Antonio and Kat were outstanding. I brought my 4 month old to get her first ear piercing and they handled it so wonderfully. I was more nervous than she was. And they got it over with quick and without a fuss. She cried for half a second and stopped. The piercings look wonderful and are almost perfect, thank you guys. My sister got pierced today..the young man that pierced her was so nice! I forgot his name but he walked us through everything, he let us know everything he was doing, he wasn’t in a rush he took his time. We’re always shopping here but every staff member I’ve met has been very friendly so of course we’ll be back!!

Scheduled an appointment. Showed up and was told that they didn’t have any trained associates and couldn’t complete the piercing. If you don’t have appointments available take the time slot down.

I came by here 3 times to get my daughters ear pierced. The first 2 time the staff ignored me and were talking amongst themselves. The 3rd time the young lady was very rude, said she couldn’t do her ears. Would not recommend here.

I absolutely love this place never ever had problems they are all so nice! Jelewery is always perfect! My dad has brought me several rings from there because every year for Christmas and I’ve loved every single one!! I was ready to make my purchase and I stood there waiting for someone to check me out. There were two guys standing there doing nothing but chatting and when I said excuse me 5 times, one of the guys looked at me said Hell be there in a minute with an attitude and the other guy didnt even turn around. Then went right back to talking. I know the mall is dead, you already have a one star rating, and you dont care about anything. But if youre not even trying to sell your merchandise you should just close shop.

I went there with the intention to get my daughters ears pierced. The young male who was there was very unprofessional. He seemed irritated when I asked him a question and at one point rolled his eyes. Really bad customer service and will not go back there.

Horrible customer service, theyre jewelry is cheap and unauthentic. Employees try to rig the system by typing in incorrect name and phone number so you cant exchange, nor return items in efforts to keep their commission. Never shopping there again.
