Disclaimer: first tattoo here.Now that weve established that, this place has set the bar for anywhere else I try! The crew here was great, even with a little shuffle. I needed to get the minor consent form for my 16 year old daughter, and they let me know the process and made sure we were set.My daughter was extremely happy with Denas work, and I think shes already left her own review.My first tattoo was thoughtfully and expertly done by Aaron. Yeah, maybe I was also an easy client but Ill say Im happy with the whole process! The only downside is that we have to drive about 4 hours one-way but thats on us because SC is anything but free or progressive.

Let me just say that I love this place with all the biasm in the world. The fact that the artists are so versatile and personal makes the place so comforting and very fun to be at. Overall I love the vibe of the place and all it’s employees.I went there on December 1. Had an appointment with Dena (the owner) and let me just say that it was the best thing I ever did. She worked with me and my price range and still worked with the piece that I showed her. She was super quick in her sketch and her placing of the tattoo was such a great area. All I can say is that I’m throughly in love with her art. She did amazing detail on my tattoo and finished it in no time. I’m top of that, her staff was really welcoming and very fun to be with. They felt like friends and made me feel more at ease while was getting my tattoo.Personally, I think this place is home to amazing tattoo artists who are versatile and precise in their work. They are willing to accommodate in terms of your price range and reference pictures. By far the #1 tattoo place ❤️

Dena did my tattoo, she was absolutely wonderful. The place was clean, the atmosphere was great, all of the staff were lovely. This was my first tattoo, and Im definitely going to recommend them to everyone.

Went in for $30 flash deal they have on Tuesday/thursday. I had a great experience. I had DJ as my tattoo artist. She was so sweet and professional and I love my little blossom tattoo. She did a great job, it’s so cute.

I had the absolute pleasure of being tatted by their artist taylor. she was absolutely amazing and made sure i was comfortable and set the entire time. not to mention, earlier in the day she did my friend as well and was nothing but a pleasure! definitely would recommend and would go to her again and again 💚💚

I got this tattoo from here for the $30 deal they have on Tuesday’s and Thursdays and I think they gave me a new person because this did not come out right at all and the tattoo was simple and small. I wouldn’t recommend going on these days.The owner reached out and asked if I wanted to cover it up or get a full refund. I told her I would just like the refund and she agreed on sending it. After a couple weeks, I asked her if I was still able to get the refund because she never sent it. She apologized and said she was busy with a client and wasn’t able to respond. I let her know it was okay and if she could send it now. She left me on open and it’s been over a month… Do not believe this person if they say they are trying to help you.

Kenny is the one who did my last two tattoos and he is sooo attentive to detail and a perfectionist and it really shows in his work. He’s amazing and hands down I will never go to anyone else!!

The artist Dana was amazing!!!! Never had such a great Artist. She prepped fast, amazing customer service. Made sure I was comfortable, her lines were perfect, and shading too. The tattoo was perfect, definitely gonna keep coming back!!!!

I moved here from Ohio searching for a good tattoo shop about 2 years ago when I came across Divine Lines. I can confidently say this is one of the best shops I’ve been to. I’ve gotten work done by Samson, Nathalie, and Dena and they’ve all done an amazing job. Their shop is full of talent. Highly recommend!!

Walked in during a Friday the 13th special in October. I had no clue what to expect from this shop but got paired up with Taylor to do my tattoo, and I had a wonderful experience 💕 She was such a sweetheart and knocked out my little flash piece perfectly. THIS PLACE IS THE SPOT IF YOU NEED WORK DONE!!!!! Good vibes, great energy, and even more phenomenal work done by the artists here! One of my favorite artist there is Sam (IG:@samsyntattoo) whose created his own personal font so if you need some badass lettering or a scripture done, he’s your guy !!!

