I had the best experience with Dre to get my forest mushroom shoulder tattoo done that Ive been envisioning for a couple years now. Dre did a great job taking my ideas and drawing a design that fit the space and took all my ideas and combined cohesively. Theyre also very easy going and felt more light-handed than other artists Ive gone to in the past. Would definitely recommend!!

I had a great experience getting tattooed by Dre! They really allow for conversation about the design until its exactly what youre imagining. I got one of their animal designs, but wanted a bit of customization and they were super flexible. It was really easy setting up an appointment with them, and there are plenty of communication options based on what youd prefer.

Dre did a cover up on an old tattoo that I never really loved. They were extremely professional to work with, asking what I was hoping for and creating an absolutely gorgeous piece that I couldn’t be happier with. You know how when you read a one star review and the angry reviewer is like “I’d give zero stars if I could”? Well this is a five star review, but I’d give six stars if I could. Dre is awesome! They do great work for a very fair rate. They’re always willing to work with me to make sure my tattoo is exactly as I want it. They also always provide a safe environment for all clients and make sure everyone feels as comfortable as possible. They’re great to chat with throughout (though I’m sure they’ll be fine if you wanted to keep to yourself if you’re not a talker). On top of that they have a large flash portfolio that they update regularly with plenty of variety to choose from. If you don’t know exactly what you want to get done, you can always look through their portfolio. Highly recommend!

Got tattoos with a few friends as part of a birthday party and it was an amazing experience! Dre, the tattoo artist, is very friendly and took good care of us (making sure we were comfortable, asking if we want anything to drink, etc). The tattoo itself turned out beautiful and was exactly what I envisioned. Overall a great time and I will definitely be coming back for another tattoo!

Dre is an amazing tattoo artist and a very talented artist. Dre provided my 3rd tattoo experience, and it was by far the best. I was completely comfortable, the space was clean, and Dre was very chill and easy to chat with as they were working. I also liked how we were able to talk through together placement, size, and color options of what I wanted (my own design that had meaning to memorialize an event in my life). I have referred a number of friends and associates to Dre for tattoos and for art and design work; and I plan to make the trip (about an hour from where I live) for all of my future tattoos.

Dre helped me memorialize my childhood cat in the form of a wonderful tattoo, and I cant ever thank them enough for that. They were extremely thorough in the workshopping process, using reference images and making sure I was involved every step of the way to ensure I got the exact memorial I wanted. I’ve known Dre since 2018. You may not care about that but you should, so I’m putting it in this review. It’s important because I saw them develop as an artist. I already knew Dre was immensely talented as an illustrator, and it was inspiring to see them run with that and essentially be self-taught in how to ink people’s bodies.I never thought I would want to get tatted, but I like to say now I just didn’t know myself well enough then. I couldn’t come up with anything I would want permanently displayed on my skin. Whatever I chose had to mean something; it had to be important to me. And I think I also needed to feel comfortable around whoever was going to stamp me for life. Enter Dre. We’d been friends for a few years by the time they gave me my first tattoo in 2021, less than a week after a rough breakup. Now, I have four and am planning at least two more (give me some time friend, I’m getting my money up). I haven’t gone to any other artists in the area, and I don’t need to in order to confidently tell you that getting tattooed by Dre is something you should do at least once, or if you wanna be cool like me, at least four times. Their energy and expertise combine to give you a consummate experience. Don’t wait. Don’t overthink. Just do it.

Clean and welcoming shop, and Dre was great at setting up expectations for this piece, working with me on placement and ideas for shading, and checking in throughout the process when I needed a break or had a question. This was my biggest piece to date, and one of their original designs. Healed beautifully.

Before I went to this artist I looked at the reviews and saw all 5 stars and everyone that was satisfied with their tattoos. I will be the one to put out the disclaimer that we were told if we put out a good review you would get 10% off the price of the tattoo. So who knows how reliable the reviews are. The line work on my tattoo is uneven and there are spots where the artist went too deep causing me to bleed quite a bit. I have to go and hopefully get it fixed by another artist. I hope others have a better experience.

I worked with Dre for about 5 years through the LGBT Center of Central PA. Each year, they designed the artwork for our annual gala, providing a base design in line with the event theme and our requests, and then specific versions of that sized for postcards, Facebook and Instagram posts, and modular segments that we could use as we wished. They were always easy to work with, detail-oriented, and delivered excellent quality designs that were affordable and on-time! I would highly recommend working with Dre for any of your graphic design needs.

This was my first tattoo. Dre was very welcoming and explained the process. Everything was sanitized and cleaned between each person, which added extra reassurance! We did the tattoo party pack which was a fun to do with a group of friends.

Dre designed a tattoo of my husbands favorite birds, the bluebird! I absolutely love it! Dre’s artistic talents are endless, & they obviously keep the wishes of their client foremost in their creations.
