I’ve been going here for YEARS! Lacey has done all of my piercings!!!! Just went last week for my Tragus & my sister came for her nipples. Per usual Lacey was quick & not gonna lie I love that woman fr 😂😂 THIS IS A GREAT PLACE! Now people may seem upset or mean but I’m telling you they are so nice you’ll keep coming back. I haven’t had any tattoos from this place only piercings for the last 10 years . Thank you 😊 Lacey kno im never going to anybody else for piercings 😂😂😂😂😂

This place has by far the worst customer service i’ve ever experienced. Where do I even start. I came here to get 2 piercings done and when I walked in I waited a whole hour just to be acknowledged or helped. Normally I would’ve walked out in a situation like this but I had drove an hour to get here. And after I was FINALLY being helped, I had to wait another hour, maybe even more than that just to get my piercings done. And the lady at the front desk who was supposed to be helping people literally took a smoke break while she had an entire line of people waiting to be helped. This same lady did my piercings and she didn’t even use the correct jewelry for one of my piercings. But I didn’t bother saying anything because she wasn’t the friendliest. Also, none of the employees seemed to care that there was an entire line of people waiting. And 2 people that came in 30 minutes AFTER me got to get their piercings done first even though everyone could clearly see that I had been in line before them. I can tell that the work ethics in this place are very unprofessional. I only came here because I heard their piercings were $10 each but you get what you pay for I guess. Stay away from this place.

Girls day out...Customer service was great. Michelle was very professional ,gentle and warm. She even free handed the image. (The scroll/flower ) Turned out beautiful. Ashley was professional and very thorough ( the saying). Matt was quick and efficient (the name/infinity) Very busy but efficient. Early hours are best if you dont want to wait!

Michael with Matts help did an AMAZING job on my Aquarius mermaid tattoo, I love it so very much! I was recommended by some friends to go here, went to another place out of town to see a family friend go get a piercing, even got compliments from the tattoo artist there about how clean it was :)

Came here with my wife & two kids for piercings. Very clean shop and friendly staff. Ashton was very professional and knowledgeable. Highly recommend 😊Update: my child got an infection on his eyebrow piercing a month after this visit. He had to take it out. The material the ring was made out of was trash.

I got 3 piercings done about a week ago. My stud keeps falling out and is super painful and the jewel that was in the stud also feel out. My conch is also super painful to the point in about to take it out. The one on my face underneath my eye doesn’t hurt but has weird swelling. I have 15 other piercings and none of them caused me problems like these are. The piercer was unprofessional grunting and making weird noises complaining about her period cramps and back. I get it I’m a female also but that is not professional if you don’t feel good stay home. Her environment also wasn’t welcoming with nothing but the piercing chair in the room. Things also did not seem very sterile as I did not see her wash her hands in between clients I did not see her wipe down her work area and I walked in the room right after the last client as she told me too. I no longer live in Gastonia and haven’t for over a year but I drove a hour and half because they did 7 piercings for me the year before I moved and had zero pain and zero healing issues but that was when Aston was the piercer. Aston was the reason I returned. Her environment was super welcoming and she was always super clean nice and explained ever step. I will not be returning after my last experience sadly.

Got a tattoo about a month ago. my artist was really chill, the vibes were awesome, and it healed perfectly and was very affordable. going back today to get my friend a tattoo too

Took my 16yr old daughter to get her lip pierced and the fork was a total B! Told my kids she would not pierce her with braces in her mouth!? I know that doesnt matter cause she got the other side done just a few months ago with braces! Super mad very unprofessional!

Got snakebites done almost a year ago and theyve healed perfectlyi remember it was done by ashton and they were so quick and sweet as i was really nervous. they did swell super bad for the first week but after about 2 months, i was able to switch the jewelry!

First time, took my son to get his ears pierced. Super nice employees, had questions and was very pleased with the answers. Yes I will be back

I got 3 piercings done a industrial and my 2nd holes above my earlobes , she completely went against the dot she placed on my ear and the hole is way to close to the edge and completely off centered and its just horrible and tacky and now it can never be fixed because she rushed and didnt pay attention , will never recommend & will never be back !

