walked her through the entire process. She didnt try to rush it and was patient. My daughter didnt even flinch when she was pierced! She was definitely in good hands. Were about a week out and the aftercare products plus the instructions has prevented any issues thus far. Ill be back with my other daughter when shes of age and Im seriously considering another piercing myself!

Loved it here!!! Wait took a little while considering the fact that we were in a rush (about 3 hours) but that’s totally fine! Was a walk in and felt very comfortable and assured with the ‘only women factor’ of this business. I turned 14 3 days ago and got my left nostril as a gift yesterday here. Went by totally fast and felt minimum pain. So far healing well. (It’s been almost 12 hours) Store smelt really good like cotton candy. Jewelry is sold at reasonable prices and customer service was outstanding!!! Everyone was super friendly and reassuring. Love the fact that unlike Claire’s or Icing and many other stores in Dallas-Fort Worth area they allow piercings at young ages. Also cheaper than Claire’s and Icing but better options for jewelry and wider selection of types of piercings of course. (LOL said of a lot there) Waitlist signup and process was very organized and easy too. My piercing looks great too. Shoutout to Madi at the checkout desk. Overall she was great and experience was great!

I was looking for a woman-run/woman pierced shop and Im so glad I went here. The environment was incredibly clean, everyone was professional and the price was great. My previous piercing experience was in a Claires many years ago, and this was drastically different in a very positive way.The rooms are private, so its just you and the piercer. Theyre very comfortable and while small, still dont feel claustrophobic. My piercer double checked what jewelry I wanted as well as placement multiple times to make sure I got what I wanted. Afterward they went over aftercare with me and made sure I knew what to look for and what to do. Super professional.Be aware though, they only take walk-ins and those spots fill up fast, especially on days like Saturday when I went. If you want to be in and out quickly I suggest you go right when they open. Even going fairly quickly after they opened there was a bit of a wait. They were working on cutting the line down as quickly as possible, but its a very popular place. Additionally the parking situation can be kind of wonky. Not their fault but I would just be warned it can be tricky to get in and out of, especially since they share space with other businesses.

My daughter had her ears pierced here for her 6th birthday 🥳. The shop staff made it very special for her. My daughter was incredibly nervous and at no point did we feel rushed. Absolutely an amazing experience and memory for us.

I got my nips pierced here!! it’s been about 2 months and they have given me absolutely no issues. my piercer was so nice (i think it was selena!) & she took her time to make sure they were even. i love them so much!

Taylor was absolutely the best of the best! I came in wanting to correct the placement of my piercings as I previously had them done at the mall as a child. They helped me find the perfect placement and jewelry and were meticulous and gentle with piercing. This is the best piercing experience I have had by leagues and the atmosphere inside the shop is very relaxing. 11/10 experience

Great experience with a piercing issue we had from another shop. They dont take appointments, only walk-ins, so we got there when it opened. The line was already out the door at 1:00pm. They were fast and efficient at seeing everyone and getting to us in a timely fashion. Appreciate their customer service and willingness to work with us. We will definitely be back!

I had a great experience at The Pin Cushion. Piercers were nice and knowledgable. The shop was clean and they used brand new needles fresh from the package. They offer a cleaning solution for an additional cost and it has been worth it. My piercings (3rd lobe and helix) feel good and its only been a few days. No pain, no swelling and they look great. Highly recommend!

Took my 17 yr old daughter to get her Industrial and was so relieved I found this place. First off it’s the price for me, after calling every place in the DFW they are the cheapest in town! Second is the atmosphere, I didn’t want to bring my little girl to some tattoo shop where a bunch of dudes gawking but here they make you feel 💯 comfortable. 3rd is professionalism! Make sure your papers are in order because they don’t play! Definitely recommend!!!

I wish I could give a negative rating, this place had me waiting 1.5+ hr to get my nostril piercing removed… its a five minute process and I had to leave because it was absurd seeing everyone who arrived after me go in. The workers prioritize expensive procedures and make people wait insane times. I am never coming to this piercing shop again. And you shouldn’t either. Btw my nostril was not infected or anything I simply wanted another change.

So this rating is because my daughter thinks this place is great. Imagine willingly paying someone to stick metal through parts of your body... They are very nice and professional. Very clean, weve never had issues with any of their work. I think weve been back here maybe six times. Theyre careful to instruct you how to take care of your piercing and all that.

We wasted 2 hours waiting to get service; the receptionist said its first come first serve. 2 guys walked in and there was 4 people ahead of them, including us.The 2 guys were called in which wasnt fair to us because were ahead of the 2 guys. May be you should be giving numbers when customers come in instead first come serve to not waste peoples time.

Received my first ear lobe piercing here! Wait wasnt long as I went on a weekday afternoon, but I heard from a friend who went here before that it does get pretty busy, especially on weekends.Taylor H was my piercer. She was diligent, making sure that my holes were even (my lobes are fat and shaped weird lol) and asked for my feedback. I was nervous, but she made me feel comfortable.Price of piercing includes the jewelry. They do sell soap and spray, but they dont force you to buy it and suggest alternatives. Its been about a month since Ive gotten my ears pierced, and I dont have any problems!

Do not get pierced here! I decided the day before my birthday to get two helix piercings on my right ear, even though I am from a different state. I waited two hours in the waitlist, then came my turn, the lady who pierced me was super sweet but you can tell she was really trying to rush the process. I asked her if she can please use the better metal because I have history with cheap metal infections. She told me that they only use the best metal. Then she pierced me super quick and that was it.After a few weeks, I washed and did the spray constantly everyday but for some reason, my ear was still very swollen. Along with that, one of my piercings kept falling into the hole, and I would have to push it out constantly so it didnt close. This was very painful and no matter how much medicine I took the swelling would not go down. I decided I needed to go to my usual piercer, he was very surprised I was not in the ER, these piercings were tiny!! There were smaller than the size of my ear in that area and the diamond part in the front was also tiny compared to the size of the hole in my ear. On top of that it was the cheapest metal, even though I asked for a better one. So I had to replace them with piercings twice the size so my ear could actually heal.They run this place like a factory, they try to pierce as many people as they can in a certain amount of time rather than giving good piercings that will last. I usually never put bad reviews, but I wanted to write this because this is a health issue, I couldve been in the ER with doctors having to cut out piercings if I didnt go when I did. So please proceed with caution at this place.The pictures show the comparison of the piercing from her versus the ones I should have had, then the piercing from here compared to the size of my swollen ear.

