I got one of my tattoos done here and I couldn’t be happier with my experience. I got my tattoo done by, Johnathan. He was professional, kind, patient, worked around my budget, and gave me an outstanding tattoo. I would definitely suggest getting a tattoo from here. My overall experience is 5/5 stars and i’ll definitely be coming here for all my tattoos for now on.

I called the shop to schedule - they called me back within minutes. I gave them details and they told me they would check the schedule. They ended up getting me scheduled and answering my questions. John did such a great job on my tattoo, I absolutely love it. He was really kind and made me feel at ease. I will definitely be back for my next tattoo and I highly recommend them.

My all time favorite place to go. I have been going here for a while now and everyone is like family to me. I would go almost every other weekend to get a walk in tattoo and it made me get very close to everyone. I go to Jeremy for all of my big tattoos and he’s the best! The owner is also an amazing guy as well, stopping by and checking how everyone is doing and caring about his employees! 100% will be going here for the rest of my life!

I had my first tattoo done by Brittany and the experience couldn’t have been better! All of the staff were super friendly and Brittany was amazing! Very nice and she made me feel comfortable, as I was a bit nervous. I will definitely be back for more!

Matt has been AMAZING to work with & gave me the tattoo Ive dreamt of for a long time! I had a vision in mind & he made it come to life.. I couldnt be happier with my experiences with him. Everyone else that Ive met/talked to at the shop has been very welcoming and pleasant as well! Im headed back in a couple months to work with Matt again & will be going to him to finish the entire rest of my arm as well as other pieces in the future. Very easy to work with, while also very honest & transparent. Responds quickly to messages & easy to book with!

I had an appointment with Taryn today for peircings. She was professional & polite. Walked me through steps as she was taking them. Highly recommend.

Highly Recommend! The facility is clean and everyone is very friendly. Jack was great! He drew my tattoo directly on my skin to tie it in with his previous work. It turned out great. He also touched up a few other tattoos done by other artists.

Got an American flag tattoo on my forearm last week and John did an incredible job. You can tell he puts time in his art and cares about his work as he kept working it until it was perfect. I will definitely request John for future tats.As for the establishment its super nice and clean, a relaxed atmosphere and great staff. Definitely recommend this place

Great experience. My wife and I were both recommended there by two separate individuals. My wife had a coverup done and I had my first tattoo done. Jack was very accommodating. He was able to make an original art piece for my wife and work off of a picture I brought in.

Who would I be without my tattoos? An ordinary tattooless broad I suppose. This tattoo shop is clean and comfortable. There is consistent parking closeby despite the building is located in a busy and charming, historic, business district. The staff are all friendly and approachable and the artist who has been working on me as a canvas is invaluable to me, thanks Jon Weis!

I have had many piercings done here and all 4 of my tattoos and have always had a wonderful experience, the environment is so bright and welcoming and all of the people are too! They really get to know you and try and get a good understanding of what you are looking to do! They go above and beyond to make sure your questions are answered and that you are satisfied. They do everything to make you feel comfortable! It definitely does not feel like a typical tattoo shop! It is very clean and well kept. I always tell anyone and everyone looking for a tattoo or piercing to come here!!! Billy and Jack were two of my artists and they are absolutely amazing and I wont see anyone else!!

Called the day of and the employee (I don’t know her name) who was doing the piercing let us come in last minute in between her appointments but we never felt rushed. She was very sweet with my daughter and was thorough with her after care instructions. Thank you for the great service!

My nephew and I both got tattoos. Matt did his and Mack did mine, both did a phenomenal job. Plus they tell you right when you get it done that they guarantee their work, so you can go back if something needs to be fixed, or if you need a touch up. Just an awesome bunch of people!

I had a very important tattoo that I wanted to have done. I heard only positive reviews about Anchors End, and so that was where I went for this very important tattoo. My husband, Donny, died from complications from Leukemia on November 15, 2016. Jesse did a great job. He understood how important this was for me. We talked about our families as he finished up on my tatoo. I Love It!