Very friendly staff and reasonably priced! Will def be a permanent client! Very very talented artists! Loved Lacey shes the best piercer Ive ever had!!! Ty was super great too! Cant wait to go back and have more work done!!!!

Zay is who tatted me two weekends in a row and he is a great artist. Very patient. Devon did my sisters FIRST tat today and she had nothing but good things to say about him. Everyone in the entire facility is very nice and friendly including the shops owner, the piercer and Joe the other artist. I would recommend this place AND will be back in a couple of weeks to get another tat.

Came in on Friday late afternoon/evening and had quite a wait but not too surprising as it was Friday & time of day & no appointment. Anyway I did my first HTV design on the hat in the pic that morning and fell in love with it. Later my son asks me if I want to go with him and friends and get a tat (didnt have one yet & hes been waiting for me to say yes).. well I lived that design so much I said yes.I had Devon and he was fantastic! I really enjoyed my time there and he truly did a wonderful job all the way around. I will be back to see you kind sir! 42yrs young and finally got my first ink. (Yes Devon, you were right.. Im already thinking about that Parrot I talked about Lol). Also, the prices are very reasonable! I was impressed. Was going to do some shading, think it got forgotten though, but that can always be done later ;-) all good there was a lot of talking. Lol

Me and a friend went there the other day to get a piercing and tattoos and we went because of the great reviews and wanted to give it a shot. I got a tattoo from a middle aged guy and it came out completely unrecognizable from the reference. I asked for it to be bigger before it was put on and he said it would be and it’s so small to the reference photo and the size I asked for. Non of the lines are consistent and all different sizes and it’s honestly just bad. I also got a lip piercing and it was all crooked and uneven, tho when the dot was put on it was correct but the piercing itself wasn’t lined up at all when actually pierced.My friend got tattoo and it was a smaller one and it looks bad the lines aren’t correct from the image and the older man doing it was FALLING ASLEEP while giving the tattoo. Honestly we are just upset and disappointed. The atmosphere was honestly just sketchy and we’re all talking about drinking so……

Originally got my second ear piercing here and I came back to get my nose pierced and Lacey was absolutely amazing! Very nice and will definitely bring my business back for my first tattoo and any other piercings I get!

We went to Chaos today with my two sisters. My first sister got a helix piercing, my second sister got her second holes pierced, and I got my septum pierced. All staff and other guests were super nice and the place was clean. Lacey, our piercer, was a great piercer! She did all three of our piercings within 5 minutes and took amazing care of us! She took her time to explain the process and to reassure us if we were nervous. She was awesome!! Thanks to Chaos for the awesome piercings!

I got my left nostril and my septum pierced here. This is the only place I’ll go for piercings because they always do a fantastic job. They’re all very professional but still warm and inviting. Ashton did amazing on both of my piercings and making me feel less nervous. Overall I had a very pleasant experience! :)

Ty did a wonderful job bringing my little rendition to fruition! He was very skilled and detailed even on the tiny star. I love what he did with the watercolor background. Thanks so much!

Got my nose done there the lady was soooo nice. The guy up front could have been nicer but she made up for the lack! She was awesome even took a pic with me afterwards. Great pricing as well!

I decided to get a divorce tattoo years ago. I heard a lot of reviews of this place and decided to give it a try. The tattoo artist was so gentle, attentive and did an amazing job. We started at 11pm and ended at 6am. I get compliments on this tattoo on a regular basis. Its a number of years old and still looks great.

A great place to get a tattoo at a fair price.Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays in my opinion are the best days to go. Most of my work was done here so I will let everyone know now they **WILL** charge you by the hour if you are wanting something large or very intricate done.It is definitely somewhere I recommend though

Ive been here a couple times for piercings, and have gotten a great job. I went Tuesday, June 13th 2023 and got snake bites. The experience was as normal, but once I got back home I noticed the placement was off. I didnt care much since it wasnt noticeable, but since one is a lot higher than the other I keep biting on it and its making the healing journey a lot more painful than It needs to be. When I checked the placements before I got it pierced they seemed to low so I asked if she could make them just a little bit higher, checked them out again and they were even and great. The bar is way to small for my swelling, the flat backs are digging into the back of my mouth and it hurts!