The people are nice but the standard for an industrial piercing is supposed to be 14g but they pierce with 16g. I dont know if its because itll make you go back to get it repierced or what but everywhere I go only carrys 14g so it makes it hard to find Jewlery.

My piercing was a little more difficult due to my tummy tuck. She tried several times to grasp the area, and it kept rolling on her. But she didnt give up, we worked together, and I sat up to give more pucker, and she got it done!! So happy to have it back!!

Fantastic place! We went yesterday and we expected a wait (thanks Google for showing the expected amount of time people wait on a Saturday) there were about 15 people on the list in front of us but everyone working there remained happy and calm and worked through everyone so freaking fast. They were so professional and experienced. My daith piercing went well and my daughters ear piercing went really well. She was so nervous but did such a good job and it was such a fast thing there wasnt time to freak out. Fantastic place!!

I got 2 ear piercings today (flat and conch) from Emily. Emily was so great helping my nerves, and being patient with me. She was very gentle getting the jewelry in and very friendly. Here with my daughter sat for an hour and I was wondering why everyone was going ahead of us . So we checked with the front desk attendant who stated she did not receive the waiver I completed online. You would think if you do this everyday surely you know two people were here before 20 other people and we just sat there . If we never asked we would still be sitting there . Customer service is very important . Employees have to be more attentive whether busy or not .

Selena is so gentle and so experienced when she is piercing! I have gone to her twice now and both times I was so comfortable and so excited to get a new piercing with her. She’s even super communicative through text with her schedule! Love her and will continue to coming to pin cushion and being pierced by her!

I was surprised at how busy they were when I went, but after my experience there, I can see why people love it! They are extremely fast and efficient, yet they do not compromise quality service just because they are busy. The staff was extremely friendly, and the place was inviting. When getting my nose pierced, they were very clean and professional. I usually have issues with my piercings, but my nose piercing was super easy and healed quickly. I will definitely be going back for more piercings in the future.

The ladies here are so chill and friendly. They do a ton to make sure folks coming in feel comfortable, whether its their first or fifteenth time. I got my lobes done and have been very happy with the result! Such cute earring tops to choose from. I got these little crescent moons with opals next to them in 14k gold.Ask for Taylor (they call her baby Taylor I think, theres more than one)!

Literally just got my nose pierced today and it fell out. Couldn’t get it back in. The top is what she used compared to what’s been used on me in the past (bottom). Like the ball is so tiny, doesn’t even snap in, it literally just fell off. I’m beyond pissed I spent $50 + tip to have it fall out the same day. And the piercing will probably be closed by tomorrow. After waiting an hour to get seen!!!!! Biggest waste of time and money! My nose just stopped bleeding. I’m so pissed!!! I need my money back!

I brought daughter in this evening for a belly button piercing, they were rather busy so we waited 30-45 mins but they had good music playing and time went by rather fast! Alex (Alexis) was our piercer and she was great putting my daughter at ease (she was really nervous). Alex made us feel comfortable and super professional! Taylor did an amazing job explain the aftercare instructions. The ladies at the front (Emily and Krista/Kristy) were very polite and friendly!Despite some of the negative reviews I highly recommend this place for all piercing needs! Prices were reasonable as well!

This place is amazing. I have had two piercings done here and loved them both. The workers are super nice and caring plus they genuinely want to help you and want to make sure you love your piercing. They worked with me through my crazy schedule and through some issues I had with my nose (which were unrelated to the Pin Cushion). When I had to get a jewelry change and was in a time crunch, they made sure I was able to get it done quickly and they didnt even charge me anything!

Great place so gentle and my ears never got infected. Also just a heads up you need a birth certificate and forms of identification with you.

Excellent! So professional. I don’t know why we didn’t go here first! We arrived on a Saturday when they opened to a line already at the door. We were done in 30 minutes. Daughter got a second earlobe piercing. I’m not sure if it was because she’s 18, verses 15, but it was so less painful and traumatic. Her ears never turned red afterwards. Perfect placement too. One ear she had done previously with gun style was put in crooked. Taylor was good to ask about the earrings she plans to wear in order to make the best placement. She picked the medium earrings for now but when they heal, plans to move up the larger diamonds.

Excuse the long review but this place deserves it...On July 4th (7 months ago) I got my cartilage pierced from a piercer which was not located at PinCushion ( I just moved to Dallas) and they used a surgical steel hoop. This was my third attempt at a cartilage piercing as my previous two were done and developed bumps, so I just took them out. So this time I was determined to make this work. Well, after getting my cartilage pierced it has done noting but give me TROUBLE, even though I cleaned it as instructed. I could never ever ever sleep on it without it being terribly painful/ sore for days. Also, it would sometimes be crusty and always had two piercing bumps... flat out ugly. When I called The PinCushion, I was just shooting in the dark based on the reviews and though why not?. My initial experience with the girl I spoke to was excellent. She was super nice and suggested I come in and have the piercer look at it and that it could be a metal allergy. So I was a walk in with no appointment and my wait was not bad at all given the circumstances of a few people ahead of me. My piercer, Taylor H was phenomenal!! She knew right off the back that I needed a titanium metal earring and suggested a stud over the hoop earring and explained her reasoning behind everything. I was SO scared because it was already so irritated but Taylor H was very calming and supportive; very patient with my dumb questions too. She was also as gentle as she could be based on the predicament my cartilage was in.Fast forward to ten days later, my piercing is in the BEST shape I have ever experienced with a piercing. I can even sleep on it!! Turns out, it was a metal allergy. I HIGHLY highly recommend this place!!!Picture is right after my new jewelry was put in.

