A few of the pieces I’ve gotten done at this shop by Chris and another one of their artists. This shop and their staff are clean, professional and very welcoming. I came in as a walk in today with a few pieces that I wanted to get done but was told that it wouldn’t fit in the small spots I wanted them in due to the amount of detailing in them but Chris was able to work something out and modify them to where they would fit. shows that they are honest and care about their clients and their artwork!

Got poked by Liz with a piece by Junipurr. Very pleased. Liz did a great job piercing my Conch and the jewelry is stunning! Fallen Saints is one of VERY VERY few if any others in Jacksonville that offer a jewelry selection from elite jewelers such as Buddah, Junipurr, and Metal Mafia. Until Fallen Saints I was only able to find pieces like this in Wilmington. Very pleased!!

Went in for a nose and brow piercing, Liz did them both freehand and they came out perfect! She has a lovely personality as well and everyone in the shop was kind and welcoming. I’ll definitely be back in the future :)

I went in a few days ago to get my septum pierced, liz did an amazing job and worked very well with me despite me jerking around a couple times. the day afterwards one of my balls fell out and the man at the front desk (extremely friendly by the way) helped me over the phone to get it back in. my piercing looks amazing and they were extremely welcoming.

Went in Sunday to get a rate to turn my quarter sleeve into a half sleeve. Asked when the next availability was. Craig S told me Tuesday at 5pm. I just got home a little over an hour ago. I will say I’m extremely impressed! Not only was he professional he was very social able the entire time and made this my best tattoo process. Paying attention to the client is important in my eyes and when he noticed I was uncomfortable during part of the shading took a break to ensure I was good. I think the work speaks for itself as well. Very nice line work, coloring and attention to detail. Definitely will be back for more work! Highly recommend this shop to my friends!

Ive been going to Fallen Saints for three years now, and Chris Vann has been my go-to artist. The level of talent and artistry that Chris possesses is truly exceptional. Been coming to Fallen Saints for a while now and Craig S kills it every time. Always a clean environment with a laid back and welcoming vibe. I always leave happy and ready for my next tattoo with his exceptional talent!

First time here and I loved it! Employees are super professional, straight to the point and really laid back. I went for a walk in, and Craig finished my tattoo in less than 20 minutes and charged a reasonable price. I have another tattoo the same size but it took a different tattoo artist (from a different shop) almost an hour and a half to get it done. Definitely will come back here again!

Got my first tattoo here in Jacksonville. Wayne was recommended by a friend. The design was exactly what I wanted. The shop itself was clean, very professional & their movie choice in the waiting room was perfection. Price was completely reasonable too! Definitely be going back for future ink!

On vacation visiting a bestie for her birthday and had the best time getting gumball random tattoos!! The whole staff was warm and welcoming!! Came in strangers and left friends!! Will be back for sure!!

Walked into the shop yesterday morning for a tattoo and we got taken care of right away. The shop was very clean and we felt welcomed and comfortable. I was tattooed and leaving within 30 mins. His lines are clean and I am very happy with my results. Will definitely be going back for work in the future.

“Best ever” that’s what my 6 year old daughter said about Liz after her ears pierced. Liz was very patient with my daughter. My daughter was in the ER last month and became nervous of the needle, but Liz talked her through it. Not even a minute after both ears pierced, my daughter was so happy. Definitely recommend and will definitely be back!

I previously really enjoyed this tattoo shop until a recent experience I had with my friends. The owner has very poor customer service and speaks incredibly disrespectfully to women.We came in at opening and was there well after 2. Three of the four people was finished within about an hour and a half. Our last friend was shuffled between artists to “make things go quicker” and then waited roughly 20-30 minutes on her artist after the stencil was applied “to dry”. Idk about y’all but stencils have never taken that long to dry.The tattoo was very fiddly and deserved some time for sure, but because the rest of the process was taking so long we got nervous due to a flight to catch at 4. We saw roughly 6 people come in and out during her tattoo. My friend went up to ask how long he had been tattooing to the receptionist and the owner interjected, took offense, and was very loud with my friend. She only wanted to know a time estimate because the line work alone took much longer than we expected and he raised his voice at her and said it wasn’t a McDonald’s and these things take time.If you work with the public you’ve got to learn how to politely tell people things. I’m sure in his mind he was taking up for his artist but raising your voice at someone as the owner is a bad look. He so easily could’ve told her to wait a moment he would get a time estimate for her, instead he decided to get hateful and mean. We stepped outside as my friend was upset and while we were gone he handed to only man in our group a shirt and said “thanks for being patient”, which seemed like a pretty obvious jab at us for asking an innocent question anyone would have after waiting for this long prior.Of course in his replies he’s a perfect saint and still doesn’t use ANY politeness or good customer service in his reply. The artists are lovely but pray you don’t need to ask any questions near Chris, he’s very impolite and could really use a hospitality class!

I had the best experience here. Chris did AMAZING work. The whole atmosphere of the shop and artists there was awesome. 10/10 would always recommend Fallen Saints!I gave Chris all of my ideas and let him have creative freedom to make my design and I cannot say enough good things about what he came up with. (Will update with pictures once its fully healed) He was very straightforward from the very start with pricing and how much work wed be able to get done before I moved. Hes a great person and definitely a professional. Im an awkward person and he made me feel super comfortable throughout the entire process. I didnt feel like just another person or just another paycheck when I was there. I always had fun while getting stabbed repeatedly lol The healing process has been so easy and quick too.Thank you, Chris!! I love what youve done so far and I cant wait to add more to my arm in the future!