Definitely recommend! I got two ear cartilage piercings here today, and was super pleased with the entire process. Their piercing specialist, Ashton, was amazing, and I will absolutely be a return customer!

Me and my coworkers came to get piercings after work on a Friday and it was so busy. They got us in very quick and Ashton was literally the best piercer, they were so amazing. We had a great time with them!!!Thank you so much Ashton

She is very understanding and patient with what you want and she always helps you with making it look the best way it can. She is the only person I let tattoo me! Ashley didnt a great job with my sons nose piercing. She was great at explaining what she was doing. Shop was super clean staff was friendly.

Lacey did my piercings and she was so good. She was very fast and they came out great! You can tell she has a ton of experience and made me so much more comfortable.

I go here for all of my peircings theyre cheap, professional and turn out great. Just make sure you get Lacy and not Ash. Ash has messed up several of my and my friends peircing but Lacy is always down to help fix them :)

What’s funny is Devon is one of the best artists at this shop. Devon has tattooed me for over ten years and I would never go to anyone else. He tattoos all of my friends also. I highly recommend him!! He is so cool to talk to and takes his time to make sure you are comfortable. This is the best shop around!!! And Lacey is just Lacey, she has to do her job with the people she has to deal with, she’s perfect for her job!! Kudos guys!!!

Went here for a tattoo, there was about a 30 minute wait. But I was a walk in so that’s not bad at all and they were BUSY. TERRY did me 3 tats in a short period of time. They are super cute, very neat and looked way better than I pictured in my head. No tattoo is painless but Terry definitely made it as least painful as possible. He made sure I was happy and gave follow up instructions and a number to be reached if anything changed. Real tat artist and I’ll definitely be back ASAP!!

If you want a tattoo, come here and see Lexie! Everyone here was absolutely amazing and it was a great energy. Lexie did mine and my husbands tattoos and she was absolutely perfect. Light handed and does amazing work! 10/10 definitely coming back and requesting her!

Lacy is amazing!! I wont ever be going anywhere else for any future piercings. Lacy was so busy when I went in that I thought I was gonna be waiting forever. There were 4 people ahead of me in line, and she is so professional, they were all in and out in no time. Everyone that left her piercing-room had a huge smile on their faces. When I got in the chair, it was easy to see why. Lacy talks to you and takes the time to make sure shes giving you exactly what you want. She made me feel extremely comfortable and has a great sense of humor. Before I had a chance to even brace for impact, shed already pierced my tragus, so I didnt have the time to get nervous whatsoever. I had 3 piercings within 3 days. Ash was my tech; my experience was awesome! I waited a few wks to do this review, just to make sure there were no complications. I would suggest Ash to anyone who decides to get pierced.

I’ve had 6 tattoos done here. It’s the only place I’ll go for any ink. Also shout out to Spencer she’s did all 5 of my tattoos her line work is amazing plus she’s quick. She did my neck tattoo and while it hurt it was over in 15 minutes and perfect. She’s the only person I’m going to from now on 🥰

I went today and got my vertical labret , Ashton was my piercer and she was awesome. She made sure I was comfortable and answered all questions, was super nice, and was patient with me because I was very nervous at first.

I have gotten 3 tattoos here and absolutely love them. The artists they have are great at what they do. Was very impressed with how they communicate with one another and check on each other throughout the day. They are very professional and fun people. They are honest with their customers Ashton what they think might work better and giving them ideas. Will only go here from now on to get my tattoos. Actually will be returning in a few weeks to get color added to the one I just had done.

Got my bottom lip pierced about a year and a half ago and got the best service then. Today I got an amazing tattoo!!! Beth was awesome and I love the work she did for me today. Ill definitely be returning.

