Love coming to Prolase! I had a really great experience with Emilyann. She was so thoughtful and helpful during my visit. It was obvious she had a great understanding of what she was doing. I had concerns about the results I was seeing and she was able to set up my laser perfect for my skin and hair type. She was very gentle and patient, too. I make sure my appointments are with her.

I had my 2nd laser appointment. I did it with Lillian. I felt that she was very thorough and did all the spots that need laser for hair removal. It was quick but nicely done. She also gave me advice on how to do after care which is a good thing. See you on my 3rd appointment! 😊

I was recommended by my friend to get laser hair removal at Prolase and I’m so glad that I came to the Glendale location. The staff at the front desk are always so welcoming and friendly. Emily Ann was the nurse I saw during my most recent appointment and I was very happy that I got her the day I came in. She was super sweet and awesome! Since this was my third session, I already knew that it was going to be a little bit more painful than the last, but she made sure that I was comfortable. She was talking to me and was making sure that I was doing okay throughout the session. At the end, she asked if I had aloe vera gel or cortisone at home and when I said I didn’t have aloe, she gave me a little container to take home in case I felt any irritation on my underarms. That was really nice of her! I didn’t know that I could request a certain nurse, so I’m for sure going to request to have her again for my next appointment! For anyone considering getting laser hair removal, this is the place to do it! And I’d also recommend asking for Emily Ann for your visit. :)

Emily Ann is absolutely amazing. She is fast and efficient with the laser hair removal process. A typical 1 hour session takes her about 45 minutes and it is still well done, the hair doesn’t grow back after your appointment. She’s also very kind and fun to talk to, so an appointment with her is never a dull one.

This is the message I sent on May 23rd to their number given by the receptionist so the doctors can see the areas that aren’t done. Of course no response. They used to have amazing nurses but none of the good ones are working there anymore. Also the last nurse I had an appt. with told me she did it with low settings. Which I assume so you go there all the time and not see any results. Used to love Prolase, it’s a shame they are just after your money now.

Alexis was awesome! I really appreciate how she would just to a couple lasers and then wipe the skin with a baby wipe because going repetitively at a high rate of laser power can often hurt and make me want to flinch. But she really understands how the patient feels and I highly appreciate that type of care.Ive been here in the past and the results Ive seen have been amazing the hair in the areas that Ive had treated either have no hair at all or are very minimal at this point. Im going back now for other areas because I really really love not having hair.

I was there on 8/6/24 and it was my second visit, first time getting RF Microneediling, with Dr. Karo.I had microneediling before for my acne scars (deep scars).I am leaving this review with all starts because him and Anissa,Ma really are attentive to patient care.Dr.Kato explained process during and even answered questions and you can tell how much he cares to see how the treatment with have a positive impact by checking if it was tolerable pain level as he did the procedure.This is the first time I actually have hope to see noticeable improvement to my acne scars. I look forward to my next treatment and seeing the results because I can already see improvements to the texture of my skin.The receptionist was so patient and helpful (I just didn’t get her name) everyone had been helpful….simply wanted to acknowledge the receptionist that helped me that day too.Happy returning customerPatricia

Ive seen Ramaq here and she is amazing at botox. As a first time user I was hesitant to put more units than I anticipated but also wanted to see results that looked natural. I have an a client at Pro Lase for at least 20 years. Yes I know that sounds crazy, but they have provided consistent service through all of that time. From facials to laser hair removal to Botox and filler, they have the most amazing team that serves all of my needs. Dolores at the front desk is amazing. Sonya has been my nurse for several years. She is extremely knowledgeable, friendly and most importantly supportive. She is the reason why I always comeback and refer my friends and family.

So far, so good. The location is nice and clean. The practitioner (Emilyann) was very friendly and quick. She made me feel at ease and talked me through it. I got my bikini line and under arms lasered (first time ever). It wasnt pain less but it wasnt extremely painful. Im a chicken so Ill use numbing cream next time but the tiny pain is tolerable.Update: I just had my second visit with Sonya. She made me feel very comfortable. Shes very thorough and quick. I got there a little early and the session really only lasted 5 mins. I was in and out. I tried the numbing cream this time. It helped some. Ill continue to use it. The pain is still very minimal and tolerable.

Emilyann was quick and nice, made me feel comfortable. The nurse that was training with her was super nice and friendly, made me feel comfortable by talking to me .

Alexis is by far my favorite. Made me feel comfortable and there was no pain in my laser treatment. Love my results! No hair for the summer.

I’ve been going to this location for a little over two years now, and the results for laser hair removal are AMAZING. Trisha is the kindest and most genuine nurse I’ve ever met. She makes me feel so comfortable during my sessions and she is very professional. I 100000% recommend her! As for the laser hair removal itself, I am beyond happy with my results. They recommend 10-12 sessions for legs, but I’ve only had 5-6 sessions and I barely have any hair on my legs. The staff is incredible, the laser is incredible. You won’t regret going to this location!!! ❤️

Her recommendations and treatments are always knowledge-based and she does not do marketing at all. She is very very fair in advertising the treatment based on your real needs. for some reason the last skin treatment did not have the outcome I expected, jumped into a conclusion by writing a not very fair review. I was contacted by Melanie , one of the managers, immediately . She just wanted to make sure I will stay a happy client with them. She addressed all the concerns right away, made sure I am fully satisfied with their services. She went above and beyond and followed up with me on my next visits.