I had a great experience with my piercer. She explained everything thoroughly about how to take care of piercings afterwards. Me and my mom went to get our ears pierced because our current piercings are not done at the right position. It’s been 4 weeks or so and it’s been healing really well. I have had bad experience before with gun piercing— got infected and closed prematurely. So I was nervous but this time, so far so good! Needle piercing is the way to go!

Excellent service. The ladies were very professional and personable, the environment clean and comfortable (and very pink), and the overall experience quick. I had Taylor, who has worked there for 4 years and did my industrial. They are notorious for being finicky piercings and so far, one week in it looks like its been there forever. 10/10 Im so going back at *least* twice more.

I have gotten my double piercings here and my nostril piercing and both experiences were great! I love how it’s an all female staff and they are always very kind and knowledgeable. Both of my piercings were painless because of the skills of their piercers and how nice they are to you. I recommend them to anyone!

The staff are friendly and loved how my piercer was able to keep me calm while I was nervous. She took her time and didnt rush me to get to the next client like other places do. Extremely clean facility and relaxing environment.

Great experience getting my lip pierced here!! Very polite staff and the lady that did my piercing(don’t remember her name sorry) made sure everything went by quickly. There was a bit of a wait since they get busy fairly quickly, nothing to long tho, and yes they do call ppl out of order, there is a sign on the wall that states that people may be called out of order I’m assuming due the the service that people are asking for. Overall extremely great experience and will definitely be going back here for any remaining piercings I may get.

This place was fantastic! They are walk ins only so expect a bit of a wait but it’s worth it! The gals at the front desk are so kind and helpful and funny! My mom and I both wanted some piercings. I got a stud on my nose and my belly button done and my mom got a rook in her ear. Our piercer was Tana and she was a hoot! So much fun and piercings were done great. Hardly hurt at all and she answered all the questions I had considering the only other piercings I had prior were my ear lobes. I highly recommend this place and all these ladies. Ally was very nice and did a great job. She replaced my third ear lobe piercing and then redid my second ear lobe piercing that had closed up a few years ago. She was patient and thorough, making sure to go over what she was doing, confirming placement, and after care. She made sure I was happy with the jewelry. Everything was very clean. Their jewelry is also great quality. I have metal sensitivities and have come to get jewelery from here because its great quality. I will come back for the jewelry alone and definitely if I ever get another piercing.

Got both of my daiths and my lobes pierced here. Awesome staff and artist who make you feel comfortable. I found myself taking more time filling out their form than it did to get the piercings done. Tip: try to go on a off day/non holiday or you will often find yourself in line behind a bunch of little girls lol.

Just went this afternoon to visit these ladies for a couple piercings and WOW! Ive never been to a shop like this. Every single person was so friendly and accommodating. They definitely have a new customer for life, what an awesome crew they have. I cannot stop raving out my experience.Once I signed the waiver I was brought back to a private room and all four piercings I got were thoroughly explained and placing was meticulous but very quick! I was in and out within 20 minutes. They are thorough with cleanliness and aftercare explanations.I am so impressed after having multiple bad experiences with other piercers in the past.Dont second guess yourself and go somewhere else, go here and feel comfortable and confident in their hands!!

My son and I had a great experience here! He was nervous about getting his ears pierced and our piercer Tana really set him at ease. I highly recommend Pin Cushion for piercings. They know what they are doing! Very helpful, kind, and gentle in the whole process. I love this location. The wait time wasn’t as bad as I was expecting from the bad reviews. I sat there for about 30 minutes which isn’t bad at all. I got pierced by Taylor. Taylor was super nice, and funny and I felt comfortable with her as soon as I walked into her room. I liked that she didn’t count as she did my piercings and went with my breathing. My piercings are centered and look AMAZING! Afterwards I had some concerns with the healing process so I did message her on Instagram and she was very nice and gave me advice and information. I will definitely go back in the future.

This was my first time getting pierced at an actual piercing place (not Claire’s, yes I know I’m sorry). I came to get my ears pierced (again) for my birthday.Taylor was so sweet and caring and professional. The space was clean, even to me, a picky germaphobe. I feel the service/earrings were reasonably priced. I called to ask questions afterwards and they were very patient and accommodating.I think if I knew these girls in school I would have been intimidated by them (in a positive way). I definitely did not feel cool enough to be there but still enjoyed the experience.

Got my navel pierced today and everything was so perfect! Alex was super sweet and helped me and my mom with everything because my mom was nervous too. Super quick and only a 2.5/10!

While they have some friendly staff and decent prices, thats all they have going for them. There was a very rude person at the front desk rushing my mother and I through the process, very snarky while we tried to figure out what jewelry we needed, and made a rude comment about my anatomy for a piercing I got here that was pierced incorrectly at an angle and would never heal. That piercing was a medusa. I had to go back to try to get the jewelry changed since initially it was pierced with too short of a bar (again, at an angle) and had no room for swelling. Then, it still didnt heal and tried to embed into my lip so I had it removed. So, I now have a scar on my outer lip that I can barely cover, and I am now self conscious of it. Not to mention I had to pay for the jewelry change AND the jewelry removal whenever it was pierced incorrectly. Meanwhile I was given no advice when I asked for it, and no aftercare instructions whatsoever. Luckily, I have experience with piercings so I knew what to do. Again, they have some nice staff but please do your research before getting a piercing. Especially from here since they dont seem to give advice. Clean studio, thankfully.EDIT: after I posted this review, I was reached out to by the business owner and they took care of the issues efficiently with a kind demeanor.