Got most of my piercings done here and they turned out great. I recommend everyone goes to the young guy and not the older lady. She can be kinda rude and ruins the experience. Hope I just catch her on bad days

I’ve gone in for both a piercing and a tattoo. I got my bridge pierced during one of their piercing specials. Even though it was a bit busy I didn’t have to actually wait to long which was great. She marked my nose and I asked for it a little lower so she remarked and the placement was perfect and the piercing is straight even after healing. My tattoo experience was just as great. Walked in with the tattoo idea and photo I wanted and Kyle was able to fix it to my exact ideal. He cracked jokes and kept me calm through the entire process which was great. I highly recommend this place. Chill vibes and great people!

I went in to get a piercing without an appointment, and I was out in less than ten minutes. Lacy was my piercer, and she was super fast, super friendly, personable and knowledgeable. I also loved the fact she didnt use clamps. She knows what shes doing, for sure, and Ill be coming back to her if I want anything else done.

Got my nose pierced twice both times and both times got a piercing bump. I went to a professional piercer because my nose is so swollen. Piercer told me that the metal was not only trash but the piercing itself was shaped incorrectly. I asked for advice on my bump and was told to put tea tree oil on it which burned my skin and made the bump worse. The L shapes jewlery was so crooked looked like a 2 year old did it.

First of all, Lacy is the best piercer I have ever met. She’s been doing it for 14 years and she’s the best. Also their piercings are 10$, doesn’t get more competitive than that folks. The place is low key but cool, would definitely recommend to others.

Awesome tattoo/piercing place!! This has definitely been my number ONE choice each & every time I’ve needed something pierced. Out of all the places in Gastonia and Kings Mountain combined, Chaos Tattoos wins by a long shot, when it comes to customer satisfactory. That’s my opinion anyways.

I Love this place! Ty did a memorial for my Mom and it is perfect. You may have to wait a little, but if a shop is not busy, you dont want a permanent tattoo from them! I made an appointment and sent him pics of what I wanted.

My daughter and I got our first tattoos together. She always wanted us to get matching tattoos. Chaos took great care of us and everyone was super nice. It was a bit of a wait but it was soooo worth it. The artist name is Red and he is awesome, great personality. After this experience we will definitely be back and recommend others.

Did a walk-in to get 1 of my tattoos re-touched and get a tattoo, both very small tattoos. I went here because of all the great reviews and some friends recommend going here. The second I walked in, the atmosphere sucked. The guy that was helping me was very short with his answers, only yes and no answers, etc. He printed the sentence I wanted and was throwing things around and was just easily irritated. I told him I wanted on the back of my neck and he gave me the most nastiest look and said I should choose another spot because I will regret it later... This experience was supposed to be special as the tattoo was a written I love you much from my decreased grandmother and he ruined the experience. I left my wallet in the car and decided to leave because of him. I wish I could give a 5-star review like everyone else, but I cant.

Where do i even begin? This shop is disgusting. The shop is dirty, looks like no one has cleaned in YEARS. Very unprofessional staff. I came in for a lip piercing last week, it took the piercer about 30 seconds to get through my lip tissue (that has never been pierced or scarred before). Absolutely would not go back. The only jewelry provided is about an inch longer than the piercing because she said “the piercing will swell that big”. It didn’t. I asked if she had shorter barbells that i can purchase so i can change it out after four weeks and she doesn’t. Doesn’t even carry cleaning solutions for aftercare. Piercer was also rude when i asked her to move the dots that she put on as a guideline for the piercing which were crooked. Would never go back to this place even though piercings are $10. Very unsanitary, piercer didn’t even wash her hands before piercing me right after eating pizza. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.

Called to see if I needed an appointment to get my wifes piercing. The person that answered said no. Walk on in. When we got there we stood at the desk after signing in for 20 minutes. We never even got acknowledged. Dont waste your time like we did.

Couldnt wait another day to get a Monroe piercing. I only waited about 10 minutes on a busy Saturday afternoon. Im so pleased

I got my finger tattoos touched up here Wayne did a great job ink stayed in, Ive got piercings by them their amazing, and I have a dermal (got it done somewhere else) that no one could get the top off and they did. The girl (Ashton) who done it had only been there 3 months and she was great, she really knew what she was doing. Definitely recommend going there. Everyone is so nice. And even though they closed at 1am on the night we went they were willing to stay late to make sure they got everyone that came in, needless to say we didnt leave until 5am but it was well worth it.

