Friendly and professional - all the praise for Dustin and the shop.We had 5 people and they got us done in about an hour including paperwork and payments. Not rushed at all, just very efficient service. Handled all our questions, and a very nervous member of the group.We were visiting the area and he also looked into recommending his colleagues who could provide the best services where we are located.

I got my septum done here, everyone was very unwelcoming and I was given very little information about the piercing. He felt up my nose, had me fill out paperwork then called me back. He put clamps in my nose, had me lay back and pierced it. He pierced through my cartilage in the incorrect spot. I messaged the place and went in to get a refund a few days later, he said the placement was correct and nothing was wrong with it and said where he feels up my nose isn’t necessarily where he’s going to pierce it…. I went to multiple places before hand, and reached out to multiple piercers before I asked for a refund and they told me it was pierced through my cartilage and done incorrectly. He took it out and refunded me but I was very unhappy with the services I received. He refused to admit he pierced my septum incorrectly.

I haven’t been yet but I’m hoping to get there soon.My piercing experience at Anchor was fantastic. The studio was amazing and the staff were very knowledgeable and professional. My kings crown has healed amazingly fast, no doubt due to the skill of my piercer Dustin and the after care instructions I received. A truly 5 star experience.

Not very welcoming, very cold energy. Prices and selection are not the best, i understand the prices of the 14k gold jewelry but other pieces are not gold are overpriced imo. I would imagine being next to a metaphysical shop it would have a more welcoming atmosphere/vibe. I understand everyone has work to do but it doesn’t take a whole lot to be inviting.

Best experience getting a piercing done ever, real quick, easy, and painless! Staff is very friendly and helpful. The man who did my dermal and my wifes eyebrow piercing, Dustin, was amazing, precise, and careful that we didnt even feel it. Totally recommend this place to everyone especially those who are unsure or scared of possible pain cause you be so surprised and inspired to get more done!

I’ve gotten a total of 9 piercings from them, 8 being a mix of lobe and cartilage. And today made #9 with my new nostril piercing! They’re always so friendly, clean, and quick! Dustin has done all of my ears and Tiffany did my nose, both are 10/10 piercers. I don’t trust anyone else but Anchor to pierce me!

I had a fantastic experience here with the piercer Dustin. I just got married and wanted to get a nose piercing that indicates marriage in the middle-eastern cultures where we hope to travel. Dustin showed my husband and I a bunch of options for his gauged ears, and the shop has a truly beautiful and unique variety for all types of jewelry.The piercing itself was the smoothest and most painless out of any of my 6 piercings. His skill level and confidence of the piercing itself were amazing. It really is so much more worthwhile to go to a professional piercer, instead of going to someone with a primary focus on tattooing that happens to do piercing on the side.I made an appointment for 12, and I am very happy I did because it seems like the shop is very successful! When we came out, there was a wait and people who were coming in, hoping to be seen. Having an appointment ensured that I was seen that day and allowed Dustin to block out his time accordingly and professionally.

Had a nasty bump on my lobe that would not go away. They switched out my jewelry for a true titanium labret, suggested chamomile compresses for the bump and it’s done a 180! I didn’t get the woman’s name but she was very nice and I’m so happy to say the bump is basically gone! I’ll definitely be back for more piercings once I’m all healed up! 💕

I was first blown away by the overall aesthetic of the shop upon first impression, someone has gone really above and beyond when handpicking the color schemes and display cases with a Curiosities Shop style motif.I was checked in by a sweet lady who was really confident in her job and made the check in process extremely streamlined via tablet with a clean workspace and very organized as opposed to other places still using pen and paper. She was patient as I picked out my jewelry and was quickly knowledgeable on costs. My anatomy was checked by Dustin and it was a very short wait for my jewelry to be sterilized, just enough time to check out some more of the cool but minimalistic decor in the lobby, wet specimens and gorgeous butterflies.In comes Dustin with a warm welcome asking if I wanted to be accompanied by my partner but hey I’m big girl and knocked it out like a champ. 😂 The decor in the back was just as mind blowing and inviting in the back as well. Dustin was very kind with a humble smile. The piercing process was extremely quick, not even enough time to get nervous and I barely even felt a thing! I checked out my new shiny face adornment in the mirror and he straightened it real quick without even me asking so I was able to leave the shop looking my best. He quickly and confidently went over some aftercare information.Back out to the sales counter I went to pay which was very streamlined as well, offered aftercare product, and a quick reminder again on aftercare. I left my tip and out the door my partner and I went to enjoy the rest of our excursion of Hot Springs for the day, satisfied by this wonderful, professional, clean, and knowledgeable studio.

