Visiting And staying near Geneva for the lake. Got two tattoos and nothing but positive by Ryan. Ryan was very welcoming, and engaging. Very professional, helpful and kind.Most importantly, Ryan is very talented and does great work. I am very happy with my new tattoos, Ryan remained patient and calm throughout the process. Was a great overall experience and I highly recommend Ryan and Saving Grace. They do a great job! Will be returning in the future.

I got my septum pierced here awhile ago and had a great experience so I came back today to get the other side of my nose pierced! Place is super clean and love the decor, good prices and piercing went perfectly. She takes her time to make sure the placement is perfect and talks you through the experience :) 10/10 would recommend

Bea’s piercing service is one of the most comforting and as pain free as she possibly can make piercings ive been going there for a little more then three years now and with every piercing i got i couldn’t be more satisfied. I had very little to no complications with my piercings also and if yoj ever come across complications Bea will always help with any catastrophes no if ands or buts .

My experience with amazing Grace, we were greeted very nicely. The shop is kept clean even as I waited for my appointment. The artist took careful to show and explain about the tat that I desired. Ryan took the time for a comfortable position for himself and me for the duration of time, offering a stretch and break midway through the process. When finished I was extremely happy with the results. Ryan was painstaking with perfection, with color and precision. As any tattoo artist can be for gentleness, he was that. Me and my sister just got a septum piercing. It was a wonderful experience. Bea was very kind and was able to talk us through the whole experience and calm us down when we were nervous. This was such an amazing place and so comfy and cozy and we will definitely be come back for more!!!

Bea was great! Got my nose pierced for my birthday on a whim and she was able to squeeze me in! She was very nice, the place was clean, and she took care of me when I almost passed out haha.

Overall great experience ! My two friends and I made a last minute decision to get pierced and we were able to be taken back right away. We were welcomed nicely by the woman at the counter and then Bea (our piercer) came out to greet us very professionally. I have gotten two piercings here in the past month and brought my mom for one. I got a nostril piercing and conch and my mom got a nostril. We love them! The experience was great and very comfortable. Bea made the process quick and was happy to answer questions. She is also precise with the placement and made sure we were happy with it before and after. I highly recommend her as an experienced piercer. All equipment was sterile and clean. I had been to other places in the past and had never had such good experiences as I have here!

Bea is absolutely amazing. She pierced my nose last year and showed not only her passion but her professionalism. I brought my older kids (6 and 8) and my 6 month in to get their ears pierced. I went to Amazing grace tattoo in Geneva without an appointment for a piercing. The apprentice at the counter was beyond knowledgeable and friendly. She immediately made me feel comfortable. When it was my turn, Bea came out and welcomed me into the room. The place was very clean with very interesting art. I again was made to feel beyond comfortable. Stopped by Amazing Grace for some ear piercings. We walked in with no reservations and Bea was happy to help us! 3 of us got ear piercings and the experience was so smooth and professional! Bea also helped my friend who had an inflamed piercing (that she got from a different shop) and added a longer back to prevent infection. Overall it was a 10/10 experience!! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I got my septum pierced by Bea and I love it!Bea was very patient with all my questions/concerns, and she was really nice about explaining the whole process to me. I was a little anxious about the potential pain, but it went very smoothly and I only felt a pinch. Her care instructions were also very detailed, and she wrote the size of the jewelry on the instructions.

My step mom took me to get my room pierced and my belly button. Something so simple and scary turned into the best experience. I brought my daughter in today for a cartilage ear piercing for her 15th birthday, and ended up letting my other daughter get the same piercing as well. Bea was super friendly, and really took her time to suggest the best placement for the piercing, and why it was the best spot based on how it would heal, and look with different earrings in. Afterwards we were given paperwork that very clearly explains care and upkeep for the new piercing. Overall we were super satisfied with the whole process, and would define recommended amazing grace and Bea for any piercings! My daughters are already planning the next trip there…

Bea is and amazing person and piercer. I had a bad experience with a septum piercing at another place and was afraid, but after taking my kids to get their ears pierced by Bea I decided to give it another try. She very sanitary, comforting and knowledgeable. After she redid my septum, I went back for my labret. I’ll never go to another piercer again. This is my go to spot. I got my belly button done a few months ago and the lady who did it was super sweet! She understood that when i get anxious i also get dizzy so she let me take my time. She tried to make my experience as painless as possible. Mind you i am 13 but she checked my belly button and said i had enough skin to be able to get it done I will definitely be getting more piercings from here!