WORST TATTOO SHOP IN JAX PLEASE AVOID!!! This place is just an establishment with a bunch of idiots claiming they can tattoo and a sorry excuse of an owner claiming this is a tattoo shop. I came here last February, and the execution of my tattoo was horrid. I finally found time to finish this review and I ended up booking with an artist outside of Florida to have a consultation and see what can be done. I so wish I would have found out about the root of my concerns quicker, if only I knew the artists) here at Divine Lines were the problem and not me.. steer clear of the artist I went to named A.Davinci or Aaron (IG:@a.davincisliding; his media is pure misconception). He is an artist in his head, but NO ONE in this tattoo shop is an actual tattoo artist. Long story short, I come across a video discussing the meaning of blowouts and more signs of an artist going too deep and being too rough on your skin. I took a further look at my arm and noticed my entire tattoo is full of blowouts. It also made me remember my session having many similar concerns (bleeding, immediate pain, etc.). During my session with A. Davinci or Aaron, I explained exactly how I wanted my tattoo. I even explained to him I loved the flowers but I want it colorful. I do not want too much black. Why is the outline so wide and dark, with many dark lines? I thought my tattoos were going to slightly fade over time. My tattoo is still super dark, my skin would need to take that same kind of damage just to add the color I was looking for and he said he could do? I am trusting a tattoo artist in a shop to be professional and communicative. Why would I do research as if I am a tattoo professional myself? In my instance, who waits until a LOYAL client is frustrated months later to say numbing cream causes more issues with pain and healing? Why not AT THE LEAST try to explain the issues your clients experience with your tattoo style combined with numbing cream? There are so many artists that call Bs on other artists complaining about numbing cream. Aaron is just not that kind of tattoo artist and needs to expand skill before increasing prices. To take someones money KNOWING you are a horrible artist is a scam. The shop he works in sells numbing cream; why? I dont know what kind of relationship he has with Dena (owner) but A. Davinci/Aaron banned me for extensively expressing my concerns; I guess he was speaking for Dena. I was so appalled by his unprofessional response, I called the shop and Dena answered. I briefly tried to explain my concerns, she then cut me off explaining she understands, I was the third person of the week to complain about Aaron and she will reach out to her husband the big boss and get back to me in a few hours. She never once got back to me. Not a phone call or an email back. I have been going to Dena for almost 4 years now and have spent nearly $3000 in this shop and to be treated like this is disgusting. No one even offered to take a deeper look at the tattoo or consolidate me in any way and it lets me know I was never cared for. I wish I wouldve never went to Dena either at this point. How weird for a shop to comfortably harm their clientele and treat the client as if they were wrong. Dena needs to properly educate and train her employees before considering this a business. Aaron/a.davinci should have turned me down and should have been much more honest about the work he can produce. Save yourselves the trouble and invest in a shop that actually cares for clientele and will produce their best work every time. Tattoos are permanent and meaningful. I stare at my tattoo in complete disgust because of the work done and how horribly I was treated. An absolute horrendous look on Divine Lines.Edit: For a “business”, your reply further proves my point, please take some English and Business courses. The wannabe artists that YOU HIRE use numbing cream; I have all of the screenshots. You’re helping bums instead of hiring actual artists for money. Never once consolidated me in any way but with a lie. You’re a literal con artist.

I originally came in for a smaller tattoo with thin line work but Alex did such an amazing job I literally came back the next day and ended with my favorite tattoo to date. Everyone at the shop was super friendly and talented. If I visit Jax again it will be purely for another tattoo from Alex.

Dena is absolutely amazing! SO many people tell me how much they love my tattoos by Dena and I am always getting asked who does my artwork. I have gotten several pieces done by Dena and have recommended her to so many friends who all regular her as well because she is just that good! Dena is the best!

Dena gave me two walk in tattoos and it was so quick and they turned out amazing I love them! My two friends and I got matching ghost tattoos with lavender inside and I am obsessed. Highly recommend Dena.

Stopped in Devine Lines Tattoo shop and spoke with Sam @Samsyntattoo. I told him I wanted a palm tree on my calf and he drew up a sick design with his creative style. Best tattoo experience I have ever had! Dena is that girl when it comes to fun tattoos and down to do whatever you want, but adds a little twist to make it your own style! Loved my experience there and with her and will for sure be seeing them again!

Samsyn is the best tattoo artist I’ve seen in JAX. I’ve been going to him for a year now and he is always professional and does amazing work! I’ve gotten tattoos of realism, butterflies, flowers and he does really cute ornamental pieces and filler pieces. Very creative and the shop has a really cool vibe to it. This was my first tattoo & Dani made everything feel so peaceful, from the clear communication before & after scheduling to the amazing service provided once I got to the shop. What an awesome experience, the young man that did my tattoo, I forgot his name, but I can tell you, not the first seat when you walk in, but the second seat. Ladies, if youre looking for someone who is gentle and understanding, hes the guy for you. I must say the guy who sits by the TV station, you have to watch what you say about people. You made a statement about not liking to do tattoos over Stretch Marks, an artist should be willing to go to measures for someone whos paying! 🔥I was unpleased with his unkindly statements, I think hes the manager. What a rude statement to make when someones getting a tattoo, luckily, Im confident in myself.😤

I have been going to see Dena for almost 2 years. She has done both my full sleeve and my half sleeve. Her line work is impeccable and she’s competitively priced. She’s also good and improvising around existing tattoos to make a cohesive piece! Dena and her colleagues are artists I will forever consider first when getting ink.

I honestly don’t write reviews but my experience getting a piercing done at this shop was the worst I’ve had considering I have many piercings. Her attitude was positive and she was friendly but that doesn’t outweigh the bad. I don’t remember her name but the woman who did my piercing was so unprofessional, I feel like she was rushing and didn’t know what she was doing. I had my Medusa done not too long ago and everybody knows for oral piercings they are SUPPOSED to have you swish mouth wash to clean your mouth… she didn’t have me do that. You’re also supposed to put in a longer bar to accommodate for swelling… she also did not do that, she put the smallest size of jewelry in. I didn’t feel comfortable having her change the jewelry out so I had to go somewhere else for them to change it the SAME day. The piercer that changed my jewelry said that it was almost embedded in my lip and if I had waited any longer to change the bar, we wouldve had a bigger issue. Idk if she was inexperienced or if she just didn’t care but either way I won’t be coming back and I definitely won’t be recommending this place to any friend of mine. Getting a new piercing is supposed to be exciting and a positive experience but this was everything but that.