Place is so clean the staff is absolutely amazing !!! I would never go anywhere but here !!! Jewelry is top of the line with so many choices

Absolutely fantastic experience here today. Id messaged earlier in the week to get an idea of what jewelry they had and invited me to come see. I was very lucky and found something I really liked, and they happened to have an opening right then. I believe in general, they prefer to have appointments, but you might get lucky and walk in at the right time. The piercing cost for me was 20$, and their jewelry starts at 40 per piece and goes up from there, but its all very high quality. The piercing process itself was crazy quick and besides the obvious poke, it was over so fast and easily I was amazed. Dustin really does fantastic work. Thank you all so much!!

Anchor is a very professional, clean, and aesthetically-pleasing shop. Dustin has years of experience and precision. I came to my appointment uncertain about which jewelry to choose. Alizabeth working the front counter was very helpful and kind. She assisted me in choosing a statement piece for my new conch piercing. As someone who appreciates fine jewelry for their beauty and metaphysical properties, I was happy that they had an option that was crafted from 18K and set with amethysts. This is jewelry that is meant to be appreciated for many years. I definitely recommend Anchor. Dustin truly cares about his work and makes the client feel comfortable. This is an excellent piercing studio! Everyone here is awesome, knowledgeable, and very friendly. Dustin pierced my septum and did a phenomenal job! Like most people, my nose is not perfectly straight, but Dustin placed my piercing perfectly, and it looks great! They also have an impressive selection of beautiful jewelry to choose from.

I have never been to a piercing place with such a cool vibe and aesthetic. The jewelry selection is amazing, and Dustin is highly qualified for sure! Got my wifes daith replaced with a spacer while she gets surgery, will definitely be back for a new piece. The women in the front were super friendly and helpful, even taking out her old jewelry and putting the spacer in for her.

I got my nips pierced by Dustin. We came all the way from Branson, Missouri to have him do them. He was respectful and informative. He made me and my hubby feel very comfortable. The shop was very beautiful and very clean. 10/10 would recommend and will definitely go again for my next piercing.

Me and my Daughter went in for nose piercings, was early they took us in was impressed with the quality of jewelry they had to offer. The front desk girls were extremely nice to us, Dustin was the piercer he was ABSOLUTELY AWESOME, being a nurse I was very impressed seeing his sterile technique GREAT JOB. Dustin is the BEST. I didnt have an appointment and I didnt know they werent accepting walk-ins, but they managed to fit me in. It took about 10 minutes for my two piercings... buy one get one free Tuesdays. I got a daith and a second piercing on one lobe.

Dustin did my piercing today & it went so smoothly! He is super gentle. All of the staff was kind & professional. 10 out of 10, highly recommend.

The women there were kind and informative. My nostril piercing was too small so they stretched it and put in the proper 18 gauge post. They did this for a walk-in. Super clean and professional studio!

The building is nice and so is the jewelry, but the guy in there is rude and cold. I went in there for a consult without an appointment during midday and the guy basically berated me for not having an appointment and talked down to me while I was trying to discuss jewelry options. There was no one else in the building and I have been here previously without an appointment. I didn’t have the anatomy to do the piercing that I wanted which is fine, but some Customer service skills would be nice. I have bought several pieces of jewelry at this store in the past couple of years and this isn’t the first time Dustin has been cold.

Called to ask if they did Dermal/Anchor piercings... They immediately set me up with an appointment. When I got there the staff was very polite and welcoming! I picked the anchor I wanted, and less than 5 mins later I was called to the back to get started.. Dustin did my piercing, he was very professional, polite, and from start to finish everything was top notch sterile! The piercing only took a few mins, he helped me pick the best placement of my piercing. This was by far the best experience Ive ever had at any piercing establishment! I will never go anywhere else for any future piercings I decide to get!! Anchor piercings in Hot springs is the absolute best place to go!! I strongly recommend them to anyone looking to get a piercing!!! And I want to thank the ladies up front for making me feel welcome to be there, all their help and information about my new piercing!! The waiting room is very cute and had some interesting display pieces.Ive been twice. The first was to get my nose ring switched out in December after a local Tattoo/piercing shop never returned my messages. Anchor staff was awesome. She was super helpful and Dustin made it quick and nearly painless.I went again in February for nipple piercings. I was nervous because I sometimes pass out (I forget to breathe or anxiety gets the best of me). Dustin was super professional and put me at ease. The room was clean. He thoroughly explained what he was doing. He talked to me and guided my breathing. It did hurt, but was over quickly. I love how they look.Thank you Anchor.

