I took my two sons in here to get their ears pierced they also have a code where you get them pierced you get free earrings from Claire’s for a year after and they have to be $10.00 or less I never received either email to get this deal when you call customer service you have to prove you got their ears pierced there as if you filling out a tablet with tons of forms from there is not enough to pull up their piercings but I would have to go back down to the mall and talk with the in store associates. Total wastes of time to try to figure out their promotions out and money also on another note one of the girls pierced one side of my sons earring at a slant so it’s not straight it’s at an angle 📐. Go some where else where your business will be appreciated and you’ll have a more experienced piercer. So the diamond sits and points outward

Closed before 7 simply because the staff didn’t want to stay open. We arrived at 6:50 to get our daughter’s ears pierced and they refused so they could close.

I had put my lighter, my airpods case, and a few crumpled up receipts in my pocket and had an employee rudely confront me for shoplifting. I personally thought that the items in my hands looked NOTHING like anything they sold in their store, and it seems that the employee had only confronted me because of how I looked and my age. It makes me feel as if even putting my hands in my pockets will get me charged for shoplifting at that store, and im unimpressed with the way I was profiled.

You can get better quality from other department stores for the same price. This is literally just a bunch of wish dot com garbage. Literally walked of the store and one of the bags our niece brought broke. The next day her necklace broke. Everything looks like its made from recycled tinfoil.

This Claire’s location is AMAZING. Especially when it comes to ear piercing! Highly recommended!To the review left by Jessica… the non disposable tool that they use has never been touched by anyone other than the piercers. And is sanitized by grade A disinfecting wipes used in hospitals!!! The only thing that touches your ear is the brand new, sterilized earring itself! I was iffy at first about this location but I took my daughter in to get her ears pierced today anyway and asked about these concerns. I also asked about the “magic solution” that heals in 3 weeks, and it does NOT contain bleach. It is dermatologist tested and is 1000% safe for the skin and consists of 3 simple ingredients as the bottle lists. My daughter was so happy and left smiling. The associate was so kind, and patient with her, and answered all of my questions in a professional manner.

Went there yesterday, my daughter got her ears pierced and it was a nightmare. Not only was the girl rude, the experience was super traumatizing to my daughter. Also the girl that did them was extremely young. Do not EVER get your ears pierced at Claire’s. Any actual piercers do not do infants. Also the gun that they pierce with can harbor lots of bacteria. Go to a professional piercer and don’t make the same mistake as I did. I wasted over $140 all for her ears just to close up.

The service was exceptional when I was there on the very busy last Saturday before school starts. SharAnne was the only employee and I had to wait for several piercings so got to watch her from the bench in front of the store. She was in constant movement keeping the line of purchases down while completing piercings. She never got flustered. Had forms being filled out while checking people out. This young lady needs a raise. She is a fantastic employee.

So when I shop at this store they always make you feel like you are bothering them. The last time the girl was chatting on her phone and honestly couldnt be bothered. I would never trust them to pierce my daughters ears, they just dont care. I am also curious why they have a sign saying they pierce ears but they always seem too busy on their phones to.do it. I asked they girls if my daughter can get her ears pierced and she said that it was a bad time and stayed chatting on her phone!!!! Not cool.

We went to Claires for my daughters birthday. The Assistant Manager was super rude. She never greeted us. When we checked out she wouldnt make change and just walked away after we paid. My daughter said, That was weird. Usually people say have a nice day or something.

Absolutely do not get your ears pierced here. Guns are not clean. Watch them when they clean the gun, the handles are clean, but anything else with the gun is not. The back of the gun which is not disposable, that has take the impact from many other people babies and kids ears is stuck on the gun that they reuse over and over again. Think of all the kids that have had their ears pierced here, had an open wound on the back of the gun. That is not cleaned at all. JUST THE HANDLE! The station is not cleaned after an ear piercing either but rather before the piercing. Yes, i prefer it to be cleaned before the piercing, but afterwards should be too! Guns are not cleaned after a piercing either, rather put in a bag and tucked away until it’s time to pierce another persons ears. Oh and the MAGIC SOLUTION THAT HEALS EARS IN 3 WEEKS? HA! Can only purchase if you buy top of the line expensive jewelry. There is no such thing as solution that heals in 3 weeks, ears heal at a different pace for everyone! If you do research you’ll see this “magic solution “ has BLEACH in it. CLAIRES AS A COMPANY IS NOT CERTIFIED TO BE DOING PIERCINGS! PLEASE DO YOUR RESEARCH AND STOP TAKING KIDS HERE TO GET THEIR EARS PIERCED!

This Claires has the best customer service! Christy is great with nervous kids for ear piercing. She also dealt with earrings my kid brings with kindness and awesomeness. Best Claires ever!

Carrie was soo nice we got there last second as she was closing the gate, she opened the gate and welcomed us in. She was soo helpful and very patient. Best experience at Claire’s ever, We will definitely be coming back to this location just because of her!

My daughter got her 2 hole today! They are very kind and helpful here. They showed us the best earrings they had for her sensitive ears.

So upset!! I called ahead of time to make sure they closed at the time it said online and the lady confirmed with me that she would be there until they would close and we show up one hour before they close and no one is there! the place was closed!!! what is wrong with people! if you were going to close early for what ever your reason was I dont care, why did you feel the need to lie!!!

This claires is HUGE but never has anything stocked, store always feels empty.

Why does it say you close at 9pm. Its 820 right now and the doors are locked

Honestly this place needs to work on Customer Service.. guy was so rude to us, no patience with his customers... talking back to us!!!
