Took my 7 and 4 year old to get their ears pierced. Anthony is the absolute best!! He was so soft spoken and gentle with them. Told them everything he was about to do. Which lead to having 2 calm kids. You made a 4 years old little girls whole birthday.

My daughter and I for a couple piercings done by Autumn and we were so happy with our experience. She was very kind and clearly knows what she is doing. We will both definitely be back!

Danny pierced my 2 and a half year olds ears earlier today. He did fantastic!! & so did my girl. 10/10 would definitely recommend! Super quick & fast! She didn’t even cry!

Me my fiance and my two kids came in to get piercings and we did I alone got five piercings that day My daughter got one My son got one and my fiance got one The lady that pierced us pierced the eyebrows wrong and it seem like she was in a hurry she was sweet but she pierced the eyebrows wrong and my son had to take his out my daughter had to take her out and Im having to take out both of mine she didnt take her time honestly if you can find somebody else to do piercings I would

This was easily one of my best piercing experiences.I was nervous cause I got a septum and sometimes folks miss the mark but Danny was an absolute professional and it honestly didnt hurt.Just a pinch. LolMy oldest got her snakebites done and she said that it was pretty easy for her too.

Absolutely LOVE this place. I have gotten many piercings and tattoos here from autumn and Jonathan. Absolutely amazing work, always very professional with their work. I get compliments everyday from their work and cannot wait to get more. I recommend this shop to EVERYONE EVERYDAY. The owner is super cool and does a great job at finding amazing artists for his business.

This place is GREAT! Wonderful hospitality and amazing attitudes. Also very welcoming and comfortable atmosphere while waiting. Me and my husband came across Tattoo Factory during late night hours after leaving Chaos very unhappy. It was then past closing time for Chaos and they were in such a rush to get us out we didnt even get a good look at his tattoo till we made a stop to get some food. The tattoo is located on the side of my husbands neck so he couldnt see it well anyways. It was there that I noticed many very obvious and very lazy issues. It was a humming bird for his belated grandmother which was very sloppy and just overall not what he asked nor paid for. Lucky for us Tattoo Factory is open into am hours and we was able to get it taken care of immediately instead of having to wait at least 6 weeks with that mess on his neck. Juicy was behind the desk she checked us in. She has the best energy which helped the wait go by quick. All the guests we talked with all left happy and gladly showed off their work on their way out. Chris fixed my husbands tattoo where he then also decided to get one on the other side for his belated grandfather.Anthony another artist there happened to be available at the time I was waiting for my husband so I decided to pick out something for myself as well. All three tattoos turned out great! Closing time was supposed to be 4am. We were the last ones on the list and I believe it was about 6am before we were done. They made sure every guest got what they came for and left happy. Tired but very very happy! They didnt rush and were very patient regardless of closing time. We are definitely going back ASAP! Thanks Again!!!!!!

Everyone that works there was very friendly. The place was clean and Autumn was wonderful! She explained everything, and was very personable…I love her. Also Madison was in the room as well and was also so sweet. I will be using this place again to get a tattoo covered. I will recommend this place to everyone I know. 🙂🙂🙂

The lady at the front desk was Sooo amazing! Very friendly and polite. My daughter got her nose pierced and the gentlemen that did it was awesome. Talked her thru it and after care has been explained well

I’ve gotten most of my tattoos from here and they have some really talented artists. i came in the other day for a cover up and i think jalen was the name of the guy who did it. i absolutely love it. couldn’t be happier with the results, he truly did an amazing job with the dragon. i’ve also gotten a few tattoos from slim and he always does a great job as well! i got a tattoo along with my friend and we both enjoyed the experience and the outcome. overall, the environment is nice and the employees are kind and professional! i don’t usually leave reviews but i genuinely am very happy with my tattoos.

