My best friend and I got our daith piercings two days ago. Carrie did a great job communicating with us and made me feel comfortable and at ease, despite my nerves.

After a horrible failed attempt at Claire’s to get my daughter’s ears pierced for the first time, I vowed after to go to a professional piercer. Destiny at Purple Haze was awesome, made my daughter feel so comfortable and did an amazing job! Morgan at the front was also very sweet and patient as I also purchased a new nose ring. They have a great selection and good pricing as well. Highly recommend—they do walk-in only, but our wait was only about 15 minutes.

Even though the shop came highly recommended to me, I will not be recommending it to anyone else. Huge lack of communication between staff. The guy working the counter was great. He was fast. He was efficient. He knew where his products were. They told me it’d be about a 30 minute wait to get some jewelry changed out, it was a little over 30 minutes and then they called everyone that came after me and wanted me to wait i guess another 30 minutes so I got up and left was not worth the hour drive there, the wait or an over $65 purchase of jewelry, plus tip.they had two piercers there and I’m already pierced so it was literally just changing out jewelry which would take maybe five minutes.

5 out of 5 stars! This is the only place I go get my piercings done for a reason! The staff is always so polite and understanding, the store is always clean and organized! I never have a problem finding what I want and on the slim chance I dont know they are always more then willing to help!

My mom wanted her ears re-piecered, and I was looking for an eyebrow piercing. Unfortunately, I cant remember the name of our technician (it was a unisex name, if I recall correctly). Anyway, she was great. She took her time with moms earlobes. Instead of grabbing the gun, she gently manipulated it and was able to open the hole without re-piercing her ear. We were refunded most of the cost of the piercing. She did a good job on my piercing as well, Im pleased and will use them again in the future.

Really chill people from the moment I walked in and the moment I left. Told us it would be 2.5 hours and if we wanted to leave we could. Paid before. And came back about 15 mins before and got me in and out in no times Carrie was super nice and honest and told me exactly what she was gonna do. Would definitely come back for another piercing if I was in the area.

Took my cousin to get a piercing… was told wait 30 minutes and one person in front of us and it ended up being two people. They move very very slow and make you pay first so you won’t leave . Definitely wouldn’t recommend coming here… go to WHATEVER 3 .. they’re more professional.. clean.. and get you in and out!!! Never again !!!

My daughter asked to get a daith in her ear to help migraines. We heard great things about Purple Haze on Pleasantburg Rd. Blake did her piercing.Blake took the time to speak with my teen about the actual piercing. How to clean it, how to take care of it. Blake told her step by step what to do and told her step by step what they were about to do.Blake allowed my daughter to lay back a little longer after the piercing, allowed her to take her time before she attempted to stand.I felt that Blake went above and beyond in everything they had done for my daughter. I will highly recommend Blake and the entire team at Purple Haze!!!Thank you guys for your wonderful customer service!

Destiny did mine and my husbands piercings today(I got my nose and tongue and my husband got both nostrils) and SHE WAS AMAZING!!!!!!! She was sure to educate us on everything she was doing and the piercings themselves. She was very nice and made the whole process feel like we were long time friends! Obsessed with her and my new piercings definitely going back. The people at the front were amazing too so nice and welcoming! This is a great place to go!

Worst Retail Experience In Town. Nothing they sell is worth the attitude they will give you. I worked in the smoke shop industry for several years and I know there are words that cant be used in the shop. But this place is extreme. The attitude I was given over asking a simple question about torches, given they are a Vector brand licensed retailer, made me turn around and walk right out the door. I wont be back and I’ll gladly buy the torch elsewhere.

I’ve been coming here for decades to get decent nose jewelry. Recently I waste over 100 bucks on nose jewelry that I cannot use due to some sort of mechanics with how the jewelry is made. I think I was just sold jewelry for the wrong piercing. Just disappointed. This has never happened before. Normally it’s people working that are versed with piercings. Guess she was new

Ive gone to almost every head shop in the Easley/Greenville area and Purple Haze has the best selection of glass Ive ever seen. Even just moving here from Texas Ive never seen such quality and quantity. I bought a Diamond Glass piece for my collection and maybe buying another one today! I will most definitely be a frequent fan of this place!

Let me tell you that Carrie made things so much better for me and my girls who were just trying to get our birthday piercings.Carrie you are amazing at keeping your customers calm and relax and I will come back again for the 3rd time to get my belly Pierce.😘 Yes! There wait is very very long but so worth it.

Wife went in to get another piercing. Smoke shop set up in the front, with a good amount of other retail goods. Piercing had a pretty long wait, so we left for lunch and came back without losing our spot in line. Piercing went great. Professional, but also personable.

DO NOT TRUST THEM! They do not do Belly Button Piercings at 14 years old. We drove all the way to Greenville just to get turned around as soon as we walked in the door. My mom even called them the day before and they said it could be done at 14 years old. That is a shame and it was stupid. Do better Purple Haze.

Went into PH to buy a “pipe” to smoke mullein from. I was told that is not proper terminology. I said I will use my terminology, then was told if I continue to use my terminology she would kick me out of the store. Unbelievable.

I went here for my birthday on April 19th and came in at 11:30 which they open at 11, once I got here there was no one back in the waiting area but everyone seemed to be going in and out before me even when they weren’t here when I was, I waited for 3 hours to get a nostril piercing! This was terrible service and the front desk did not know what was goin on. I am very disappointed and I will not ever be coming here again. The piercers stopped taking people back to have a lunch break for 40 minutes even when there was no other piercer here. If I could give 0 stars I would

Piercers do a very good job and make sure to well educate on aftercare and healing processes, I’ve gotten my septum, nose, and belly button done here and I’ve only had good experiences, wait is kinda long but I don’t mind

Destiny was amazing and just all around good human being, piercings are healing great and look awesome, definitely going back and honestly probably should’ve tipped more than 20 for just how chill and easy to get along with she was

The staff is super cool and friendly. They made our shopping experience fun. They kept my Lil man company while I got my piercing! And BLAKE IS THE SHIZZZ!! If you want a piercing....I totally recommend her!! I will be back, probably even this week lol!!

My son had his eye brow and two ear piercings done and the lady that did them for him was very thurrow and very steral with his piecings and made sure he knew how to take care of them. She was Very nice also. I brought my eldest son here many years ago my boys are 18 years apart in age And they both had excellent care and thats why I came back the second time because I trusted them! So far so good its been a week since he had it done and hes had no problems at all neither did my eldest son when he had it done. Thanks Purple Haze for taking Great care of my Sons! Darlene

I used to love getting belly button rings from here and other ear piercing rings. Will never shop here again. I picked out 3 belly button rings, and specifically told the lady I didn’t want a dangly one. I pointed to one I liked that had green stones. She rang it up, I walked outside, realized she’d gave me the wrong one, walked right back inside and she refused to switch it out for me. I know you guys don’t do returns but this was ridiculous I specifically said I don’t want one with any dangles. Then another one I had bought has already broken and I’ve only had it for less than a week. Do better.

