Paul was very patient with my friend and I. We were both getting the same tattoo but styling it a bit differently. He listened to what we both wanted, and we are completely satisfied. He did great work, and the price was fair. If I didnt live out of state I would definitely visit his shop more often.

Paul was amazing! He tattooed me and two of my friends. I’m from Wisconsin and his work was some of the best I’ve ever seen or had done. I’ve got about 7 other tattoos and this one is by far the best one I’ve got. I honestly wish I lived in Montana just for his art work and tattooing abilities.

Paul did a beautiful mandala tattoo on my hand. Clean, spacious, well styled shop, easy going chairside manner, excellent line work, reasonable pricing, quick and professional work all around. Best of all, I barely felt a thing in areas that are usually very painful! 😉 Ill def be back for more and am confident in giving him and this shop high praise and recommending them for high grade tattoos.

We had a tattoo planned out for over a week for my husband’s Christmas present while we were in town seeing family. I asked to see the stencil multiple times and he agreed and then never sent it. The day of he cancels my appointment with no offer of rescheduling. Awful communication. Extremely unreliable and unprofessional. Borderline ruined our Christmas. 0/10 recommended wasting your time.

Paul is an amazing guy. i met him through my husband and we get work done by him frequently. his prices are fair and top notch quality as well, the place is clean and overall awesome atmosphere. paul cares for each piece he does and i couldn’t recommend him enough!

Paul does phenomenal work as I’ve been coming to him for 5+ years and he’s done the majority of my tattoos. When it comes to scheduling appointments I would say good luck to you. I’ve tried to set up an appointment that is mutually suitable even offering to pay more to book an all day session to get everything done in one go, and nothing. I’ve emailed, called, texted, messaged him on fb as well as the shop(messages are read and not responded to), and I’ve tried to come into the shop on several occasions(no one is ever there, doors are locked, no one answers, etc. even during business hours) over the last year.Additionally, when I do manage to schedule an appointment I’d say the last better part of 4+ appointments have been canceled (some even as I am making the drive to the appointment) for various reasons on his part and never rescheduled. To my knowledge I am a good client, always show up, pay accordingly, and there have never been any issues until this point within the past year or so. I have several unfinished tattoos he’s started as well as time owed on his part that he’s applied for the ‘trouble’ and would love to get them finished, but honestly, it has become a joke to do so. I think the shop would definitely benefit from a receptionist of some kind to do booking because WOW.I have voiced these issues with no response previously. I understand the difficulties that come with running a business and him having other clientele, things happen, we all have personal lives outside of work, great, but it gets to a point where you run out of excuses. This is definitely not a method I’d recommend for trying to run a business or maintain a return client base. Professionalism, customer service, and overall communication is absent when it comes to booking process. Overall, I’d hoped this review wouldn’t become necessary and the problems would be resolved, but no such luck. I just hope this is an issue he’s eventually able to resolve for his own benefit!

Paul came highly recommended to me by a friend as being kind, skilled and professional. I was excited when he had an opening on the date I request for me and my husband. On the date of the appointment he messaged me that he would need to cancel and reschedule for the next few days when he could get me in. He never contacted me to reschedule and has since stopped responding to my messages. I’m trying to get my deposit back. Very disappointed at my experience as I had heard good things about him.

Paul is very professional, talented, light handed artist. The studio is clean. I love both tattoos he has done.Ive also bought gift certificates for my daughter and Husband and they also love his work. He is prompt and doesnt waste time.

I love this tattoo shop, they are professional, clean, kind, and very personable. This was my second tattoo I’ve had done, and my first big one, the first was done at a different shop by a different artist and while that artist was pretty good, Paul is amazing! I gave him an idea of what I wanted and he came up with a design that was better than I could of imagined! We talked about my tattoo and went over everything beforehand and he made sure I was happy, so when I came in to get my tattoo done I was ready and excited! While we were doing my tattoo I was a little nervous still and he put me at ease. After my tattoo was finished and in the process of healing (still is) I must of asked him at least twenty questions, because it healed differently than my last one and he answered all of them, making sure I wasn’t stressing or freaking out for no reason. I am constantly getting compliments on my tattoo and hearing how pretty it is, I highly recommend this shop and Paul! I plan on continuing to get more tattoos and I’ll definitely be going to him!Thanks Paul for my amazing piece of art I love it so much!!

Paul does an amazing job! He is always striving to do his best in everything he does. Very understanding and willing to work with people! Couldn’t ask for better and would highly recommend!