Today was the first time I had been here. I got my daith pierced and I was very impressed. The girl that pierced my ear was very professional and knowledgeable. The place was very clean. Great experience and I will be back.

Overall I liked this place! My boyfriend and I called to see if they had any availability and the woman on the phone was super nice and told us walkins were welcome. We headed to the shop and were able to get tattooed within the hour. The shop was super clean, the staff was friendly and professional, and both my boyfriend and I were happy with our tattoos! FYI - the shop minimum is $80 which is pretty standard everywhere you go.

Such a great experience. Matt did a wonderful job on my tattoo. The establishment itself was very clean and had a welcoming atmosphere. Matt was great about coming up with a tattoo off of what I described and was extremely comforting during the actual tattoo. Multiple times he told me I could tap out at any time, consistently checked on how I was doing, and stayed very COVID sensitive. Thank you Anchors End!!

Jack did a cover up tattoo for me and it turned out even better than I could have imagined. Taryn, the piercer, is also a joy to work with. Lots of talent under one roof and the prices are very reasonable.

Absolutely amazing! Staff was very friendly and super easy to work with. I have gotten 2 of my tattoos there, and each time they came out AMAZING. Would definitely recommend coming here if youre looking for a good place. Matt is my go to, if youre looking for a specific artist. It takes my about 45 min to get here, and it is worth the drive every time. Prices are very reasonable, and they do not skimp on quality.

Went to get my septum pierced here yesterday and had such a great experience! I was really nervous but Mack was super sweet and she talked me through the whole process, making me feel as comfortable as possible. She also widened the horseshoe per my request so I could flip it up and was very considerate. Very clean and relaxed environment and it was only $60 compared to $75-80 at literally every other place I looked into. Will definitely be making this my regular place!

My wife and I got tattoos for our first anniversary. We had three different people recommend we go there to see Matt, and we couldnt be happier that we followed their advice. He was able to create a design that was exactly what we wanted. The tattoos themselves turned out perfectly too. The atmosphere was great, and Matt was easy to talk to, which made the whole process awesome. The price was also very reasonable.

Ive gotten 4 of my piercings done at this shop. However I dont have any tattoos from this shop, but I have a few friends that have and they love their tattoos. Matt is a great piercer, makes you very comfortable and very welcome, Ive had no problems with my piercings healing. Hes extremely knowledgeable about any questions you may have. Love it there.

This was the shop I chose when I got my first tattoo years ago. The environment is welcoming and very clean. Most of the staff are personable and do wonderful work. My advice, especially for first timers, is to do your research. Each artist has their work displayed as well as a mini bio about them on Anchors Ends website. Ive been tattooed by Jack and Jesse. Theyre both incredible! So far I have 4 tattoos from here and Im itching to get another. I highly recommend this place!

My friend and I went to get a tattoo got there at 11:30am was told no appointment needed just sign in and it’s first come first serve. We asked how long he told us 1.5 hrs so we went and got a pedicure etc… again came back he told us will be another 1.5 hours so we went to lunch . Came back after lunch waiting for our turn totally ignored us. Helped people coming off the street that didn’t have an appointment drawing up tattoos while we were waiting when it was our turn?? I went up to desk asked again when is our turn he stated might not get to us and to come back and make appointment another day??? I said we’ve waited all day for our tattoos he said ‘“ no one told you to wait around !! I feel we were treated with total disrespect and very unprofessional!! On top of this I’m on oxygen and I waited tell I was 22% oxygen left when 2 other people walked in and he took them into room to get tattoo and only 1 person was on list in front of us. I took my stuff and we walked out . Was never called to say was our turn for tattoos?? Will never go there again and will make sure I pass the good word around !!!!

Jesse was a phenomenal artist to work with! He was incredibly knowledgeable about placement and colors, and kept making sure I was comfortable for the 7 hour tattoo session. The building was clean and other staff also very friendly!