Ok so I’ve had almost all of my piercings done by Bea. She did my nostril, my septum, my bridge, my industrial, and just today my nipples. She takes her job VERY seriously, she is always sanitary and always makes sure the piercing will be perfect.She makes me feel safe while giving me a perfect piercing. My ears always used to get infected getting pierced at Claire’s in the mall where their employees rip your skin apart with the gun and give you the wrong aftercare instructions. I have been to a few different tattoo shops this is the first that I’ve felt at home with. Everyone there is welcoming and have a great personality. The artist have great input on making your vision come to life. The bedside manner that the artist have are better then most doctors. I can say I’m very grateful to have found this shop.

I placed a deposit for my son’s 18th birthday present. He cancelled his appointment because we could not get anyone to give us a quote or communicate with us. I stopped in to get my deposit back. They took my deposit card. Said the money would be in my bank. It’s been 1.5 weeks and nothing! This business is not trust worthy!

I needed a tattoo done, a matching one with a two other people. The man who did our tattoos, I cannot remember his name, was great. He was very very nice, very reasonable price too. Ive had a few tattoos done at a few places in Geneva, would absolutely come here again

Went here to get my ears pierced and a weird thing happened where it was pierced at an angle and left a giant gash in my earlobe. About a year later I returned for a tattoo. As I entered the shop I heard the man who would give me say that he was tired. As he gave the tattoo the customer service was very poor and he rushed through it very standoffish in his energy. It is fine if you’re having a poor day, but if you’re doing body work then there is a certain standard that should be met. Not to mention the wristband tattoo was crooked and they overcharged. Circling back to the piercing, the initial gash led to a keloid forming around the piercing. It has been over 2 years and I’ve continuously/cautiously attempted gages, yet I cannot wear the stretching kit without scar tissue on my earlobe opening up. I am beyond disappointed with this establishment and I would advise people take their business elsewhere.Re: I didn’t write the review to be a tool. I wrote it because I went to your shop twice and both times I was disappointed and I wanted to share my experiences. I went back the second time because the customer service when I got the piercing was great and I liked the tats you have online. It was only long after the fact that I realized the damage caused because of the gash on my earlobe. I cleaned my ears properly and attempted gages with the proper procedure a year after my piercings and the scar tissue from the initial piercing opened up. I’ve tried 3 times total several months apart however each time, the scar tissue opens up and this had led to the keloid. And then with the tattoo I should have said lower forearm, not wrist. I’m not trying to put your employees on blast and I’m not a troll. I don’t get the sarcasm and the defensiveness. You’re a business take constructive criticism, don’t tell off repeat customers because you assume they’re idiots

Got my belly button pierced today. I forgot my pierced name but she was very comforting and talked me through everything step by step. Also got my nose done here in May and I instantly fell in love with the scenery.. beautiful place. 10/10 coming here for every piercing I get😙😙

I came to your shop a little nervous about getting my first tattoo. I left with a huge smile on my face and satisfied with the tattoo that was done. I brought in a picture and the artist changed the picture to something incredible. He hand drew the tattoo on my ankle and I am just so happy with the results. Now it is about 7 years later and the tattoo still looks amazing. I will be coming to you guys soon to get my next tattoo. I got my septum pierced here by Ryan who wasnt the piercer at the place, he does tattoos but he was great regardless! He made sure to keep me relaxed, (though I was calm walking in) , walked me through the aftercare aspects of it and the process of stretching if i desired to. He was very helpful answering any general questions I had. Ill definitely go back. This time for a tattoo.

Id heard good things about Amazing Grace, and wanted to get a new tattoo done there. Talked with them, and was about to set an appointment and give them a deposit, but when I explained that I was anticipating possibly having to change the date due to contractor issues at my house (not probable, but slightly possible) they said that the deposit was not transferable under any circumstance. I explained I wasnt going to cancel - that I definitely wanted them to do the tattoo, but that IF there was something unforeseen happens and my contractor had to do the work that day, I just wanted to delay the date. Nope. You lose the money, period. Wow. So ... I went somewhere else (Octopus, who I would highly recommend for both work and attitude), where they said no problem if I had to change the date. I do understand that when you make an appointment, the artist is the booked for that time period, and can understand losing the deposit if you cancel, but if you cant work with me, I cant work with you. This wasnt my first tattoo, and it wont be my last. Sorry, but I cannot recommend AG.

