Three Sieves Tattoo

My experience with David and 3 Sieves Tattoo was excellent. He starts all of his tattoos by having you email him your ideas which he then follows up with a phone or in-person consultation. After a brief phone call discussing what I wanted he told me his rate and the estimated time to finish the piece. The best part for me is that he has both Saturday and Sunday appointments available and I scheduled my tattoo on a Sunday. David went above and beyond my expectations. He is a great artist and my tattoo came out better than I ever imagined. I found him very easy to talk to during my appointment. The environment was private, clean and professional. This is his studio and it’s was a great one on one experience. David’s ability to tattoo colors and shades is exceptional.

I found Three Sieves Tattoo on Instagram, and I’m so glad I booked an appointment. They are very communicative and friendly. This was my first tattoo and David, among other staff, made me feel comfortable and informed about the process. The tattoo is incredibly and so happy I chose to go with them. I will definitely be getting more Tattoos from David and Three Sieves Tattoo in the near future.

I’ve been meaning to hop on here and say how happy I am with the tattoo I got here! David put his all into giving me a great looking tattoo, and I get compliments all the time as a result. I’ll definitely go back when I’m ready for the next one and I highly recommend Three Sieves! David and his wife, Genie, were kind, friendly, and professional.

This was my 5th tattoo and my first time going to Three Sieves. Definitely my favorite experience yet! Both David & Genie were so kind and welcoming and put me right at ease. And I couldnt be happier with the tattoo itself! It exceeded all my expectations and at the same time is exactly what I wanted. The entire process was very clean, very pleasant, and executed with a high level of expertise. Cant recommend this shop enough!! If you want a tattoo in Richmond this is the place.

Went for the friday the 13th deal and david was amazing, tattoo is super great quality and line works is neat, i would definitely recommend david and the shop!!!

It was a very easy experience from registering to booking appointment to getting the tattoo done.The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. They explained everything in detail and also made me understand the after care very well. I’ll recommend anyone near Virginia to try them out they are awesome

Hands down the best experience I have ever had with a tattoo/shop. I’d give more than 5 stars if I could. David did/does amazing work. His attention to detail is second to none. He listened to what I envisioned and nailed on the first draw. He wasn’t rough and he is very easy to communicate with. Genie was an awesome person and made the whole appointment consultation, setup very smooth. I would highly recommend anyone looking for a tattoo to check out this place. David is so knowledgeable and laid back and just fun to talk to. His shop is impeccably clean, everything he does is extremely professional and well thought out. I’ve been working on a full color sleeve with him and it dosent even look real because the color work is so incredible. 10/10 recommend

I sent a last minute request in the off chance that they may have some walk in availability for a tattoo that was super important to me. Not only were they extremely responsive, but they also managed to get me in and did a phenomenal job! The shop was clean, the staff was welcoming, and the work was beautiful! Got a tattoo from his fri 13th flash tattoo sheet and he did an amazing job ! He busted it out in like 15 min and the tattoo is clean as hell. Will definitely be coming back

I got a cover up piece done by David after seeing his work on Facebook. The whole experience was great. He was prepared when I arrived for the appointment, no last minute sketching or Ill just draw it on you stuff. He had a digital version of the tattoo on me already done up and the stencil was printed. It took less time and cash than I had expected and when it was all over where I once had a tattoo that I really didnt like I now have an incredible piece of art. I will definitely be returning.

If you are looking for a tattoo in the Richmond area, I hope you take my advice and check this place out. David was able to get me in earlier than anticipated due to a cancellation which was greatly appreciated. The tattoo is incredibly detailed and was done very professionally. David is the cleanest tattoo artist I’ve been to he cares about safety and bacteria which is very important in today’s world. I’ll be going to David for the next couple Tattoos I have in mind now that I have an artist I can trust.David, thank you sir. I’d highly recommend coming here to get work done. David is amazing at what he does and he makes the appointment very laid back and easy going. He’s very detailed with his work and the environment is very clean which is a huge positive. Genie is very polite and responded fast to my inquiry and was able to get me in right away.
