I havent gone in and actually received any of their services yet but I did go in for the consultation and it was explained in great detail but at the same time everything was very easy to understand and I didnt feel like anything was being hidden from me especially price wise everything was broken down in a way that I understood. The two ladies that work there are very nice and courteous. So far I would definitely recommend this place to somebody that is thinking about getting their tattoo removed.

I wasn’t 100% sure of removing my tattoos when I made the appt. as they have deep meaning and tells a story of my life. I wanted to come in and just see how I felt in person- I felt a knot of emotions in my throat at the thought of erasing part of my story. It’s nice to know there is an option, I just wasn’t ready emotionally. The rep was kind and thorough in the explanation of services and process- didn’t seem scary at all “artificial sunburn” and “non-invasive procedure” I will definitely keep them in mind for when I feel I’m ready. Getting all my tattoos removed and its coming out great, I got the unlimited package pretty pricing but well worth it,I will say its a very slow process and I cant wait until the final results!

I had an appointment scheduled for a simple consultation and showed up 10 mins late. I tried to call ahead to advise them of this as I am a busy healthcare worker and these things happen. They said they have a strict 5 min cancellation policy and wouldn’t take me in offering me appointments much later in the day. The lobby was dead, they could have easily seen me anyway and taken 10 mins off of the time that was originally allotted to the appointment but instead they lost my business.

Customer friendly, flexible hours, treated with respect and dignity. Removery is a great company that I would recommend to anyone. The results from my tattoo removal are outstanding. Communication has been clear and consistent throughout the process. The RN who performed my last treatment was very thorough and helpful.

To get a price, you have to make an appointment. Before you can get into your appointment, you must provide personal information (I.E. birth date). So before you to get a price and services, you have to give the employees of this company all your personal information. This is a very unprofessional approach to business. It would’ve been five, and I truly wish I could’ve given five stars. The work itself is amazing, the staff, kind and patient.That being said, I prepaid $1800 for these services. I drive 2.5 hours every time for these appointments. They tell you the optimal timeframe is 4 weeks between appointments - so I schedule that way. I arrange all my Phoenix visits and appointments around these, since they only take 15 minutes and I don’t want to waste such a long drive on one appointment. The last two times, they confirmed my appointments and then the day before they cancel on me because “their laser is being worked on.” I understand things happen, but why is there constant work on the laser every month when I have an appointment. This has caused me to have to cancel hotels, and other appointments, losing money with cancellation fees.So I ask to reschedule - they tell me the next one is three weeks out (and on a Wednesday, when I schedule Saturdays to avoid having to miss work) - placing me now at 7 weeks since my last appointment which will obviously delay my results. Considering they cancelled on me twice - they should be able to accommodate scheduling me back sooner. After messaging back and forth and asking them to please work me in sooner if possible, they were able to reschedule it for the next week. Very disappointed with this aspect and how difficult it was.While I still recommend them, and they do amazing work - be prepared for constant reschedules and inconveniences, causing delays in results.Update: updating to lower to 1 star, seeing as my appointment was cancelled AGAIN - this time not even due to a laser being worked on. Just because the staff decided to take PTO, and cancel all pre-scheduled appointments. Rather than get another staff member, or schedule PTO enough in advance to not have to cancel prescheduled & prepaid appointments. So absurd, so disappointing, will be contacting corporate.Final Update: I got transferred to the camelback location - and they treated me with far more respect, and the service was 1000000X better. I recommend you go to that location!

I went in for a consultation to have two tattoos removed and it was a such a seamless and quick appointment! Everything was explained well and I felt super comfortable in the office. The facility was clean and welcoming. I was able to start my first session with Melissa the same day and she was awesome! The healing process has been great with no issues. By far one of the easiest appointments I’ve had, highly recommend Removery. I will update once I see more progress on my tattoos. So happy to be on this journey with such a professional and nice team!

Just started my laser sessions this year at the Peoria location and they’re amazing. Laser isn’t fun, but they make it as easy and comfortable as possible.

After a few reschedules I finally got my first session so obviously my anxiety has built up. When I finally had the laser treatment I was surprised!!! It really does feel like someone is snapping a rubber and on you repeatedly. It is tolerable and I sat through the whole session and I have an XL tattoo. The girl was great and reassuring. Can’t wait for my next session!!!!

Phenomenal experience this evening with Melissa and Phoebe! Melissa did my initial check in and Phoebe completed my consultation. I was informed someone else, a tech, would be completely my removal. I went in thinking I would buy multiple packages for each phase of my tattoo removal. Phoebe was so well informed and did me a solid with her recommendation of getting a custom package! One fee for 18 months and then continue to come in until all tattoos included in the pricing are “removed”. Phoebe was so patient with me and an absolute pleasure to speak with. She answered all my questions thoroughly and made sure I was comfortable and realistic about what the potential outcomes could be. First appointment at the end of this month and I cannot wait to start getting this ink off my body!!! Fab experience thus far :)

My husband was running 8 mins beginning because of traffic and they refused to see him because of that. Such an inconsiderate thing to do consider he scheduled time off work to make it there. Do better :/

I was given a quote of more than $13,000 to remove both sleeves. I decided, because of the $ amount, that it might be a good idea to do a test run. Yesterday, I paid $280 for an individual session. I went in to the appt. with not much faith. Today, after just the one session, I see a huge difference in the tattoo. Not to mention, I picked one of the hardest places on my sleeve(s) to remove. It had color underneath and was covered with black. Incredible difference today. Thank you

First session to have eyebrow Micro blading removed. Everything went smoothly, and it was very tolerable with no numbing cream.

