Katy Piercing and Tattoo at Venetian

AWFUL communication! I made an appointment for a tooth gem like a week prior and i called the day of asking if i could come in a bit earlier than my scheduled time because I got off work early. I was then told that I should just come in tomorrow because the girl who does the tooth gems is almost out of the gems? that alone is strange and unprofessional but THEN i asked what time i should come in. The lady on the phone put me on hold to go ask the girl and came back and said i should come back around 2 the next day. I show up at 2 exactly when I was supposed to and the tooth gem girl was in the middle of a tattoo and i was told “you should’ve made an appointment.” I made two appointments so either the girl on the phone didn’t write down anything that I said, or someone just scheduled over me. I was really excited to get my tooth gem put back on for a wedding and i left feeling completely disappointed. extremely unprofessional communication.

First off let me say David is the real MVP! I just got pierced at another tattoo shop that shall remain nameless last Friday and my piercing came out. They were closed and I knew I needed to get this taken care of ASAP. I hopped on google and Venetian Tattoo & Piercing popped up. Called and told them what happened and they said I could come in. Upon arrival David greeted me and let me know he could take care of it. He also let me know there was a fee which I had anticipated. All went well. I was in and out. Go see David at Venetian Tattoo and Piercings off Fry Rd!

Ive gotten around 8 tattoos now, all from Venetian. I am extremely happy with all of them. The service from here is incredible! Everyone is so nice and more than willing to work with you on pricing, format, sizing, and design of your tattoo.Ive gotten ink from both Stephen and Juan, both of which were amazingly nice during the process. They ask if i’m good, need a break, anything that i see that i want fixed or changed, anything!Something else I appreciate about Venetian is the honesty. The artists there are not quick to the ink, instead asking you about the design and really making sure that this is something you want.If you are hesitant about about getting a tattoo or piercing, the people who work here will make worries disappear. They respect you and your time and most importantly your body!

My second tatoo. Edgar Ochoa did an amazing. All the guys here were so friendly and very knowledgeable. The place itself was very sanitary and up to date. I had a wonderful experience. So I got my nose pieced as well 🤣.

Not a true piercing or tattoo studio. It’s a nail salon/hair barber/anything they can charge for. Smells God awful. Couldn’t imagine standing inside this place longer than 2 minutes.

Called just now , and a woman answered “tattoo” all I could get into was “yes I was calling -“ got cut off and. Said come in to talk and got hung up on! Insane

By far the best tattoo artists Ive come across. They make you feel like family. They do 30 dollar deals but their work is amazing. I promise. I love how thorough Ceasar is. Im coming back next week.

The piercer I had was super sweet & redid my eyebrows placement for me until it was perfect, she explained the aftercare, and she pierced them super quickly and painlessly!But… they do advertise $30 piercings… and when you get there they explain only the ear piercing is $30 and that doesn’t include jewelry. Eyebrow piercings are $40 each plus $15 for 1 eyebrow bar. So pricing is kinda sketchy. But whatever, the girl who did my eyebrows made me feel comfortable and you don’t get that in a lot of shops. So I’d still go back

If I could give 0 stars I would. I came back to this place because the prior experience I had was great and the prices were great! Came in today and the prices were ridiculous. Mind you after I got my piercing I was told of the price for the piercing because from prior the nose ring was included in the price. I spent over $100 for a simple re pierce and an up charge for the nose ring. When I called to inquire , the dude who did the piercing began stating the basic but then hung up on me and refused to give me the manager contact information. Finally got someone to get me the managers info whom she was explained but a 50 up charge due to Covid is not valid! Also for a manager to be unreachable me is not good customer service. If you want a basic piercing for an astronomical price you go here but I advise you not to come here. I also gave a tip because I’m courteous but they will not refund my tip because they are deceitful! DO NOT GO HERE! All the bad review are true!!!

