1. True love studios address is actually 1121 Providence St, which made me late to my event because of the confusion when looking up this persons buiness they’ve had open for months.2. My event was supposed to be bar plus bring your own snacks while we paint, bar was not provided and a they offered instead byob the day before unprofessional, a free drink was promised with the purchase of entrance to the event, but wasn’t fulfilled. I used to love art class in school and as an adult im learning to take time to paint again and this class was supposed to be a way to get some guidance from a real artist in something that brings me joy. Unfortunately during the paint and sip the owner was carrying on a a very loud conversation, blasting their phones audio, with someone in the back and i literally was less than five feet away from the artist and couldnt hear their instructions. Kinda hindering the whole point of a paint and sip.3. I didnt complain at the time/place because its not the artists fault on what went wrong with my experience i loved the paint they provided and the picture we painted and how thorough they were on each step of painting (i.e. how to create shadows or lighting) and i didnt know if complaining would hinder if the artist could rebook the space if they choose to so i just made do with what we did. Honestly i hope the artist finds a better venue because i had fun regardless of the fact we didnt get the drink or bar we were promised 🤷‍♀️ guess some people only care about themselves on making a quick buck off an artist.

I followed Possum here from their previous shop and continue to be impressed with their work. This time I got some small hand-poked pieces (the top 2 are a few days old, the bottom is healed). The color piece is previous work by Possum.

I got both of my tattoos from Phillynk . He did a great job. He was able to create some art work tailor to me. He makes sure you’re good with the art work before tattooing it on you. He provides great service. So if you’re looking for a tattoo artist make sure to hit up Phillynk.

Sarah did an amazing job on my eyebrows. I was a little nervous at first because I had no experience with microblading. She walked me through the entire process, very carefully measured out my face for the perfect shape and helped me choose the best color for my face. I was surprised that the entire process didn’t hurt at all! She was extremely pleasant, professional and fun to talk to the entire time. It took a while for me to get used to my new eyebrows since I never normally drew them in but they looked PERFECT. She walked me though the healing process and loved their little after care bag to make sure I followed through correctly. My eyebrows look even more amazing after my follow up touch up visit. I get compliments all of the time. All for a VERY fair price! I went in for my wedding makeup trial and the makeup artist was far into the process before she even realized my eyebrows are microbladed! I’ve already recommended Sarah to several friends and will continue to send people her way and see her again in the future when I feel I need another touch up! Love love love!

Went to True Love Studios and unfortunately didn’t get a tattoo at all. My appointment was made for 1:00PM and I arrived at 12:20-12:25PM. Checked in and waited until 2:30PM. The artist Arturo told me finally came out at 2:00PM and told me that he was finishing up after I asked the receptionist how much longer it was going to be. At 2:00PM Arturo gave me a 15 minute time to clean up the room and come get me. I agreed and said I’ll wait a little longer. After waiting till 2:30-2:35 I decided to leave. I wish I would’ve gotten the tattoo I came for. I was really excited and looking forward to it. At no time was I checked on, given time updates or any kind of apology. Hopefully this doesn’t happen to anyone else.

Sandra did an AMAZING job with my eyebrows! She was friendly, knowledgeable and I am happy with the results! I recommend her and her studio if youre looking for microblading services.

Love the work Sandra did on my brows! She took the time to explain the process and pick a perfect color for my skin and hair. She also helped me change the shape of my brow so they are more flattering to my face. I am about to go in a slight touch up, but it has been two months and they still look amazing. Also, she is a legit nurse, so she is highly ethical, responsive, and her studio/tools are all sanitized and clean.

I am a child of the 90’s when over plucking was celebrated by Seventeen magazine and the likes of Drew Barrymore. My mother and I made an appointment with Sarah and left feeling like brand new fierce and fabulous women! Sarah is super detailed and professional. I knew my face was safe with her because she is a registered nurse and has great eye for proportion and is super cute herself. My brows look natural but improved, and people always ask me if I did something different with my hair. 😂🤫

This is my 3rd time coming to Sarah for microblading and she makes me brows look PERFECT each and every time! I’d been to one other microblading artist before coming to True Love Studios and there was such a big difference. Unlike the first artist I went to, Sarah actually numbs my brows so that when she begins doing the microblading strokes, I don’t feel a thing! She also gave me the perfect shape to my brows that actually complemented my face! Her after care instructions actually make my eyebrows last and look perfect for at least 12-18 months whereas the first stylist I had gone to gave me improper instructions and my brows had completely faded within a year. I don’t think I’ll trust anyone other than Sarah with my brows from now on honestly. When I come to her I know I’m in good hands 😊

I recently went to get a tattoo by good grief and she is amazing! 10/10 she was super friendly and hygienic! Not to mention her art work is amazing! I love my tattoo and will be definitely be coming back to get more tattoos from her!

I had my eyebrows microbladed 2 weeks ago. Sarah did an amazing job. She was very thorough when drawing out my stencil. There was zero pain. Sarah went over all the after care carefully. Im looking forward to my touch in the next few weeks. I get so many compliments on my eyebrows. Its worth it!

My experience with Microblade RN was fantastic. She is professional and friendly. The ambiance of her studio made it easy for me to relax. She also explained everything to me during my appointment. I got my brows done in November, by my 8 week touch up the color had completely faded on my left brow. I touched it up in January. It’s now 3 weeks later and there are again no brow strokes, and it’s lightened up where it’s lighter than my natural hair. I’ve had to pencil in where it’s faded, which defeats the purpose of getting micro blading done in the first place. They are lovely ladies personally but the service itself isn’t working for my skin, it’s not sticking.
