Ellie was gentle and patient throughout the procedure, making sure I was at ease at all times. Her professionalism was evident, and her skillful approach made the procedure a little less painful. Moreover, Ellie was wonderful to socialize with, turning what could have been a mundane appointment into a delightful conversation.Overall, the Glendale location exceeded my expectations with its top-notch service and warm, welcoming atmosphere. I have now undergone two treatments for Brazilian and underarms at the Glendale location. All staff from the woman who gave me the initial over the phone consultation, the ladies at the front desk, to the nurses who administered the treatments have been absolutely wonderful. Very nice, welcoming, patient, and willing to answer all questions and concerns. The room itself is clean and comfortable. My results are also amazing so far. Highly recommend!

From the moment I walked into the LaserAway in Glendale, I felt completely at ease. Lauren was so kind when I came in, and got me right into my room for treatment. My nurse, Ellie, was a doll. I loved my experience with Ellie during my first CoolSculpt treatment. From the moment I arrived, she briefed me on everything we were going to be doing and talked me through every step of the way. She checked on me during the treatment, made me feel super comfortable, and was just an overall lovely person to chat with! I felt totally taken care of and look forward to the next session.

My first time in Glendale location and for sure this is gonna be my go to place.The staff at the clinic were extremely welcoming and knowledgeable. Check in was fast, and everything was done smoothly. Ellie’s professionalism and expertise immediately put me at ease, making my experience quick and painless. She is also kind enough to do all my areas in one appointment.

I’ve only had 2 sessions so far but both have been amazing! I’m get laser hair removal in several areas and Ellie makes sure I’m doing ok throughout the session and makes me feel very comfortable. I have a lot of tattoos that can’t be lasered and she’s very patient with having to put tape over all of them to make sure the laser doesn’t accidentally touch them. I have already noticed a difference in my hair growth and I can’t wait to see the end result!

I was looking into doing a thermage treatment and decided to contact LaserAway for more information. Right away I received a call from their patient care coordinator Jennifer, who was super helpful and very nice! She answered all of my questions and explained the treatment process as well as post care. I was able to get an appointment quick. Rita was the nurse who performed my treatment and she had a great energy about her. She was really nice and knew what she was doing. The treatment overall had its painful moments as the skin would heat up but Rita was being super supportive and encouraging. I will definitely be coming back!!

Don’t go to this place for tattoos removal, they ruined my skin, left a black mark, and refused to give me refund for this session (the session that they damaged my skin). They have no idea how to do tattoos removal, please don’t go there for this service.

I had my first experience at LaserAway today. Everyone was friendly and showed a lot of care and thoughtfulness. I was asked if I needed anything, everyone (from the front desk to nurse Ellie) ensured I understand each part of the process. Honestly, probably the best experience I’ve had. Everything was seamless and easy. Highly recommend and excited for my future sessions!

The Nurse that treated me today was amazing. Her name is Rita, she’s so knowledgeable & informative. She’s very patient with any questions you have and doesn’t mind answering all of them. She walked me through the recommendations for the night & day for my face. Explain the difference between all the facials Laseraway, provides and what my skin needs. I felt so comfortable & like I’ve known her for a long time. She’s amazing!

I went for cool sculpting, first two sessions took really long time (about 4 hour for 4 areas) I thought it was my fault that the areas kept popping off but then realized that it wasn’t me. My third session was with a different person and it really quick (one hour for 4 areas) Jessica was amazing, she was attentive, so sweet and got my areas perfectly.

I loved my experience at the laseraway Glendale. It was my first time getting laser hair removal and Im so happy that my first session went well, you can actually see the results right away and Ellie was so nice and very professional she let me know what to do every step and also made me feel very comfortable I definitely recommend this location very nice and friendly staff 😊

I had a great experience of my laser treatment with Nurse Rita and the team at LazerAway Glendale. I arrived a few minutes late and they promptly took care of me, offering water, coffee, tea, and getting me situated in a treatment room. The numbing cream was given a generous time to work, and my experience was quite comfortable. This was my second treatment, and the first was slightly uncomfortable. and I thought that was pretty good given it’s a tattoo removal. This visit was, really, not any irritation.

Such a great and easy experience. They were fast at helping me and super kind. The parking at the Americana was validated and the process of my procedure was super smooth. I got tattoo removal on my finger, and got it done literally less than 5mins. Great experience ✨ Lauren and Rita RN are the ladies to go to! Thank you so much!

Ive only been to LA Glendale twice, but the nurses have been amazing. Ellie and Rasa were both amazing and attentive to my requests during my treatments. I love that they both care immensely about making sure their clients are aware and understand what treatment theyll be receiving and what the process is. I enjoyed my time and look forward to the next time Im in Los Angeles for another treatment.

