Naomi was my nurse who preformed my piercing! She was amazing and didn’t hurt at all! I had my second and third pierced! This place is awesome. Karli was awesome too. Great sales associate and helpful! This place a a must go to for your piercings!

I came to this location to have my two month babys ears pierced. I called prior to make sure I could walk-in. The lady who greeted me in the front was so sweet, friendly and helpful. The place is so cute and chic! I had to make an appointment on their laptop and then was shown which earrings I could pick for my baby. Priscilla was my nurse/piercer! She was so patient, professional, understanding and kind. My baby started crying before getting pierced and she reassured me it was okay and to take my time as I went in the back to change him and console him. She took her time adding the marks for the lobe piercings and made sure I was satisfied with the placement. She also explained how it would go and how to hold my baby. It was a quick process!! She thoroughly gave the aftercare instructions giving me peace of mind. My experience was a 10/10 I will be returning to get re pierced by Priscilla soon :) highly recommend this place!

Took my four year old daughter here as a walk in and from the minute we stepped through the door it was nothing but a good experience. She had fun picking out her earrings and Jessica was phenomenal. She talked to my daughter and kept her so happy and excited. There were two nurses there so they were able to do both at the same time. Highly highly recommend!

I had an incredible experience here when I brought my 3-month-old in for her ear piercing. After her appointment, my little one got fussy, but the manager, Claire, went above and beyond by allowing me to use a back room to nurse her. The staff was incredibly knowledgeable and took their time to carefully place the piercing dots before proceeding, which really put me at ease. Claire even held my daughter while I had my own jewelry changed out, and she managed to rock her to sleep! The girls working there were just the sweetest people. Overall, just an amazing experience! I highly recommend Rowan to anyone wanting to get their ears pierced.

We had a wonderful experience with our five year old today at Rowan. Priscilla was very kind and patient with her, and explained every step to her. They were also able to pierce both ears at the same time which was amazing! Prices were very clear up front. Picking earrings was an easy process. Overall, highly recommend!

I had the best experience at rowan santan this past week! Was super nervous about getting my other ear pierced. I’ve been wanting to get this piecing for so long and I had the best experience possible. One of the employees there, Tiandra was super helpful and truly made my experience smoothly, easy. and comfortably. So glad I got a chance to go, I love my new earrings. Definitely would recommend Rowan at SanTan to anyone who wants to get a piercing!

Treated us really well. One of our girls got on the chair and backed out about 4 times before finally deciding she wasnt ready to do it then.The nurses were incredibly kind through the whole process and they did not charge us at all for the time since we did not get the service.We would have been happy to pay for the appointment but they just insisted we come back later when she was ready and we definitely will!

Wonderful experience. Very friendly and knowledgeable nurses doing the piercing. Took the time to make sure I was happy with the placement (pre piercing) and explain the after care. Just wish the jewelry wasnt so pricey and there was a larger selection of flat back earrings.

Me and my bf’s family came down from WA and was recommended to ROWAN by his aunt. The vibe was immaculate but the quality of work and hospitality was spectacular!! When I first arrived to the store, I had originally had uneven piercing done as a baby. They communicated thoroughly all the options I could choose to fix it. Through trial and error we landed on the perfect solution— and a few moments later I had received the best ear piercing experience I didn’t know I needed!! Naomi was the trainee that did me and my families ear piercings. It was fast, informative, efficient and an overall 10/10 experience. She was professional and had a great attitude, you could have never been able to tell she was still a trainee!

My sister in I came in today (8/21/23) at around 12:30pm to the San Tan Village store. We were greeted by a very friendly nurse with tattoos (I unfortunately can’t remember her name) we were the only 3 people in the store at that time. Nurse 1 was fantastic and answered all of our questions and even told us that if we came in on certain dates next week for a piercing we would just have to pay for the jewelry because the nurses would be finishing their license training for needle piercings. We couldn’t do next week but on there were openings on Sunday — I was supposed to head back to college and my sister was going to be coming home from a trip to Flagstaff. She was super helpful and friendly, so we both decided that I would delay leaving for school and she would come home early so that we could come get our piercings at Rowan. We were super excited to get to do this together! Nurse 1 gave us the time options of 1:30 and 1:45 or 3:30 and 3:45. I told her that we’d take the 1:30 and 1:45 slots. She began to make the appointments on her computer, but then decided it would be easier for us to scan a QR code and fill out an appointment time that way we could sign the waiver. At this point another customer walked in and Nurse 1 left to assist her, as we were filling out the form the second nurse came out by the computer.Nurse 2 asked us if we were getting pierced and we told her yes that we were going to do the special on Sunday at 1:30 and 1:45 and that I was excited to get my conch done, and my sister was excited to get her third piercings done as well. She then replied with a very rude, “You can’t do that time because there is only one piercer”. I tried to explain to her that we had already talked with Nurse 1 about what we were going to do and that she had told us that those timeslots were okay and Nurse 2 continue to rudely cut me off and tell me “you don’t know what your talking about” and “you don’t understand”. Mind you she was not even in the room when my sister and I were discussing our plan with Nurse 1. Even if there was an error in the times we could’ve selected there was a much better way to approach the situation and explain where the error had come from in a non aggressive way. She just assumed that she knew everything and was right, even though she had not been in the prior conversation.After continuing to interrupt me and make rude remarks, I looked at Nurse 1 and thanked her for her help and kindness, and said we would not be getting our ears pierced, and that we were leaving. For a professional who is supposed to be a nurse I was baffled by her pettiness, lack of customer service and ego. There was no reason for her to even interject herself into what we had been discussing.I have seen Rowan all over my social media and was so excited to give it a try with my sister, but if a company cultivates pettiness and hires mean girls for nurses save your money and go elsewhere. I hope management won’t just ignore this and say that their store is a positive space and experience. I hope that they take appropriate action so that no one else has to be in the situation my sister and I were in today.**Update: I don’t have her name but here is a photo of Nurse 2 (the rude one) from a prior review

I had the best piercing experience at Rowan! My piercer Sabrina was so so sweet and knowledgeable. She walked me through every step on the piercing as she went. The business was so pretty and clean. I’d highly recommend coming here for your future piercings!

Customer service was great. There was a lady I think her name was Tiandra who helped me grabbed the perfect gift for my finance! I’d definitely recommend coming to this store for a overall great experience.

We came in to find jewelry for my 8 year olds and they were so helpful in finding the perfect earrings! I also was able to get my ears pierced with a same day appointment. She was so sweet and made the process super easy!! I was able to easily adjust where I wanted them to go and she listened and helped a lot!! I would definitely recommend!!

They did a great job we are happy with it. HOWEVER just a PSA some of the earrings are charged per earring. I wish the pricing was listed appropriately. I thought it was going to be $100. $60 for the earrings 35 for one piercing which my child only needed one… nope we walked out paying $200 for one piercing…..but in order to have two earrings that matched. 60$ PER earring. 35 for one piercing. 20 cleaner solution then tax and a tip on top of it. Again it is what it is now but the sticker shock was insane. They should definitely review the potential charges BEFORE hand so you can make adjustment if needed.
