I highly recommend East Coast Laser Tattoo Removal! I am on my final few sessions to remove a small tattoo on my spine and have seen great results. The owner is kind, knowledgeable, and offers fair and transparent pricing.

The owner is knowledgeable and patient! He’s been in business for a decade and he wants to make SURE his patients are informed before they have removal. He explains the process in GREAT detail and he’s also very kind. The process wasn’t as painful as I’d thought and I’m so glad I found this place! I got 2 small tattoos treated and I’ll be back for my next sessions eager for progress. Definitely go here if you’re thinking of getting anything removed!

I’m giving this two stars only because the owner is a nice, friendly man. And I’m a nice person. But clearly I’m unhappy with the service I received. I’m here to warn any people of color from going here. I had a wrist tattoo removed (was quoted at 8 sessions at $100 a pop. It ended up taking about 15 and like a year and a half. I lost count. He did stop charging me after I mentioned we were on the 9th session.)The biggest issue is the hyperpigmentation I’ve experienced. My skin started turning white around session 5 or 6. I was told that it was normal and would come back.I had to stop my sessions with him because I moved to another state. I went to a dermatologist to ask about the hyperpigmentation and was immediately told that the color was never coming back. It might work for Caucasian skin, but the lasers used had permanently damaged my melanated skin.So. This is a caution for people of color: Find a technician who is adept at treating melanated skin. This is not the place for you unless you want the color fried out of your skin.

From the first visit Chuck was absolutely great! He’s very professional, explains the entire process and makes sure you are 100% comfortable. Plus the prices are affordable, which is a nice bonus! The whole establishment is a very clean and welcoming environment. Overall, I’d definitely recommend this business to everyone who needs their tattoo removed, wants quality service and great prices!

I am so grateful to have found East Coast! I am getting a dark, colored and rather large tattoo removed from my forearm. I noticed a difference after the very first session. I was very well informed about the entire process and what to expect. On top of that the customer service is absolutely amazing and they even give you a care package after every session. Amazing experience! I was able to schedule my free consultation at the perfect time for my schedule. I arrived and found the place easy to find (and great parking!). The office is very clean and inviting. I met with him within 10 minutes. He took all my pertinent information and went over exactly what the process is and why certain things are done certain ways. He took a look at my tattoo and let me know about how many treatments it would take. He answered every one of my questions. It was down to earth (my favorite kind of appointment). I agreed to the tattoo removal and he was able to do my first session right then! It was quick, nearly painless (especially compared to receiving the tattoo), and reasonably priced. He provided aftercare instructions and supplies. I made my next appointment before leaving and will absolutelybe recommending this place to others!

I only wish I found this place sooner! The office is clean, the owner Chuck is professional and super friendly, and the removal process itself is not painful at all. Ive completed two sessions so far and have had a great experience each time. They make sure that you understand the entire process before starting the treatments and that youre comfortable while youre getting the removal done. I had my first treatment the other day and I felt so welcomed and comfortable. I was nervous to go for so long because you hear horror stories about the tattoo removal process. I was given all the information and procedures up front before having to agree to a treatment. I went ahead and had my first session and it was not nearly as bad as I thought it was going to be. I have a small tattoo, about 2-3 inches and the session was done in about 30 seconds. He numbs the area with cold air while he lasers the tattoo. The pain resembles small shocks but its over so quickly. He estimated about 9 sessions- hoping it can be slightly sooner than that, and the price is reasonable I feel like, especially since you have to wait 6 weeks in between. So there is time to save up for each. I am looking forward to my upcoming results.

I had my first session here today and it was almost completely painless. The cryo machine they use is so numbing and he makes sure you know everything thats going on the entire time, and makes sure you are comfortable. Its very affordable, extremely clean and professional. I have had tattoo removal at other facilities, in other states, and non of them even come close to my experience here. I am in the process of getting a tattoo removed from my stomach right above my belly button and I must say I am really pleased with the results and the service I have received. Every time I have come here to get a session done for my tattoo, I leave feeling very satisfied with my results. They are knowledgeable, and explain in depth how the removal will work each time. They also provide a free consultation on how many sessions the tattoo will take to remove. A complimentary bag with all the aftercare for the process (gauze and neosporin) is provided after every session, along with a cold water bottle. Excellent customer service and I would recommend them to anyone looking to remove a tattoo or even any minor mistakes on a tattoo, like blowout. 11/10!

Super professional and knowledgeable staff. Definite results. My original consultation made claim that the tattoo would be gone in 9 treatments. Just had my 7th. It will likely only take one more. The cost is cheaper than I originally thought. Treatments are every 7 weeks or so. The cost was spread out over a whole year. You pay as you go. No contracts...no hidden fees. Wish I would have done this a long time ago. I would recommend no one else than Chuck at East Coast laser tattoo removal. Chuck is a honest guy and does fantastic work.

Went to East Coast yesterday for the first time. I do ink design and love my tattoos, just had a piece that didnt fit. THIS PLACE IS AMAZING. They are quick, professional, friendly, and super respectful. I had a great experience and they are comparatively SO inexpensive. And for all the hype about the pain, it was easy as can be! I am in the process of getting a tattoo removed from my lower arm so it doesnt extend past my dress shirt while I am at work. The tattoo was professionally done with a very thick outline and dark shading. I am impressed with how much lighter it is after 4 treatments; I no longer worry about my sleeve riding up my arm and people seeing whats hidden under my shirt. They are open on weekends and have amazing customer service- they welcome me by name every time I walk in the door. In addition to excellent service, you will not find a better deal in the area. I came to chuck extremely anxious about the tattoo removal process not sure what to expect I read reviews and the reviews were good. Everyone skin type is different I started my treatment removal September 2016 my tattoo removal is on my neck the ink faded away with a very little red and green ink left, but my skin is damaged significantly. I had 8/10 treatments and stopped after treatment 8 I have so much hypo and hyperpigmention to where it look worst than when I had the tattoo. Everyone I consult with says give it time and which I have my last treatment was January 2018 and it’s still little to no changes...I’m not sure where my treatment removal went wrong but it hasn’t been a good experience now I’m left to look for another option to get my skin back to as normal as possible. Chuck is very nice and patient but my expectations were not met!

The pain is no worse than getting the tattoo (same or less). There isnt bleeding or all the horrors you may have seen. It is WAY more inexpensive than I ever thought it might be....I wish I had looked into it earlier. IT WORKS. I really appreciate the medical setting and professionlism.