Carrie is wonderful, she pierced my tragus and I will never go to anyone else. She is calm, precise, quick, and has been doing this for a long time. All the piercing kits used are unopened, the jewelry sterilized. And if youre a deadhead, youll love that place. They have all kinds of cool merchandise. A much wider selection than the actual dead & company store.

The staff at Purple Haze are always friendly and welcoming. Each time that Ive visited, its been a great experience.The piercing lady is fantastic and always does a great job. And, theres a lot of cool items to browse during visits that always entice me to purchase before leaving.I would definitely recommend Purple Haze for service!

Discriminates against employing mothers, they asked if I had children when putting in my application, immediately disqualifying me when I answered yes. Didnt bother asking how old or if they need daycare. Hes 17 and can manage to be alone while I work. They try to defend saying that have had issues with parents in the past not coming in because of no childcare. This witch will never step foot in there again, lost a long time customer and fabulous potential employee.

We got our 3 and 6 year olds ears pierced here. At first, I was a little annoyed by the wait time (30 minutes I think) but it is first come first serve, you cant complain about that. But, as soon as we got in the back, Blake and Destiny were our daughters best friends, our 3 year old was a little hesitant about getting her ears done after arriving (it was her idea we even came), but the staff made her feel so at home and comfortable and they were patient with her, that she calmly sat and let them do it as per their instructions. We were prepared to leave if she really didnt want to go through with it, but Blake and Destiny made her feel so safe and we are so grateful we came.Dont mind the wait, they do everything by the book, they sanitize, they are patient, they dont rush anyone in and out, but best of all, the peircings were perfect.Highly recommend this shop, just know if you are waiting, its for a good reason. Just be patient and know youre going to leave happy.

Came in twice to get jewelry changed and the time they stop offering jewelry services change depending on who is on the counter. If you stop offering services prior to your closing 8pm time that is fine but be clear about such time so customers time is not wasted

Two young ladies did a wonderful job piercing my baby girls ears. Carrie and im ashamed that I cant remember the other young ladys name. Everyone was so nice. I was greeted and felt welcomed as soon as we walked through the door. They explained everything every step of the way. I will most likely return here for all my future piercing needs.

I got my first piercing ever here, my daith. I arrived when they first opened so I wouldnt have to wait too long. The paper work took a short amount of time and Carbear took great care of me and she made me feel very comfortable and at ease even though I was very nervous. She made sure to show me that everything she was using for the procedure was sterile and she walked my through all the steps and the whole process of the piercing took less that 5 minutes.

Cold and over cooked… we went here during restaurant week and got the three course meal, it consisted of lukewarm muscles, overcooked steak, overly salted fries, and a crème brûlée, which was undercooked, and the sugar was burnt. I would like to state that the service was excellent and our waitress was so kind and so patient and so amazing. Unfortunately, I will not be coming back here.

Its always so nice and friendly. Wait time can be a little long, but its worth it. Brittany and Carrie are so nice !! Staff is professional 💙

The place looks like trash the employees are lazy the prices are terrible they barely have a selection of anything the employees just sit around on their cell phones and theyre trying to create nonsense policies to get your face on camera places a joke if I could give it no stars I would unfortunately I have to write it so one Stars more than they deserve

I brought my daughter here on Her 16th birthday for a nose piercing.Blake did such an amazing job making my daughter feel comfortable and executed the piecing perfectly and professionally. The entire staff was amazing and caring. I would highly recommend. THANK YOU SO MUCH!

Tried THREE different occasions to get both of my daughters ears pierced. The first time I was told they don’t pierce under 5 years old, I waited until my youngest was 6 and we took her back. Then they stated they couldn’t do it because I didn’t have their birth certificates with me. That’s irritating bc I wasn’t told this at the first visit..However, I gave them another try today..arrived at 11:18- just 18 minutes after opening with the birth certificates in hand. The girl went to the back to ask the piercer and came back and said they don’t pierce anyone below 11 years old on the weekends (it was Friday) and that it was too busy..yet, they had JUST opened and were running a $40 above the waist sale. I wanted a piercing shop to be the one to do it, but I got so tired of this place coming up with a new policy each time I came that I decided just to take them to the mall. What a huge waste of time!! At least my daughters FINALLY have their ears pierced after so many failed attempts.

Purple haze has the worst turn around time. It’s literally crazy how they only have 1 piercer available when you go in. The wait time is more than an hr just to change jewelry out. I hate that they are the only piercing shop located in the Greenville area that’s close.

Second time going to this place. First time I waited like 5 hours. I’ve been waiting for almost 3 hours and I was the third person in line. Keep in mind this is as on a Wednesday at 12pm when I walked in. An employee went to sterilize the jewelry I bought and didn’t prep the machine properly so when it was my turn, the sterilization machine didn’t sterilize the jewelry. I had to wait an extra hour or so. I talked to the employee who sterilized the jewelry and said they were not a piercer so they apologized for messing up the process. Why was a regular employee sterilizing the jewelry and not the piercer? I was skipped multiple times which I understand is necessary sometimes. The piercer was extremely sweet tho. Both times I’ve been here the actual piercers are super warming and kind. Just really disappointed with how their process works and wait time. Also $100 for piercing my second lobes?? I asked for flat back jewelry so it had to be pierced at a different gauge. I called beforehand and asked and they said it would be $25 but failed to mention that it would be $25 PER EAR. They charged a $10 sterilization fee which they refunded me. I’m still really disappointed w my experience. won’t be going here again. Maybe just to buy jewerly but not getting pierced

Terrible experience. Years ago they were great but maybe there’s new management. The wait times are absolutely awful and the front staff are very inconsiderate and rude. They are not friendly, they skip you and they have always seem to have attitudes. I would not recommend this place i would recommend “Whatever 3” on woodruff road, and they have a better selection of jewelry.

BAD CUSTOMER SERVICEI would not recommend this place to nobody. When you walk in your greeted by “go wash your hands” and once your back not one girl behind the glass counter acknowledge your presence. Customers just stand around until they the staff feel like helping you. The wait times for piercing is insane with how bad customer service is but people don’t like to drive far that much these days. If you walk in with money to spend good luck! Those girls behind the counter will ignore you as long as they can. The only good thing about the place is the actual lady who does the piercing in the back. If you want to waist time go here where the workers are rude and chaotic :)

We got our daughters nose pierced here. Carrie was funny and fast and I highly recommend her. The store has great merchandise, most of it reasonably priced. However, be prepared to wait up to an entire day to get a piercing. They dont do appointments. We had to drive over an hour just to get there, then had to wait 5 hours. We were able to make a day of it, but it would have been much nicer had we been able to prepare.