Billy is the sweetest. So kind and extremely professional. I have multiple tattoos, and have been waiting for the opportunity to see him after multiple referrals. He is very talented, and worth the wait. The entire staff is very welcoming and the shop is clean. Thank you Billy for giving me my most meaningful tattoo.

Wow what a great experience from start to finish! The staff was very professional and courteous, the shop very well decorated and pleasant, and my artist Matt was great! He gave helpful advice on placement and styling of my tattoo. Plus, he was very personable and nice to chat with. The price was also super reasonable which was an unexpected bonus! In a whim, I decided to get another ear piercing. Called and asked if they had availability. The individual who answered was very helpful and said I could stop by. So, I did and am so happy i did. I love the piercing, and the team at Anchors End Tattoo was great. The individual who did the piercing was very friendly and walked through everything she was doing, so no surprises. Definitely recommend.

In an absolutely amazing location, I didnt think it could get better - but it did. The shop is located in a very scenic area, across the ways from the water and plenty of restaurants. My artist, Matt, was very kind and took full opportunity of the idea I had presented to him (Kraken attacking a ship) and made a stunning piece of art where I get no shortage of compliments. Every person I have met here seemed excited to work and fulfill the dreams of their patrons. I highly recommend this shop to anyone who wants or is thinking about getting a tattoo.

This place rocks! Highly recommend!! I live out of state now, but whenever I want another tattoo I wait until a holiday trip back to WI to schedule a tattoo appt. at Anchors End. Theyve done three for me now, two small ones on my feet that that have held up really well. This past weekend I got a large side piece done by Jesse, and damn, that line work was incredible! Great staff, clean shop, cant say enough good things.

I called in to Anchors End to see if I could get my daith pierced. They got me in right away that same day; and were quick and efficient with the paperwork. The staff were very knowledgeable about the piercing and Brittany: body artist who did my daith piercing, was amazing! She explained the whole process to me and what she was going to do. And was a very fair price. Will definitely be going back and 10/10 recommend going here!

Got a piercing done with Mack and she was extremely gentle and so nice. She definitely knows what shes doing, highly recommend! My friend also had a couple piercings by her and said she was very gentle as well. Will definitely be coming back

Love this place! Michael did an amazing job on my sleeve tattoo and Mackenzie is an awesome piercer. They make sure you are comfortable and have everything you need. They communicate very well and make sure that you like the placement and look of everything before they pierce or tattoo! Defiantly recomend them and will definatly be going back for more tattoos and piercings!

I went in for my second tattoo ever at the age of 20 and got my best and favorite tattoo done by Jesse. I got the promise of free touch ups and his email, and card, and all this. My tattoo is great and so is his work. However wanting my third tattoo ever, because tattoos are something I take seriously and debate on, I tried to return to see Jesse after six years and was denied service and to look at another artist at his discretion, because he didnt feel like the project was for him, although his Instagram is exactly what I described I wanted done. You can accept who ever you want as a client this I understand but I will not be returning to this location after this experience.

Michael Yribar is the BEST. As a woman, sometimes getting tattoos can be daunting but he made me feel very comfortable and listened to exactly what I wanted. Highly recommend and Im so happy with my new tattoos!

I live in Minnesota, and this is my go to stop for piercings AND tattoos for over a year now. Dusty is an incredible artist and is wonderful with helping you through the process. He answered all my newbie questions and even gave me his email if I had any more questions. Mack is AWESOME and SO welcoming! She has done many of my piercings and they always heal so well and she’s always super stoked to help pick out and change your jewelry once it’s healed. Yesterday I went in and there was an apprentice whose name I believe is Elle. She was there when Mack had pierced me previously but yesterday she pierced me for the first time and I could not be more happy. She did my nostril and my bridge and they already are healing very well, minimal swelling/soreness and redness! Honestly the best shop of all time. Super accommodating!!