I absolutely recommend Justin when getting a tattoo. He was extremely friendly and fun to talk with right from the start. He also made sure each tattoo I got (3) was perfect before finishing it, which I really I appreciate since Ive had artists who think good enough . Ill definitely be scheduling future appointments with him.I also got piercings and Gabby was such a sweetheart. Im recommending her to everyone who wants a piercing. She was professional and very friendly. She was super quick and efficient at doing my piercings, and as gentle as she could be. I know where Im coming to get my piercings done from now on.Over all I just enjoyed the atmosphere at the Tattoo Factory and I am recommending it to all my family and friends who want tattoos and/piercings.

Yes I had purchased a very small tatto here for 80 dollars I was overcharged for something that look’s like a very irresponsible 3 year old could put “on my hand” and 3weeks later it had came completely off very disappointed I asked for a refund the young lady at the front counter was very sweet and polite long hair a lot of tattoos,the man over the phone called me a liar and said that he did not say that he would give me a refund :(and the name of the tattoo artist was Danny not a satisfied a customer I would recommend any other tattoo artist in the shop.!

It’s only been 3 days since I got a double helix at this place and it is so severely infected and swollen that my skin has started to grow over the earring. I was referred to urgent care who confirmed it was indeed an infection rather than an allergic reaction, and said I need to get it removed asap. I have several other piercings including other cartilage piercings and have ALWAYS taken very good care of them and have never had anything like this happen. I’ve thoroughly cleaned my most recent one but nothing seems to help. My bad for going against my better judgement and trusting $10 piercings, and I guess you get what you pay for, but this is just ridiculous. And to top it all off, all the workers seem absolutely miserable. Did not see a single smile or even an ounce of effort in making my friend and I feel comfortable. 10/10 do NOT recommend. Worst piercing experience I’ve ever had. And after looking at the way the OWNER responds to other negative reviews, cussing them out, telling them to get a life, and blaming them for the shops wrong doings, I have concluded this place is just extremely unprofessional.

Went this afternoon for my first tattoo. Very smooth experience and Caleb did a great job. They were out of one of the colors I was wanting but that didnt affect my visit negatively.

This is by far the worst tattoo shop I’ve ever visited . I was inked by a guy named JC and he did it within 5 mins , once healed the tattoo lines were awful , he blew out one letter and many missing lines and faded . From my experience with other tattoos they shaved your arm and they wrapped your arm before you left he didn’t .Staff is very unfriendly , they refuse to work on you unless the piercer takes the money for the tattoo and she ignores you until she’s ready .Constantly high these tattoo artists are .. people toothless and coming into work in pajamas .. def defined Gastonia to a T . I’ll stick with Charlotte and get this tattoo covered up

Awesome experience! Walked in to see if they could piece my 6 year old’s ears. Was seen right away and the guy was so sweet with her. He explained the whole process as he went along and it was quick, painless and an awesome experience for her. 10/10 🙌 Will be back again. Thanks guys!!

When I first pulled I was skeptical but WOW! The inside is clean and a gorgeous dark academia theme as well as great vibes. They have a huge jewelry selection too. The piercer was so so sweet AND extremely fast. I used to go to Chaos piercings & tattoos but they are so much better! (No offense to chaos) amazing environment 10/10 recommend, and great pricing.