Piercer confirmed she was pretty unexpierenced with facial piercing and nervous. Lip piercing had to be removed immediately (before even leaving) because the ball was on the inside due to incorrect needle direction. Angle was also incorrect for my snakebites. I can tollerate needles and other piercings fine but the way she said she was shaking from anxiety stressed me out in the process. Feel as if i could have done a better job myself. Fortunately, front desk worker did refund downpayment. [My mother]: wouldve been better if your friend had done it

I saw Billy the Kid for a tattoo after having a horrible experience with a different artist (different shop as well). Billy made me feel very comfortable and calmed my nerves very quickly. He is very professional, listened to what I wanted and I would definitely go back.

I got my nose pierced. I went in with out an appt and there was 1 person ahead of me, so I only had to wait about 10 minutes. She was super friendly, put me at ease and professional. Had a tattoo party there with my family, we all got tattoos to honor my mom and her fight with cancer. Billy was exceptional with all of us and paid great detail to each of our pieces and spent the time to go over the finite details of our requests. We are all very happy with our pieces and thankful for Billy and amazing graces generosity.

I had an appointment scheduled that I paid a deposit for. The day before I had emergency surgery to have my gall bladder removed so I asked if I could reschedule. I fully understand this was an inconvenience to the artist but I did not plan on having my gall bladder removed either. In emergency circumstances some sort of forgiveness should be allowed. He ignored my texts and refused to reschedule my appointment. Terrible customer service!

I am in for new jewelry a few months ago. They gave me a completely wrong size. I told them the size was bigger then a normal nose ring and the lady perswayed me to get 2 pairs of a size smaller. I was like ok I guess she must know her earings but nope. She knows nothing about sizes. Today I went into octopus ink for emergency a nose ring cause I had no backup ones and mine fell out. Welp they got me the right size perfectly, they listened to what I said and they were like oh u must be this size. I bought them and they fit perfectly in my nose. Dont go here, go to octopus ink!!

Hands down the best shop in the area. The staff and artists here are friendly, open to conversations and truly one of a kind.I had a memorial piece done on my leg, and it was an amazing experience all around, from booking to the finished product.

Omar did a great job on a cover up. Highly recommend. Looks like it will only need only one touch up after the healing process to fully blending out the original tattoo.

So, Im a chicken. I get nauseous at the sight of needles. I have no pain tolerance and to top it off the tragus just didnt want to go in. It was very bloody and painful. I dont remember her name but the lady who was doing it will be my forever peircer/tattoo person. She was AMAZING!! She kept me calm, she stayed calm and talked the whole time which helped a lot. I will be back in two weeks to get my nose done. Also, the place is SPOTLESS!!!

DO NOT, I REPEAT - DO NOT GET A TATTOO HERE! One of my best friends of 35+yrs went here for a tattoo to memorialize her survival of a stroke and Omar spelled a word wrong. Not a tricky name, or word in another language, but the word stroke. He tried to fix it, and just made it worse. Terrible. Steer clear, go elsewhere!

Never seen a professional business be so rude to its customers. Multiple people warned me it was like that but I liked the way the work looked. I very much so regret going there because I saw how they treated the other customers as well as me. Would not recommend unless you’re prepared to be treated poorly

Amazing Grace stand by the product cuz I paid like 300 bucks I went to told them that I need a touch-up and they said they cant do it cuz its not covered under their policy because its in 3D and now its fading and Amazing Grace is not a good tattoo place

Always a great experience, every piercing I get here is very well done.

Sold me tounge retainer for my snake bite piercings told me to cut them down with a wire cutter so that they dont stick out so far and then it started to cut my hole in my mouth and then the ball part wouldnt fit on it then sold me nipple piercings for snake bites for my boyfriend and I wouldnt ever recommend this place horrible experience.

Meh. Got my first tattoo here. They did what I asked but the line work was flat and they made no suggestions to make what I brought in look better. I ended up going to another shop to have more added. Over all, unimpressed.

IT WOULD HAVE BEEN DIFFERENT IF YOU TOLD THAT YOU GO BY APPOINTMENTS ONLY AND I WOULD OF WASTED MY GAS. OF COURSE I GOT MAD. THEY DIDNT EVEN APOLOGIZE ABOUT. THEY JUST STARED AT US. VERY VERY RUDE NOT FRIENDLY AT ALL!!! DIDNT RECOMMEND US TO OTHER PLACES EITHER! THEY DENIED OUR SERVICE WHEN WE CHOSE TO GO BACK!DONT GO THERE! SPEND YOUR MONEY WHERE THEY ARE FRIENDLY AND APOLOGTIC WITH KINDNESS WITH A SMILE ON THIER FACE!!!!