The staff is so nice and cool, real down to earth people. i got my lobes pierced and got a tattoo a year later. both times i’ve been ecstatic with the turnout. it is not the most affordable option but i think it’s worth it because of the quality of the place. will continue coming here until i move away from this area :)

Have gotten 4 tattoos over a few years at this studio and it’s hit or miss for me. I have two tattoos that went great (Jesse was very fun and accommodating for one), a handwriting one that is completely butchered, and another that was a replica of a specific picture that the artist tried to mirror the image on without telling me. I’m glad that I caught he mirrored the image before he started, because then it wouldn’t have been the same. They aren’t the coldest or most arrogant atmosphere, but definitely have felt more welcome and comfortable at other shops. Would not recommend if you’re nervous or not assertive on what you want.

This is one of my fav shops in the area! Taryn has pierced my conch and double forward helix and has always done such a great job of making me feel comfortable. They also squeezed me in for a small lettering tattoo yesterday and it was one of my easiest tattoo experiences ever. ty Anchors End!

Just got an industrial piercing yesterday and I was very scared but it was honestly the best experience I couldve asked for. My piercer Mackenzie was so nice and calming and talked me through everything so I knew what was happening. 100% recommend Anchors End and I will definitely go back for future piercings and tattoos!

I didnt have a tattoo parlor until I got a referral by one of my coworkers. Made an appointment with my youngest brother a month before our time. This ensured our time and gave them a chance to work a little on my brothers design. When we went in, we had a great time. The place was clean, the people were tons of fun. My brother got his first tattoo and it went as smoothly as possible, they even joked around a little when the parents showed up to give them a little grief about them mutilating their baby. When it came to my turn, we shot ideas back and forth until my design was modified and improved. Overall, I give two thumbs up. I had a great time and look forward to going again. Shout out to Luke for a job well done!

I had an absolutely amazing time once again at Anchors End in Hudson. First with Matt as the artist and second with Dusty. This time I had a slightly bigger piece so I was a little nervous. But the details and art of the tattoo are beautiful, and he drew it exactly what I was hoping for and more! I am so happy with my tattoo and my experience, I would highly recommend Anchors End!

Mack was the best. She also helped me like a week after my piercing. She helped me right away and made me feel like she was totally happy to do so. I 100% recommend her. Thanks again Girls/Guys your the best!

Alex was amazing. His work is on point and almost to perfect. Id recommend him to anyone who wants amazing work done 150 an hour. Takes credit debt cards. Down payment of 80 dollars. Im going in for my second one within two weeks. Im super excited to have Alex work on me again.

The establishment is very nice on the inside and the staff was kind. I got my first tattoo was very well done! I unfortunately had some scaring where I got my tattoo. I thought that I may have not taken care of it well enough so I went back later that year to get my second and a touch up on my first. My second one also became scared and the artist I had, Micheal did both tattoos and honestly poor job with my touch up and second tattoo. He added stuff to my first tattoo that I did not like and the second tattoo was very faded on half of it. It is a same because I really like the establishment and the staff but did not the the work I received from Micheal was good. I only hope I can get the tattoos touched up and make them look the way I want.

Clean, professional shop. My Piercer was informative and made the process super quick and easy without sacrificing sterility. My tattoo artist was great for seeing my vision and working with me to ensure my tattoo was everything I wanted. Definitely recommend this shop for tattooing or piercing services.

My friend got a tattoo here. The facility was very nice & clean. He wanted the base started for a sleeve. There were dark straight lines and shading included in this tattoo. After some days of healing it started to scab over, as it should, except...there were hard spots that were yellow (puss) scabs that were very painful. The parts that were supposed to be solid black were blotchy and not filled in. The faded - shading was choppy and looked unfinished. The lines were crooked and the dark shading went outside the lines. The guy was very young & had only been tattooing for 6 months which we didnt know until after the session (not hearing this from him). This tattoo had exact stenciling (which I understand still takes great skill) but was not free handed. My advice...dont get a tattoo by anybody under 40 years old and make sure you understand the skill level and experience of your tattoo artist. Very disappointed and will be going back (but to a different employee) to hopefully get it fixed as best as they can.