Got a tattoo last week and it was infected by the next morning. It started where the purple in was put it and spread through the tattoo. I was skeptical about getting a tattoo due to the cleanliness of the facility but was talked into getting it anyways from my friends. I even requested the cleaner tattoo artist and still ended up infected. Are they cheap... yes... is it worth it no... I have over 20 tattoos and not a single one has been infected so it definitely isnt aftercare. I see a few other saying they got infections as well and apparently the owner is staying its due to aftercare obviously there is an issue if multiple people are getting infected at this shop. I would highly recommend cleaning your facility before you end up killing someoneResponse to owner: I actually did think that at first and was confused because again I have over 20 tattoos most of which have color in them I went to the hospital and they stated the tattoo was indeed infected. And I will gladly submit my hospital records along with my prescription records showing I am currently on antibotics for an infected tattoo. Also as a responsible owner the FIRST thing you should have done was apologize, and look into this situation more. It is clear that there is an issue at your facility rather it be ink that is contaminated, building cleanliness, artist cleanliness ( which I doubt the artist I requested was one of the cleaner artist you have) it should be looked at further. Taking ownership for an issue and fixing the issue makes you actually look like a professional business owner. Denying multiple claims of infection and attempting to make excuses just shows how much of a bad business owner you are. I also have pictures and videos of the shops cleanliness and of your artist lack of cleanliness if you would like me to post them. My artist was literally the only one who washed his hands after pumping out one tattoo after another.I also was trying to warn people of the issues they may have at your location especially if they are getting any tattoo with color in it. I didnt want anything out of the situation but to warn people however after your unprofessional response and thinking about it all day long I decided to go ahead and speak with my lawyer. I will be messaging every person that has stated they were infected from your location and seeing if they would like to join a lawsuit for pain, suffering, scaring and medical bills they have associated with the infected tattoos you all are delivering. P.s. I expect a full refund issued back to the original form of payment within 7 business days, today being counted as 1I hope you have the day you deserve and I hope that you reconsider the safety of the public, how your business is being ran and your professionalism.Response to new owners comments:Your an extremely funny individual. I have video and pictures proof of your dirty shop. And based on your reviews you have had at least 3 different cases of knotted infection within the last 60 days clearly this isnt a personal hygiene problem. I left your shop at 7am and by noon there was a issue. I dont even care about the refund Im not broke and dont need the money back. And I would like for you to explain how warning the public about your unsanitary shop is being an entitled Karen? As stated above my lawyer will be reaching out soon. The are state laws that require you to keep records of who has been tattooed and or pierced at your facility it will be interesting to see how many people have been infected due to your negligence. You have absolutely no professionalism. Im done carrying on back and forth with you. Everyone who reads this comment will be able to tell how ignorant of a business owner you really are.

I first came to this spot in ‘22 & Alexis did my piercing & she was so comforting and did it well. She gave me all the information I need.BUT I wouldn’t recommend going here. First thing you notice is how it’s not welcoming, you have to wait because staff aren’t always at their desk. The professionalism just isn’t there. The second time I came in for piercings, It was pierced with the wrong jewelry… I had to come back and they tried to make me pay for their mistake. They then told me to come back another day to get it done by the piercer that did it. My piercing is bumpy & nasty. I didn’t have this problem with Alexis. My friend also got a tattoo on their right wrist and it’s fading. Idk what kind of ink they use but it gives fake. she got tattoos a month before we went there on her left wrist and it’s still very visible. I got a tattoo and some parts arent shaded in & some faded off. I also got a tattoo covered and the tattoo is fading off & showing the original. It’s a no. I wouldn’t recommend going there for tattoos honestly. The tattoo was so fire that’s why it’s even worse that this is the outcome

We came in for tattoos and we called prior asking what time they stopped taking walk ins and they told us 8:30pm. We hurried over and got there maybe around 8:15ish and someone yelled out a car asking if we were getting tattoos or piercings and we answered tattoos. When we entered Anthony was friendly but everyone else was very short, borderline rude and very unfriendly. Tattoos are very intimate so to be greeted with that made our group uncomfortable. As we continued picking fonts etc we just felt rushed and I think the other people that came in behind us felt the same way and ultimately left.Overall they were unwelcoming, unfriendly and horrible customer service aside from Anthony resulting in us leaving as well. The man with the gauges and the guy sitting at the front seemed the most irritated and I would not recommended getting tattooed here. I don’t understand why you would have anyone like that being the first people to greet your guest.Our tattoos weren’t bigger than a business card so I can’t imagine the experience had we stayed. Save your time and go to Ink Link up the street!

Very lovely place with lovely people. My piercer, Alexis, was very kind and welcoming and made the whole process a lot easier and comfortable. My piercing also came out perfect and I’m having no pain whatsoever. Overall just a great experience!

Giving them 3 stars for the simple fact that everyone was super nice and friendly. However, my nose piercing wasn’t even REMOTELY lined up with the one on the other side of my nose. In fact it was so off I just ended up taking it out because it was bothering me so badly. Not to mention I have a very small nose and the jewelry the piercer put in my nose was literally stabbing into the middle of my nose.