There’s a worker named Britany, she did my nose piercing and she was very helpful, professional, and sweet. If your the type to be overwhelmed or stressed she is definitely the type of person to calm you down and make you feel 10x better. She’s the best!!!

This is the 2nd time I have taken my daughter to be pierced here and we both absolutely love this place. Lacey has done both of her piercings and she is amazing!!!!!!!! Just got my bellybutton pierced here. I didnt get her name, but the woman who did mine and my cousins piercings was amazing! Very quick and very experienced. We also talked to a man about getting a tattoo in the future and he was very friendly and helpful.

The shop is pretty clean and luckily, I didnt have a long wait during mid day. Got a nose piercing done with Britney earlier this month and theentire process was easy and encountered very little pain. She truly put me at ease,

Me and my Fiance Arin went and had a great time. Ray is who did both of us, he was fantastic. Great guy would recommend 100%. We came in about midnight and 11:30 and the wait was not long at all. About an hour for wait and both tattoos.

Picking a new tattoo place can be scary, but these guys seem to have the right mix. Clean, but not clinical. Artists but not snobby about bringing things in. Most Ive ever had an artist talk during a tattoo, which was awesome, love it when an artist is hyped about his work. About 5 months later my lines are still clean, colors bright, no scarring, no fading. Solid work!

Was just trying to get some work done and I asked about pricing and was told that I would have to pay a deposit because he wasn’t drawing up something for nothing. Was extremely rude. I tried several times to turn everything around. Even apologized for some reason. Completely unprofessional while the entire staff just watched while the guy kicked me out for asking questions and he even insulted me when I asked about pricing he said “ well if ur asking about pricing u don’t have enough”. His son was there on top of it and I just know he was embarrassed because he knew I didn’t do anything. I wasn’t even a lil bit rude

Ashton was amazing super informative and kind gentle she made me feel comfortable and was thorough when explaining every thing with my Septum I can’t wait for her to start doing tats but till then she’s the one to see for all your piercing needs thank you for the lovely and comforting experience

My twins had the naval piercing done. Even though at last minute they were a little hesitant, she talked them through like big girls (lol) and they had a great experience. I would recommend them for piercings anytime!

I did not actually get a tattoo there. We stopped by to check out the vibe of the place. We parked in the bingo places parking lot. The tat artists outside advised is to park on the other side of their bldg, we did and appreciated their advice. Other than that, theres not exactly a friendly vibe of the place. My boyfriend has no tattoos (I have several done in a different city) and I was hoping someone would be friendly, ask what we were looking for, and explain the process to him so he would feel informed about getting his first tattoo. That didnt happen here. We did look at the portfolios available. There were only 2 artists whose portfolio I liked. Everyone elses work didnt seem well defined. While it seems you could definitely get a great tattoo there, I wanted something a bit more personal. Were going to try somewhere else.

Super unsatisfied.Its been only a few months and it looks unrecognizable.Wont ever be back here again.Its true you get what you pay for I guess though.Plus he kinda had an attitude over simply asking questions, as Im an inexperienced canvas.Scheduled a touch up, went there the day of, and was told that it was another day.Devon wasnt even busy, and had had no queue, I asked.Yet I had to bribe him to do it that day anyway because I live what I consider too far to drive back and forth to this establishment. 🙃Again, wont be back there again.Lady running the counter CAN be nice. But also can be the EXACT opposite. Not that its more one or the other, just catch her on a good day. 😬

Wow, first impression, first visit was a little over a month ago, walked in bc of bad experience somewhere else, they took me and my husband in right away and did an awesome job and now what to make this my new spot for tats. The vibe is chill and would recommend it to others, They Rock!!!

