The girl that was working very rude and seemed to be racist no eye contact seemed agitated to have to deal with white people

The manager/piercer was awesome! My 11 year old didnt flinch when she got her second ones. Easy.. could have talked for a long time! My daughter also is into rings and doing her own thing. She picked out some really cute things for a good price. Great experience!

Well stocked store, and located not too far in the mall if you park at the entrance on the JCPenny side. Definitely don’t use this store if you’re placing an online order, they don’t have the staff to gather it. The manager/piercer with long dark brown hair is super nice and did the piercings on mine and my friend’s ears and we enjoyed our experience with her. I hope this Claire’s sticks around despite staffing issues

I wish I could remember the ladies names that were working this evening, because they were so great! We brought our daughter in to get her ears pierced. She was so nervous, and they made her feel so comfortable and safe! This was especially beautiful to us, because our daughter has autism, and to make her feel comfortable was so important. I cant thank the 2 ladies that worked this evening enough for making our daughters day so special!

Ha! They told me buy three, get one free in the whole store. Just noticed on my receipt the 4th item was charged. Check your receipts, watch out for fraud.

My daughter really likes this store so its an adventure for both of us. It is a pretty small store.

I cant use my own jewelry for my ears i cant use there earrings cuz they irritate my ears if 0 stars were an option I would