First going there & i’ll absolutely keep going! Staff is SUPER FRIENDLY they make you feel welcomed. Bella was super nice and professional! The place is super clean and i’ll highly recommend them to anybody looking for a tattoo!

My piercings came out great. I got two piercings:my septum and my regular nose pierced, it didn’t even hurt too bad.Justin was very thorough, he made sure my sister and I were ok before, during and after the piercing. The inside of the shop was very put together and the ambiance of the place was amazing and maybe even calming.He was just a great guy. Overall great experience! 10/10 would recommend 👌🏾

OK so my sister loves this place. She has gotten all her piercing here. I took myself and my daughter to get some piercings. First thing I noticed walking through the door was hardly Noone was in there. The girl at the the desk (who is the piercer as well) was bickering with a tattoo artist who works there. Very unprofessional. Then she had an attitude when we was asking questions. As for the piercings my daughters septum was pierced a little high so you can hardly see the actual ring. Now mine she did all right she could hardly make it through the skin on one of my nipple piercings is the only thing I can say about the piercings that I received. My niece got her Smiley and everything was fine my daughter also got a belly button ring that turned out fine. Overall I was an all right experience if she would lose the attitude it would have been a great experience.

Autumn did an amazing job with my nose piercings today I was most excited to get my septum piercing and it came out fire! She was very informative too about the after care/ healing process which I appreciated. The vibe of the shop here is amazing I instantly felt comfortable I love it so much I will definitely be back❤️❤️

Her good things but when I got there I had two boxes of wipes for ear piercing aftercare bought those for $8 a piece and then I got two earrings they charged me $48 and some change I gave them 60 bucks they gave me a 10 back and owed me seven more dollars wanted to put it on cash out I agreed but have still yet to get my $7 needless to say I will not be going back. Very bad first experience.

I went in today for a small tattoo. Place is clean. I believe the guy that helped me is Jaylen. Not sure if I spelled it right. He was amazing. I was nervous bc its been a long time since Ive gotten a tattoo and he was calm and helpful. Gave me exactly what I wanted. Very affordable, I was in and out in less than an hour and overall great experience. I will be back :)

Couldnt be more satisfied with the work Steven did when other places in town (not naming but up the street) seemed so uninterested in working and lacked personability and creativity. I definitely have a new personal artist Ill be coming back to now. Thanks again brother!

I was a walk-in early Thursday evening that wanted to take advantage of a flash sale they were having on small tattoos. They had me in and out in under an hour. My tattoo artist was John and when I tell you he was the absolute sweetest guy? I havent had a tattoo in over 15 years so he was perfect for my slight jitters. And he did a fantastic job too.

They messed up my tattoo, me and my girlfriend went in to get matching tattoos but the artist that did mine completely messed up the hand and didn’t apologize, and seem reluctant to try to fix it or anything. I have contacted the shop regarding this and will be back in once it heals but overall not happy with work or service.would not recommend coming here

I came in to get my septum done. The piercer pierced me slowly, which I’ve never had with my other piercings, and then couldn’t get the ball back on my jewelry. She twisted and pulled on my jewelry for a solid two/three minutes before she got it. Didn’t realize till two days later that she pierced my cartilage. I didn’t get her name either, which I’ve never had before, every other piercer I’ve had has introduced themselves. All in all, very disappointed with the piercing. It’s been about a week and it’s still so sore I can hardly clean it, which hasn’t happened with any of my other eight piercings.

Was looking to get my industrial piercing and this place popped up. The Tuesday deals are great. Also got myself several of those tiny tats. Looks a Lil sketchy from the outside could use more lighting to pop out. But inside has great lighting and clean. I recommend my friends to go there all the time.

If you mess up the work and have a policy to fix it, fix it and own your mistakes. Do not get smart with clients because you did bad work. Whoever is replying to customers recently is incredibly unprofessional and that’s a terrible look for business.

Walked in for a tongue piercing today it took all of about 10 minutes. I don’t know the name of the female who did it but she was sweet & quick.