This will be the very last time I will ever get a piercing from this place I had gotten a nose piercing not once but in total 3 times at pin cushion and I will admit the very first time I got a nose piercing at pin cushion I did not follow proper after care but the 2 other times I got it done I followed every single aftercare instruction given I did everything I could to get it healed but I ended up with very bad irritation bump not only at the front but at the back of my nose and my piercing would not heal. When I got my nose pierced my piercer gave my little aftercare information she told me that my nose piercing should heal in about 4-6 weeks she told me nothing else on aftercare instructions which was very unprofessional and inconvenient because I ended up going there at my own time which btw I live very far away and asking the piercers what to do. Each and every single piercer I met there gave me all kinds of ways on how to heal the piercing and get rid of the bumps none of them worked they recommended me to use medicated q tips which made it worse and don’t even get me started on the rude disrespect and unprofessional lady who changed my nose piercing she ended up first of being extremely dismissive about my concerns I had regarding my bump on my nose and she had such an attitude when I asked her questions on how to heal my piercing btw I had a nose piercing done at the same place for 3rd time so I was really giving this place a chance and if you paid for a piercing with your hard earned you should have the right to ask as many questions as you could nobody should ever dismiss your concerns and also she did an extremely poor job on changing my nose piercing because the very next day my piercing fell in my sleep because of her horrible piercing change job. Her attitude really needs to change the only piercer that was willing to help was Alley everybody else really looked at me as if I was such an inconvenience.Please get your piercing any were else this place does not deserve your hard earned money

First time coming here to get my daughters nose pierced. It was her first piercing, everyone was so nice, no long wait and the piercing was literally done in minutes. Went here to get my nips pierced and the staff was so friendly! I loved it so much that I brought two of my other friends to do the same. The atmosphere is super welcoming and my piercer was very knowledgeable. The only suggestion I have is to get there early and be prepared to wait as it can get busy. I got my bridge pierced here after getting my septum done with no problems the previous year. They pierced it with a 16g curved barbell and I felt like something was off about it so I went to my usual piercer as well as another shop (to find a proper bar) and both places told me they werent sure why the bar was so small or curved and both places said one side was too shallow and that I have an extra risk for migration.I called pincushion about it and sent photos and they told me it looked fine. Ended up taking the piercing out and noticed the holes arent even. Only giving 2 starts because they were super friendly to me at least. It also doesnt seem like the shop is APP certified. Big waste of money though im pretty sad about it+ the drive is pretty far for me

I got my septum pierced here a week ago, it was my first piercing not in my lobe. It was an awesome experience! All of the staff were super kind and welcoming. Krystal did my piercing and she talked me through it the whole time. If I ever get another piercing I am definitely coming back, and recommending all of my friends to come to this shop!

I got my nipples pierced at this location over a year ago. I just realized I never left them the great review they deserve. Unfortunately I can no longer remember the name of the piercer. Regardless it was a great experience 10/10 my piercings are fully healed and beautiful! The piercer took her time making sure they were straight and that I was comfortable through the whole process. Came here on a Monday night and there were a lot of people but my daughter and I didnt even feel the wait that long. We were greeted by the very welcoming girl at the front. I had all the required IDs so we didnt have any issues. We had Taylor and she was awesome. Talked to us and eased my daughters worries. I wouldnt say we felt rushed but it is piercing and these are professionals so I dont know what people expect. I would feel taking long would mean inexperience. The prices are affordable and a tip is an option at checkout. I would definitely return to Pin Cushion and support this very friendly woman owned business. We love our piercings!

I wish I knew the girls name that pierced my ears she was professional and kept everything so clean. She had black hair and a septum piercing. Everything seems to be healing nicely. I will be going back to her to get my 2nds done.

I’ve been multiple times and Selena has taken the most amazing care of me & makes me feel so comfortable. I hate needles and she’s super professional & has made it very easy for me to get my ears pierced for medical reasons & I hardly feel the needle. I highly recommend Selena for any piercing.

I got my septum pierced here yesterday and my experience was amazing. The actual piercing process was quick and (relatively) painless. The studio was crowded, even on a Wednesday evening, but I think people need to understand that this business is small and incredibly busy. People come here for the quality of work, and the lovely ladies who work there are doing their absolute best. While I waited for my piercing, I observed the receptionists control the bustling crowd with grace. It is honestly amazing how well they handle the pressure because most people certainly couldn’t lol. I definitely plan on going back for future piercings!

I want to preface this by saying I am incredibly bad with needles and have a very low pain tolerance. I got my piercing done by Taylor and Krystal assisted on one part, and they were incredible! I’ve always wanted my septum done but I’m prone to getting really faint and nauseous and it was nothing different this time, but they handled it incredibly well, were very patient, understanding, and calm! I felt better shortly after the initial stick and sliding the piercing in and feeling really faint, and Taylor was able to finish the piercing by putting the ball on. I love it and it feels very comfortable even the night of the piercing. Their prices are very affordable, and I paid shy of $100 including the piercing, a small upcharge for titanium jewelry, all the aftercare, and a 30% tip. Great atmosphere and there was no wait when I went, but do expect around 45 minutes on weekdays and over an hour for weekends. I absolutely recommend!

I have a ton of piercings and by far, this is my favorite piercing shop! The ladies at the front desk are incredibly sweet and very professional. A friend and I went in on a Monday to get a nostril piercing and helix piercing. They were super busy, but the wait was well worth it. Our piercer Taylor M (the older Taylor) was AMAZING. She was the sweetest and really took her time assuring the placement of the piercings were perfect. I would say shes the most gentle piercer Ive had! Almost no pain at all. Overall, great experience and will DEFINITELY be coming back for more in the future!!

I do not recommend buying any earrings from this place. I spent over $100 for “stud earrings” I even asked Melanie S. If the earrings that I picked out are for lobes & was told yes. The backing is so tiny there’s no way it’s for your lobes. After doing more research it seems they’re for cartilage piercings. I’m not experienced with piercings/earrings, so I trusted their knowledge to help me pick out the correct ones. When I called to ask about exchanging they told me no & that I can come back in & buy some new ones.. why would I do that?!! Such a waste of money.

I called ahead of time yesterday about specific jewelry options as I’m allergic to surgical and stainless steel. And the woman on the phone was so kind and answered all of my questions. So I decided to go get one done. While the wait was long, I understand as i work in the service industry. The wait was absolutely worth it. I got my nose pierced with a titanium hoop as a little treat for myself for my last treatment of radiation. I believe my piercers name was Tana. And she was amazing, quick, painless and thorough. 10/10 recommend. And I love that it’s an all women’s shop!