I got my nose pierced at a different shop and the ring they put in fell out 2 days later. Came here and they kindly checked to see if my hole was still opened and help me pick a better replacement ring that won’t fall out so easily. The girl that did it was super sweet and quick! Wish I would’ve got her name. I’ll definitely be back for my tattoo!

They where really great to me. My septum piercing came out very well. I even ended up having the jewelry with my piercing, so that was great, I didn’t have to pay extra. I actually was supposed to go to a different piercer but they were closing around 7pm. And so having Venetian close later really helped me. Because I’m big on sanitation, I was happy to see how clean the place was and how sanitary everything was.It was my first time ever getting a piercing, and they made me feel comfortable. I highly recommend them to anyone.

Super disappointed. I saw really good reviews and was excited to come with my daughter to get her second piercings in her lobes and I was going to get my conch pierced. The people working weren’t very welcoming or friendly. I was told lobe piercings for minors were $15/ea then when we got there we were told it was $50 per ear. Then the standard basic jewelry looked like a smashed bb and to get titanium earrings that are basic was a $60 up charge. It’s whatever. But our $30 trip just turned into $160. Then the saline after care isn’t included in the price and is $16 for a tiny spray. You can get the a big spray of the same stuff on Amazon for $14, just FYI. My daughter was super nervous and the girl piercing told us what we needed to know, but was short and seemed annoyed.. she seemed pretty new. She was shaking like a leaf and the dots were all over the place. The spacing was really off and low. I had her remark and dots were all over the place again. After all was said and done, one looks great, the other is off and too close to her other piercing. I kindly brought it to their attention and they blamed the people who pierced her ears initially. I’m all for having your employees backs but taking responsibility for what they did is totally okay and expected. The purple marks were left all over her ears and I’m just super upset. If you can’t be a perfectionist especially when piercing children, maybe you shouldn’t pierce. Take the time, do it right. I’ve had many piercings and this was by far my worst experience.

For my first tattoo I was very nervous. Edgar Ochoa who did my tattoo did a wonderful work. The whole process was amazing from start to end. I will definitely come back here for my next tattoo . Also got my nose replaced. Great people. Great atmosphere. I loved it.

I absolutely love this place. This is my go to place for tattoos from ocho and piercings and will continue to be. The service i receive here is always the best as well as the energy. i highly recommend!!!!

10/10!!! I called 30 shops around Houston and this was the ONLY piercing shop who had plastic jewelry for my septum/smiley piercings. I immediately left work and received great customer service by the female with blonde hair and highlights ❤️ she was so nice and even put the jewelry in for me due to my long acrylic nails. 5 stars ill recommend them to anyone!!

I loved my tattoo! The artist took her time to get every detail that I asked for perfectly. She kept drawing sketches until she nailed exactly what I wanted. They were patient and thorough. They didn’t cheat me on the price either. I found it to be a fair price for an original piece.

Loved it there! They made me feel very comfortable and welcome. The wait wasn’t long at all I was in and out. The last piercing I got by them was my nostril and it healed perfectly. No keloid nothing. I will definitely be coming back for future piercings and will definitely recommend to friends. Thank you guys!

I truly loved my experience at Venetian Tattoo & Piercing! I got a belly button piercing with a lovely woman who made mine and my friends experience quick, easy, and painless! It was clean, and she used new tools and jewellery when doing our piercings. It was truly a one of a kind experience and I can’t wait to go back soon to get another piercing! I have been coming here for all of my piercing needs and recent tattoos. I send all my friends here. The staff is so nice, fun, informative, and CLEAN. My best experience ever was getting my second nostril done. I had the pleasure of having a staff member (big inseminating looking man) hold my hand and let me call him Stephanie (coincidentally his ex wife’s name) while I cried from my nerves since my friend wasn’t in the room with me yet lol. The piercer doing my nose had a kick out of it and they made me so comfortable during my time with them. I have a 5 star experience each and ever visit. They have great tattoo artist as well I can’t wait to book my next big peace with them!!

