Do not get your ears pierced here! My daughter got her third piercing here about 5 months ago. We got what we thought were the hypoallergenic studs. She kept them clean and rotated them like she was instructed. She took her earring out today(5 months later) and her ear is severely infected. The doctors office recommended going to a tattoo shop for all piercings. Definitely will not ever refer anyone to get a piercing done at Claire’s.

Am a senior citizen & Im never treated as nice as the teenagers that come in. Manager wont even give me a glance. Totally ignores me, but will quickly tell young people of any good store deals. I guess I feel we ALL should be treated nice, but o well. U get used to it.

Fun, fun, FUN!!!! I just love to walk around this shop and browse all the cute and cool items!! And the prices are fab...they always seem to have the promotion buy three get three free, and it was so convenient for my Christmas shopping!!!

This place is so disgustingly rude. they informed me i wasn’t able to return an item because they manually typed it in as free when i had no idea and it wasn’t apart of the promotion. now i cannot return it and they won’t do anything about it even though it was the lady’s fault that rang my items up incorrectly because they’ll lose money even though it’s the companies fault, NOT mine.