Update: 8 months later, and yep, my nose piercing has grown in crooked. 🫠i got my septum done by Dustin. I didnt really get any information on the piercing and he didnt tell me what he would do, and it did not feel welcoming. He pierced it and it was crooked and so he had to go back and stab my septum again and it went through my cartilage in the middle of my nostrils. The pain was immense. He said that when it heals, it wont be so crooked. I hope what he says is true. I love the piercing regardless, just gave a 3 star due to the misplacement and unwelcoming vibes. I am seeing a lot of other reviews saying he is a wonderful piercer, so maybe he was just having a bad day. Very cool piercing studio overall 👍

I had such a great experience getting my septum pierced today. Anchor had such a cool vibe, and Dustin was an excellent piercer. He provided me with a ton of helpful information about the piercing process and aftercare and was just a cool guy to chat with. 12/10 would totally recommend!! If your thinking about doing it, just go do it!!

I got pierced yesterday and I had a lovely experience! Dustin was so comforting, and he allowed me to chat his ear off about how nervous I was. He carried conversation and explained everything he was doing which made the entire process a lot less nerve racking. One of the quickest piercings I’ve gotten! He was so sweet and genuine, I don’t think I’ll be getting pierced anywhere else from now on. Highly recommend setting up an appointment!!

Very, very rude staff. Please do not take anyone here that is excited to get a new or first piercing. The staff will not match your energy. I saw the front staff treat other customers rudely in front of me. The piercer didn’t even introduce himself and was very cold. Front staff came off very judgmental and rude when only simple questions were being asked of them. It looks like many other reviews have the same comments about the customer service being bad. I hope the owner takes these complaints seriously.

My favorite place to get pierced, and the only place in Hot Springs Id ever recommend to anyone!! Good quality jewelry and a gentle hand go a long way and Anchor piercing has both of those things! Ive gotten eight piercings there and would absolutely go for more.

I got a rook and forward helix today. Everyone in the shop was awesome. Answered all of my questions and helped me pick the best placement and jewelry that compliment each other. Dustin is so amazing. Talked me through every step and made sure I was comfortable. Me and my sister came in around January 29th and the two girls at the desk were extremely rude. We were asking simple questions because we have never been pierced before and they looked at us like we were stupid. We didn’t want to come back but it was the closest piercer to us. We called beforehand to set an appointment for a downsize. She said we could come in to have it looked at because some ppl don’t need a downsize( however they said they recommend a downsize when she went and got it done) we walk in and they tell us that you have to wait 3 months but that wasn’t ever mentioned on the phone. We might have misunderstood the 3 month wait but that does excuse their attitude both times we’ve been here. As we left two women behind us came out talking about how bad their experience was as well and the owner came outside and walked up to us to see what our problem was in a rude manner. We told them it was fine because we didn’t want to be talked to with the same disrespect as we’ve been getting. Overall extremely rude people and bad experience. We will not be back.

Me and my friend got our nipples pierced here the other day and it was a really good experience as always. he was super quick and we can’t speak for everyone but the pain was barely there! i do believe if we had went anywhere else for this it wouldn’t have went as smooth:) no complications so far and we are very happy we chose dustin to do our piercings

My daughter got her ears pierced and we are extremely happy with how everything went. The shop is clean and inviting. The owner Dustin is very nice and professional. Dustin is so amazing and his staff is so nice and welcoming!! If you just listen to Dustin, he helps make your piercing less painful. He took on my group of girls there were 6 of us and 5 of us got piercings! This is a wonderfully professional shop. Very clean and hygienic as well as ascetically pleasing to the eye. The jewelry he carries is the absolute best and has a style for any personality. It is a lovely addition to the area. The staff and owner are top notch! I trust Dustin with any and all of my piercing needs. I even got my mother (retired nurse of 30+ years) in the shop. She loves how clean Dustins procedures are and would let him work on any of her children and grandchildren. If you want a piercing or are curious at all about them, contact this shop!