I made a trip to pin cushion last week to get a change of jewelry. The ladies recommended me Titanium because I had a possible reaction to gold. They did not have a smaller hoop which I wanted but they helped me out with a gold tint titanium hoop which was a little bigger than what I was wearing, but I’m getting used to looking myself in. The ladies were very helpful and recommended me to come back if I had any issues with my Titanium hoop. I would recommend this spot for jewelry change.

They ask for metal and latex allergies when you first come in and are insanely sweet. They know how to handle a large crowd too. Very nice staff. My piercer, Tana, was great for the small time slot she had to work on me. Felt slightly rushed but it’s understandable with the amount of people they have walking in. Gave me all the information that I needed and made it super painless. Will definitely come back to get my daith and conch pierced. They have a variety of great jewelry for all piercings in their showcase too. Just a slight suggestion: let the client see the finished piercing in the hand held mirror :) overall, loved it

I went today to have my septum pierced and was so super nervous. As much as I love piercings I’m very afraid of needles, but I’m glad I chose to come here because the team was so super friendly and that helped me relax a lot. I went around 2pm and the wait was not bad at all. Service was very professional and my piercer (I think her name was Ashley but I’m not sure) seemed very knowledgeable. Another thing I was nervous about was the fact that a septum piercing can be done incorrectly and that causes a lot of pain, so I was very hesitant to get this piercing in fear of it going wrong, but she was explaining to me the process and how she finds the right spot and that reassured me that it was going to be done correctly. She had someone observing and both ladies were so friendly and that helped my nerves so much. I chose to upgrade my jewelry because of my sensitive skin and I like that there is a variety of jewelry offered, I ended up purchasing two additional rings for this piercing for later. Overall great experience and I will be recommending this place to friends because it was one of the most positive spaces I’ve experienced in this industry. Absolutely amazing! I came here twice to get pierced, first by Taylor (earring) and second by Rissa (septum). Both of them made me feel so comfortable and they were done in 2 minutes?! Both times went super smooth, it was over before I knew it. There aren’t appointments you just walk in and fill out the paperwork, and I appreciate how thorough they are with teens and making sure a parent brings them. Their tools are clean and new every time which is very reassuring. I didn’t dream of getting anything other than my ears pierced before I came here, but their kindness, quickness, and professionalism changed my mind entirely. Thank you for the amazing service!

I went in yesterday to have my nose ring replaced because of a missing jewel. The staff are very friendly and welcoming as soon as you come in. They accept walk-ins so it was very busy but I did not have to wait that long until I was taken care of. The young lady who replaced my piercing was named Taylor. She is so sweet and pleasant! She made me feel very comfortable throughout the entire process. She was quick and clean throughout all of it. If you are coming to get a piercing, ask for Taylor. The next time I come in I am going to request her for sure! I recommend this place for anyone who is getting their first piercing or who is adding on. They are great!

I got pierced here quite a while ago with my mother in law. Everyone was super nice and polite, the wait wasn’t outrageous or anything. But when it was my turn to get pierced the lady who was doing them kind of rushed the process. She was quite rough, it could’ve just been the weight of the clamp on my nose but the experience was very painful. More painful than any other time I’ve gotten my nose pierced (I’ve gotten my nose pierced 2x on the other side and it was my first time on the right side. I think the piercing is too high on my nostril. The healing process was a cake walk, but even now - my nose is fully healed, it hurts when I change my jewelry which isn’t often. Almost as if I have to force it through the hole. I’ve never had that problem. Before anyone says did you ask her to move the placement, I did and she marked a new dot, however my piercing is not where it should be. No hate to staff, no shaming the business. I truly enjoyed myself there, I just think rush hour for them was coming and she knew it so she started to get her clients in and out. I would love to go back for another piercing someday, just maybe wanna wait and see if my nose will ever stop hurting when I change my jewelry.

Super pleased with my experience! this was my second time getting pierced at the pin cushion- I got my second lobes pierced over a year ago and they healed perfectly!! I got my cartilage pierced today by Taylor H and she is the sweetest. the line is so worth it and I highly recommend!

I officially have a piercing place I will always go to if I want a piercing This place is so amazing! The people are very nice and make you feel really comfortable. I have gotten my Medusa and Ashley piercings from here and I love them. When waiting for my Medusa piercing I waited for 2 hours which was fine because it was worth it. For My Ashley piercing I arrived right before they opened so I was in and out.

I had an ear cartilage piercing done 4 years ago with my 3 daughters. They also got the same thing. And have been back each of them a few times for a few more piercings. I’m am thinking of going back for a small, nose stud myself.

I got two piercings the same day here. I just had to have one of my piercings removed at another studio as it was a bad angle and was told it would never heal. The second piercing she said was at an OK angle and she heal with better jewelry and good aftercare. Im also not really sure what metal they used to pierce, pin cushion didnt tell me. They were so quick about the process as the waiting room was completely full. Didnt give me after care instructions, I had to ask.

I loved the vibe at this place! Everyone is super friendly, sweet, and professional.The place is clean and hygienic. I got my septum pierced by Tana ho is amazing. SHE clearly explained what shell be doing and what I can expect afterwards, and also how to carefully take care of it later.The whole experience was just great!

I’ve been meaning to write this review for a while but just never had the time. The ladies here amazing and are the sweetest. They really take the time to listen to exactly what you want and are super patient and reassuring when it comes to placement. I got my first and second lobes redone here after having them botched multiple times from piercing guns at Claire’s. Their prices are 100% worth it and it is a nice and clean shop. I will definitely be returning in the future to get my third lobes and helix piercings done.