I’m tired of seeing negative reviews about this place so I’ve decided to share my thoughts! I’ve had multiple piercings done here over the last 4ish years and have been super happy and comfortable with the service I received from both piercers and the newer apprentice. The piercings are fairly priced and the process is clean and fast. Yes, you are directed to go to the back and wash your hands when you arrive, which for sanitary purposes I can appreciate, especially around the jewelry cases. And Yes, piercings are first come first serve, so my advice is to come earlier on a week day as it does get busy and the queue builds as the day goes on (explaining why they may have to stop taking piercings hours before they close esp on weekends). The front end staff is helpful and I’ve bought the jewelry here multiple times (I have sensitive skin and had no issues with tarnishing or sensitivity). Overall this is my go to place for piercings/body jewelry in the gville area and everything has healed great with no issues! Would def recommend and I will be back!

My sisters and I got piercings Saturday night. They had stopped at 8 but they took pity on us since one of sisters was visiting out if state. Carrie was AWESOME!! She made our experience great and painless. Absolutely will be coming back for any future piercings.

I believe that everyone here was just amazing, great hospitality, everyone had an amazing attitude and overall the atmosphere of the shop was amazing! Definitely planning on going again sometime soon, absolutely loved my piercer :) they were just so nice and had such a lovely way of joking to make sure their customers were comfortable.

My piercer was amazing and informative. Every time i come here i get an educated person and i appropriate that. Bobby and Carrie are awesome! (Havent had anyone else if there is anyone else). Only downside is the long wait times.

Don’t bother going here for piercings or jewelry change outs. They don’t take appointments and they cut off their walk-ins 3-4 hours before they close. Even if you manage to get pierced here, you’ll be waiting for at least 2 to 3 hours. We attempted to give Purple Haze our business on multiple occasions, and every time they told us that we could not be accommodated.The only thing left after you take away the piercing aspect of this shop, is a head shop. At that point, just head over to “Smoke N Brew” five minutes away because it is a much better store with lower prices and a much wider selection.

Walked in one person behind counter several milling around. No cluewho does and does not work here. Circled whole store twice no one said anything. Stood atthe end of counter hoping for someone anyone to offer some assistance and nothing so we didnt speak to anyone so I dont even know what all they do.

I used to Love this place. But now my mentality changed. I needed 2 of my nose piercing change. They kept skipping me multiple time. When one of the front people asked them about my wait she was very loud and rude it’s crazy of how much I used to love this place but completely changed.

There was a bit of a wait to get pierced but thats just because they take their time with each client to ensure the best quality! I absolutely loved my experience there and getting to chat with Carrie as she did my piercings for me! 10/10 would recommend! (I got my second holes and my helix pierced btw.)

Let me just say this was the best experience Ive ever had. I got my belly button pierced and my son got his ears pierced and she was more than amazing. She went above and beyond for me and my baby and she didnt have to. She made us feel very very comfortable and at ease and most importantly she gave my boy courage and the choice to walk away and that would be okay if he changed his mind. I will be coming back. I had my nose pierced here about four months ago and it was a great experience. My piercer (I wish I could remember their name) made me feel so comfortable, and the needle stick did not hurt one bit. They knew what they were doing!I was a little disappointed when I entered my name into the queue for a two hour wait (which was fine because we were allowed to leave and come back around that time), and returned to still have to wait an hour and a half. I wish they had a better queue system for the people waiting. A call when your time is coming up, a text, or just anything to indicate how much longer you will be waiting and dont show back up and still have to wait.I do appreciate their handwashing procedure for anyone that walks into the building, however it does seem a little redundant at times, especially for guests not being pierced. It doesnt make much sense when everyone is touching all the same surfaces while waiting for two hours anyways. But I am glad they think about hygiene at all.This is a clean, professional piercing shop with lots of shopping options for your piercings, aromas, smoking accessories, etc. Ill definitely be back for all my future piercings!

I got my second nostril done today. The staff at the front were very kind and helpful. Carrie was my piercer and she was absolutely amazing! She took her time making sure my second nostril would match my first and I truly appreciate the precision. None of the staff are afraid to be themselves with their clients. I highly recommend this shop!

Great place with so much variety. The owner Sabrina is great. Her sister Brandy did a great job on my husbands crazy piercing. And Jamie the piercer is great too, she changed out my piercing without any pain or discomfort. They all Rock!!!

Carrie was perfect for my (first!) double cartilage piercings. You can feel her work experience as she did her job. She was able to discuss the pros and cons of what I wanted and directed me in how best to achieve that. Her assistant, Gwen, was knowledgeable and helpful. Even though there was a wait time, we left and came back to an appointment. Great experience all around.

I was visiting from out of state and went here to get my Ashley done. Blake was amazing!!! I went to one of my local shops to get the jewelry changed and the guy said that he was surprised that purple haze used that long of a bar for the piercing (in a good way) he said most our local shops use a bar that leaves no extra room for swelling. So thank you purple haze and Blake for taking good care of me. Would deff visit again!!!!!

I went in to buy new jewelry for my cartilage piercings. I have never switched out my jewelry before so the cashier helped me pick out the gauge and diameter of the pieces I want. I went home to change it out and discovered the cartilage hoop was far too small in diameter to fit through my hole. I went back to see if I could get a different size and a different cashier helped me pick out a hoop two sizes up from my original purchase. But when I went to check out I was told their policy is no refund or exchanges once the jewelry leaves the store. While I understand why this policy exists in general, if I purchase the incorrect product based on your employees (supposedly) knowledgeable recommendation, you should make it right. However, the manager just told me there was nothing she could do and wouldn’t even look at me or give me her full attention.

I got my tongue pierced by Carrie, off the bat she was funny, sweet and personable. She was not shy to share her past experiences with what I was wanting done, explained the process, and answered all of my questions and concerns. She made me feel very safe in their hands and I am looking forward to coming back! 🖤

Got my ear pierced including cartilage. Very nice workers and great service. Walked in that morning and left with 2 new piercings! Great place

This place has went down. They are always over booking. Some lady left comes back 1 hour and a half later after her name had been called 2 times and the put her and her daughter ahead of everyone else that had been waiting. The lady left and should have been worked in at the end of the line...Customer service is obviously not for everyone in their staffs eyes.. never going back. The drive to Anderson would be worth it.

