Borh Cassidy Murri and Page Martin were beyond awesome today! I needed new guages for my already pierced ears. Not only were they kind, but patient and knowledgeable. I will definitely come back again for their services.

Wonderful experience. The store manager, Cassidy, took excellent care while trying to find different sizes for each set. Impressively knowledgeable about her craft with great advice on how to take care of my purchases. The kiosk was neat and organized that made it easy to sort through the different sections to find the right style/size. She was so patient with me while I went back and forth to what I wanted. She was so friendly and engaging it felt like I was getting advice from a trusted friend. I highly recommend Hickory Banter and I couldn’t recommend Cassidy enough.

Got my girls ears pierced. Very disappointed. One side was further out and the other too close on both my girls. Nice jewelry and price is not bad. Just bad experience with piercing. I did go back and asked if they can redo it if I take it out and let it heal in which they were willing to do. BUT now I’m trying to convince myself to believe that it’ll be a better experience IF we do happen to go back and get it redone..

Took my daughter there to have her ears pierced as they had multiple associates working and could do both ears at the same time. One of the girls apparently didn’t know what she was doing, the gun got stuck, she stood there jiggling it until the other associate stepped in and fixed it. Horrible experience to have my daughter crying and have to hold her still while the employee clearly didn’t know how to handle the problem. Thankful for the other woman who was wonderful and was able to fix it quickly. They need better training before letting all employees start piercing!

Awful experience was ignored when I was standing at the counter. I went to buy a ring was told I couldnt buy anything because I wasnt wearing a mask. I have panic attacks and while wearing a mask was told not to wear a mask from my Dr because it could make the attack worse. Told the lady I couldnt wear a mask due to this reason told me she couldnt take my business.. I guess my $ isnt good enough. Never shopping here again

Istg i just got my ear pierced and i was using the stuff 5 time a day. literally its swollen and sore i think it was the jewelery i always usually pierce my own and i know how to take them out early and put new jewelery ever since i changed my jewelary the swolen has gone down and everything still making me dizzy but its good. But be careful idk why its infected im guessing the type of jewelery they put in

Purchased a ring on 8-28-20 right before closing time and told the guy I intended to return first thing in the morning to purchase a specific piece. I have been back twice only to find they are temporarily closed. Really, guy?