I had an exceptional experience here! The girl at the front desk was so nice to answer all the silly questions I had and My piercer Taylor H was the best! The whole thing was great the price, the atmosphere, the attention to detail—everything! I was just getting my ears re-pierced but now I’m tempted to get more just to get to go back. I got my nostril pierced and was pretty nervous going in, but everyone was so friendly and talked me through the process. I love this place I been coming back to them since they started at a different location years years ago. This time it was more special to me. My mom has been wanting a nose piercing for years since she was probably 14 but because she was so afraid she would hold back. today I decide to go with her and get my nose piercing Taylor M was amazing not only she was fast gentle and very informative she was asking all the time if I was okay. My mom had the chance to be there and see all the process she felt confident enough to get hers done as well she was very happy and was surprised it wasn’t as bad as she thought it would be. I visited The Pin Cushion for a piercing. The line was about 7 deep by the time I got in line but the staff here had such a great system in place that I didn’t have to wait long. Alex was the best! She was extremely friendly and kind. She was very thorough in her explanation and did a wonderful job.

Went here today for the first time after a friend recommended me going and i loved it so much ! there were a lot of people for a bit but time went by quick and all the stuff were super sweet and friendly! Taylor H. did my helix piercing and my 4th lobes on both ears and she was amazing & super nice & gentle while doing my piercings , couldn’t ask for a better experience! if i want more piercings in the near future i will definitely be coming back here.

Dad approved - Ive taken my daughter here twice (once before COVID and the second after) for her piercings and I couldnt be happier. Staff have always been professional and everything is clean and sanitized. I especially like their new check in system where they will text you when its your turn so that you do not have to wait in the crowded waiting room. It allowed me to check my daughter in and then we were able to wait outside in our car until it was her turn - it was very quick and efficient. I plan on taking my other daughter here in the near future for her first piercings and I encourage everyone to check them out.

I drove all the way from north Dallas because of the great reviews and great prices. These ladies truly made the experience worth it! Clean, upbeat atmosphere, wonderful staff, and a painless experience! Would highly recommend coming here for your piercing needs!Even for a busy Saturday, the wait was not long (perhaps 5 minutes at most), the piercers are efficient but don’t make you feel rushed. Great experience! I got 2 ear piercing (rook & tragus). The place was cute & clean. Taylor (Taydo) was wonderful! She was the ultimate professional and worked quickly but efficiently to get my piercings done. I appreciate the card given to me after my service because it included the owner’s name & contact info. This was reassurance that she cares for each client that visits her business.

Tana was absolutely incredible! Very professional and gave my mom and I wonderful piercings. I have been many different places for different piercings and this place is above and beyond. The ladies that welcomed us at the desk were on top of it and remained steady and polite while they were incredibly busy. Cannot wait to go back!

I really, really wanted to love this place. The inside is beautiful, all of the staff is female so I felt more comfortable, and honestly they all have great personalities. Service is usually efficient.Unfortunately, the actual piercing was not great. I went to get my septum pierced late last year and it was crooked and leaned back instead of hanging down properly. I was told by a good friend of mine who is also a piercer that it could be swelling, but upon actually looking at the placement of the holes, it was clearly crooked and too far forward.I came back here a week later and asked for it to be looked at. The same piercer offered to redo it. I took her up on it and she immediately did it. The placement looked good and I asked her if it would hang straight after the swelling went down. She told me it should. After the swelling went down it still leaned back towards my face instead of hanging straight. It was so much hassle to get it done twice that I gave up. I know some peoples anatomy can make the piercing crooked, but I had two other piercers tell me mine want an issue.Like I said, I really wanted to like them, but after my own story as well as my friend telling me how they messed up one of her piercings, I can’t. I gave them two stars instead of one just cause the staff is so cool and kind.

Everyone was very nice and professional and the place was extremely clean and sanitary.The reason for the rating is because after a year of having the piercing in my navel my body apparently rejected it and the skin came apart and the piercing just fell out .I went to serval other places with highly reputable piercers who had excellent qualifications and experience and was told this wouldn’t have happen if 1.The jewelry used wasn’t so cheap (I wasn’t shown or offered better quality which apparently they do have , I wish I had know about it , while stainless steel is great it still has a bit of nickel in it so that’s what caused it ) and two the piercing lady had gone deep enough. I’m so disappointed because I loved it and as you can see i have to wait a very long time for the area to heel to have it redone or never have it again . My sons earrings are perfect . I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone in the future or at least give them a fair warning .

I drove over an hr away to get a peircing here because we read great reviews and I have to say, I am absolutely so impressed! They were very sweet the minute I walked in the door. Everything was so clean and neat. Krystal did my pricing and she was beyond professional. She answered all of my questions and made my nerves calm for sure. I barely felt pain! She did great! I would definitely recommend this place to anyone wanting a piercing! Will be going back when I want to get another one!

I went to this shop about 3 weeks ago to get a navel piercing. A couple weeks later I was afraid the piercing was becoming infected so I texted the number on the card my piercer gave me which was the direct line to the owner. I was able to go in the same day and get my jewelry changed with no problems! As for the piercing experience, I will be going back in the future for my piercing needs! They were so sweet and took great care of me

Tana was absolutely amazing! She did our Daith piercings for migraines and was very informative and educational. Ive had this piercing before and was never aware that there was a pressure point to activate the benefits for the migraine. Would highly recommend this place and her! Fyi if you are wondering pricing its $50-70 depending on the jewelry.