I used to go another shop in Gastonia and after the tattoo artist I would see left, I was on the hunt for a new local tattoo artist.Tattoo Factory was awesome from the start - I called early in the week to schedule an appointment and the gentleman who assisted got me booked promptly. When I arrived, the piercer Lexi was super friendly and even texted the artist to let them know I was in.Jared is a boss - he was super organized and did excellent work. He kept me updated with what he was doing and took his time doing it right. Definitely will be back for more. This shop gets busy but they are quick to get folks in and out. Be patient, its worth the wait!

Me and my friend went to get my helix and her septum pierced. Homegirl was super quick and nice. Place was clean and chill. Price is good, and there was an issue with outr payment method but she was so patient and understanding. Totes will go again.

I heard so many good reviews on this place I just had to come see if it was a good as everyone said it was. It definitely was. First and foremost all of the staff was very welcoming and kind, I was nervous about getting such a big tattoo and everyone was relaxing me and telling me about their own experiences. The kind sweet lady in the front was really sweet and funny which definitely made me decompress. All of the other artist where very talkative to me and we shared some jokes and personal experiences! They are very lgbtq friendly it was such a great experience. JJ did my tattoo he was so patient with me, he paid close attention to detail, he was checking to see how I was feeling every 10-15 minutes to make sure I was okay. I’m so happy and pleased with my tattoo and definitely will be going back!

My first experience was awhile ago. And it wasn’t great, we sat for an hour at opening time and then left. I would suggest getting an appointment or going later in the day. But tonight we got our first tattoo with Franklin. He is amazing! I would suggest him for anyone getting their first tattoo. He’s very charismatic and he keeps a clean area. He is an amazing artist as well. We appreciated him making our first time so nice!

Went with friends for some fun $10 tattoos. I felt bad for the workers as the line just never ended. The staff was cool. Clean shop. Decent job for a small tattoo.

I needed my tongue re-pierced and the young lady piercer who took care of me did a wonderful job of making me feel relaxed. It was quick and hurt less than I thought it would! I highly recommend her services!

Husband and I got tiny tattoos for $25 by Jared and we absolutely love them. He put his own little twist on our ideas and was just fantastic! I also got my septum pierced and husband got an ear piercing both by Lexie and she was phenomenal. Very gentle and soft both with the tattoos and the piercing. Will come here again!!

I showed up as a walk in with my adult child today. Kaleb was our artist for some easy micro tattoos. We chose some matching peices, and did a quick touch up on some older tattoos. Over all Kaleb was professional, and held great conversation.I am completely satisfied with my tattoo, it is exactly what I asked for!

We visited the Tattoo Factory to get our 6 month old daughter’s ears pierced today. We were so pleased by the customer service we received throughout the entire process. Gary did an exceptional job piercing our daughter’s ears. He was very patient, detailed oriented and pleasant to our entire family during the process. He took the time to not only educate the young lady he was training, but he also provided us some education on why we chose the best method for piercings. We watched him sanitize and use new sterile tools for her piercings. I would highly recommend Gary to anyone looking to get a piercing done. His quality of work is greatly appreciated!

The only place i have ever wanted to get tattooed at i tried other places but none matches this place. Artists are awesome and very talented. The owners Derrick and Sammy are amazing! We went in for a simple tattoo and piercing and was treated like VIPs! I highly recommend this place because its clean, organized, safe and just feels like a family environmen plus all the employees are awesome and extremely knowledgeable and talented!! My husband and I just went and got our dogs paw prints tattooed on us. We just lost him a week ago. The staff were super cool and thoughtful. Armando was our artist and he did excellent, made sure to get every detail of our dogs paw print perfect! They turned out so great. We love ours new tats. We will definitely be going back here for our tattoos!

