I got my tattoo a week ago and it was a great experience. The shop was clean and everyone was super friendly. Bailey drew an amazing design and it was the smoothest process anyone could ask for. The healing process has also been a breeze thanks to her handiwork. I look forward to getting another here soon!

Great shop full of great people. This shop was a wonderfully safe, clean, and welcoming space to get tatted💜 George worked up a fairy tattoo for me. His artistic creativity was super cool to watch in action. He took the time to be thorough and listened fully to what I was wanting. I asked him to add in his own magic to the piece, and he nailed it! My tattoo turned out better than I ever could have imagined!

I got my septum pierced here and I was pretty nervous, but it was a fantastic experience! All the staff were super helpful and great, Andi did such a fantastic job and made me feel confident and so excited about my new piercing. Had a piercing done yesterday by Andi. It was a great experience, she was very nice and skilled! It looks amazing and it barely hurts at all. She even offered an alternate disinfectant since Im allergic to iodine. And she offers free resizing. This is such a great shop, I will be back!

Ive had a multitude of piercings and this is the first time it didnt actually hurt nor affect me. She set me up with a gorgeous rose gold piece too!!! I wish I lived closer for her to adorn me with more spectacular pieces. My husband and I love mountain coast! We both just love George and Andi! Both are are just awesome to be around and they both have great vibes. George does amazing work and has done both my arms and almost a half sleeve on my husband. Great people, great environment, and honestly so chill and accepting of everyone. George is the nicest and most caring person I have ever met. I called his shop around 3pm in the afternoon and although he was booked solid for the day he told me to text him and come to the shop later that evening, around 10:30pm. He was eager to get me in and give me an amazing tattoo!! Not only was the shop super cool and clean, he had movies playing and his art was incredible. This was my first tattoo and he made this experience very comfortable and safe. I will definitely be coming back and had the best experience at his shop. I recommend to anyone looking for new ink!

We recently visited Mountain Coast Ink for my daughter’s first tattoo. We had the pleasure of working with Valentina. She made us feel comfortable and at ease. She took the time to listen to what we wanted and provided great advice and guidance on size, and design options. My daughter was very pleased with the end result.

Can’t recommend this shop enough… if I could give it 10 stars I would. George was incredible to work with from start to finish. My best friend was in town and we decided a last minute session together was a must. I believe I called at 4p on a Monday. George accommodated us with our last minute decision no problem. If you’re local to the Denver area you know how hard it is to get in somewhere.. he stayed late and his work blew us out of the water. Mountain Coast is incredibly clean and the vibes are immaculate. 10/10 will be back again SOON!

I genuinely cannot say enough good things about Mountain Coast Ink and all of their staff. I’ve been in too many times to count in the last year and every single experience I’ve had has been the best. I’ve gotten piercings and also just recently got my first tattoo by George, making it my 5th tattoo overall, but I will probably only go to George for future tats. This tattoo was the least painful and George has the best vibe. Same with Andy for piercings, every piercing I’ve gotten has been the easiest experience with her. She walks you through when to breathe and genuinely takes her time with placement to ensure both you love it and it will work with your anatomy. They also use titanium and high quality jewelry only, which is the best! 100% recommend this shop for either a piercing or a tattoo. You won’t regret choosing them once you have your first experience in the shop!

Andi was so kind. I walked in after a bad day, looking for a double nose piercing. Andi stayed professional but compassionate. Honestly the most gentle piercing I have ever received. George was there to and also had great energy to the point Im doing a consult for my tattoo with them.

He was so friendly and inquisitive- really trying to get ideas that would suit me and also cover the areas I needed. I love it here! I was in town for the weekend and found George and Mountain Coast Ink on Instagram. They posted that they were available for walk-ins, so I stopped by and received the warmest welcome by all the staff. The shop had a different vibe than any other tattoo shop Ive been in and I was immediately comfortable with my decision to come here. I wasnt 100% sure on what the final outcome would be, but they helped me bring my vision to life. We came up with a fine line sun/moon ornamental design that Im in love with! This place is clean and professional. Cant thank George, Steph, Andi, and B for making me feel at home on a whim!

I got this tattoo on the back of my wrist and I didn’t think of the perspective or the distortion it would have when I turn my wrist. I’ve had another tattoo artist specifically put in the effort to make sure the tattoo didn’t distort on my arm. In my opinion it’s the tattoo artists job to think about how it’ll look and fit to the skin. Just something I think he should work on in the future. I had this appointment 2 months in advance, I had an opportunity to go to a concert and he would Not let me reschedule without charging me an extra deposit. Then after waiting for 2 months I didn’t go to the concert and the day of my appointment he got my time wrong and took a walk in appointment. I ended up waiting an extra 90 minutes before finally getting to size up my tattoos. I simply think it’s unprofessional and bad service. Besides the words the other 3 were very nice and took little time.