I’m not one to usually leave reviews, but in this case I feel the need to. I hate to rate this shop low because I’ve been here in the past to get my nose pierced & it was a great experience! Everyone is nice/it’s a good environment, but I came in a few days ago to get my belly button pierced & I was very unhappy with the outcome. I now know that the anatomy of my belly button would be better off with what’s called a “Floating navel” piercing (not sure if they do those here anyway). I think the piercer was trying to compensate for this & move my piercing placement a bit higher, which I approved of. But what I didn’t realize is that the piercing would not even go through my navel at ALL, so I ended up with a surface piercing on my stomach, which are very prone to rejection. I didn’t notice until I got home that night, & I was super confused on why mine didn’t look like anyone else’s belly button piercing I’d seen. I did a bunch of research & decided to get it removed the next day at another shop for free… they said they see what the piercer was trying to do, but the placement was too high & it was already tearing the skin. As a client, I’d hoped that the professional would have reiterated or asked if I wanted my piercing to not even go through the navel skin itself, or even just explained more about my anatomy & other options. I’ve emailed the shop twice & texted their number to see if we could discuss this instead of just writing a bad review, but no response. I signed a waiver & had to check off a box if I liked the placement right after I got it done, so of course I put Yes (as I didn’t realize how high it was yet), so i’m assuming I can’t get any money back. If you do go here, make sure to ask questions, triple check your placement, and take your time if you feel rushed. Very disappointed I wasted my time & money. :/

If I could give them more than 5 stars! I never leave reviews but it was genuinely the best experience I could have wished for my first Piercing that wasn’t my lobes from a classic awful Claire’s visit. It started with me parking, for such a busy place I parked easy and went it. I got in line and when it was my turn the girl with pigtails and tensile in her hair helped me (I wish I caught her name) she also entertained my questions about where I could get the hair clips. She saw my id and wished me a happy birthday! I sat down (they have LOTS of seats so no worries you might just stand for a bit if they’re really busy) and put in my earbuds because I was aware there was 1-2 hour wait (they told me on the phone and that was super helpful) It didn’t really bother me and it felt like no time when I was called back. I had a great experience with the piercing itself to she was very sweet, very reassuring, loved her blue hair, and filled me in twice on cleaning because I needed to be sure. They also have cleaning for you there to buy when you check out! And gave me a pamphlet of aftercare instructions in case I forgot. You can also find it on their website which is very convenient. It was really great

So I would try to go on a weekday if you can because it was definitely packed on a Saturday. They are professional piercers, so they use a needle vs a gun. If your kid is a minor, youll need your ID and her birth certificate or school id b/c of the piercing laws in texas. I would recommend for girls 10 or older. Its a very small stand alone building that shares space with a hair salon and a tattoo artist. It is separated with tattoo and piercing entrances. You can tell that the piercing techs all knew what they were doing, and I saw them sanitizing and wiping down everything between clients. All of the needles were in sealed sanitizer bags and opened at the time they were being used. Made me feel that they care about preventing any infection/contamination. Hope this helps!🙂

The front desk lady, Aubrey, was extremely rude and passive to me and friends who had come in for a piercing. She kept making rude comments regarding wait times,was answering very rudely when we were asking simple questions about the process, and kept an incredibly insulting and disrespectful tone while communicating with us. To be honest, we felt targeted as a group of young POC. The rest of the piercing experience with Gabi went very well and we were treated with respect by all other employees. My friends and I were very disheartened by this experience as The Pin Cushion is our go-to spot for piercings, and because of Aubrey’s rude and passive tone/comments to us, we will not be returning.

Update: the owner of the shop called me and went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with the outcome. My issue was resolved by her and she will be fixing my piercing. Im changing my review due to the amazing customer service by the owner. Thank you so much again.I’m so disappointed. My boyfriend took me here to get a few piercings for my birthday and I was so excited.First of all I’d like to say that no one was rude or anything I just felt super rushed. Tana pierced me and started off by marking where the piercing would be. I was under the impression that the piercer would ask the customer if they like the placement but that didn’t happen. I laid down and before I knew it all 3 piercings were done. I got told to stand up and take a look at it even though I was still bleeding and the piercings were done like 2 seconds ago lol I looked in the mirror and said yeah looks good without getting a good look at it. She hands me a paper to sign (I’m guessing it says I like the placement and I can’t get refunded) which is totally fine at this point.My issue is that my nose piercing is not on flat up against my nose. It’s obvious that she went in at an angle and not straight through. We spent $165 here and I feel so scammed and dissatisfied.

I was here a few months ago and got my nose pierced! It was a wonderful experience! Kind staff, clean environment, and short wait time! I was only a walk in and was in and out in 30-45 minutes! My nose healed perfectly! I was given information on how to clean my piercing and made comfortable through the whole process! Minimal pain! Highly recommend and will be back in the future!

I am so grateful for these ladies! From the front desk girls to my fabulous piercer, “little” Taylor and Bri. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I was pretty nervous coming in to get my piercings done and they walked me through each step. The wait wasn’t nearly as long as they said it would be and they didn’t make me feel rushed to get things done. Taylor wanted to make sure my piercings were perfect and called Bri in to confirm which made me feel better. I will send any and all my people to this place! I also love that it’s run by all women. It made me super comfortable getting my specific piercings.

We have been twice for my daughter to have her ears pierced. The first time the holes closed because she didnt want to keep the earrings in long enough.When she was ready she got them pierced again. Both times the piercer was friendly, patient and professional. They spoke to my daughter (she was 8 and 11 years old when she got them done) and patiently explained the procedure making sure she was comfortable. Both experiences were positive for her.I recommend this shop all the time.

Very friendly and upbeat atmosphere.Had a little waiting period which is to be expected for a walk-in.The piercing itself was super quick! I was literally in the room for less than 10 minutes.Pain?None.They dont use the traumatizing gun so it was extremely pain-free.Tana who completed my piercing told me Ill get hooked because of how easy and painless it was going to be.She was right.Im already planning my next two!

Both the Taylors was awesome. They were very carefully with both mine and my friend’s piercings. They Kept checking to see if we doing okay during the whole process. Also, even though they were super busy they answered all our questions very politely. Will definitely go back for my next piercings.

I’ve gotten several piercings done here on different occasions. Bre has done all of mine and I cannot recommend her enough. She’s an absolute sweetheart, answered all of my questions and put any concerns I had to rest. She also plays Disney music in her room which is just an added bonus. Nice place and was clean when you walked in. I was given a warm welcome as soon as I walked in by all the girls there, which helped my nerves. I walked up to the counter and they were very friendly while getting me through the paperwork and signing me in. My piercer, Tana, was very nice and professional from start to finish. The actual piercing was quick and simple. Still hurt like none other, but she did not really give me the chance to get in my head about it, which I appreciate. I was in and out in under 15 minutes. Will recommend to anyone getting piercings and will return for my own in the future.