I Love the o people there, and the vibe is great. They always uabe something you needed, or want on there. So hurry down here, and your better be early because well their business speaks for itself! You know they got to be good if they stay busy! Have a great day and go to purple haze!

Ive gotten almost all of my piercings done here since I was old enough to get them and theyre always great. Brandi and Kerri are the best. Everything is very clean the wait time on the weekend is long but you should expect that on a Saturday and Sunday if you get there when they open its not so bad. The weekdays are always good. The prices are good. Everybody that works in there is really nice and helpful.

Went for a simple earring removal....said 30 minutes.....ok cool..well 30 minutes turned into 2 hrs. When I asked what was going on? The girl at the front said another piecer is about to come on and I dont wanna rush her??? Well...in the meantime...theres employees walking in and out the back door? Not sure whats going out back? But theres definitely nothing going on inside!!! Meanwhile more and more names are being called. Definitely no one is worried about the customers!

I went to Purple Haze for my very first body piercing. The front desk people were nice and answered questions without making me feel stupid since I didnt know too much. I had to wait about 40 minutes, but it was a Friday afternoon after work, so Im sure if you went early afternoon, theyd get you right in. The real golden nugget of this place is Brandi. She was phenomenal, I cant say enough good things about her. She was so friendly and made me feel at ease. She answered my questions without missing a beat. When it came to the piercing she was stellar. She showed me the individually packaged and sterile needles and equipment. She kept me talking while she worked. She explained the after care very well, and didnt make me feel like I had to purchase an expensive after care kit, she shared with me more inexpensive and effective ways to care for my piercing. I love my new look!!!! Thank you Brandi and Purple Haze, yall were awesome!!!

Carrie was amazing! I got my belly button pierced by her as she explained every step as she went along. Super fast and the piercing looks good and is healing nicely. I did wait about 30 minutes but the wait was worth it. I highly recommend!

Really wanted to love this place; the staff are friendly wait times are bearable. My only problem is the jewelry. You can tell it’s very cheap, so far every single piece of jewelry I’ve bought from purple haze (two septum rings, two belly button rings, and a nose hoop), didn’t last longer than a month. Didn’t even get the septum ring in before it broke but they were able to replace it for me (not sure why lady in previous review wasn’t able to swap jewelry when they gave her wrong one). Both belly rings lasted ab two weeks before the ball unscrewed during a work shift and fell off) just don’t buy your jewelry here 😩🥰

Love them! Carrie was my piercer and she took exceptional care of me before, during, and after the piercing process. I went in knowing approximately what to expect thanks to vast amounts of googling the piercing I wanted. And since some of the reviews mentioned wait times I planned going on a weekday as soon as they opened.The wait was short, but I was one of those people that took a lot of time in the booth. And thats because I had two piercings done and I wound up getting dizzy. I scarfed down a pretzel from auntie Annes and a fruit cup 30 minutes prior, but that adrenaline rush still got me. Carrie was phenomenal; she got me a Coke, laid the chair back, turned a fan on and pointed it at my face, honestly every little bit of this helped. All of this took about 15 minutes AFTER the piercings themselves, so I took up a good chunk of time. I can absolutely see how some wait times seem extravagant, it all depends on who is getting what pierced and how they react to it. Few of those factors are predictable for everyone.I highly recommend going here for any and all piercing needs. They were professional and caring throughout my experience.

Carrie was so good! I was nervous about getting my helix pierced and she helped me relax. She was extremely fast and it didn’t hurt at all!!

I absolutely love Carrie! She always does a fantastic job. She explains everything very well and makes sure you understand how to take care of your piercing. It may take awhile to get back to get your piercing but its worth the wait! The ladies that work the front counter are very nice as well.

My daughter and I got piercings. The wait was fairly long, but the girl we had was great!! Destiny was patient, quick, friendly, but professional. My only drawback is that I dont agree with most of the other things they sell there (anti-Christian).

Very professional atmosphere! The lady i had was Carrie. If you get her, you are in great hands! She went through every step with me and made sure that i was going to clean my piercings properly. She was very kind, obviously knows exactly what she is doing and is quite certified.

They promote walk-ins for anything you want done, but then their is this super long wait time, which I wasnt prepared for. Waiting 2.5 hours is ridiculous. Hands down awesome place! Awesome staff!! Took my 11 year old to get her cartilage piercing done and just got my Monroe piercing done. Carrie is exceptional on her work!! Very very sweet caring down to earth person! She has excellent customer service skills! She is always fun and easy to talk to! Keep up the awesome work Carrie!! Your the best!!

The wait is definitely worth it! She talked me through the piercing and made me feel very confident about my size! The piercing came out so cute and the instructions for the healing process worked very well!

Blake was amazing! They changed my jewelry out extremely fast and painless and they taught me how my jewelry worked! They were super understanding of me having a migraine and let me wear sunglasses to help with the lights! 10/10 would recommend anyone to them.I took a star off bc the front lady was rude and unpleasant. She got an attitude when I asked for a longer post for my nose and seemed upset that I had questions abt the type of jewelry. She also berated me for having a nose ring in with the age of my nose piercing after I already told her I had sinking issues.

A place i often reccommend for good service and some of the best body jewelry options youll find in any city. I bought some jewelry on sale but i think they may have charged me full price, i didnt notice until i had already left,, I planned to call them about it but ive misplaced my phone. also I appreciate knowing that they continue their service and support after a piercing is done. After care is a important part of piercing that many shops fail to do, but purple haze does it right. If your new piercing is messing up the first thing you should do is call your artist/ parlor for proper, most up to date info on care and maintenance. also its in a super convenient location and makes for a perfect self care day sitting beside one of my fav restaurants in town the pita house. sometimes i go and get a falafel plate then come here tobuy myself a nice set of earrings or what have you

The wait for piercing is worth it- there is a reason this place has been consecutively voted and won for best in upstate. Ive gotten my septum and belly button done here, and plan to come back for future ones. Ive gotten Carrie both times, and she is such a cool person and extremely talented peirced; neither of them hurt getting peirced, and it was quick. The prices are very reasonable and worth the quality.

I was really nervous going in, but the woman, I think her name was Carrie, was so nice and knowledgeable. She explained everything she was doing and helped me breathe correctly. She talked about other things too during the process to make it super pleasant, and it was all super fast and clean. Will definitely go back to her!

