Jami took a 13 year old tattoo that made me want to hide my back, covered it up, and transformed it into something so beautiful that I will love my whole life.Please note that the red in the photo is skin irritation as the photos were taken right after finishing and my skin is really sensitive lmao.I was super impressed at how quickly and precisely she worked, even though she was dealing with my back swelling up and getting irritated. That had to be hard.Im so fricken happy with how my back turned out!!!Thank you so much

Jamie has a great shop and she did an amazing job on my tattoo! I was amazed at how quickly she works, but it is extremely precise!!! I HIGHLY recommend her. I specifically like how she orders the best colors (even some are out of country) as well as how she uses that amazing tattoo bandage membrane afterwards!

Lowell pierced my friends lobes and my helix and he was extremely knowledgeable and answered all of our annoying questions. It was clean and quick and we’re so happy with our piercings!

Walked n to see about getting some flares inserted. Wayne(?) was great and tried for several minutes but couldnt insert them, they had been out so long. So we talked about it and decided I just needed to wear a smaller size for a while. So he found a set of plugs and inserted them. Only charged me for the plugs. We probably went through a case of wipes trying to get the flares in my ear. Now, everything fits! Not to mention a wide variety of jewelry in stock.

Brilliant. Knowledgeable, professional. Not that I’d set the bar high having had my septum pierced the first time in college at the corner tattoo/piercing dive next to the university, but this time around getting it re-pierced has been an infinitely better experience, particularly in terms of cleaning and healing, thanks to much better after care instructions.

Had such a great experience with Jami!! She did such a awesome job on my tattoo. I have had so many compliments on it!! Not only that but she has done work for my friends, my mother, and my wife as well! All which turned out so awesome! Both her and Lowell are very professional and friendly. Ive had mixed experiences here. Ive gotten 3 different piercings (helix, then navel, then nostril) and had 3 very different healing experiences. My helix healed beautifully and without an issue, it was a great experience and made me want to come back. My navel piercing rejected fairly quickly but it was also the second time it had been pierced so Ive tabbed that one up to my body just not tolerating that specific piercing. My nose piercing has been a nightmare to heal. Lowell has always been professional and polite with me, but this piercing was not well done. I had to go to a separate shop in between semesters of school to get the jewelry changed because the l-shaped bar he used in my nose was so long and sharp that it was shredding the inside of my nose. I have a permanent ring of scar tissue where it sat. I recently pulled the gem out of the jewelry I switched to and couldnt get the stud back in by myself. I went to a different ship to get help and she explained that while it sits great on my face from the outside, the piercing is slightly crooked and also way too high up internally.

Lowell is the freaking best! He took the time and energy to make my piercing experience the best it could be. He was was accommodating and answered all questions. The environment was clean and comfortable and very relaxed. Lowell is a funny and kind piercer who is dedicated to his craft and giving his customers the best possible experience they have the minute they walk in the door. You rock!

The artists are amazing. I will not go anywhere else for my piercings or tattoos!! Lowell is amazing. He has done quite a few of my piercings and my daughters. Jami is awesome and her work is amazing. I would recommend both of them to anyone I know with confidence!!!

I got my conch piercing done here, and Lowell was so amazing. I hadnt been pierced in about six or seven years, so I had forgotten the process, but he walked me through everything very well and made sure that I was comfortable. I got lightheaded and nauseous after it was done (that feeling is incredibly new for me), and he got me water and made sure that I was feeling okay before I left! Absolutely amazing staff and I will for sure go back again!

I had a great experience here! I went in to get my septum pierced, and was pleasantly surprised by the measures that they took to keep things sanitary during the pandemic. My piercer Lowell made me feel very comfortable and was great to chat with. I will definitely be back for any future piercings!

LOVE this shop! Jami is absolutely amazing to work with - she cares greatly about her customer and the work she puts on them, making sure it will be a piece that you enjoy for the rest of your life. She has such an amazing touch which makes the heal time that must better! I have over 30 hours in with Jami and I could not be more happy with her as an artist and tattooer! I will return - many, many more times!!!!The shop has always been clean and welcoming every time I visit!I have not been pierced by Lowell, but I have watched him work and he is very meticulous and does a fantastic job! I would defiantly use him for any piercing I may want done and would take my own child to him when she is ready for a piercing (ears). I trust in his work and know that he will do the best job possible!

Lowell was very patient, caring, and kind while piercing my teen’s ears. Mega professional, did a killer job with the ear piercing and my nose piercing. I highly recommend seeing him for your piercings, I’ll for sure be back!

I did a walk in to get my septum peirced and Lowell was amazing! He made sure to talk me through the procedure, made sure I knew my after care procedures before the peircing, and he restated the after care procedure and made sure I got what I needed to care for my new peircing afterwards. On top of it I think he did a pretty perfect job on the peircing! I have had my nose broken before, and the peircing is still centered and symetrical! And thanks again Lowell for wiping all of my tears away lol.

My friend and I went in today to get our noses pierced. First of all, the atmosphere was awesome - it was bright, clean and uniquely decorated (in a good way). It was not at all the typical tattoo/piercing parlor ambiance, which we so appreciated. All of the staff were so incredibly nice and personable...and funny. We laughed a lot. Lowell did our piercings and he was AWESOME. He did an incredible job talking us through the entire process and made it as painless as possible. It honestly couldnt have been a better experience.