We went to The Pin Cushion to have nipple piercings done after having a bad experience at another place. The ladies at The Pin Cushion were wonderful from the ones that were at the counter to the lady, her name was Tana, that actually did the piercings. She was very professional and very quick. She explained to us everything that we needed to know about keeping the piercings clean and taken care of. She encouraged us to reach out to them if we had any questions in the future. The ladies at the counter who checked us out were all very nice and reiterated that we not hesitate to reach out if there were any questions. If we decide to get any other piercings in the future this is definitely the place we will go and I will highly recommend them to anyone thinking about having piercings done.

Tana has done every single one of my piercings I’ve received here (4 total; 2 lobes, 1 helix and 1 conch) and every time she’s made me feel so comfortable and relaxed. I sometimes get anxiety about getting pierced but I’ve been treated wonderfully every time. It can get busy at times but the service is absolutely worth the wait. I’ve never had any issues with any of the piercings I’ve gotten done here and I highly recommend it to anyone wanting to get piercings done.

I visited around October and despite being terrible packed we were seen quickly. Our wait wasnt long at all. And we hadnt even made an appointment. It is a very professional establishment. I got pierced by the owner Kimberly. She was super nice and talked me through what was going on. I got my nipples pierced and they healed very well. I was worried with everything Id read online about nipple piercings but I felt safe and they turned out amazing.

Came in on Monday maybe 30 min before closing and I am so glad I made the decision to drive all the way up there for our piercings! My 6 year old has been asking for ear piercings for the longest time now and we finally decided to take her in and I got my nose pierced. Tana did our piercings and she was AMAZING. She was very patient with my daughter (and me) and she explained every single step of the process to us while she was doing it and gave us after care instructions. They had people that came in after us and they still took everyone even though it was almost time, then past time, for them to close. I didn’t get the receptionist name but she was very sweet and took the time to explain the different types of jewelry I could use for my nose piercing. Overall, great experience. Would go back again. Definitely recommend.

This is the second time Ive been here in a month. I came to the pin cushion on May 1st and got my tragus done. Taylor was amazing, she was so calming, took her time but was fast and gentle and talked me through her entire process. It didnt hurt one bit and no bleeding, it was a fun and cool experience.I went again this Friday evening and unfortunately the lady we got was not the most gentle. I could feel her the moving the clamp around after she inserted the needle which was PAINFUL and I continued to bleed a lot after she was done, cleaning up dried out blood from a brand new piercing isnt the most fun. I just feel like she was in a rush, or maybe was just too fast and not gentle at all. Its been 3 days now and my ear is still very tender and swollen in that area, it hurts to even clean. hopefully it goes down within these next few days.I still give this place 5 stars and will be going back for more, They are very organized and clean, Taylor made the entire process fun and painless!! highly recommend.

Id like to preface this by saying Ive only ever had good experiences here, but after today I wont be going back. Today i went in for a regular belly piercing. I had called three times, first two times no one picked up. First thing when I walked in, I spoke to the girl at the desk. I believe her name was ashley- that was the name on the desk but Im not positive. She was a white female, young, had dirty blonde hair with curtain bangs, and at least 4 facial piercings. She was absurdly rude. Me and the other customers where taken back several times with the way she spoke to some of these people! She changed her attitude quickly when her coworker would come to the front, though. Now, I filled out the waiver online just as youre supposed to. I sat in the lobby and waited, for 2 hours. I noticed people who where coming in after me, where getting called in before me. At this point I thought the wait time was ridiculous! I went up to ask this girl to check my spot on the waitlist. Thats when she told me she made a mistake. Apparently she didnt write my name down on the waitlist sheet, even though my waiver went through the database. I wouldve let it slide as human error (despite being beyond upset for it wasting my day), but she- and this blows my mind- rudely told me she didnt remember talking to me! I mean, i really cant comprehend that, nor buy it! Its not possible to have forgotten me. I did not appreciate her lying to my face, and not apologizing. She told me she would try to see if the next piercer would be able to get me soon. F THAT! So I called up another shop, Lizards Ink (highly recommend I was in and out in 15 minutes, and they had a much larger range of jewelry) and left. I hope the owner sees this, and understands how sour of an impression this employee had on multiple customers today. Ridiculous behavior for someone getting paid. Anyways thats my horror story, and this was a Monday.

I had a question about my piercing after I left and texted them and they responded quickly with an answer. I would gladly go back and might if I want more piercings later on. My sister summed it up best when she went with me to my second piercing, this is the only piercing place Ive been in that I havent been scared to be in, and thats how you know its a good quality piercer

Me and my friends went and got pierced by the blonde woman working here and were left with a rushed CROOKED work. I got my Medusa and it’s completely leaning at a 45 degree angle. She could tell I didn’t like it and blamed the post but it wasn’t the post. The length is great as I Know it needed to be longer to leave more room for swelling. It was just crooked. literally points at a 45 degree angle of i move my mouth. The flat back isn’t even flush with my skin. Even pushed to sign a waiver about being ok with placement.

Nice staff my biggest concern is not only were they rushing clients but I noticed and watched the piercer not disinfect and sanitize the chair they have clients sit on while getting pierced, I was hoping she’d whips down after every client but she did not? She was just having back to back clients sit in the chair pierce them shove them out have them pay and boom next client, she didnt disinfect after every client and that’s concerning. she also did not wear gloves when prepping the table for the piercing. They need to work on cleanliness and taking their time with clients.

Tana pierced my nose and re-pierced my septum. She was able to run a taper through the old hole to confirm that the old piercing was crooked. Very nice, clean, professional, comfortable experience. Wasnt a very long wait. I also got to choose between a flat back and a hook (L shape?) for the nose stud.Youre allowed a support person if you want.

An amazing experience with kind people! My piecing was pushed in my ear and I was so stressed and so worried about my earring being in my ear for a long time. I came in, told them my problem and they got it fixed immediately! I just went in and out in a matter of 5 minutes!
