I had a microdermabrasion session with their newest esthetician Alissa, she was so sweet, calm and very knowledgeable , it was very relaxing. All the staff is wonderful, its always a pleasure going there!

They offer many skin treatments and often have great discounts and prices on Holidays, however there discounts/sales are only offered a few times a year. Their hours of operation are not very convenient and or consistent as they change yearly and or seasonally to accommodate the owner. Appointments should always be scheduled and not missed because fees for missed appointmens or no-call no-shows can be up to $25 if not called before a full 24 hours notice. It is extremely un professional to disclose any patients and or clients information as a response to a review on a public format. I am very displeased about this.

I highly recommend this place! From the moment you step in the staff is so friendly. The waiting area is very comfortable. The technicians and the owner are so knowledgeable and honestly it’s the best injections I have ever had. On my second visit, I had the pleasure of meeting the owner. She is so knowledgeable and caring. Thank you very much to everyone. I will certainly be back next time. I am in town.

This sweet little place has been a part of my skincare journey for 5+ years. They are all professional and knowledgeable but yet make you feel like you’re a part of their family. They continue to add more services as the industry changes. Thank you Jocelyn and team for staying on top of my skincare and the crazy skin of our teenagers! You are the BEST!

I have seen multiple people at this location and even the girls at the front desk are always so friendly! I have gotten dysport and I’m also in the process of getting a tattoo removed! I drive from an hour out, 10 out of 10 recommend!

I’ll try to make this as short as possible. I bought a syringe of lip filler. At my first appointment I wanted to use the entire syringe but was told she suggested to use conservatively and that it was good until September of 2022. January I made an appointment to use to remaining filler and after consulting with Corrine and verifying the expiration date decided to wait until Spring. I made an appointment in April and when I arrived the technician did not do injectables. I verified when the expiration was and was told again September 2022. For all of these appointments we take time away from our families and time off work to drive 20 minutes to not be serviced. On MondayAugust 22 I made an appointment online for August 30th. This time I called to verify that the appointment time and provider was correct so that I could be serviced. After all this was the 3rd time I had tried to use the remaining half syringe. I received a call back stating it expired that previous Friday August 19th. I made several attempts to use the service I purchased within the time frame they provided me. Each time I asked I was told it expired September 2022. So I paid $614 for half a syringe of filler. I would say remember to verify expirations dates more than once, but I did that. I would advise to not rely on online scheduling. I had communication via email with Corrine. I asked if I could please be in contact with Jocelyn. Corrine said she and Jocelyn would be calling me the following week during a certain timeframe. I made sure to make myself available during my workday and never received a call. I ended up finding another medspa closer to home. It was refreshing to find prices that are more affordable and a higher quality of care.

Will never go anywhere else for my skincare needs! I trust all these ladies and am always happy with the experience, pricing, and most importantly the results.

I cant say enough great things about this place. Jocelyn and her staff are amazing!Jocelyn did a fantastic job microblading my eyebrows. She explained everything in full detail of the procedure and made sure I was 100% comfortable with everything. I couldnt believe how much time she spent measuring everything to make sure my brows were even.St Croix Skincare has a customer for life!

A year ago I stumbled across St Croix Skincare through a Groupon, and feel so fortunate to have found them & am now a loyal customer. The entire staff is extremely friendly and they treat you like family. Jocelyn is passionate about her business and it shows. She is highly-skilled and the supreme Licensed Master Esthetician. Every treatment Ive had with her the past year produced amazing results. I had spent over a year searching for a clinic, by an experienced injector that was within my budget, that offered botulinum toxin injections for alleviating my severe TMJ disorder symptoms and Jocelyn has done an outstanding job! The clinic offers competitive pricing, membership options, and promotions they offer throughout the year for those on a tight budget.

I had a great experience with Jocelyn this morning! The environment was very clean and everyone was friendly. I got dysport in my Masseter muscles to stop grinding my teeth at night and she was very knowledgeable about the damage grinding or clenching can really cause. I will definitely be a long time customer going forward, also to mention, I’m willing to make my hour long drive from home to see her!

Ive been coming to this establishment for many years, and have received a plethora of services. Ive always felt everyone goes above and beyond my expectations. I checked out going to the stuff you always hear on KDWB radio, Ideal Image and go injections and they over injected me. Will never go back or anywhere else!!!