So it was my wife’s birthday. We put in a reservation for 12:00 in the afternoon. They sent her an email saying don’t be late so we showed up 15 mins early and waited in our car to not be rude. When we arrived at 12:00 in the afternoon the doors were locked. They two ladies were more worried about the friend that was on the couch then they were about my wife, by the way it was her birthday no said anything about that even though they looked at her lincense. We sat there and waited for close to twenty mins while the staff ignored us for the artistes to show up. The ladies being the counter were more worried about what there girlfriend’s mom said on Facebook then who was there

This was my first time ever getting my nose pierced.😬 So I had very many doubts. This place went above and beyond my expectations.😱👏🏾👏🏾The staff was polite, I even enjoyed the customers that were also making purchases there. It didn’t take long for them to get me all set up and because everything was so clean-cut 😄 it made the little pitch of pain feel like nothing. I ended up getting a double nose piercing.😉😝 I was super happy with the outcome and the healing process is going great! I am definitely a satisfied customer 😎 💯

The girl that was very professional very helpful had my granddaughter to get her ears pierced but State regulation I had to have the birth certificate but didnt have their but she recommended another location at Walmart anchor is very clean very well-organized very nice place

I got my nipples pierced over a year ago there and have never been able to take the rings out because of how tight the piercer put on the balls. I am now with child and needing to take the peircings out. The rod is stripped and nobody can get them undone. When I explained my concern with the lady’s at the front desk about having to get them surgically removed, I was basically told it was my problem and was offered no help.

I made an appointment at Anchor on Friday September 4 to have my septum pierced. I had expressed to Dustin that if possible, I wanted it to be as high as possible. Dustin explained to me anatomy is going to determine my location which made sense to me. Dustin put on claps and pierced what I assumed was my septum. I heard a “pop” as the needle exited the right side of my nose and it didnt feel right. 4 hours after the piercing was done I could not eat and my front two teeth are aching and throbbing with the same pain going through my nose. I feel as if Dustin pierced my cartilage and sent them a message about my concerns, they asked me to come in at 4 today and I did. I again voiced my concerns to Dustin and he spoke to me in a condescending way telling me a new piercing is going to hurt. Obviously, I have had plenty to know that but to also know when something isnt right. Dustin told me he could remove the piercing and refund me but I cant handle it being touched, I mean I cant even eat..He continued to tell me it was fine and pierced correctly, but if anything it may have been pierced CLOSE to the cartilage. Dustin also shamed me for getting the opinion from another shop about this piercing and its location. He also shamed me for researching before getting my piercing telling me thats no better than self diagnosing a medical concern, asked me if i was a licensed piercer and told me he was the professional here.I have attached photos on their Facebook of the piercing. Including showing that the piercing isnt straight and specifically on the right side where it is excruciating the piercing goes slightly backwards towards the inside of my nose and in this aspect at minimum it was not done properly. I initially did not take Dustin up on his offer to refund me because that isnt the solution I was looking for but after being treated and talked to the way I was, I expect a full refund and an apology..I recorded my interaction with Dustin when I met at the shop today..I was terrified to go in alone to voice my concerns and knew how he would treat me, he treated the glove delivery guy the same way, in front of me, when they didnt have his medium black gloves.Anchor and Dustin have great reviews and thats why i chose this shop, but not every piercing is going to be perfect, you can and will mess up and its okay to do so, but fix it when you do.Update:theyve blocked me from their page and deleted my post. How professional.

My nose piercing was beautiful! They had so many gorgeous jewelry to choose from and it’s well priced! The piercer seems more educated on piercing than anyone else I’ve been to in this town and he was so nice! The lady at the front desk was also so nice and helpful! The shop is the cleanest one I’ve been in and it smelled so good and clean!

My husband and I decided to get our septums pierced for our tenth year Anniversary.I researched where to go and reviews. So glad I did! Dustins shop was immaculate! Tiffany helped us with “legalities” and choosing jewelry. So professional!Dustins technique was so gentle yet perfectly placed. I had almost no pain at all! He explained every step of the way and aftercare!The shop has some of the best selection and most beautiful jewelry I’ve ever seen!Dustin also has a great bit of oddities collected as well! The music playing and the lighting all helped ease my nerves but it was a great experience. I came here on my 16th birthday and got my septum done and it was overall such a good experience. he was so professional and clean which made me feel a lot better and was super gentle when doing the piercing. great pricing. 10/10 and will most definitely be coming back for my future piercings.

