We were 2 walk-ins. Luckily they had a few moments to fit us in.Their patience, knowledge and professionalism was very comforting for two Canadians with high nerves trying to make a memory.Troll had confidence and a calmness that added to the ease of the experience.Casey, even tho she was apprenticing, was quietly confident.Both did a fantastic job for something so last minute and close closing time.The whole was experience was appreciated and memories were made.

The shop is clean, well-lit, and comfortable. The staff are welcoming and enthusiastic. They are just as excited about your tattoo as you are! Jamie is my go-to artist for her ability to take simple designs to a new level.

The reason I gave you one star is because I called the day before my birthday and asked if you could do a walk in for me that would take about 15 minutes max. The lady I spoke to was very friendly and told me to come in the following day and said she would do it for me. I came in the next day and the woman working told me that u dont do walk ins and she has no idea who I spoke to or what I was talking about in a very condescending way like I was trying to manipulate her into giving me a tattoo. Very poor communication of your staff. She didnt make an effort to find out who I spoke to or inquire about my tattoo. To me it was lazy and arrogant. By the way there was no way for me to reply to your previous rebuttal so I just decided to give u another one star on my different email ✌

Awesome people with quality talent all around! Have a few pieces from Jeromy and many more to come in the future. Highly recommend. 😊

This is the by far the best tattoo shop in Helena. Not only are the artists welcoming, patient, talented people but they are professional and the shop is clean and cozy. I am working with Troll on a piece currently & his sense of authenticity and genuine appreciation for body art is impressive. My first session was a long one, and he made sure I was comfortable the entire time. You will not regret going here. These are solid tattoo artists who don’t act pretentious when you walk into their shop.

Very clean shop. Ive only worked with 2 artists here (Jeromy and Troll) and they are both very professional and artists in their craft.

I have had Troll do afew pieces for me, including a cover up that was amazing and afew original pieces. Great Dude. I am already on the books for my next session. Give them a look for sure thier style may be just what you were looking for.