My artist was Armando, he was super cool, really nice and an overall nice dude. Trust me when I say that the atmosphere is awesome and he will make you laugh like no one else.Quality of work was superb! Armando took the idea I had for my tattoo and made it 100x better, he was understanding of what I wanted, the placement was exact, and the artwork was better than I could have hoped for.I was a walk in so I have no idea about appointments, but what I do know is that i would highly recommend this man 100%

I had work done there a several months back. Dont get me wrong, great work. But shady they do not have some type business/ health certificate available for patrons on site, also very slack on keeping records and consent forms.A couple days ago I went to donate plasma at center as a new donor. Im sure my tattoos have had plenty of time, but I wasnt sure of the exact date. I was given a form to take to the Tattoo factory and have them fill it out. After having a hard time getting them to fill anything out, they left two spaces blank. Was asking for dates of procedures and Government Health License number, they couldnt provide either. Just feel that if this a professional business, those things should be available.

I got 2 small face tattoos from artist bella. The staff was very nice and welcoming. The shop is very clean. My tattoos came out so good. . My artist made sure I was comfortable the whole time. I live an hour away, but Ill definitely be going back again.

This is my 7th tattoo, but my first spontaneous one. I went with a friend for the $10 Tuesday and Brian was my tattoo artist. He was so personable and friendly. I saw him put a first timer that went before us at complete ease. He keeps the conversation going and is very caring. I would recommend Tattoo Factory, and definitely plan to go again!

My first time going to tattoo factory, The work was high quality and pretty fast. I was impressed with this place and will definitely come back… Only reason for 4 stars is because it was so quiet in there! I asked why there was no music playing and they said the owner said they couldn’t play anything out loud which i thought was ridiculous. TATTOO SHOPS NEED MUSIC POINT BLANK PERIOD, ITS PART OF THE EXPERIENCE

Ive been here twice and Franklin had done both my tattoos for me. No matter how complicated my tattoos were, he always made them turn out very well. These mean a lot to me so Im happy he was able to make turn out just the way I wanted. Thank you! Im definitely coming back for more in the future.

The girls were very sweet and personable! Loved this place and was in and out, juicy the store manager was very welcoming and so was the other girl who peirced me, everything was clean! Franklin, Jalen, and Jared are awesome! We have been tattooed by these guys several times and every time we have been so happy with the way they turned out. These guys have clean lines and light hands. Will definitely be continuing to see these guys for our tattoos!

I had come here for my first basic piercing and I didnt have an appointment, I just drove down and waited for maybe 10 mins, lexie was an amazing employee, she was very sweet and made me less nervous about getting my septum done and it barley felt like a bee sting. 4 days later its healing nicely and its straight, dont even hurt anymore. Ill definitely be coming back with my friend.

Me and two of my friends came to get tattoos and while the staff were nice and welcoming, we were there for two hours with one person to get tattooed before us. That persons tattoo took about 20 minutes and we waited 45 after she was done before we ended up leaving. Employees were hanging out in their vehicles when we left.

My sister and i went in to each get a small tattoo, we were IN AND OUT. They are CLEAN, professional and friendly! Very satisfied with how they turned out Caleb did an AWESOME job!! Highly recommended! 👌

My wife and I went to the Gastonia location and got two tattoos. I got a memorial tattoo for my brother and she got an hour glass and some rose’s Tyler was our artist he was a great artist. And talented as well. Everyone in the shop friendly respectful and professional..

After visiting ink link and being severely disappointed, I went to see Lexi 5 mins down the road. All I needed was a daith jewelry change in both ears. I called the shop before going to make sure they had what I needed and I found out later that was the owner I had spoken to. He was polite and welcoming just by our phone call. Lexi was courteous, big smile on her face, told me what she was doing, gentle, and clean. Then she told me piercings were 1/2 off today. So I HAD to get my nose pierced. Def will be going by again and taking my kids here for any further piercings!!! Yall stop in and see Lexi (sorry if I misspelled it girl!). Next time might be a new piercing and a tattoo. :)

This is a great spot to get tattoos and piercing my wife and me both got cover ups and Jalen did a phenomenal job on both, one was a cover she chose and he did some free hand to finish the peice, mine was a complete custom design he came up with on the spot to cover my original peice. My wife and niece also got piercings and they came out amazing. I will definitely recommend people to go here for their tattoos and piercings.