The entire process from scheduling, consultation to treatment is fabulous. Today I had the 1st of however many treatments will be needed to completely remove some tattoos that are no longer wanted by me. Very professional, clinical and fast. I can see results already… and I also know over the next few weeks, more of that ink will dissipate. The education and result expectations are very clearly discussed.Thank you so much! I am looking forward to erasing what I thought was always going to be a constant reminder of bad decisions.

Rescheduled more than 4 times. Either the laser is always in maintenence or the laser tech is always calling out sick. Not worth it Id give 0 stars if Google let me.

Stellar service! Melissa is an amazingly skilled laser removal technician. She makes the removal process a breeze, goes through preparation of icing the areas to lessen discomfort and uses an ice air machine to further make it less discomforting & near no pain at all. Phoebe is a very kind receptionist as all staff are professional, kind and very nice to interact with. I highly recommend Removery for those wanting good results & service. You can utilize their tattoo removal services with no hesitation nor concerns. I was disappointed by the unprofessional and rude behavior of the person manning the front desk. It is my belief that such conduct is not only discourteous but also detrimental to the establishments reputation, particularly when dealing with potential customers like myself.Lack of Customer Service.Upon entering the premises, I was greeted by an individual who exuded an air of unhappiness and appeared visibly displeased to be attending to customers. This initial impression immediately set a negative tone for my visit. As a customer, I expected to be welcomed warmly and provided with the necessary information concerning the services and packages offered by the business.Refusal to Provide Information.Regrettably, the front desk attendant refused to offer any assistance when I inquired about the available services and packages. Instead of providing a helpful response, she dismissively suggested that I could find the information online. This lack of willingness to engage with customers and meet their inquiries is highly unprofessional and does not align with the standard practices expected from a reputable business.Ignoring Customer and Suggesting Consultation.To my surprise, when I attempted to engage further by greeting her and asking for information, she completely ignored me and insisted that I needed to book a consultation. So pleased with my entire tattoo removal experience at Removery. The office is beautiful and comfortable. The staff is very friendly and professional, they do a great job of letting you know exactly what to expect. I was very nervous, but the treatment itself was quick and not nearly as uncomfortable as I had anticipated. I have had two sessions now and can see a significant difference already. I am very happy to have found this place.

Roughly a year ago I got a tattoo that I absolutely loved. About a month after I got it I realized that it was blown out and that the bruising was never going away. I contacted Removery and has a very lovely conversation with Melissa, she answered all of my questions and was so helpful. She made the removal process very comfortable for me and I absolutely recommend coming here.

Had free consultation for my knuckle tattoos and the process was seamless. Phoebe is great at what she does. She was very informative, explained things well and found the least expensive plan to remove the knuckle tattoo mistakes I made 27 years ago.Phoebe was very personable and we had a nice chat throughout the process. She answered all of my questions and made me feel comfortable enough to start the process that same day.Melissa was my Laser Tech and she too was professional and informative. She quickly zapped the ugly tattoos yesterday and I have no pain or irritation today. Plus I am very happy with the amount of ink that has magically/scientifically disappeared already. Kudos to Phoebe and Melissa. Cant wait til my next appointment.Its been 6 weeks and I went for my second session to have my knuckle tattoos removed. The process was seamless again. Smooth as can be. Melissa greeted me with a smile and took care of me as soon as I walked in the door. A few things to sign and she whisked me into the freshly sanitized laser room. She was friendly as usual, cranked up the juice a bit more and comfortably ZAPPED away for round two. The tattoos are fading quite nicely. Im hopeful that after my third and final session, I will be knuckle tattoo free. Second session is definitely a bit more painful but Melissa kept me posted on everything she was doing with play by play info, which I appreciated.The other half if this fantastic duo Phoebe greeted me with her friendly smile after educating another future customer on a free consult. (Pretty sure she sealed that customers business and set them up with a plan perfect for them). Just her doing what she does best and another example of the organization and efficiency of this establishment.This location treats you like a friend. I would definitely recommend their services. The procedure was fully explained in my initial evaluation and I understood it would require a series of treatments to achieve the result I wanted. The facility is spotless and has state of the art equipment. The staff are well trained and qualified, and your comfort always is a priority. I’ve been treated by a different technician each time I’ve visited (twice so far, so two different techs), and they both made sure I felt comfortable. This proved to me that the professionalism and kindness is uniform, no matter which employee you encounter when you visit. Before treatment, they offered me lollipops and squeeze-balls, and during the treatment, regularly asked if I’m doing okay.Jana, (the only name I remember because she’s the most recent 🙃) the technician that treated me earlier this week, was amazing, and reached out to me today, to ask how I feel after treatment.Couldn’t recommend this place enough.

Ive had 2 sessions so far and really appreciate Removery! They offer an unlimited package which most other places dont. Love that it covers as many sessions needed to remove the tattoo. I dont have to worry about paying for unexpected sessions. The girls are so sweet. My consultant was Phoebe. My laser techs are Jana and Melissa. They are both so patient with me during the laser process. Im able to ask for breaks, ice, stress balls, etc and they are always nice about it. They were very thorough in their pre and post laser education. Im able to contact them if I have any questions. Im definitely glad I chose this place and location.

The process was so easy and simple Christi and Bettina were able to set me up for my first session same day ,after a short consultation with 0 down .I’m so happy I made the decision to come in!

The representative that helped was very rude and to be honest that is what stopped me from actually getting services there. She really aggravated me when she said well it looks like you have had enough time to talk about it. That comment was made after I said we need time to talk about it after she gave us the pricing. She also stated that once I walked out the discount would no longer be valid. Which was military discount. Hopefully others will get a better representative to help them and not be so condescending towards the customer.

I loved the price because I had already tried somewhere else and I paid double and they hurt you because they sting you again with a needle. I dont know what people say. I loved it. I go to Burger and I loved the treatment of the staff.