I’m assuming any negative review for this place musttttt be fake because i’ve had nothing but amazing experiences every single time I’ve come in!! 😅😂💘💘This is one of theeeee most courteous, friendly, and professional places i’ve ever gone to!!I love how welcoming everybody is, and they’re always so helpful and sweet about any nervous jitters you may have prior to your appointment lol 🙈I’ve been superrr lucky to snag appointments with Andi for my piercings, and needless to say, I’ll never go anywhere else ever again! 🥲She is beyondddd amazing at what she does, and it’s soooo nice to have a piercer who is so attentive and sweet and bombbbb at her job. I chose George to complete a side piece for me after a long search, because he was much more open minded than other artists I had met with. He gave expert tips but at the end of the day was concerned with what I wanted vs being pigeon holed to a specific style. He even combined styles and did so seamlessly, which helped with integration of my existing tattoos. I was impressed with his level of detail, and had fair pricing for how fast & talented he is. I am very happy with how my tattoo turned out and highly recommend him.

I cant say enough about this shop. George is FANTASTIC and he does work for his community through flash tattoo events. All of the proceeds go to the small business he has partnered with. Today it was Angel with Paws Cat Adoption and Rescue. The turnout was huge! While people were waiting the shop took care of everyone with water, food, and updates. Even though the artists couldnt get to everyone in line for the flash event, they honored gift cards for people to schedule theirs in the near future. Every completed tattoo looked fantastic! Highly recommend.

Being treated with the amount of respect as a person already having an appointment after coming in as a walk-in for a small tattoo, was already a great start! Then getting to chat and get the work done by George made the experience even better! Comfortable, fun, and entertaining made up the short time we were there for a couple small tattoos! Great place!

George is a friendly, jolly, easygoing, talented dude. Saw my tattoo design the day of, loved it, said he would add more details / dotwork / shading, and he delivered! The moment he started tattoing, it’s like he switched on his game face and got straight to business. I appreciated seeing him wash his hands constantly and taking moments during the tattooing to look at the tattoo as a whole & see what else he could detail. Shop itself had welcoming, chill vibes yet was clean and professional. Thought the price was fair as well. Big ups for the Saniderm dressing! Would definitely come back if I was still in Colorado!

I had an appointment with mountain coast ink for the first time and gave a deposit. They let the artist I was supposed to get tattooed by go. I did not like the work the owner had on his profile and did not want to proceed with the tattoo which I have the right to do and I am not at fault for their employee issues. I asked if the deposit would be returned to me and this guy couldn’t even answer the question and kept my deposit. Horrible business move of him. Customers shouldn’t be screwed over because they have business drama and the customer doesn’t feel comfortable with their work that is permanent!

1st time visiting this place. Got a mid size piece on my forearm/tricep. George absolutely killed it I couldn’t recommend him more. Not to mention, he took me as a WALK IN at 8 and worked on me until 12:30 (2 and a half hours after close) Offered me candy/snacks/water during a break, as well as genuine conversation. I’ll be finishing my sleeve with him 100%. Absolutely incredible work for my 1st time visiting. Can’t recommend George enough!

Where do I even begin...George is the absolute best. He cares about you as a person and I have personally built up a great relationship with him outside of tattooing. Really fun loving guy who really cares about his work and will not rest until it’s perfect and you are satisfied. I’ve sat for 45 min bangers and 8 hour tap out sessions. The result is the same every time, amazing work and better company. Whether you are looking for detailed dot/line work or watercolor, George is your guy 👍🏼

George is a true artist, he worked with me on creating a beautiful piece that I’m in Love with. I live in the SF Bay Area and when I travel to Colorado I look forward to seeing him and the always amazing tattoo he’s created for me, in fact I’ll be seeing him in a couple weeks.George is professional and personable, his studio is clean. I honestly would not have anyone but him tattoo me.

If I could give it zero stars I would. We booked our tattoos with a specific artist who was either fired or left this studio and they refuse to give us our $150 deposit back after we stated we are not comfortable with the current artist doing our tattoos. They are not responding to my email noting all of this. If we wanted George to do our tattoos that is who we would have booked with at the start. Shady business practices for this shop. BEWARE.

This is the cleanest tattoo shop I have ever been in. George is friendly and a great artist. I have started with an idea that I couldn’t describe very well and definitely couldn’t draw and he listened to me and I have two of the BEST tattoos from him. Highly recommend for any tattoo but especially for the one that lives in your head that you are not quite sure what it looks like. George can draw it!

My wife and I went here for the angels with paws tats for cats event. The place was packed. The artists were honest about what they could do and once they saw that they had too many people and not enough artists, they offered coupons to still let us get tattooed. They went above and beyond for their customers in an awesome clean shop. I can’t recommend them enough.