Today was my first time experiencing laser hair removal at Laser Away in Glendale. My nurse was Elli and I was very surprised how painless my session was. Elli answered all of my questions and was very professional yet personable. She was thorough and made sure to explain along the way. Looking forward to my next session!

As a first timer, I walked in and felt welcomed right away. Got a tour of the facility, got offered something to drink, the room was already set up. The nurse was super nice, walked me through the process and in 30mins we were done. I enjoyed my experience, can’t wait for my future treatments.

I come here for everything! I started doing laser hair removal at first and added on some lasers for my face. And now left my previous Botox lady for the girls here at Laser away. I have seen 3 separate nurses and all have been great! Also, the women that work at the front desk are always lovely!

So far so good- just had my first of 8 sessions for Brazilian and underarms. The cooling air really takes all the pain away, felt nothing. Front desk was very nice and accommodating. Will definitely post an update after the sessions to see if they worked!

This was my first time at this location and I think it was a much better experience than the ones I’ve had at other locations. I had to drive a little farther but I’m really glad I did! The rn Rita was much more thorough I felt like than the other rns who have done my brazilian. She was really nice and made me feel very comfortable. The woman who checked me in was also really sweet and gave me super precise directions on how to get to the parking garage. I will definitely be back and highly recommend this LaserAway.

I had a wonderful experience for my first session! The receptionist was very friendly, and offered me a beverage while I waited for my technician. It was quick and painless, and the technician was very friendly and answer any questions that I had. I can’t wait for my next session!Edit:I have now gone in for a total of four sessions and every time my experience was seamless. The technicians are very friendly and answer any questions you may have. I’m really excited to not have to shave so much anymore!

I visited LaserAway for tattoo removal. Every step of the registration process was quick and efficient. On-site staff members were welcoming. The 1st treatment was super quick - though I do recommend buying the numbing package if you have a low pain threshold.

Ok so I didn’t want to post a review immediately because I wanted to see more the results after my first session and I am floored. I was skeptical like really skeptical because I have naturally thick and dark hair and I was thinking it’s gonna take ages to see any results and I was totally wrong. My friends are probably annoyed about me texting updates because I am so excited now that it’s been two weeks since my appt I can really tell how effective it’s been and not gonna lie I almost cried. My whole life I have felt really embarrassed about how hairy I was and how even when I shaved it didn’t really do a lot because you could still see the hair under the skin and after my first session so so much hair is gone. The nurse Ellie was really cool too, funny and helpful because it was my first time and I’m like not a person who does a lot of “girl stuff” and she was super helpful and reassuring. Ok the ankles hurt and some more sensitive areas but the fleshy areas were fine and I feel like it’s totally worth it. I wish I had done this earlier in life but never had the funds before but I am very excited for seeing results after my next couple of sessions.

I go here for laser tattoo removal and always have a good experience! I wish I could remember the other ladies names that have given me service (they were all wonderful) but this time I had Jasmine and she was great! :)

I got laser tattoo removal for my first time with nurse Ellie at the Glendale location and it was a great experience, very friendly environment although I don’t see too much of a difference this was my first session out of 10 so it makes sense

I’m on my 4th session now and I’m loving my results! Most of all though is the experience I get every time I walk in, always greeted with tea or coffee and a great attitude from Lauren (she’s amazing) and the space is so pretty and clean, you definitely feel luxurious!

I just moved to the eastside and visited Laser Away in Glendale for the first time. It is centrally located with a parking structure adjacent to the building. I saw Ellie, RN. She was very precise and made an otherwise uncomfortable procedure feel quick and painless. I requested to see her for my next visit in 6 weeks. Book with Ellie, she is lovely!

So happy with my treatment and also got some really good deals that I could not simply pass. Yould definitely reccomend this branch and the business! Will come back for more treatments!

The nurses in LaserAway Glandale are extremely friendly. I have had two sesions of my laser tattoo removal in the Glandale location. Both times with diferent nurses and both times I left with a smile in my face. I always call ahead of time to confirm and they always answer immediatly and receive me with a smile in their faces. The last time I visited I had an excellent experience with nurse Ellie. I would 100% recomend going to the LaserAway Glandale location to anyone.

I’ve been going to LaserAway in Beverly Hills for about a year, but this location is way more convenient to where I live. The facility is clean and inviting, and every employee was kind and helpful. My RN, Ellie, took her time and explained eveything to me in detail. It was an excellent appointment and I’ll be back for sure!