Ive gotten 4 tattoos from Paul in the last month and a half and he does a great job. Its a very relaxing and calm environment to get some ink done. He also has very reasonable prices. Ive got all my tattoos done on this shop and I refuse to go anywhere else. They make my visions a reality. And I never feel like im being over priced. I feel theyre very responsible with prices and super professional. And very clean! I have tattoos from them that I got 3 years ago and they still look like they just walked out of the shop. This is probably the cleanest studio Ive ever been to. Paul does an amazing job with his work and he prides himself on perfection. Veto has done most of my piercings and has the same high quality as Paul. I recommend the studio to anyone that asks me where they should go.

I needed a cover up done. The old tattoo had thick line work. The cover up needed mad detail and creativity. Paul exceeded my expectations. He is easy to communicate with and pays attention to what the customer wants.Right now, My husband is getting a Bear (that he drew himself) Its on point for sure...I WONT be going to anyone else from now on!! He is booked out for a month or so, if you want an amazing tattoo schedule A.S.A.P.

I highly recommend Paul Hewitt for a tattoo artist . I been going here four years continuously. It’s a friendly environment clean sanitary and above any shop I’ve been to in the past before finding Paul !! You rock it Paul I appreciate everything!! Also veto did my piercing !! I tried to schedule a cover up tattoo with Paul. I had to follow up an unnecessary amount of times because he didnt answer my emails for days or weeks. He also didnt seem to care to take two seconds to look back at our conversation thread to read what I wanted. When Paul didnt answer an email to confirm my appointment, I canceled. He responded immediately to my cancelation email very defensive about his art but, he said he would refund my deposit. However, I only received my deposit only after two weeks of trying to get ahold of Paul and a complaint to the Better Business Bearau. Its good that Paul is passionate about his art. But, since I was getting a cover up of a tattoo that I was already self-conscious about, itd be nice to feel like the artist listened to me since it is me who would wear the art forever. Not Paul or his ego.

I absolutely loved my experience with Vito!he is AMAZING!!!!!!! I would highly recommend him to anyone. he is a perfectionist, highly skilled,has so much talent and can do any and all styles of beautiful work. Vito truly is a brilliant artest! you will love any tatoo he does on you! ........and he doesnt over charge!

Veto did a memorial piece for me. I was worried about finding someone capable of getting the details right, but he did a beautiful job.I hadnt gotten a new tattoo in almost 20 years so I was a little nervous.But the first time I sat down to talk about the piece with him I knew he was the right one for the job.Highly recommend him

I have yet to visit this tattoo shop but Paul will definitely be doing my next tattoo. He is a super nice, respectable guy and is extremely talented in what he does. I look forward to getting some work done with him!!

The girl who said they “can’t do straight lines” and that “they fall asleep” during tattoos was a costumer that was mad they couldn’t fit her in their schedule that same day. She LIED. Paul and Veto are the best!! Paul did my sleeve and it’s perfect, I get so many compliments on it daily! Straight lines, they’ve even fixed some of my tattoos that weren’t straight.

Had a memorial piece done from Vito a couple months ago. Color is still poppin and healed great!I love this shop for its cleanliness and how these guys can be both personal and/or professional where needed.Definitely will be back for more.

Veto took a dermal out for me. He was so kind and did such a fantastic job, I dont even have a scar from getting it out! I cant wait to get tattooed by him! Their shop does amazing artwork!!

Clean and polite, good work but good luck with getting in touch with them. Ive been trying for months to get in for a touch up. Got a hold of him once and he said hed look st ehat hes got available but never heard back from him.

Veto has done 3 of my piercings and has always been professional, clean, and quick to schedule. Replies fast to any questions or concerns and is confident in his abilities. I won’t go anywhere else.

Compared to others, they have the most beautiful tattoos of flowers I have EVER seen and I intend to go see you guys more often cause this is great place! Really nice calm people, got wonderfully welcomed, felt safe and calm, which makes a huge impression in my books! Keep up the great works my dudes!

Pauly talks with me on what colors work better with each other. Also on what skin receives what colors better. I give Paul my idea and his artistic mind fills in the blanks. I like how they respect the art of tattooing. They make sure not only will I be satisfied with my ink. But also helped me finalized what I wanted. I have a brain injury from iraq. Pauly is helping me finish my dreams for my tattoos.

If I could give Shirley more stars than 5 I would. Not only was she able to fit two apts in the next day, but she was able to take my husband and Is idea with the image we had and custom made it for us.