I love this shop. Not only for their experienced, kind and PROFESSIONAL piercers, who pierced my navel 17 years ago - I was 13 & have kept it since with no issues. I recently took MY 13 year old daughter in to get her navel done and its healing well and was done BEAUTIFULLY... But I also love Purple Haze for the rest of their helpful, knowledgeable & FRIENDLY staff, and their unique and interesting selection of clothing, bags, gifts and more! You CANT GO WRONG BY GOING HERE FOR ALL OF YOUR TYPICAL PIERCING AND hippie/head shop needs and UNIQUE gifts. Im keeping them at 5 stars because theyre just so wonderful and professional and theyve kept yours standard for NEARLY 20 years!My ONLY critique is that I believe they should ALLOW APPOINTMENTS TO BE SET FOR PIERCINGS! Ive waited up to 45 minutes just to have a taper on my navel, so I could get Jewelry back in it, after having it out for a few years, during a time when I was overweight. I then got back to being thin and fit and HAPPY to show it off again. Some piercings take a while, so why not set appointments? Most people do NOT have an hour to wait! If were courteous enough to the business and tell them what were getting done and when well be there, they should place us ahead of walk-ins. I NEARLY had to tell my daughter wed have to come back another time, because our wait was too long, and we had many other appointments to get to, AFTER leaving.Still, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Purple Haze! Just went over there this morning with my friend and let me tell you.. probably the best experience Ive had at a piercing shop. Our piercer was named Carrie and she was amazing! Not only was she quick and precise and completely professional and explained everything about the healing process very seriously, she was all around a fun time! She put my friend and I at ease and we were laughing and enjoying ourselves sitting in that chair, making the experience much more personal and not some quick one and done kind of deal. Highly recommend her and this place!!!

I recommended getting a piercing done here! The lady that did my septum talked me through it and she made me feel less nervous. She was very funny but kept it professional and clean. She clearly explained how I must care for it and what not to do to avoid infection. I will definitely come back here for sure!I will warn that the wait may be long, but just have patience! :)

Staff is not very helpful and seems more interested in piercings, not so much oils and other products. Seems over years its sadly declined. Rated 3 stars for the oil selections. Otherwise, a 2 star.

Got my first piercing done here in 2008 and Carrie has never let me down! Super knowledgeable and all of my piercings look and healed great. I have over 10 piercings and have gotten all but 1 at purple haze.

Love this place!! I got my conch pierced by Nikki as well as a jewelry change. She took her time explaining what was going to happen when she pierced my conch and explained how to clean it as well as how long it would take to heal. Wait time wasn’t bad considering I went around noon. 10/10 would recommend.

Posting an updated review since I went the other day and got both my naval and other nostril pierced. Destiny was my piercer, very helpful with answering any questions I had and telling me the best jewelry to wear once my naval is healed. The wait was about an hour but that’s honestly about what I expected with a few people in line before me. Great place for piercings/jewelry. Love their incense selection as well and the workers are always kind and knowledgeable.

I called twice on Saturday, once in the morning and then around 3:30pm to verify that my sister and I could get piercing. Both times I was told yes and they will stop accepting people for piercing at 5:00pm. After driving 76 miles, the girl at the front told us we couldnt get piercing because they stopped at 3:45pm. I told her I had called twicej and i was told both timea thatwe can get pierced as long as we come before 5. She said she didnt know

Cannot say enough nice things about Ash and Carrie! Went in today for a couple or piercings and they were both incredibly amazing! Carrie did a wonderful job of explaining everything in great detail and was super fast in her process. Ash was so sweet and let me squeeze her hand for the second piercing since the first on totally caught me off guard. I highly recommend this place for piercings and having done my research on Carrie prior to going, I was so glad she was working today because I honestly would not let anyone else except her do any piercings on me.

I had been wanting to get my septum done for a while but I had heard too many horror stories about piercing shops around my area. However, a lot of ppl kept on recommending purple haze so I decided to check it out for my self and was not disappointed. Carrie did my piercing and she was awesome she did it so fast and easy and explained everything before doing the piercing. I would definitely go again and highly recommend her.

Literally have driven to the store 4 times in one week. Everytime has been either 1 and a half hour wait or more or they stopped with peircings at 7. Would really be great to have the option to set up an appointment. I am gladly paying double the price just to be able to have an appointment at another place and not have to wait hours or waste time driving up for no reason because appointments aren’t offered at all.

Went earlier today to get my tragus pierced. Although it took a few minutes to be seen by the woman doing the piercing, it was worth the wait. The staff was hilarious and made me feel comfortable. The woman who did my piercings name is Carrie. She was very professional and kind, walked me through the process and made me feel comfortable. Definitely recommend.

It was a long wait but well worth it. I had Carrie as my piercer and shes friendly and professional. I was comfortable around her which is very important to me. My piercings were quick and relately painless. I would highly recommend her!

The piercers are great, but the counter is a little lack luster. I used to shop here at least once a week and went in to buy some gold pieces one day and I was the only one in the store and two girls behind the counter didnt even look at me. I left after 20 mins. There are friendlier stores in town.

Carrie was great! She made sure I was comfortable before the piercing. Once it was done she made sure I was happy with it before I left. She also made sure I didnt have any questions. This was the 11th time Ive been pierced and Id say this was one of my top good experiences.

Everybody here was SO sweet and friendly! gwen especially, she showed me the packaging of everything she was using to prove it was new, clean, and sterile; answered every question i had; and was generally friendly and pleasant! i really cant recommend this place enough, i will be coming here from now on for all my piercings! :)

My friend and I brought our daughters here for their second ear piercing. Carrie was so amazing with our girls. She was super sweet and above all so skillfull. I could never imagine going to a place that uses a piercing gun :/ Carrie is professional and took her time to make sure placement was correct before piercing. Absolutely terrible service. The girl behind the register was helpful but once they got our money they completely ignored us. We sat and waited over 30 minutes with noone ahead of us for a jewelry swap, watching the girls working there wander in and out of the piercing room and laughing and cutting up in the back room. They were not busy and some of the girls working there were wearing flip flops and pajamas. Definitely wont be back. Ill just order my jewelry online from now on. It would probably be better quality than what we bought there anyway.

Carrie did a piercing for me 4 years ago, the experience went well! Today I got another piercing & Brandi did it for me. She also did great! It was a long wait in line, but it was worth it. Id recommend them two to anyone.

Carrie was wonderful, we came in 2020 and I got my second lobe piercing, and she was fantastic and calm, and made me feel so much calmer, at one point I felt like I was going to pass out and she bought me a drink with her own money, she was very kind and funny, and her piercing job was amazing.We ended up returning to the shop in Aug of 2021 (we live in Texas) just because she was so wonderful, she did my brothers eyebrow, and my industrial, I had other piercers look at it, and they werent sure if I could do it, but she swooped in and made it happen! I definitely recommend her for piercings, and will be coming back :)

Very friendly. I got my belly button pierced there last week and everything is very sterile. I had Carrie and she made sure I knew everything she was using was new, fresh, and clean. She makes sure everything is perfect before she actually pierces you. I love it.

