I had 9 tattoos before getting one with Billy. Hands down the most talented artist I’ve been to. Will not go anywhere else as long as he’s tattooing.

New piece today and couldnt have gone any better! 10 mins after being in the shop, it felt like we knew Billy for years. He creates a comforting atmosphere (the art in the shop is amazing) and is extremely professional. Hes not just a tattoo artist, he is a craftsman that cares about what he is doing. I had a cover up that I needed to get done but I knew it was going to need someone incredibly skilled. I spent a long time researching and decided to give Billy a shout, I am SO glad I did. Cant see a stitch of the old tattoo and he worked with me to make sure the cover up was to my liking. Awesome music, great people. All around fantastic experience, Ill be back soon.

Our tattoo experience was perfection! The shop was clean and very welcoming. Even the music was a great! We came in with an outline of the art we wanted. Billy was able to add on to it and sketched the final product . IT is amazing. His artwork is detailed and precise. You cannot find another artist like him. Terrible service. Had to redo my piercing and it still became infected so I had to remove it. I had another piercing artist look at it and she said it was done all wrong . Wrong jewelry, wrong positioning.I asked for my money back and they refusedDon’t ever go here

Billys work is truly amazing!! I have several from other artists but his is my favorite! Just got it in March of 2023 with my best friend has a matching from the exact same template! Very professional, CLEAN & made sure I was happy with the placement and understood the aftercare that he recommends!! Already planning the next!

My only regret with Billy is I didn’t find him sooner. His work is absolutely incredible… mind blowing really. His line work and shading are like none other in the Rochester//finger lakes area. Billy also is knowledgeable in placement//how a tattoo will age.. those things are so important. I can’t wait to book another one!

Billy did my first tattoo, I was visiting on leave from the Army and I wanted a tree of life on my hip. He was helpful through the entire process, from placement to making sure I was comfortable throughout. It turned out amazing. If I still lived in the area I would definitely get tattooed by him again.