I love this place. The care I receive and the products are excellent (several to choose from). I drive 45 miles to St. Croix Skincare because I love their services and prices. There are places closer to me, but I will drive the distance to receive quality service. I have been going to St. Croix Skincare for 2 years. I have a monthly membership and it is worth every cent. Try the Dermasound Ultrasonic Facial it is incredible.

Went in for my third signature facial which was super relaxing! My skin looks fantastic. Each experience was catered to my skins current needs. Susan is so informative and letting me know what I should do to keep my skin healthy. Cant wait to go back!

I had a signature facial today with Nancy S. She is amazing and very knowledgeable and makes your visit so relaxing and educates you as the session goes on, but quiet during your massage ! I also have services done with Cassie C. Who will also make you feel amazing as well.She puts your needs absolutely first and treats you like you are #1 ! Beautiful place and beautiful people there! There was a misunderstanding/misleading Groupon offer I purchased. It was on Groupons side. Not St Croix Skin Cares when I expressed my concern and frustration to St Croix Skin Care they chose to make it right and honor that Groupon as it was advertised. Again this wasn’t their error or responsibility to make it right, but they did. This speaks volumes for them in my book. I went from “I’m not coming back for any service here” because I didn’t realize it wasn’t their error, but Groupons to “I will definitely return for future services”.And my service with Allie was amazing!! Staff were all extremely pleasant, caring and professional. Definitely give them a try, but beware of Groupon.

Corrine was great! I didnt feel pressured buy any one treatment plan, and she explained everything very well. Looking forward to being a continuous client.

The owner is more than amazing, I didnt like something so she said come back in and I did and this is what happened : SHE FIXED IT BETTER THAN EVER AND DIDNT CHARGE ME A DIME, shes an amazing lady and so is her staff! I’ve been seeing Corrine for Botox for over a year after working with less than ideal injectors in the past. She’s great at walking through options (what effect various units will have) as well as allowing quick check ins if I feel movement is coming back too fast.

Super nice staff, or so I thought. I asked about the product after i went for a touch up, i said it was clearly watered down!! When i mentioned how my botox injections didnt work and i had 2x more injected because if the great deal there was no way!! I simply asked if the product was maybe diluted I literally was yelled at and she threatened not to do any more work even though I already paid!! I said you cant do that just because of my assumptions!! We got in a minor quarrel and Ireally hope people look elsewhere for a more professional honest company. Very unprofessional and rude!

I had a 1 hour massage last week. It was perfect! Sadly, Kristen will be moving to a different job soon. But Im hopeful her replacement will be as good.

I dealt with unsightly toenail fungus for over 20 years. I tried pills, oils,lotions with no results and had given up on a cure! When I heard about the laser treatment I was skeptical to say the least but My fungus continued to spread to all my nails over the years and I needed to try something different. I am so thankful that I did and the laser treatment worked and my fungus is gone and my toenails are completely back to normal. I recommend this to anyone suffering from this issue. Always a pleasure when I visit this spa! I’ve used multiple of their providers and multiple services and always been very happy!

Id like to provide a review regarding the celluma light therapy for anyone who suffers from acne. Ive suffered from acne, including cystic acne, most of my life and have tried everything from OTC drugs, creams, serums to prescription antibiotics, gels, creams, etc. My most recent appointment with my dermatologist was a waste as she dismissed most of what I had to say. When Susan suggested I try the Celluma light therapy twice per week for five weeks, I had to try it. Nothing else was working. I was a bit skeptical as I knew nothing about light therapy for acne. By the third appointment, I noticed my skin feeling and looking better. Im four weeks into my therapy, and loving the results. I will definitely keep this routine. Not only has my acne improved, but my skin is firmer and feels great! I highly recommend the Celluma light for acne of all kinds.

Cassie got me through the worst year my skin has ever seen. Always professional and personable. I would recommend her to anyone!

I felt the same way as another person previously on here Id had dysport and doubled the dose and nothing happened question whether or not I had gotten what I actually ordered ,and I also had micro needling done I did not realize would be done under the eyes the tissue of my eyes never rebounded I am now probably looking at cosmetic surgery to repair it.

Easy location to get to just outside the Twin Cities, and the friendliest staff. Not to mention the inside is so gorgeous. I recommend St Croix Skincare to everyone!

No appointments available until a month out. Disappointing as I had special occasions coming up and It surprised me they couldnt accommodate me any sooner. If this becomes an ongoing issue I will have to take my business elsewhere.