I was told to set up two appointments for piercing on Monday of this week since they were unable to take walk ins at the time. Arrived early for our appointments and waited almost two hour before demanding a refund. Why was I told to set up an appointment if youre not going off of your appointment books? I am extremely disappointed. As a schedule maker of 6 years for multiple spas, I know for a fact its not hard to stick to your appointment book and work walk ins into whats on the books. I watched walk ins get taken back in waves by the time I decided $90 was not worth a two hour wait. Unprofessional and disappointed.

The staff was nice and friendly, but I had my tongue piercing done 2 weeks ago by Carrie. Waited until the swelling went down and when I got to looking, the piercing was extremely crooked. I wouldn’t be able to get a short bar In because of the way it would sit. I called and ask them if they could do anything as in giving a refund or fixing it for cheaper after it healed and they told me they wouldn’t do anything. Highly recommend going somewhere else.

We have been here since 11:52 to get a tongue pierced the head piercer was not in only an apprentice so we waited on a head piercing we’re still waiting and he just not got to go back! The actual store is pretty cool and so was the girl at the front but the whole system sucks They let you fill paperwork and leave which may sound good but then you have to wait HOURS to get it done. I’ve had just about everything pierced and it DOES NOT take 30 minutes for 1 piercing. Also The piercer is vary rude. Will not be coming back or recommending to anyone.

I went to get a piercing on impulse and Carrie did a wonderful job! I was extremely anxious about it and she laughed with me and explained everything before she pierced me. She made me feel less anxious and let me calm down before she did the piercing. I definitely recommend going to purple haze! Amazing experience. They don’t schedule appointments, it’s walk in only. The wait was about 30 min but the story was full of lovely things to browse and the waiting area was comfortable. Carrie was very knowledgeable, told me what to expect, was considerate about my privacy and showed me everything was sealed and sterile prior to piercing my ears. I did bilateral daith piercings to help with migraines. It’s been 6 weeks and my headaches have been reduced to tolerable rather than debilitating. I am looking forward to going back in January to have a larger gage and prettier earnings put in. Thank you purple haze!

Took my kiddo to get her ears pierced. They were all very professional and kind to her. Took time to explain what they were going to do and how everything works. Took extra care to make sure they were lined up properly before she did them. Went over detailed cleaning instructions and how to take care of them home. There was also an apprentice that day. Didnt help with the piercing as the piercer stated that she never allows an apprentice to do a minor, I really appreciated her professionalism and kindness. I have been recommending other mothers to bring their children here as well. Claires and Wal-Mart should not be allowed to Pierce ears. If they have so many tattoo and piercing laws in the states of South Carolina, these big box stores need to have the same treatment and trained professionals.

Not familiar with locations of the best shops in my area. At first I thought this place okay because I didnt have anything else to compare too.I been visiting places and have learn both locations associate with this shop. The employees have no knowledge of type inventory the shop has, I purchased a titanium septum ring and it was cheap material.I feel the importance of being honest shop and least to be able to be honest with your customers. My one visit I spend about $200.I had 2 wait hours for your piercer. After visiting Bryan at The Edge in Anderson, he is gentle, this kerrie lady is very rough I was left bruise. While Brayan , same general are he pierce me , no bruises.My visit with lady was only to regret, they dont have right jewelry for certain parts of the body while The edge made a barbell that was right for that piercing. The edge has appointment , no waits .

Perfect place for people with piercings! The lady behind the counter helped me choose perfect nose rings and the prices were very affordable! The piercer (Sarah) was able to help me reduce irritation for my navel piercing. She also was able to tell if my navel piercing was long enough. The service was excellent! Both women seemed very informed on their information. Highly suggest visiting them!

Carrie is absolutely amazing! I brought my 12 year old daughter in today to get her ears pierced (1st hole). She had a bad experience getting them pierced in the past, at 7, at Claires, so she was super nervous. Carrie made her feel so comfortable and the way that she explained everything to her was amazing. Not only was she extremely patient with my childs behavior of being scared, she supported her in every way! I honestly think my daughter would have backed out if not for Carrie being so understanding and comforting! I recommend this place HIGHLY! Carrie hugged us both as we left and we couldnt have had a better experience, hands down.

I went there to have my nose pierced and at first I was irritated because I had to wait an hour before I was seen. It was rather quiet and people whod received piercings there before told me that the wait isnt usually so long, but there were a lot of people there. When my turn came I realized why. My piercer was very professional and went above and beyond to make sure I not only understood what she was going to do, but to make sure I knew how to take care of my piercing once I left. They are very clean. The piercer washed her hands thoroughly after every client, was gloved, and made sure that I saw she discarded the needle used to pierce my nose. She had an amazing ability to keep me at ease and was also honest. I have a wide nose and wear glasses so she gave a very convincing argument as to where she thought my piercing should be placed. In terms of pain, of course it stung a little. I was letting someone poke metal through my skin, but the pain was minimal and Ive had no problems with it so far. The price wasnt terrible considering the service I got and I plan on returning as soon as I can to get another piercing.

Their website stunk. What drew us in was the excellent reviews. The overwhelming aroma of smoke goods as you walked in almost made me want to turn around and walk out as soon as we walked in the door, but we were promptly greeted and professionally treated the entire time. The piercer, Rebekah was knowledgeable, professional and just nice. She knew what she was doing and while she did make me feel a bit old (and who am I kidding, I guess at 45, I am a bit old for this type of service). The price was affordable and the selection of jewelry to be bought when the time is right is amazing. Anxious to be able to change out the starter jewelry.

I called and they let me drive all the way from Laurens to get my teen boys ears pierced and failed to let me know I needed to bring ID for the kids. An hours drive for nothing smh. Do better.

I dunno how or why the wait is so long. 🤔 As for the piercers, I trust them with my body. Before you go, prepare to wait. Honestly, really bad first experience here, will not be going back. I have two holes in my ear pierced, and I went in to get a cartilage piercing, which I have been wanting for a while now, and the place just gave off really weird vibes. It wasnt clean, it smelled like cigarettes, there is only one piercer, and they take too long for a piercing. People would be in the piercing room for up to thirty minutes, and it shouldnt take most piercings that long to do. They didnt seem to care about anyone. They did answer a few questions, but they all seemed like they had just smoked a fat one. We waited for two hours, and we were told it would AT MOST be an hour and fifteen minute wait. Completely overrated. Go to Up In Smoke, its what I did, and got my cartilage pierced, he answered all our questions, he gave us free q tips, talked us through it, and he had a special pamphlet made for cleaning. Its also a lot more professional and clean than Purple Haze, and the piercing room looked like a doctors office. Felt safe, unlike Purple Haze.