Wonderful service. However the jewelry is exceptionally expensive. I called ahead to check prices, and the lady who answered was extremely helpful, knowable, and assisted with making an appointment. I made it clear we were coming for ear piercing on two minors, and the prices given to me were per eating, not per pair which was a bit misleading. However, I chalked this up to my misunderstanding. It is understandable that they would price this way as many of the piercing they offer so not require two studs.The entire visit ended up costing us almost twice what we were expecting when we made the appointment (close to $300 to pierce two girls ear lobes including the studs, which were some of the cheapest they offered). Before they pierced the girls ears they CLEARLY explained the prices, so I do not think the misunderstanding was intentional. We decided to go ahead and purchase the studs and get their ears pierced. The lady apologized for the misunderstanding and I apologized for not understanding as well. Everyone was GREAT! Dustin was kind and knowledgeable! We didnt feel pressured to buy more expensive jewelry than the ones our girls picked or the healing solution. Dustin simply recommended it and moved on. NO HIGH PRESSURE!!!We will definitely go back, now that we understand more, maybe just one child at a time! Jewelry is extremely high quality and likely worth the price... I definitely recommend this place if you are able to afford it, and highly recommend understanding that the price is not for a pair of earrings, but for each stud.

The BEST piercing experience I’ve had to date. I’ve had my nipples pierced before but the bars were not sized properly and constantly got snagged. I had them redone by Dustin and I haven’t had any pain or any issues whatsoever. I’ll be going back here in a couple of weeks! Never want to get my piercing anywhere else again.

After getting my ears pierced at Redbeards back in July I constantly had trouble with them with them not healing correctly. Today I decided to go to Anchor and Dustin and his associate were very kind and knowledgeable about piercings. They helped me find a pair of earrings that fit my earlobes and helped me by inserting the new earrings in perfectly. They were very nice and will definitely be back to purchase more jewelry from them!

Great experience very little wait time with appointment even was able to squeeze in my sister who come along with no appointment. However when I called to get a quote on the nose piercing they did not include any rings at all in the pricing, or mention that jewelry was separate. Although in the quote for my friends tongue piercing the jewelry was included. This led to me spending almost three times as much as I planned.

I’m glade I made the drive all the way there from Little Rock. Dustin did my piercing and the whole experience was wonderful. Place is very clean and professional. A lot of great high quality jewelry to choose from, I almost couldn’t decide. Definitely will be coming here for future piercings or for buying new jewelry.👍🏻

I walked in with my friend, no one greeted us. The vibe was intentionally bizarre. The prices were way overpriced. 20$ to do the peircing, then 2 stud peircings for 45$ each. Even tho they said i was suppose to get a buy one get one free on a Tuesday . I paid 120$?! That don’t add up. They did not recieve a tip from me. Plus a women who had a split tongue was trying to tell us what everything was, and i couldnt even understand her?! It was all bad tbh and ill never be going back. Terrible service and bad people skills! I asked the peircer to re-peirce my nostrils in the same spot, and he was trying to make me change my mind. They are still un even. The guy that did the piercing had an all around bad energy and made me uncomfortable. Thanks Anchor!!! 🤨🤌🏾

I came in early for my daughters belly piercing, with the way gas prices are I thought we could sit in the lobby, but I was met with rudeness and informed that they dont ppl hanging out Im the lobby. Last time I checked thats what lobby were for. Making your customers happy. This was supposed to be a good experience for my daughters birthday but instead he told us we could go somewhere else. I wouldnt let that man touch my animals let alone my children. There is no customer service here. And this business will FAIL because word of mouth is everything and I will let ppl know. And every customer you treat like that! And it was me and my 16 yr old daughter. And I showed up 45 mins early not to be checked in but to sit and wait on our appt time. I assumed thats what lobbys were for. But I took my business to Intenze Images to Tony and that place makes you feel like family. I highly recommend them! I will never go anywhere else ;)

The receptionist wasnt very friendly. They didnt show me any high end jewelry. Which was fine with me, but they couldve made a lot more money.

I just got my industrial piercing done day, both the guy there was really nice and respectful, i got really bad anxiety and the guy that did my piercing he kept me relax and calm and there really clean there to i couldnt see dust or anything and i really like the fact of the sterilize test strip, neither guy was rude and its a place i would go back to get piercing and tattoo done. i highly recommend this place to my husband and my friends... if i could i give them 10 stars i would give it to them best shop i been to get piercing and tattoo done at.

I cant really give a review as I only took my daughter to get a nostril piercing. I can say that it looks really good and didnt take long from arrival to departure time. Very clean in the building.

I had my tongue pierced at Anchor back in September and I was very impressed by the quality of the shop and the customer service that they had showed me when I had came in for scheduled appointment and the Guy who did my piercing and I am very Satisfied with the service I had got from the business and the piercer who took care of me! I have suffered migraines for most several years, July 26 Dustin gave me a Daith piercing I have been 17 days symptom free med free with only slight headaches that didnt last. Today I recieved a Shen men point piercing to help with insomnia I will keep you posted on the results.
