I had a great experience. I went in for a consultation to get an old tattoo removed, I had an appointment time of 1:30, by 1:35 I was in the exam room and Travis was explaining the whole process to me.I ended up doing my first session! Being able to walk in, discuss the procedure, and starting it in one visit means a lot to me.The girls at the front desk were very friendly and helpful and the payment was very reasonable.ThanksMichael

Dr. Travis has an infectious personality. He is very knowledgeable and he really works with you to meet your needs and save money. Give them a try. You want be disappointed.

Great experience! For a guy to go into a laser clinic I was concerned. From the moment I went in the front desk made me feel at home. Travis, my doctor was amazing…funny, and explained everything for my simple procedure before he did anything. Half way through I was laughing with him, as we exchanged stories. Post op has been great, and I was given very clear instructions on how to handle anything that comes. I can truly say, if I need anything else done in the future, I won’t even hesitate to call The Complete Laser Clinic in Hickory!

Every time I go and have a conversation with the doctor I really enjoy, everyone there is so kind, absolutely I recommend this place.

This place is absolutely AMAZING! It was totally by accident how I found the place! I was walking in the business beside them and noticed their sign, so the next day I googled places for Botox-dysport etc and their business was one of them, so I decided not to call but to walk in and I am so glad I did! The moment I walked in I was greeted with 2 amazing front desk employees! I didn’t have to wait long for my consultation. I honestly can not say enough about Travis, he explained everything to me and gave me several different options to choose from, he didn’t one time try to push me into anything in other words he wasn’t trying to sell me anything! His personality is contagious, he took his time answering all my questions! Travis knew i wanted to have my procedure done today ( yesterday) and he made a way! Travis is definitely the right person for this, this was the first time I have had filler/dysport, he talked to me during the process and told me step by step what he was doing! I felt absolutely at ease! The results with the filler was more than I expected! Of course the dysport will take a few days! The check out was also amazing! The manager Mari Beth was so sweet , she and i started talking and by the time I left there I felt like i have known her for years! I felt like they were all my friends before I left! There is absolutely nothing to be disappointed about this place! Oh and the prices are better than anyone’s in Hickory and Morganton! And they always have some kind of special! I am already looking forward to doing something else. They do so many different things! Oh I almost forgot this was in the Hickory office! Update- a few days after my procedure I noticed something didn’t look right so I called and seen within an hour! Travis and Mari Beth took excellent care of me!! It was NOTHING they did wrong but they were able to make it look perfect! I won’t go into all the details, I was in a car wreck years ago so my procedure needed some special attention and that’s exactly what I got. Travis made sure I was 100% happy before I left, he definitely went above and beyond! When I tell you this place truly wants you to be satisfied and not just take your money it’s TRUE! I want to say this again! It WAS NOT anything they did but they DID make it absolutely perfect! You will not be disappointed if you choose this place! A big thank you to Mari Beth standing by my side and reassuring me everything will be fine!

The Hickory office is OUTSTANDING. From welcoming you as soon as you enter the doors and treating you with courtesy and professionalism, until you leave their office, the staff is great. The clinic is very clean and organized and each staff member goes above and beyond to meet your needs. The staff is knowledgeable about the services they offer and can discuss what will best suit your needs and wants. Highly recommend.

I had a great experience here! The staff was very friendly, accommodating, and knowledgeable. They took time to answer all my questions and made sure I was comfortable. I had a previous experience elsewhere with the same service, and did not get any/had bad results. This clinic provided that same service and I had a much better outcome. I am very happy with the results and would most definitely come back!

Travis is amazing. He always does great work. When I tell people I have little face things done here and there all the time, they are like “I never knew that” and I say if it’s a obvious that any can tell then they did it wrong.My casual little face improvements have kept me fresh looking for a long long time. The location in hickory is very clean and staff is friendly and informative. Kayla was very helpful and did great at providing my treatment. Very happy with my first visit and I definitely will be back, whether I go back to hickory or try another location. I had a wonderful experience getting my Botox as always with Liz at the Mooresville, NC location. She does a great job . I have been going to her ever since she started. I would highly recommend her for any of your cosmetic injections needs. She takes time with you and gives such great customer service. And Travis at the Hickory location is Awesome as well. I have seen him several times when , Liz isn’t available.

I had the a AFT/ pixel laser treatment on my face today… I did purchase a package… And I was very impressed with everyone from the front desk, to the assisting tech , and to the laser provider/nurse Elizabeth. The office is very pleasant and my room was Remi and comfortable… The service provided by everybody was not rushed and everyone was just so friendly… I really enjoyed chatting with each of the ladies that I interacted with. I was provided with a discount scratch off card when I was leaving and I can’t wait to see what that is… So that I can use it on my next visit… I have always been pleased with CLC !!!