Great selection of products for a good price. The staff have always been friendly to me and willing to help. This is my local goto place for incense, candles, and metaphysical items. They also offer piercings and some really pretty jewelry for them. Keep an eye out for their specials and you can get a great deal!

The wait is unreal they told us it would be an hour wait and it was well over 2 hours, they only have one person doing the piercings and with the volume of people they get in here they should do it by appointment. But overall she was patient and took her time so she didnt message up I would come back but only when I know Ill get in when Im told I will. So I give her the piercer 5 starts but the place a 3 because of the wait time and what we were told.

I would not go here again! They are extremely disorganized. It took 6+ hours to wait for a single ear piercing. The woman who is doing the piercing is constantly leaving the room and the employees are going in and out of the piercing room. Asked about coming back another day and they straight up said no. You waste a whole day waiting on them. It’s not worth it.

I was in town on a mini vacation with my sister and my piercing fell out. I called 15 minutes prior to my arrival and the individual that answered the phone stated that the wait wasnt long and to come on in. Once I arrived there was like 10 people waiting and 4 to 5 staffers standing around , they said it would be an hour waiting, but that I could leave and come back within the hour. Waited for HOURS to get a piercing. Call ahead to get wait times for faster service. The back smelled like weed and someone else commented on it and they came out with air freshener sprays. The piercer was efficient and friendly. Its healing great too. The actual service was great, it was just the experience as a whole that was Dissapointing.

Got my nipples peirced here, getting in to actually get the percing is a hassle. When I first went there was a 2 hour wait, it was about 3 in the afternoon, on a saturday. They dont make apts, so dont go then unless you want to wait. I went again when they first opened, that is the best time to go. Carrie peirced my nipples, and she did an amazing job. She showed me everything that she would be using and explained the process. Its not easy showing your boob to a stranger but she made me feel very comfortable and she was quck. I came here to get a nose piercing, as it seems like one of the only places in Greenville that performs this service. The piercer did a great job and was friendly and hygienic, but I’m only giving the place four stars because of how long wait times are here. They don’t take appts so if you walk in at the wrong time, you could be waiting for hours. Otherwise, I had no issues with this shop or my piercing.

It has been about 7 years since my last visit and I must stay I really like the store upgrades. Purple Haze has always been an eccletic store and now has more items that caters to the metaphysics auidence, which again I can appreciate. The store staff was friendly and helpful. The piercer wasnt piercing anyone instead she was ignoring her already paid customers to speak with someone (who had just walked in) about a piercing the shop didnt even do. Had to get a refund. Was tired of waiting. Extremely poor customer service.

I love Purple Haze. Clean environment. Hand washing required. Nice staff. Disinfect pericing room before your allowed in. Piercings havent done me wrong yet from here. Will be going back a lot in the future.

Great place to buy piercings, stonerwear, metaphysical accessories, patches, stickers, etc, but Im new to the area and every time Ive gone in there the people working seem to hate their job and arent very helpful.You can tell they cant handle the busy hours well and even when its not that busy its hard to get their attention to help you. Then when they do, they just seem miserable. Idk if they arent paid sufficiently, management mistreats them, or they all just dont understand what customer service entails, but something needs to be done about it. It doesnt matter what kind of establishment it is, theyre all getting paid to do a job and should do so quickly with a good attitude, especially for people who come in with a good attitude expecting positive vibes and a positive experience. That tired edgy store cashier image is bad for business. If they think people cant get anything they carry online or some other store, theyre mistaken. Thats an easy job, dont let paid employees get away with acting like angsty teens.

I went to the place to get my navel pierced over a month ago based on the review, people there do not talk too much, but it is a great place to get a piercing, and it is what really matters. Sarah has a wonderful hand to pierce. Right now is like my piercing were healed completely.

I just moved down here and so far South Carolina hasn’t been kind to me at all. Literally I’ve been through hell since I’ve got here. And all the girls I spoke too that were working were all so kind and professional. And I literally mean the nicest people I’ve spoken too since I’ve been here.... such a relief. I really needed non see through plugs for my job, that they failed to tell me about until last minute.( I worked at the same chain, and it was never an issue so i didn’t think twice) I was short by a few dollars and the girl took what I had for them. I guess she saw the panic in my eyes. That meant so much too me, just someone not only being pleasant to speak to, but the act of kindness brought me to tears. If I could give a thousand stars I would. Now I can start my new job tomorrow.

I was asked upon entering to buy incense that I needed to wash my hands before I could browse or buy anything. I left and will never return. Young person with a power complex. Desperate for validation and control. Can I just buy some incense to remind me of my lost loved ones? Amazon, your my only hope.

There is always a long wait but they are definitely worth it! Everyone is always helpful and pleasant each time I visit. Customer service is always A1!

I have gotten many piercings here over the years. They always have a helpful staff and friendly! I recently was able to get my tragus and anti helix done and they look wonderful! Im very satisfied with purple haze and recommend anyone to go here.

I just got back from wasting almost two hours waiting for a simple job changing an earring that I had gotten from this place before. Ive never had an earring before and when I tried to change it myself it was bleeding so I went in to get help as they offered to change it for me for a few dollars. I was told I would have a 45min-1hr long wait (this was at 3:30pm) and that there were 3 people in front of me. No big deal. Around 5pm I was asking once again for the 5th time when I was getting help. No one could give me an answer. The singular piercer was still in the piercing room and not answering. The lady at the front counter couldnt tell me (she was the one good thing about this place as she was the ONLY person working up front and had like 8 customers at one point asking her for help and questions and fed up with the wait time as well). There was one employee in the back who was just on his phone not doing ANYTHING (a guy with glasses and short auburn hair) and when he heard me upset about the wait time and not being able to get any answers he got really snippety with me telling me if I didnt like it I could leave. FINALLY around 5:15 the piercer came out to tell me 2 people were still in front of me...1hr 45mins ago there were 3 people in front of me, and now there were still 2. She had the nerve to say yeah itll be another 30 mins as it takes about 15 mins per person when it had been 1hr 45 mins on ONE person. I demanded my money back and left. I will gladly go someplace that has MORE EMPLOYEES ACTUALLY WORKING who can properly give me a TIME that I can actually get help and not a well we said an hour, but now its like 2 and a half if we finish more people before you. A totally unprofessional, rude, messed up business. And while waiting in the waiting room I heard several other customers complaining about time and two of them were there to get piercings REDONE because the shop either didnt do it right the first time or didnt give proper instructions on how to take care of a piercing.

