Today was my second appointment with Karlee at Laguna and shes absolutely fantastic. I was so nervous my first appointment and she made me feel very comfortable. Meagyn is an amazing aesthetician and laser technician! I couldn’t be happier with the services and care I received from her. She instantly made me feel at ease and explained the laser hair reduction process, treatment, answered all my questions and communicated what she was doing and how it worked which I really appreciated as it was my first time getting laser done. I’ve had two sessions done so far for tattoo removal with Ava. She’s very kind and patient through the process while ensuring to check in throughout the process to make sure I’m doing okay.

I had a bad experience with microblading and the lady went WAY too deep with my eyebrows to the point there was grey patching I couldnt get rid of. I wait to see over some time if it would go away on its own and it didnt. I also tried microblading over it with a skin color as that was recommended by several people to do first and after 3 times of that there was still no change. I was recommended by someone to check out Laguna Laser and Im so happy I did. Ive had a few appointments with Maddison and shes been a gem! Shes so kind, patient, and tries to make the process as quick as she can (because it is painful). I have attached photos so you can see what I started with and where I am now. Im glad I was able to find a place to help this mistake that happened to my face. I absolutely recommended laguna laser and Maddison!

I first visited Laguna Laser after way too many tattoo removal sessions with another company (after 2 years, so much money spent, and very little progress made). I just finished my third session with Meagyn and already see so much more progress. Shes knowledgeable, fast, and really great at what she does. I highly recommend her and Laguna Laser!

After countless google and yelp reviews Laguna had the best pricing for my budget. While at the time pricing was what drew me to the location what kept me coming back was the unfiltered friendly manner in which I was treated. It is hard to describe but the atmosphere is small, personal and the staff was able to outline the process and pricing. The tattoo was removed in less time than expected. Jessica does a great job, she knows to ask the right questions, checks in for pain levels and knows when to give feedback on how the process can work better for me. The comfort level is unreal. Be warned, while I went in for tattoo removal I added other beauty regimens I was not in the market for on my own, it gets addicting. I will continue to get laser hair removal at Laguna and recommend to anyone looking to get a tattoo removed. Job well done ladies. Do not go here for laser tattoo removal! Had 4 sessions and hardly any progress. I had one session years ago at a different place out of state and there were more results than the 4 I had here. They kept telling me they are targeting different depths every session so that is why I’m not seeing any results, but looking at other companies and talking to other people, my tattoo should’ve been gone or close to gone with the 5 sessions I’ve had total. I am beyond angry that Laguna Laser is offering tattoo removal to just rip people off. I am taking my business elsewhere that will actually get this tattoo off!

Im only giving 2 stars because the people working are great, however dont go here for tattoo removal. I had multiple sessions done at $300 a piece with no results. Went and had 1 session today else where at 250 and already can tell a difference in effectiveness. This company ripped me off to get more money basically to put it nicely but blunt

My first time getting hair removal has been here and I honestly would not go anywhere else. I feel that I wont experience burns here and my safety is top priority. The treatments are also quick but thorough. I dont feel like I am being rush and I am actually listened to. If I have a complaint or a question it gets addressed. We made an appointment for a tattoo removal i arrived 10 minutes early i had my wife, and my 2 daughters i had to shift some things to make sure i made it. Once i went in no one was in the reception desk. No one to greet us or to say “we are currently busy or we will be with you in a couple of minutes” which if they did would be more than understanding. I gave them 20 minutes even called thinking someone has to answer the phone but no one did so we left. I decided to call one last time before leaving the parking lot however all we heard was hi this is destiny can i place you on a brief hold and that was it. Wow 0 customer service. I got quoted 9k at another shop and well its alot of money but at least they want my business these people missed out on a customer.

So affordable, great service and its always done so quick! I love coming here 10/10 would recommend

I had been going around different later tattoo removal locations in the area and happened to across this one. I called for an estimate and pricing. The staff were very professional and informative. They did not push any package or deals on me they also didnt expect me get a session the same day. Very nice people and very helpful. They didnt B.S me one bit like the other places had. I have had laser hair removal here before with plans to continue. While the service itself is okay. I am appalled at the scheduling system. 3 separate times over the last 6 months I have booked an appointment in person, and ADDED the date to my phone and confirmed with front desk. Every. Single. Time. The day of my appointment I am not in the “system”. I also have gotten a call a day ahead of my appointments asking where I am at? The gaslighting when this happens is terrible service. I am very busy and cannot book and rebook appointments. I’m not sure if the front desk girl doesn’t know how to process bookings or what is happening. But overall it has been a poor experience and Causing me to find another laser hair removal tech. Really disappointing

But they recently added additional skin services to treat acne and OH MY GOSH! Ive tried numerous medications and miracle cures and this is the first time Ive seen actual noticeable results. I’ve been to Laguna Laser for 2 sessions of laser tattoo removal. Both times have been a great experience. Their technicians are very knowledgeable and efficient. I would highly recommend their services!

Could not find any info on the price for tattoo removal. So I tried calling in. I figured I’d get a better understanding of what they have to offer as well. The woman that answered had terrible customer service skills, and gave the impression she was annoyed at me for simply just calling. I was then told to look on the website again, and no other help. Going to look elsewhere cause they don’t want my business.

I LOVE this place. I tend to be a worry wart. This place made me realize it was absolutely unnecessary. The prices are inexpensive and the results are REAL. I went a year with another company that would never turn the laser up to provide actual results (a well known company that is all over the radio.) I went every month for 12 months and NO RESULTS. I saw results after ONE TREATMENT at Laguna Laser. I just thought it was necessary to give a review since I saw someone give a ONE STAR review that didnt even render their services.