Venetian tattoo and piercing is definitely my go to spot! I went there to get my nose pierced, & it was such a pleasant experience! The woman who pierced my nose was so nice and her customer service was on point! I had a little tear drop when she pierced my nose, & she said, “Girl, it’s ok. It’s a natural reaction for the eyes to water when you get your nose pierced.” She gave me all the information I needed for aftercare, & sold me a great product to keep my piercing clean. She made sure to not let me leave until I was confident in how to take care of it.I had to go back the next week because my nose was so swollen & the piercing had become embedded in my nose, & they took extreme care of me. They gave me an upgraded piece of jewelry to accommodate the swelling, & it’s been perfect ever since.I will DEFINITELY be going back for all my future tattoo and piercing needs!

The apprentice did a fantastic job with my septum piercing. They were able to identify where my previous septum piercing was done wrong and thoroughly explain the anatomy behind the proper placement. The staff was friendly and informative regarding the stock they had. Highly recommended.

I got tattooed by Eddie here while he was learning, he is a great artist, and listens and is patient! Very talented young man! The staff were very nice and encouraging with his art work as well! My husband and I dropped by here on a whim after our anniversary dinner July 2021. We wanted to get matching tattoos and didnt really have anything in mind. They had a variety of flash to choose from, so we picked these cute little tomb stones. The artist (Lucy) was really friendly and sweet. She did a great job! I also got a nose piercing while waiting for my husbands tattoo. The piercer seemed a little agitated that I had asked for a piercing. He couldnt get the stud in the first time, so he had to change the piercing to a longer one. It hurt pretty badly and Im still healing from it. Overall it was a alright experience. I would def recommend getting flash here but hold off on the piercings.

This place was excellent! There was minimal to no wait time. Piercer was very informative and cool. I’ve come 2 times and my daughters have been here as well. We love it here. We definitely plan on coming back for some tattoos in the near future.

This place is awesome! I told her I have a bad history with piercing and they take a long time to heal and sometimes get rejected. She recommended me get a titanium industrial bar vs the surgical steel one! This was my third time getting it pierced so I followed her advice. My industrial healed in 2 weeks!!!! Im able to sleep on my ear a month later. The last industrial didnt heal for 9 months and this was less than a month! So happy with my results and my service! Im from Chicago, IL but my sisters live in Katy, TX! Ill be postponing all my future piercings and only coming here from now on when Im visiting!

I received all my piercings here and they all healed super quick. Never had any issues in the tattoo shop. They’re always super quick and commit zero mistakes. I’ll be coming back and recommending friends as well! 10/10 service.

When i came to get my first piercing alone, i was very very scared, and it was ALSO my first time being in a tattoo/piercing environment. I had no idea what to expect. Venetian has utterly the most absolute warm and welcoming staff. The service quality has always been professional and out of my 4 piercings and 3 tattoos i got from here, ive never had a problem with it. Never got infected, never got rejected. Deserving 5 star place.

When I walked in they were so welcoming, it was super duper clean. The ladies that assisted with my septum piercing were friendly and even picked out a nose ring that suited my face. The tattoo artists make sure that the tattoo you are looking for is on the right site and the right size; they take the time to discuss the details of the tattoo before any sessions. This establishment pierced my daughters nose and they were very professional. Made sure that minor and parent documents were valid and walked the customer through the process from beginning to end. This place is my go-to place for tattoos and piercings! They do such an amazing job on the tattoo and they let me know how to treat my piercings and fresh tattoos! Got to the place midday place wasn’t to business. They welcome you in with a friendly smile the lady that did my piercing was awesome. This was my first time getting a Nose and belly piercing and she walked me through the steps . She was cracking jokes and telling stories to distract me from the pain. Overall the experience was great and I will be back ❤️

I had a great experience with Venetian Tattoos, all workers are very friendly and helpful. I made a booking with Mili and she was amazing. She made me feel comfortable and helped me relax. She made sure I knew what stage we were at in my piece and often checked in with me to be sure I was doing alright. Her art is beautiful and the shading for my piece is immaculate. Ive received many compliments on it and will definitely be getting future work done with Mili.