Great selection! Staff was verbally irritated with how many customers were in the store and how busy it was. I had to wait pretty long to get one nose ring. Me and other customers asked the employees questions and the employees appeared to not hear us at all despite standing right in front of them, full eye contact. Could tell they felt overwhelmed. It made me feel like they did not want my service. If I didnt NEED what I came there for I would have went somewhere else.

Being turned away one day and the crazy wait time once we got in are the reasons this establishment doesnt get 5 stars. The two staff members that were encountered were very nice and handled the madness well.

Excellent price for piercings and the plugs were pretty fair priced as well. The options are top quality for jewelry. The piercer is extremely good and very professional. The shop is very clean. I will definitely be back and highly recommend this local business.

So far Ive gotten my nose and my daith done here both times were amazing. They walked me through the whole process and waited till I was ready. They were very friendly. Prices were not bad and Im definitely going there for my next piercing.

I just left the store. The person who assisted me gave a dismissive attitude and was not engaged at all. When I attempted to thank her while dealing with a patient on the phone she made no eye contact and had pulled out a throwing knife set. She had moved on. I will not be back. Poor customer service.

I came in to get 2 backs replaced because both came off days after piercings were done by Carrie ..The heavy set blonde cashier with wavy hair told me the wait would be 15-20 minutes and I actually ended up waiting an hour. As soon as it was time for my name to be called a girl came in who wasnt present went her name was called. And Carrie allowed her come in after I had been waiting an hour...When I went to the counter to voice my concern...the rude blonde headed guy with the ball cap with piercings he said it was because she payed before me. This is very unfair because honestly I shouldnt have had to be there in the first place.

I went in for a new nose ring and to have it switched out. Staff was all nice and the prices were reasonable. The wait was super long but they gave you a timeframe to come back. Piercer was great and helpful.

Ive been going to them to get all of my piercings (except my tongue, it was done while on a trip in Myrtle Beach). I recently got both my nipples pierced on a spur of the moment type of thing & Carrie pierced my right nipple (I didnt get the left nipple done because I wanted to see how this one reacted), & she did an amazing job. So, naturally, I went back & got my left nipple done, by her sister, Brandi, & she did an awesome job (but not as great as her sister).

I have been several times to look at and talk to someone about the decorative art glass. I have never to a place where they can NOT tell you anything about their products. You ask questions but the staff just looks at you like you have 3 heads. Heres a test, call and ask if they have a titanium nail?.... better yet call and ask what they would recommend to heat the nail and if they carry that..... Heres the response I get... We dont know if we carry it and couldnt tell you if we did..... and if you dont know we cant tell you... If you cant ask the people who sell it, then who do you ask?

UPDATE: got it redone. Its now perfect 😍Got my septum done by brandy and noticed it was crooked. Called the next day and they were very nice told me to come in so she could take it out.. And she did.. She was nice about it... . I go back tomorrow to have it redone free of charge... Will post an update on how it went..

Lady named Carrie gave me a cartilage piercing and it took less than three minutes when i got into the piercing room. Very pleasant experience even for someone with anxiety. Will go again for my second cartilage piercing. Only downside is the wait if you just walk in

I came into purple haze twice for a navel and septum piercing. Both times I had to wait 3 plus hours inside for them to get to me. The piercing process was very smooth and nice but the wait is so long.

Will never go back bad service.

Huge selection of really cool, unique, but somewhat overpriced knick-knacks, piercing jewelry, glass pieces, handmade items, shirts and purses, and a really neat variety of knives and other unique weapons from around the world.Would not recommend getting a piercing here. Piercing staff seems not very experienced. Outside of that, its your typical, little head shop. Go get yourself some incense!

Ive been coming to purple haze since it was 17 and Carrie has done every single one of my piercings. She is amazing. The only place in will go for my body modifications. Clean and professional environment.

The wait was not long. My girls got their noses pierced for their birthdays. Brandi did an awesome job, she explained everything to us and told us what to expect. Recommend her! :)

I cant remember who gave me my belly button piercing but she did a amazing job, healed fast. and she made sure i was comfortable and explained everything very well. ill definitely be back for my others

Have gotten 6 piercings with them, everyone is complaining about customer service which yes sometime it SUCKS but youre not going there for folks to be nice to you, if you want someone to hold your hand...bring a friend. Their work is awesome and they answer all of your questions as if they havent heard them a million times before. The first was my tongue piercing over 10 years ago, it was crooked and some guy did it, i have not seen him since it lasted 3 days before i removed it, the pain was immense and i couldnt believe how bad of a job he did BUT!!!! ive gotten my labret and monroe, also my septum and both nipples done more recently with NO COMPLAINTS at all. Carrie did my septum, monroe and labret, Brandi did my nipples, she was so awesome, they both are i wouldnt dare go anywhere else, im getting my VCH done in a few weeks and I am going to ask Carrie to do it. hope this helps.

Waited for two hours and had 4 people called in front of me for a piercing even though I was checked in before any of them. After an hour wait I asked one of the employees if this was normal and received zero assistance. I finally just asked for a refund. The store wasnt even busy with other customers.

Ive gotten pierced here, gone with friends when they got pierced, and bought jewelry from purple haze. They do a good professional job, normal prices, helpful staff. There arent usually many people working though so if youre not the only one there you may have to wait to be helped.

Took my 5 months old daughter to get her ears pierced and Mikki did an absolutely wonderful job! The earrings are in the perfect spot on both sides. She was very patient while dealing with my daughter. I highly recommend her for any piercing!

This was my first body piercing outside my ears so I was defnitely a lot nervous about choosing a place. I chose Purple Haze based on other reviews and Iw as not disappointed. It looks a little different, and the guy at the front desk was WAY out of it, not sure if he was high or what but he was not all there. Made me nervous to whom would be my piercer. All the certifications are on the wall, the environment of the room is clean and they are very careful to keep everything they do sanitary. I had Carrie and she was as wonderful as could be. She talked the whole time, gave a lot of information, showed me the kit, talked me through healing and then asked if I like the location of the marking where she would pierce. I had her move it over a bit, and she put it perfectly. I had friends with me who held my hand, but Carrie really did a great job at keeping me calm and I didnt even feel the needle. It burned a little after from the cleaning alcohol getting in witht he needle but thats to be expected. Ive had it changed out a couple times and Bekka has been the one to do that. Again, wonderful person, I would have been lucky to get her as a piercer as well (maybe for my next one). She was wonderful to check the healing and tell me what else to do and pretty gentle at changing it out. My experience there was great and I will definitely go again!!! Thanks Carrie and Bekka!!