I recently went to the Tattoo Factory for the first time and got a wrist tattoo. Everyone was very professional. The lady at the desk let me know that there would be about a two hour wait and that she could take my number and she would call if something opened up before my two hours was up. Franklin was my artist he was very professional, although I’m usually use to an artist talking to me to distract me from what’s going on and he was very quiet he still kept everything very professional and I will be going back to get tattoos in the future .

Justin was great , it was our first time to the shop and me and my husband got matching hand tattoos and they are perfect and my husband even got a couple face tattoos and They are awesome!!! We will definitely be back to see him!

I called on 2/7/22 to set an appointment to get a tattoo for myself & my husband . I made sure they knew we were both getting tattoos. I called again this morning(2/11/22) to make sure our appointment was still in good standing. It was . We arrived to the 3 artist on clients already and expected a little bit of a wait. When we came in we were told to sign the tattoo book & QR for consent forms after we were not spoken to for almost 3 hours. In that time we witnessed 6 ppl leave that wanted Tattoos & piercings not including my husband & my self. The decor was lovely but it seemed more of a hangout than a tattoo shop. When we finally got to tlk to the tattoo artist she said their color artist wasnt there but she could do my outline. I did not want tht either because she winced when she saw what i wanted she was polite enough & said shed see what other artist could do for me & then asked my husband what he wanted & she winced at tht also . He wanted a large tat which she dubbed a half sleeve but when she winced at the size he said he could scale it down a bit (at this time it was 2am & closing is 4am) Our appointment was at 12am.the receptionists came inside & said id have to make an appointment for the color artist. I informed her we both had an appointment & no one informed us big peices / color peices need special appointments because when i set my appointment no 1 mentioned that nor was there anything on the website saying tht or offering a way to book with said color artist. Their website says they do sleeves , tiny tats & anything you can think of they can do . We ended up leaving after 3hrs with nothing to show . I will not be back.

I went to this place on a Tuesday, it was so packed, I was told thered be a one hour wait, ended up waiting 3.5 hours, there was only one artist there doing his best, so I understood, when my turn finally came, the artist Blake was nice, and great conversation while I was getting tattooed, and the finished product was great for the price I paid, I tipped 50%, and he deserved every bit of it. Ill definitely recommend this place to my friends, and I will be back.

I’m normally not the type to leave bad reviews but I’m VERY disappointed in this tattoo shop. Going into the shop for my first tattoo and only wanted two simple flowers but came out highly disappointed. Some parts of my tattoo barley has any ink while the rest of it looks like a 5 year old drew it. Everything seemed extremely rushed which caused for a sloppy tattoo. Do not recommend going there and definitely will not be going back.

Normally I would rate this place 5 stars. But I drove 45 minutes after texting to verify there would be a piercer because I wanted a piercing and to buy jewelry. I arrive, no ones wearing a mask, no one at the desk. A tattooer said sign in and the piercer would be back. I waited and safe to say I wasted time and gas for nothing. This used to be my go to spot but I don’t know what’s going on today. I wouldn’t even recommend it.

I just went there to get a tragus piercing. My piercer was Gabby. She was so professional and nice about everything. She kept me informed on what she was about to do and made sure I was comfortable. And not to mention I absolutely love my piercing!

My 8 month old daughter had her ears pierced by Gary. He was professional, polite, and knowledgeable. Most tattoo shops have a dirty(adult like feel) but it felt almost like a dentist office no seedy vibes or cussing. Great place for a childs piercing! You wouldnt go to jiffy lube for car work you go to a mechanic. Dont get your kids ears pierced at the mall go to the professionals, tattoo parlor tattoo factory!

Just got my first tattoo here during the free semicolon tattoo event. They were great even though they had done over 250 tattoos. They were tired but still cheerful. I had Nick and he is a lovely person.

Me and my daughter both got piercings tonight. Alexis was great and very informative on all the steps.