Went to the place to check it out and also was looking for a clean and professional place to get my first tattoo done. They did not disappoint! Alex was my artist and he helped me plan my tattoo out. Took a couple tries but he was patient and worked with me! Highly recommend going here for tattoo’s especially if you are trying to get your first. Thanks again Alex!

My experience was nothing short from amazing. Dani was very kind and patient. She kept me entertained and laughing the entire time causing me to barely even notice the pain from getting my tattoo. Her creative eye helped my vision come to life. My tattoo was a butterfly including a semicolon for mental health. I love it so much and look forward to working with her again!

Dina and Tye ( I hope thats how she spells her name) were ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! Dina free hand drew out mine and my daughters mother/daughter tattoos. I was really excited about all the praises I heard about this shop so for an early birthday present I made an appointment with the owner Dena ( I spoke with her via Instagram before booking). WhewI got there I sat in the waiting area for 30 min WITHOUT being acknowledged… when I was asked who and what I was there for, I said I wanted a small wrist tattoo and I wanted Dena since that was the person who I made the appointment with…I saw she was tattooing somebody, they told me to have a seat and I’m STILL waiting for Dena to at least come over and speak to me or acknowledge me… she DID NOT she continued to speak to another artist who told me that everybody was busy ( but yet two were talking about nothing…) after Dena finished her client she LEFT…..I stopped an artist and asked her could she do my tattoo she said she had a 5:00 client but it was 4:05…. Confused about that… so I ended up getting my tattoo done from somebody else…. ( I believe his name was Eli)I really would have wanted to get my tattoo from Dena since I was referred to her and I made an appointment with her…. If she didn’t do small tattoos she could have said that… she didn’t even acknowledge my presence…. Probably won’t be back….

Samsyn and I have been working on a sleeve ideas and he is amazing! He listens and takes in to a account my likes and dislikes, I can’t wait for the sleeve to be finished!

Dena hands down is the best artist I’ve came across in Jacksonville. Her line work is phenomenal. She’s genuinely one of the sweetest people I’ve met.

Recently I got a second tattoo done from Dena at Divine Lines Tattoo and let me say I will be returning for a third! Dena is so chill, she makes the tattoo experience so much better! Divine Lines has such mellow yet fun vibes from the time you walk in, to getting the tattoo, to telling your artist what your thinking of next! I went in on a Tuesday and got there by 6:05pm and left by 9pm without a tattoo. I get that i was a walk in but the artists took my friends back who were there after me and then when it was my turn nobody knew who was going to do my tattoo and i could come back the next day.. its really bad service to make someone feel wait that long and not even tell them when theyll get theirs done and on top of that take 2 people who were walk ins BEFORE me… that just put a bad taste in my mouth. And NONE of the artists ask me to send or air drop my picture idea so they gave me the vibe that they just didnt want to do mine. This was a very horrible 1st time there.

I’ve had two large pieces done by Dena so far, and I never stop getting compliments! Beyond satisfied with the quality and clarity of her work. Will definitely be coming back.

Made an appointment on Friday 13th for the following day. Got to my appt 10 minutes early. An hour and 10 minutes later the artist herself finally came to stating her 1pm appointment ran over and she would a little longer. Meanwhile when I walked in for my appointment the person in the front stated she had just took a walk-in and would be another few minutes. I was ok until the artist stated sorry this took longer than expected. Meanwhile 4 walk-in’s were taken in while I sat there for “my appointment. They’re customer service sucks!!!! I don’t recommend this tattoo place. Unless you want to wait for your appointment. This tattoo I was getting done was to my late husband who passed away not to long ago. This place is another type of hustle.

Take this is your warning and do NOT get tattooed by Xio Rivas. I was unfortunate enough to have a tattoo done by her when she still worked at Harajuku and was not only overcharged but the line work is worse than even any apprentice I’ve ever seen. She does not know which needles to use, her line weight is extremely inconsistent, and upon healing I had ink fall out of *every single line*. You can look at the work on her Instagram and see how shaky her lines are but there’s a reason she only has 2 or 3 healed pictures. And those all show awful blowout.She is also extremely unprofessional and prejudiced against anyone that doesn’t look or act like her. She has absolutely no business touching anyone with a needle and I doubt she will work here long but for while she does, avoid her work at all costs.

I got my first big piece by Dena and although I had other tattoos, I was a bit nervous for this one. Dena absolutely created such a safe and comfortable space for me. I was a walk-in and nobody let me know I was sitting with until halfway with the tattoo and I got left with bad scabs and not so great work. I understand it was just something he wasn’t used to but it woulda been nice to be notified that they were gonna sit me with the apprentice before we started.

Got my first color tattoo (red) almost 2 years ago and it still looks great. Line work is divine. Love them and would recommend.