DO NOT go here. I went last September and had my lips filled for the 1st time. I have multiple lumps of filler inside my lips.After several attempts to call and email with no response, I made an appointment at a local Medical center.Come to find out, it is dangerous to insert filler under the wet line of your lip. I have had to have 2 painful procedures to have the filler dissolved!!All I can say is thank goodness it is reversible!!Find somewhere else with better practice.

This was my first time getting Botox, I left 5 minutes ago and I’m already addicted ;) 10/10 recommend. Thank you to the sweetest staff. They’re working hard to make you feel comfortable, excited and safe. Covid screening at the door!

Dr. Welsh performed an abdominoplasty in August of 2020. I developed a pressure ulcer due to the placement of dressing, I was then referred to a wound specialist in which both the doctor and his assistant insisted that I would not have to pay anything out of my pocket because I had purchased their liability insurance, This was 3 weeks after the procedure. Within that 3 weeks it was like pulling teeth just to get someone on the phone to assist with questions/concerns. The follow up was absolutely terrible. After a struggle with this particular insurance company just to get any kind of payment, they finally paid apparently the MAX of $1500, if you do not know, that is just one visit to a wound specialist, to this day in March 2021, I still am in need of the wound specialist once a week and left with a ridiculous amount of doctors bills. Still with no follow up.

Had an amazing ZO facial today! Tina was amazing! I continue to go back for different treatments because I appreciate the prices are posted. Never a surprise when it comes to paying for a service. Staff very friendly. Thank you all 🙂

I completed atleast 12 laser hair removal sessions on my bikini with them after buying 2 packages. I repeatedly told them I was seeing less results after about 4 treatments but they just kept saying I would require more treatments. I then found out at one of my last sessions that one of the ladies had turned the laser level down on multiple visits even after I told her I wasnt seeing results. I called and asked for a refund considering this information and the fact that most if dont all the hair has grown back and I now have to pay another company to get the results I already paid for. They informed me they could refund me $91 not even close to the $1200 I paid for the minimal results that were achieved.

This place is Awesome, helpful, informative... They have the most Amazing staff (especially Ashley) Dr Larson is a wonderful person also...he will give you his honest opinion instead of just out for the money, unlike Sona med spa...and the many other greedy places!! I will never go anywhere else for anything!!! Thank you Hickory CLC!!!!!

The staff are very pleasant and the treatments are very affordable, if I knew that I would have had the lazer hair removal years ago!!! This was my first session so I will see how it goes. Im looking forward to not having to tweeze again :)

I have been in to the Hickory location for a few laser treatments in 2014. At the last visit after paying and leaving, the lady at the front desk called and said she made a mistake that I owed another $100. I asked that she sent me a statement which she never did. Then on 2015 got a call from someone saying shes the office manager, that I owed $100 . I asked that she send me an invoice, so she did and I paid it once I got the bill. Now these crazy people have turned me into some collection agency that has sent me a bill for $588. I am going to turn them in to the Better Business Bureau . This is not the last time you will hear from me!

Dr Caudle was very encouraging&helpful..i lost about 30lbs on the weightloss program..but then i started seeing Dr Larson. At 1st he was great! But when i switched from 1st to 3rd shift, my weightloss slowed. Instead of encouraging me&being positive, larson told me its impossible to lose weight working nights. He became so negative, i lost my drive to try&stopped going to the clinic because of him. I wont go back as long as he is there!!

This is the worse place ever. Talk about bait and switch, this place is more like bait and steal. -100 STARS!!!!!PLEASE CLOSE THE BUSINESS TO GIVE AN HONEST COMPANY THE OPPORTUNITY THEY DESERVE. YOU SHOULD TREAT EVERYONE THE WAY YOU TREATED MY DAUGHTER. THAT WOULD DEFINITELY PUT YOU OUT OF BUSINESS.

I drove out of my way to get a chemical peel as I was promised 3 medical chemical peels with the purchase of a gold card (there are no other specifications on the brochure or website)I went to Nebo and had a chemical peel a few months ago and had great results , drove to hickory thinking I still had 2 left and i was told you only get one chemical peel on the gold because I got a specific type of peel last time that i never specifically asked for, they just gave it to me.So i wasted my gas only to be shown a brochure that stated 3 medical chemical peels but they still told me I would have to pay to get it even though I’ve only received 1. What a rip off. Please don’t use this company. They are dishonest. If there are stipulations please CLARIFY this and let the patient choose what they want.