Absolutely incredible establishment. The building smells and looks so clean every time I come in. Staff is always attentive and helpful. I’ve been going here now to get 20 different piercings done by Lowell, and plenty of tattoos (including an entire arm sleeve) by Jami. I’ve never a botched tattoo or piercing and they’re always there to help me when I have questions. One time, I was having considerable swelling in my lip piercing and I needed a bar one size up to help with the swelling, however it was a Sunday and the shop was closed. I messaged the shop and Jami was able to have me swing by the shop and replace the jewelry for me to help alleviate the swelling and pain. If I could give this shop a 10 stars I would. They go above and beyond with customer service and I absolutely recommend them to everyone.

I felt this place was highly professional! Lowell took my walk in for my nose peircing and sisters belly button, and was in and out with both of us getting a peircing from him! He told me what he was doing after each step and I felt pretty comfortable even tho it was painful since its my first one ever except my ears 😂

I was absolutely nervous about my first real piercing (with a needle), but it was quick. It hurt (obviously), but it wasnt as painful as I was expecting it to be. Lowell ensured I was comfortable before starting the process, then he went over everything (process and aftercare). The process was quick, he was very professional.

I really love this shop! Very bright and clean, with a great selection of high quality hard-to-find jewelry. Besides being a very talented tattoo artist and piercer, Jami has always been nice, knowledgeable, and professional and willing to help out with any questions or concerns, including ordering custom jewelry. She is great to work with on ideas for tattoos, and is very realistic on time and prices. The other regular artists in the shop are also talented and make the environment comfortable and fun to be in. Love the guest artists that visit, and all the art displayed. Overall a wonderful shop for tattoos and piercings, happy to go back as often as I can.

I needed a retainer for my septum piercing. I was thinking I would get a horseshoe and just flip it, but my septum is a 6g and no other shop in town had a 6g horseshoe. Luckily, Tattoo Sindicate had one. Unluckily, it was too big to flip. Fella at the counter suggested a tunnel instead of a ring and I felt foolish that I didnt think of that myself! The tunnel was a MUCH more appropriate choice. Appreciate yall so much! Recommending all my friends to your shop

Lowell was awesome!! Got my nose done today! I was a bit nerves. He laughed & joked w me & we got it done. I made a lil noise as he pierced it, wasn’t what I expected but was a difference experience for me lol wasn’t bad. I’m lil swollen & sore as expected. But my experience was great, will do again & will let people no he’s great. Lots already no that but I’ll help get the word out. Thank You so much Lowell, your awesome

They did my navel a couple years back and I love it, still have it. My friend went through a couple days ago and they were still as awesome as when I went. Great service, friendly staff and quality care throughout

I can’t speak to their tattoo or piercings themselves. But...this is a Terrible place for piercing jewelry. They do not stand by their overpriced jewelry. Do not go here. Service has something left to be desired too, lots of condescension. Previously I had a push-pin bar bell in my rook for over 5 YEARS. Never had a single problem with it, never fell out. I have 8 piercings so I’m no newbie by any means...out of all the shops I’ve been to, I have never been treated like this before.I had this shop change my piercing and the gem/push pin end of the bar bell fell out within a few days, after barely itching/touching my ear. When I called for help and asked for a replacement piece and for them to look if it was defective, I was snapped at quickly and Rudely, “No. No exchanges or refunds. That’s it.” When I explained that I have plenty experience with how to handle jewelry...it was made to be MY FAULT and that I touched my ear wrong or itched it too aggressively. Um what? No. Haha again I’ve had the other jewelry for FIVE YEARS...guaranteed I have itched my ear in the past. He then went on to tell me it was my fault because I hadn’t done daily jewelry checks. Cool story bro. Thanks for nothing.I’ve since heard stories from many others saying that the staff, specifically one individual, was rude to them and they had terrible experiences too and would never go back. Go here at your own risk.I since have went to New Image Ink, and it’s night and day of service. They were more than willing to help me out, had a good selection of jewelry, and guarantee their products. I was told if anything happened with this one, come back in and they would replace it or help me fix it. They stand by their service and their products....what a concept! Highly recommend new image for Jewelry and top notch service. Will never go back to tattoo syndicate.

Very professional no-nonsense shop! Love the atmosphere and accommodations they provide. The artwork I’ve received turned out Amazinv! Their jewelry is the ONLY type I’ve found that doesn’t cause any reactions (I’m highly allergic to many metals) the high quality is definitely worth the price.

Went to go see them on Monday. They were closed. Went in on Tuesday. They were closed for hunting. Went in on Thursday. Closed for Halloween. ARE THESE PEOPLE EVER OPEN????UPDATE: Went to New Image Ink Studio and they were pleasant, store was open (thank god, no driving back and forth just to see if they’d actually be there) and fairly priced. They even told me that if my jewelry ever breaks they’d replace it. Incredible service! Definitely would recommend 😊

Loved my experience here! Im very sceptical of getting work done in helena because the first tattoo I got was a very simple piece that did not turn out good, but Tim did an awesome job on my scorpion! Think I found my new artist🤗

Tried to get a hold of the woman who did my tattoo - Melissa - three separate times for touch ups that she said I could get. Three different ways of communicating. Not a single returned call.

I loved it I got a nose stud piercing for my 18th birthday the guy that did my nose was absolutely amazing not sure on tattoos yet but I would totally go back I know it’s late on this but I love my piercing and would go back 🙂

I went in to get a helix peircing and have my lobe peircings opened up (hadnt worn jewelry in them for a year) and they did an amazing job.