I went in to get my septum pierced and the artist that day was Erik. When he was piercing my septum he didnt take the time to find the sweet spot and did not place my piercing anywhere near where it should have been. While it was meant to be $10, he charged me $15 for something not correct and done poorly. By day two of having my piercing, I was crying and taking it out from the pain.

My daughter got her nose pierced here. They are really nice, and informative. It was a little crowded, but well worth the wait.

Fantastic place!! I refuse to go anywhere else. Tyler is a fantastic tattoo artists and Gary is a fantastic piercer. This is a clean open and the lights are bright so you can see everything. This shop is perfect.

Waited over an hour to have someone’s friend jump in front of me and my sister!!! Never again ..let me explain this a little better..it was one of the tattoos artist friend…Unprofessional and rude when we said something…That’s not how you run a business..So no I would not recommend at all..

Went today and got a tiny tattoo with Bella and a septum piercing with Kenzie. The tiny tattoo is so well done I absolutely love it. The septum piercing with Kenzie is by far the straightest and best piercing I’ve got. Everyone was so knowledgeable and kind. Will definitely be back!!

Got my nose pierced here and it was very professional!! Price is AMAZINGGGGG! And the tattoo artist/piercer was very thorough on explaining the process and was able to keep me relaxed the whole time!

Dont waste ur money paid 150 for a tattoo I cant see Ive never needed a tattoo touched up before horrible work prices and customer service do not waste ur time I have many tattoos and know how to care for them the fact u responded like that proves my point the seven people I came with agreed and we went elsewhere for tattoos and they came out great

The free tattoo event was my first time here. Friendly employees. Clean areas. I think this event surpassed everyones expectations. They worked hard. Handled the huge crowd like bosses. I was number 246 and glad I was part of this. I will go back.

Lexie was super sweet and a great face for the front desk and piercings. The shop could use some love (art, some flow to the shop, music etc) and DEFINITELY a price list and organization.

Nice employees but oh my god it is chaotic. They allow far too many people into the shop at once which during a pandemic is an awful idea! They also dont enforce their employees or customers to wear mask, making one feel very unsafe to go there.

They do take a little long but understanding that it’s a tattoo and piercing place there is usually a wait. But piercings in general they do really good. I’ve gotten 5 piercings here

Ive been here several times, and each time they are closed. with others trying to figure out why they are closed too. facebook says youre open until 9pm. Today I tried to stop by to get a price on a tattoo again and of course closed. There was 6 people trying to figure out what was going on. if youre going to close earlier then posting on Facebook or on the window would be great. The closest one open was statesville and I wasnt going that far. Why is there a location in gastonia if its rarely open

Seems like the place to get a piercing but I wouldnt recommend getting a tattoo here. The tattoo artist seemed nervous and had to redraw a few times. My tattoo is sitting off my skin pretty high. I have other tattoos and none of mine look like this one!

Everyone in there seemed very uneducated and unprofessional especially the lady up front I guess the receptionist . She was especially rude I would not recommend this place nor will I ever go back!!

Inside is awesome. Outside at nighttime is dangerous because of the location. But they do great work inside. And they are very friendly.

My girlfriend went to get her tongue and tragus pierced here today and the tragus is fine but the tongue piercing was pierced with a basic piece of jewelry like the kind you use once selling goes down, I know because I compared it to the one I have in my own tongue, she was in agony over the pain and she shouldnt have gone through that if they used the proper jewelry to accommodate for swelling dont reccomend.

My daughter wanted her nose pierced for her 13th birthday. No other shops would do it. They did it for $10 bucks and it was quick and practically painless.

My aunt got a tattoo here 2 days ago and it looks nothing like the picture. It has blisters in it and looks infected. She got a bee tattoo on her neck and it took about 30 minutes when it should have taken longer

My very first tattoo I got and it does not look professional at all. It doesn’t look neat and it’s not in line and the letters are crooked. I would definitely not recommend this place for tattoos.

Takes a very long time to get to customers. Do extra work while doing appointments that should be cause for a follow up appointment if people are waiting with appointments and expect them to be on time or atleast close to on time.
