Amber was great! She was friendly to speak with. It was a relaxed setting able to look without feeling obligated. I had my ear (flat) pierced, it went smooth and quick!

I took my daughter for her 7th birthday . Everyone was very nice and they did s great job. While we were waiting we saw another little girl get her ears pierced- no tears. My daughter was scared but really wanted them done . They were patient with her , explained the process and let us check once they made the mark on her ears . It’s Been a few days and her ears have healed up , and she hasn’t complained once ,

I have shopped with Piercing Pagoda since 2008. I have NEVER had a bad experience. The ladies there always go above and beyond to help me. I have had my 2nd and 3rd holes pierced as well as my cartilage and it is perfect. My sister took my 3 year old niece to get her ears pierced here as well and they were so good at calming her down and explaining everything to make her more at ease. The piercing earrings are really secure and even hard for me to get out. I have never had one just fall out. I have also asked if they could change out my cartilage earring and they are not allowed to do it. Its policy, not personal. Overall I would recommend them to anyone. Excellent service and friendly staff.

Chasidy was such an amazing help when I went to purchase new earrings. She is super personable and professional. Her recommendations were exactly what I ended up purchasing. I had my one year old daughters ears pierced here. They were extremely lopsided so they had to re-pierce one of them. We had a 30 Minute ride home and when i got home, i noticed one earring was missing. If it was put on properly, there is no way a one year old could get it off. It was very difficult for me to take the other one out. I spent $58 two times (i tried piercing her ears at 6 months old and had the same problem with one continuously falling out) and the only response i got from the company was a generic automated apology. Went to walmart once her piercing completely healed and got the same gold earings for $27, and had absolutely no issues. You would think that a company that specializes in piercing would be competent at doing so.

This is an amazing place to get a piercing, especially for a first timer!!! They took such amazing care, especially Cas!! The location is so convent in the mall and I highly recommend this place and it’s where I have gone for both of my ear piercings!

Not enough training with professional piercing. They should only allow ear piercing. Good intent isnt enough. Not rude but definitely not great customer service in my experience at this location.