I was a regular for awhile. i’ve gotten a handful of tattoos at this shop and a couple piercings. all the artists are super nice, and welcoming. the piercer is a super chill dude. overall a very nice place to go get some new additions whether it’s a tattoo or piercing! hope you guys enjoy the shop as much as i have!

I’ve gotten pierced in Venetian Studio four times already in different time stamps with three different people and I must say the service is incredible, everything is neat and clean, the variety of jewelry is ideal and the workers are reassuring and calming at the time to pierce you. They instruct you about the healing and care and recommend different products.

This was my second experienceThe 1st, no issues. Had an older gentleman do my work, and no problems.2nd time around, I had a terrible experience with a new artist they hired. If you do visit them, ask for an experienced artist. Now CiCi the supervisor on duty tried her best to smooth the situation over but unfortunately when it comes to tattooing or piercings, it’s permanent or takes time to heal. I feel stuck walking around feeling botched till I heal and get it done again. SMH

I really enjoyed my visit here. I came here after another location did not do my piercing correctly. My piercer Chanelle handled me great and also gave amazing aftercare advice to me as well. Definitely pay them a visit!

I went to get my medusa done and it was an awesome experience the piercer was super nice. She definitely made me feel comfortable even though I have so many other piercings lol. And then they changed my dermal top for me which was great because my other jewelry had lost the gym. I can’t wait to go back for more!!

I got my nose pierced but will admit I didn’t like the fact that the piercer gave me two options for the jewelry, & I so happened to choose one that later then was getting in bedded into my nose due to the swelling so it was too small for me. I went back to see if they can change it out for one that had more space for the healing process but was told that I had to pay for a new jewelry piece. I think the situation could’ve been handled differently if the piercer had more experience then they should’ve placed a jewelry item that was good for me & not give me options as I’m not the expert!

Very clean and professional place to get any piercings or tattoo you could want ,very friendly and professional with how they treat their customers. They are one of the cleanest shops around !!! And I have been getting tattoos for over 20 years now and I definitely recommend them for your next tattoo or piercings. Got my septum pierced today and it was quick and very much so painless, and they are also home of the 100 dollar tap out on piercings ,all you can sit for for a 100 bucks !!!!

Atmosphere was great but the tattoo quality is not the best. I love my forearm but when I went to get the rest of my sleeve done by the same artist it doesn’t flow right. It looks like a child tattooed the remaining flowers. Then the ban on my arm was not straight at all and it is still not connected. My elbow is not holding up either . The artist himself is nice but I just hate this part of my sleeve.

I called and asked about the price for a piercing, they told me I had to come in and talk to an artist to get a specific price. Is it not the same price for everyone??? They also upcharge if you pay with cash.

When I was new to Katy I looked high and low for a reputable tattoo shop. Ever since they opened, they’re the only place I go. The shop is clean and the artists are welcoming and accommodating. The prices are great and I can’t imagine going anywhere else. I’ve gotten tattoos and piercings here.

They did so good on my tattoo. It was my first tat. It was nice and fast, didn’t really hurt so I tipped them pretty good. I loved t experience there. I’d definitely go again.

Clean a sanitized supplies were used when i got my piercings done, the women who did my piercings made me feel comfortable and asked for consent with everything she was doing. Also they have a variety of choices of cute jewelry. Recommend getting your piercings done here !

Went there to get my daughter a belly piercing. The lady was very rude from the get go but I was in a happy mood so I didnt let her bad attitude bother me. She made the mistake of opening the ring package and then tell us that my daughter could not swim for a month and a half. I had no idea of this so i told my daughter that it was not a good idea since we were going to the beach. The lady looks at me rolling her eyes and says she can go to the beach she just cant get her belly wet. I said but I dont think its a good idea cause i know she will want to get in the water. Then the lady proceeds to tell me well I wish you would have told me before opening the package cause now youre going to have to pay for it even if you dont get pierced. I said well you should have told me this before you opened it. Then she says if youre upset leave. So i did. Just horrible service from this woman. Everyone else seemed nice except her. It was like she was in a bad unhappy place. She did make copies of my documents and kept them just hope this business shreds it to prevent fraud.

