The so called store manager, is a unhappy, bitter, hateful person. We went to let our daughter buy stuff for her birthday and her and her friend were excited and being kids and knocking stuff over accidentally. My husband said if they break anything he would pay for it. She keep looking at them nasty and then she said see its kids like that... my husband took offense to it as he should have and they got into it he told her he doesnt argue with females to call her dude. This must have hurt her feelings cause she must not have one. And when he hurt her feelings she tried to say he threatened her and call the police and security; which other patrons said he did not do. Then when I came to allow my daughter to complete her purchase she was still extremely nasty. She and I got into a verbal agreement. If you hate your life and job just say that and go find something else you like. But taking out your piss poor life choices on the store patrons is unacceptable. As I have read other reviews she is this this way with other patrons as well. This behavior should not be tolerated by corporate if she is indeed the store manager. She must not know that storefront business are closing all the time and that her job depends on people actually coming into the store to shop. However, if she keeps this up less and less people will come and thus she wont have a store to manage. I will also be getting in touch with corporate because her behavior is deplorable and she should not be an employee much less the store manager.

Good luck returning merchandise to this store. I’ve spent a LOT of money at this store over the years and was treated like I was on trial for murder today. The staff members I interacted with were unnecessarily abrasive, rude, and tried way too hard to find ANY silly reason to deny my refund. Before I could get a whole sentence out of my mouth, they were on the offense and determined to win the battle I didn’t know was about to be part of. After arguing and explaining my whole childhood, they surprisingly ended up issuing a refund for SOME of my items. The sad part is that I was going to turn right around and purchase a gift card to cover the ENTIRE cost of getting my daughter’s ears pierced (again), which is WELL over a hundred dollars! They definitely missed out on that sale and many future ones from my household.

Shaniqua as she says she’s the store manager has the worst attitude ever. Visit store today to get my 5 month old daughter ears pierced. She was very rude I wouldn’t let her pierce my dog ears. She is not in the right profession for customer service. She definitely doesn’t need to be a store manager. I have never experienced nothing like her.

The black lady I guess she’s the store manager needs to be fired! I arrive to get a piercing and she has by far the worst attitude I’ve ever seen. Before I could even ask a question she completely catches an attitude with me. I said I will not pay someone to disrespect me the way she did, so I kindly left the store and I said I will spend my money else where

Went in an interview with the GM. I get what she was looking for and she means business and probably have a bunch of stuff going on. But the way she acted and talked to me was not it , there is a way to be professional and polite which she was neither: Hopefully they can find a better GM with better communication skills and customer service.

I visited this location today with my disabled daughter and my youngest son. We wanted piercings, she told my daughter to move. (She has a walker) I disregarded that, then she proceeded to bark orders to my children and I telling us what we’re going to do. All the customers near us looked shocked. My children and I left, we drove to that location for over an hour and a half. I will not return.

The girl that pierced my ears was really nice and i had a good experience with her, but the lady that worked the cashier was the opposite. When I was checking out she made a rude comment about her coworker and rolled her eyes at me when I changed my mind about an item. She had an unpleasant demeanor overall and made my friends and I feel unwelcome/uncomfortable in the store, which really ticked us off. Very rude and unprofessional behavior, definitely doesn’t deserve a job at Claire’s.

Normally i never leave reviews but the large lady working this morning was so rude i can’t resist!! she was comically unprofessional and condescending, it literally caught me so off guard lmao😭and all of this because i politely asked her a question…. girly pop i have had grown biker men scream in my face at my job and would’ve NEVERRR got to roll my eyes at them. literally ruined my day and for what??

My daughter had her ears pierced Saturday afternoon. The girls working were so kind and caring! We had a great experience.

I wanted to get my girls ears pierced but felt like it was overpriced for earrings that didnt even look all that great. I definitely recommend going somewhere else to get ears pierced.

This place is overrated and expensive for no good reason. Same products at dollar tree thats my recommendation and Im sticking with that.

Made an appointment online for my daughters ear piercing. Got there to a sign that said not today. Drove an hour.

They had exactly what I wanted. The clerk knew right where it located. She not only helpful but, personable,attentive and friendly.

They pierced my daughters ears and were so patient and sweet with her

Claires will always be Claires, not sure why they have jumped up prices like they have but its the same store its always been.

Don’t waste your time THEY ONLY TAKE CARDS in a world full of cash tf