Jesse is the best! I have put off this experience for three years to find the right artist and found him! Jesse is a talented artist, openly tells you his opinion and light touch. Will continue to go back every few months for more. Great experience, super clean, knowledgeable and safe. My tatoos are bold and vibrant. Thank you Jesse!!!

Today I went to Anchors End Tattoo for the first time and had an awesome experience! Everyone there was super friendly. We were chatting and sharing some laughs. I just walked in and was able to get my nose pieced right away by Mack which she did a great job and also was very hilarious😂 Definitely coming back to get some ink dope!😁

I love Mac and her work I have come to her for 3 years for piercings and want to say shes done probably 15 or more the latest being a septum, double conch and a double flat. She has a way to make you feel comfortable explains everything and then talks with you or jokes to make it better. I just love her

I got my tongue piercing there while on a weekend trip with friends. They were super nice and friendly and answered all of our questions had an amazing experience they’re planning on making another weekend trip again and we will definitely be stopping back at the tattoo shop.

Would never go back. Tattoos turned out horrible (I knew from the start it was a bad idea, he started doing them and I was like yeah no. This looks horrible) and it’s been about three weeks and it’s lost almost all it’s color and they look horrible. So does my bfs tattoo. Definitely not worth your time or money!!

This place is the real deal. I wouldnt get a tattoo anywhere else. Dusty is excellent at his craft and has the talent to adapt to your style and is flexible to your needs. I have spent approximately 18 hours here.

For my first parlor experience this was a fantastic place to go! It was not my first tattoo, but I will definitely be returning here for more! The staff was extremely friendly, everything was very clean, and the overall atmosphere was fantastic! Plus, its conveniently located right above a coffee shop!

As someone who is very particular about tattoos, Ive got to hand it to Jack for being very understanding about where I wanted my tattoo and how I wanted it fixed in some areas. No tattoo artist wants to deal with that, but Jack. Laid back, humble, awesome crew. I cant wait to get my shading done. I mean, its been a whole year after all. (my fault)

My name is Brittany and Matt did tattoos for me and my mom a couple months ago. We got matching tattoos, it was of my brother who had recently passed and Matt completely messed them up. They don’t even look like the picture we brought in. We told him we were unhappy and he said talk to Joe. That did no good all he did was threaten us. Don’t go there! They are all on drugs

I got my tattoo in October 2017 done by jack and it was such a pleasant experience. He relocated but I would still go back and get it done by one of their other artists. I still get compliments to this day about how realistic and pretty it is 😊

Got an eagle tattooed on my wrist by Tony. He used too small of a needle and the tattoo fell apart in days, also the line work is terrible and there is no symmetry to the bird whatsoever despite the image being completely symmetrical. Stillwater tattoo on main Street has PROFESSIONAL artists dont get your tattoo done by these strung out novices.

Love this place! The artist are always willing to help find the best place to put your tattoo. The place is clean, classy with a touch of edge. The artist know what they are doing and they keep this place looking great!

My mom and I got matching rose tattoos here we had sent pictures of what we wanted we got to our appointment and the drawing she had done was nothing like the pictures we sent we asked her to change a few things and she seemed offended but we brushed it off then she starts tattooing us and continues to take about the fact that we can get free touch ups whenever we wanted which actually scared me because with a good tattoo in my experience you shouldn’t need one 5 months later after our tattoos are fully healed my tattoo looks sloppy like a cartoon and my moms is super faded and thin on certain lines it is super disappointing when your paying money for something permanent to be good but the artists there seem to rely on touch ups

Great group of people. There artists are super nice and its the only place I go for anything related to tattoo or piercing.