Very clean and organized. Professional atmosphere. The lady was very nice and my piercing was quick and painless! She even hooked me up with a free piercing cleanser! I will be back for my septum piercing!!!!

Been here twice for two different tattoos, Felipe and Mili are the best, friendly, prices are reasonable, and both really great artists!!! The vibe there is so relaxing you almost forget that a needle is stabbing you over and over. Highly recommend!!

My piercer was Tay or Tae she was so freaking nice. She explained everything every step of the way of me getting my navel piercing. I was so nervous and anxious of getting this piercing because of everyone’s experience. I was scared of my piercing getting affected and she explained everything perfectly. My piercing is now 4months old.. still healing but I love it so much!! Thank you all for the amazing customer service and experience! I will be back for more!

Took my daughter to get both of her helix pierced. I called before going to make sure I had any documents needed. As soon as we got out of the car, we were greater right away and they knew exactly what we were going in for, due to calling ahead. My daughter was super nervous. The woman that did her piercings(sorry, I have a terrible memory), was extremely patient and took my kiddo to choose her earrings and explained exactly what was going to happen. She told my daughter to breath and that it would go by quickly. It did! My teen is now asking if she can get her nosed pierced. The tech joked that now my kids was going to want more piercings...she was right.Side note: Clean and sterilized tools, and no infections.

I’ve had approximately 15+ piercings and dermals and tooth gems from this place and I love them! They are professional and totally affordable. They didn’t rush and made sure exactly what I wanted. I will always go back!

I was wanting to get a tattoo for a family member that passed away and my best friend had previously been tattooed by Mili and recommended her. I messaged her on Instagram before to make sure she could see me and she was very sweet and said I could walk in and she would take care of me. We went one Saturday night and were seen right away. Mili was so nice, as well as the other two artists that were there, and did a great job on my best friend and I’s tattoos. I would recommend this shop and will definitely use them again in the future.

I honestly can’t thank this shop enough!! My artist was down-to-earth, respectful, and talked me through my whole tattoo making sure I was comfortable. I plan to come back for a lot more work. Thanks guys!! My favorite store by far. ❤️

The actual service is great! Following up with questions is great! Just go LOL! Brian is a great piercer. He’s honest and to the point. He removed some terribly placed dermals from my collar bone and also did my tapout session. If you’re looking for a clean environment and a piercer that listens to you, this is the place! I never felt rushed or like he was irritated with my questions. I’ll be back in a few weeks to swap out my jewelry and get a second septum. I’ve found my piercer 😁!

Ive gotten all 7 of my piercings there and Ive never had any disappointments. There always really friendly and give me great opinions now my ears are super dope.

I got there and was greeted and taken care of pretty fast. Everything was clean and all the aftercare instructions were explained. Would definitely go there again for a future piercing.

I went to the facility off of Barker Cypress and it is very clean!! Staff is very kind, knowledgeable, and professional! Would 100% recommend to ALL my family and friends for their future tattoos and piercings!!

Went here to change out my ear rings, I was given a big size that was floating around the piercing. I brought it up to the piercing guy ‘s attention, he basically condemned my concerns and told me to do whatever I want, he didn’t care. I do not recommend this place. His nasty manners and attitude was uncalled for. Please provide service with some respect for others. Thank you!!

It was pretty good I super scared to get my lip pierced on my birthday but all the girls hyped me up and did it well. It turned out great I plan to come back to get my eyebrow pierced soon.

Cool spot.. its kind of hidden because its apart of many businesses inside of a nail salon.. but its dope af! The ppl are dope af.. and my tattoo artist did an amazing job. They did an amazing job piercing my ear. Proper placement did it nice and quick. I even went back a week later to get my third piercing.