I went in and got my belly button pierced. the lady who pierced it was super sweet and knew exactly what she was doing. she’s patient and just does a wonderful job. definitely will be coming back to get more piercings in the future!!! 💛

Normally when I go Lacy takes care of me and shes amazing! She works the night shift. If u want a good experience as far as piercing is concerned do not go during the day! I was with a group of 3 and stood in the shop for over 45 min before we were even acknowledged! Finally I asked where lacy was bc i realized that the person doing the piercing wasnt her and we were told she would be in at 6 so needless to say we left and will only be going back when shes on shift!

I got pierced by Julie, she is AWESOME. I have had plenty of piercings with no trouble and this time I almost passed out right afterwards. She jumped it action gave me a coke even sat and held the drink for me. There was people waiting but she took her time with me. She didnt make me feel stupid. She explained why I almost fainted (a mix of low blood sugar and high adrenaline). anyways I would recommend her. Shes real, and honest. My piercings were placed perfectly and are healing nicely.

Went we siblings got 4 piercings 2 per person in different locations Great service quality work only thing is they dont have after care for the piercings so I gave a 4 since I had to go somewhere else for that.

Just left there tonight ! I must say they’re very well kept unlike other tattoo shops! I can’t remember the piercing lady name but she’s a sweetheart and definitely knows what she’s doing!!! If your looking for a place for tattoos or piercing this is definitely the place to go!!!!!

OMG !! Ashton was theeeee best .. I went to get my septum done with my sis and she was so professional and so down to earth!! The piercer here, Suzanne, is the bomb. Shes very particular, pays close attention to detail, professional yet friendly, and does the greatest piercing job Ive ever experienced. I definitely recommend going here for any piercing you may want. Very clean!!!

There crooked and one is tilted, she didnt use clamps so im not too surprised. the desk lady is rude and so was my piercer, n i told her i needed long bars because my lip swells a lot i know from past piercings n she said that these where long enough. im having to go get new jewelry somewhere else tho because there sunk in my skin. i clean and properly take care of piercings n tats ive had many.

Phenomenal shop! The place is so nice and clean!The owner is such a sweetheart! Red truly has a heart of gold! All of The artists are amazing and so are the piercers! Such an amazing place everyone makes you feel like family! I love this shop, and the people in it! I will never go anywhere else!!

Just left from getting my lip pierced. Was in and out in less than 10 minutes. Lacy the lady who does the piercing is absolutely wonderful!!! Definitely will be my go to for other piercings and tats.

Friend recomened it. So I got my piercings done at a low price with a friendly person who was exceptionally professional. Then since i was having a problem with my toumg ring being too long for my tounge they helped me with that also and got me the perfect length. Love this place!!!!!

Ive been to other tattoo parlors before and this place is so much cleaner and professional! The piercer was patient with how I wanted my ears pierced and was smooth and quick with the actual piercing process. I refuse to go anywhere else to have any tattoos or piercings!

Theyre extremely rude. My boyfriend was doing an apprenticeship here and someone came in and lied and said he did his other tattoo out of the shop a couple days before (WHEN HE DIDNT) The owner believed this random guy and kicked my boyfriend out, he never liked him. Its not cheap to be an apprentice. What a waste of time and money that we could have used towards something like, i dont know?? bills?? considering apprentices dont make any money. I also got a small tattoo here while he was working and its a wreck in there, unsanitary. The tattoo is good, but the ink didnt even stick to my skin, by the time it healed it looked extremely faded. I will have to go somewhere else to get it done correctly, dont even waste your time. THEN on top of EVERYTHING, when i went to the bathroom there was BLOOD ON THE TOILET SEAT AND ALL OVER THE WALLS, disgusting? I never went back. Yall need to do something about that. TRUST ME, go somewhere else to get a tat unless you dont mind the contamination.

Just got my tattoo done. Devon was great. He is very friendly. Set his area up right in front of me. That makes me feel even better to know that nothing was used before me. I am really happy with Chaos and will be coming back again to get my next tattoo.

