I just got my first session of laser hair removal! I was super nervous as I’ve had waving and it was not fun for me! This was the best experience I’ve ever had! It was so fast and pain free! Kim was amazing she talked me through everything before and during and made me feel so comfortable! I highly reccomend!

Dermatique is wonderful.,Staff is so welcoming and friendly. Dr. Lesnik is so professional and kind. Madison is amazing and keeps my skin great with monthly diamond glow facials. Lori keeps the office running smoothly and Caitlyn and Erika are the best at running the front desk!

I was able to get in quickly for an appointment and did it all online which was super convenient while I was at work. Front staff is always knowledge, friendly, and attentive. I was taken back quickly after arrival for my “before” photos which were taken with an iPad attached with a great flash or bulb for the best possible lighting. Lori was timely and professional, super knowledgeable, friendly and even fun too! She took a lot of time with me, answering not only my questions but also my friend’s questions (she who accompanied me). I thought that was generous considering … Lori knew exactly what I was looking for and immediately formed her game plan to achieve it! I was told upfront before the procedure the exact cost which is always appreciated. I felt extremely comfortable and in good hands. It is clear Lori knows her stuff. In fact, everyone I’ve ever worked with at Dermatique has hit above the mark. I’m going back there again moving forward. Any little money I was saving elsewhere is not worth the rushed appointments nor the anxiety created by the providers in their much too brief pre-procedure consult. Way to go, guys! You earned me back and I regret ever straying!

I have been a Dermatique for many years now. Dr Lesnik and the front desk staff are wonderful. I especially enjoy my appointments with Margo. Shes very attentive and listens to my concerns. She customizes a plan that maximizes my goals. Margo is highly educated and up to date on the latest techniques and products. Shes always careful to make sure that everything she does brings about a positive outcome, and takes her time so that I never feel shes rushing thru the appointment. I always feel better after my services with Margo and Dr Lesnik. Im so grateful they are located in Geneva and not downtown on the Goldcoast - although their service is on par with the best of them.

I was a little hesitant to try Botox but the 11’s between my eyes definitely needed some attention. I wish I would have done this sooner. Quick and painless and looks great. It did take several days for it to fully take effect. I am very happy and will be back when the time comes.

Im very overdue in posting a review but wanted to take a few moments to write about my wonderful experience at Dermatique!Im in my late 40s and a total newbie to Botox and fillers, so I wanted to make sure I felt comfortable and not rushed or pressured at any point in the process.Just walking in you know you found the right place. Super cute downtown Geneva location. Warm, inviting! The clean décor is just perfect, and you feel right at home. Excellent front desk staff and check-in/check-out is always on point!I was scheduled with Alex and Im so happy I got the opportunity to work with her! She instantly makes you feel right at ease and her knowledge and expertise was evident right away! I went from being on the fence, to knowing that I was in very capable hands and excited!I started with Botox and then did fillers later and very gradually. We went at a great pace for me, and I never felt pressured at all. Alex is amazing and her guidance on what I needed was absolutely perfect! I came in every 2 weeks, while we worked to get the desired results. I was always happy to see her and all the wonderful women that work there!Bottom line, I am thrilled with the outcome!! SO natural!! And Im finding the results get even better over time. Of course, Botox requires more maintenance. Its worth it!!So I want to let everyone know, do not be intimidated or afraid youll look overdone. My under eyes look so much better than before. I had my second visit today. My first visit I did a combination of Botox and two different fillers. Today I just had more filler applied under my eyes. Fabulous results. Dr Lesniak definitely knows what shes doing and there is absolutely no pressure to purchase anything. Her communication is outstanding. Initially she will ask you for your main concerns. And then make suggestions based on your concerns and her observations. I was so relaxed on my first visit that I felt I could have gotten up and left without purchasing anything and that would have been okay. but I did end up with both Botox and fillers and the results are amazing. Definitely definitely give them five stars! I would highly recommend them to anybody looking for these services. They also have an extensive line of skin care.

Kim is the queen of subtle 💅🏼 I’m a preventative gal and Kim has my face looking fresh but not kardashian-love this place, the gals working there are so sweet, accommodating and work with you to get you an appointment asap. Keep up the good work!

I really wanted to like this place. First of all, the front desk girl was always so rude but I brushed it off and looked past it and continued to go. First, I had a terrible facial and didn’t do that again. It seemed like they threw the girl in there with no experience because their previous girl went elsewhere. I still gave them another chance and scheduled hair laser removal. I went for that and got burns all over the area. I STILL brushed it off and went back….because like I said, the location was convenient and I really was hoping to like it. At my next appointment I waited over 45 min to be seen, I finally got up and walked out. I finally had had enough of this place. I NEVER write bad reviews but this place just really messed up! Don’t waste your time and money. This place needs to step it up from the front desk to the back end.

My first time here & I had Claudia! She was awesome, I had hardly any pain & im super excited to come back. I met the Dr & he is a sweetheart! I highly recommend if you want laser treatments do it here.

Love the office....so clean, smells amazing-great first impression. All the staff is amazing. Dr. Gina is wonderful. Takes her time and wants to do everything a little at a time, baby steps. Amazing results every time.

I love this office and its staff. They’re friendly and honest. I have been going here for almost 3 years for Botox and I’m so glad I discovered it. They are conservative with their dosing, unlike many offices that want to administer the “normal dose,” no matter your age. They are very diligent with asking questions to make sure I’m happy with the results. They pay close attention to my comfort and results. They have state of the art technology, but don’t try to sell me on additional procedures. If I ask, they simply inform me of additional cosmetic procedure options. Dr. Lesnik is wonderful and I recommend everyone who’s considering Botox to make an apt with her.

I saw Lisa today for a Clear and Brilliant laser. The experience was wonderful! Lisa explained exactly what the laser experience would be like and what I would feel like right after. Lisa is a wonderful esthetician and a true knowledgeable professional. She is top notch!!

I had Madison , she did my facial. Turned out fabulous . She knew what products to use for my dry skin, I left there with soft and hydrated skin. Definitely recommend this place.

I had Esthetician Lisa, at Dermatique Laser and Skin, give me an Epi-Peel a few weeks before having to attend a wedding. It had been a few years since I had any type of facial or peel done so I was a bit nervous. Let me just say, Lisa is very knowledgeable about skin care, conditions and service technique, as well as product knowledge. I learned quite a bit from her during our session. My service was basically painless, even as she removed some stubborn comedones. I was worried I might have a bad breakout just prior to the wedding, which is why she recommended the Epi-Peel a few weeks before the event. This particular service would allow me a more refreshed and radiant look (which is exactly what I was looking for). Her technique throughout the service just flowed and even felt very relaxing at one point. I decided to purchase a few Skin Medica products she she had recommended afterwards, and was then on my way. I only had a few small breakouts days afterwards, which cleared up quite quickly and BEFORE the wedding. My face REALLY did look refreshed. I am going back to Lisa for more facial services, because between her skill and the products she had recommended, which I have been using religiously,, my face is more clear, feels smoother, the fine lines are nearly gone and my pores seem tightened.I am extremely happy with my results!!