I have never walked into a tattoo shop and been treated so kindly in my life. My dad passed away suddenly the day before and my nerves were a wreck. The gentleman that did my tattoo I will never forget his grace and how he treated me on one of the worst days of my life. They definitely made my day just a little better! My memory tattoo for my daddy is everything I could ever dream of and more❤️❤️

Customer service was great and they arent expensive. The employees move very quickly. Me, my daughter and a friend of hers just left this place an hour ago from getting some piercings done. Will be going back again with my other two daughters soon.

We were going to go to a place in Shelby which ended up being extremely rude so we called around until we found Choas Tattooing. The lady was so distrout by how we had been treated and she was so kind and helpful at grtting us in and what we wanted done the same day. Some of the kindest people you will meet. They take appointments and walk ins. They are great at piercing and tattooing. Highly recommend!!

I haven got a tattoo here yet, but Lacey pierced my daughters tounge, and nose! She is amazing and makes you feel very comfortable and will talk you through everything. I got my dermal done there but it was before Lacey worked there about 2 years ago. Do not tattoo here, they are not polite they do not have any sincerity and the fact that what youre about to get tattooed on your body will be there the rest of your life I suggest you go to Smoking Gun tattoo they are absolutely the best! Chaos Tattoo would barely even take my call or look at the artwork I wanted done. With that said the tattoo I was getting at the time was a $400 complete thigh piece. Im so grateful I made the decision to go to Smoking Gun instead of Chaos.

I don,t remember the artists name, but he was rude as hell. In addition to that, my Aunt and I went to get matching tattoos that were thin and dainty (the word family made into a heart). He ended up making it look bulky and ugly. The line work is horrible and splotchy. With a tattoo this simple, it shouldnt require a touch up. Even if it was touched up, it still wouldnt be what I wanted. Will definitely NOT return.

The people who work here are cool but in my experience, I have gotten 3 tattoos from here (why did i do that) and none of them turned out good. The line work isn’t good at all. I just got one covered up bc i hated looking at it. PAY FOR QUALITY!!! YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR.

Dont have a designated person or place to check in at when walking in. Everyone is just everywhere and you have no idea what to do or who to talk to. No dedication to the craft just hurry get it done and move on to the next. When someone decides to get a tattoo they want it to be nice and time spent making sure its nice. When asked their opinion well dont even bother asking. No real art skills that I could see everything off the computer or off the wall. Not very pleasant people to deal with. But if you want a tattoo in a hurry this is the place to go. Not impressed at all.

Got my tattoo done by Peter Parker girlfriend and she did amazing honestly want my whole arm done by her ... She put them headphones in and I already knew what type of time she been on , very positive vibe

This place seems either a five star or no star. My boyfriend/now husband and I went in for name tattoos... My artist was amazing. He walked us through fonts and placement and mine turned out great.... But my guy didnt have a great experience. The artist botched his. He didnt look at the picture so he ended up with an entirely different style of tattoo. When i pointed out the issues the artist made excuses instead of just admitting that since he couldnt be bothered to do our stencils even for his own client he had no clue what it was supposed to be. I would just be careful if you go here on which artist you use.

I saw that this place had great reviews so I decided to go here for my 3rd tattoo. I got it for mothers day 2016 and two months after letters began to fade. This picture was taken today, April 5th 2018. Very disappointed with it. My two other tattoos, that I got done else where, do not look fade out.

Didnt even get a chance to get a tattoo here, I called in advance to ask if they were actually open till 1 am and was told yes. We arrived a little bit before 9 oclock and they were pretty busy. My friend who came along with me decided that since she had to go to the bathroom, anyways we had walked over to the gas station and kill some time. We were followed back by some creepy guy outside on our way back, as soon as we came back the shops owner started immediately accusing of us of parking at his shop to buy drugs across the street and proceeded to cuss us out in front of a crowd of people. As soon as we got into the car and started to pull out we were both mooned (to the point where i could see his testicles)and given the finger by one of the other employees. I had just moved here in Gastonia a month prior and I have to say I miss the homely folk of Asheville. Never before has someone treated me with so much disrespect, especially the owner of a reputable establishment. 20/10 would never recommend a shop that treats any potential customer in such a belligerent manor.