I’ve gotten two fairly large pieces from Fallen Saints, one from Chris and one from Craig S. Both pieces were done amazingly, and we’re done in great time. Despite the hassle, Craig was able to get the piece done in 5 hours due to my personal limitations. Will continue going to this shop for a long while.

Craig was my TA. He did a custom piece that came out beautifully. He will be the only one I see .

I went in to get my nose pierced, Liz was so nice and put me right at ease, the other artist were very pleasant as well, this was my first time but definitely will not be my last. Nice atmosphere, very clean, an awesome staff, thank you again and I will be booking you for another piercing soon!

Very fun and friendly staff. Very clean. Went in for piercings by Liz and am so happy I did! She is amazing at her what she does, meticulous, careful! Ill definitely be scheduling with her again.

My piercer was great and very kind, I’ll be coming back soon for some pieces on my neck and hands. I would recommend this place, they are also very down to earth and it is very clean inside which is definitely important for obvious reasons!

Been seeing Chris since Dec of 2021 and have zero complaints. The project was a Black and White Norse Realism Sleeve. Chris has been more than willing to work with me on appointments and late cancellations due to rare cases that arose. Very professional artists and establishment. My wife has also been here for a tattoo and piercings. She has had zero complaints and we both recommend anyone to try this shop. They’re honest, far and doing award winning work with the receipts to back it up!

Liz was AMAZING piercing my daughters nose. You can tell she’s a mother- she knew exactly how to handle my needle-scared teen. She was quick and spent extra time educating us on proper care. I’m so glad we came to Fallen Saints and got to meet Liz.

Never would I recommend this place to anyone. They steal money especially one of there artists and they can seem to get it together. Good for yall karma will get ya.

I got my second tattoo here from Chris and I absolutely love it! Hes great at what he does and wouldnt let me go until the tattoo was perfect! Although it was a bit pricey, I understand that in times like today materials are only increasing in price so I wasnt bothered by it. I definitely recommend this place to anyone whos wanting a tattoo!

Just got a tattoo with my sister! We didn’t have an appointment & showed up. The owner Chris took very good care of us and did an amazing tattoo! Vibes were amazing. Would definitely be back.

Chris and his team did an amazing job on my first tattoo. Went as smooth as it could have. Im not a big fan of needles but wasnt as bad as I thought it would be. My wife got a touch up while we were there as well. Highly recommend. Wont disappoint. Much appreciated.

Great atmosphere. The artists do great work and they work great together. I went there one day and spent 7 hours there. I gave the Chris the basics of what I wanted and let his imagination run wild. The tattoo turned out better than I imagined. The next day I went back and spent another hour there on another tattoo. Both turned out great. And for a great price. They will definitely work within your budget and give you the most for your money. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for any kind of tattoo. Small and simple to big and detailed. They do it all.

Absolutely the best studio by far. Came here for my first and second tattoo. Received my first from the owner Chris and came back and got my second from Craig. I cannot say any more great things about this place. The studio is clean and all of the staff is friendly and show that they care about you and the piece youre receiving. My biggest piece was placed by Craig and I absolutely love it. The attention to detail and the extra flare and care he put in it will definitely have me coming in for more. Great vibes and great people. Best artists youll find for sure.

The artist was friendly and did a good job. I also didnt need an appointment, which was the main attraction to this particular tattoo parlor. However, it was very expensive. I got a small, approximately 3 inch long tattoo in all black, that the artist didnt have to customize (I had brought in the design on printer paper) and paid $160 for a 15 minute tattoo session.I wont be going back simply due to the price.

I’ve had multiple piercings in the past. But I went into fallen saints with a lot of worked up nerves to get re pierced. Let me just say Liz did such an amazing job with my piercings! She talked too me and educated me more and better than the other shops I’ve talked too. The quality of the jewelry they use is amazing as with price. I’d rather pay the prices here knowing my piercings are done correctly and professionally. Sad to say we move soon, but I will come back to get pierced by Liz! I refuse to go to any other shop now!

Pokesbyliz did an amazing job piercing my septum! I didn’t have an appointment- (i did call ahead to make sure she was there). From the moment I stepped in to the shop from the time I left it was as if I had been there before, the staff treated me as a regular and their sign in process is flawless! No having to wait for paperwork just gave them some info and got an email with my signed consent form. Liz was professional, sanitary and so sweet! I’ve had my naval done and felt like the piercer was trying to talk me out of it rather than make it an exciting experience. You won’t regret coming here for a piercing or a tattoo! Super clean and tidy shop- cool area to hang out while you wait, great staff and just all around great experience! Here’s your sign to get that tattoo or piercing! Run to Fallen saints for it all!

Chris Vann, the owner of Fallen Saints Tattoo is a great artist and person. He cares not only about his work but the customer it goes on. As well as everyone else that works there. 100% recommend, got my first tattoo there and the experience was better than I imagined a good tattoo experience should be.

I had the best experience getting my dream tattoo by the extremely talented Chris Vann! Chris was able to cover up an ugly mess and turn it in to the most beautiful cover up. You would never know there was a hideous tattoo under this new gorgeous piece. The shop is super clean and everyone there made me feel very comfortable. All of the staff worked very well together and they seemed like they were all family. My husband and I came from out of town to meet with Chris because the work I saw on his Instagram was amazing. Amazing artist! Me and my wife got a great custom piece today. The owner was the best, he came in on his day off drew and then tattooed me for over 6 hours! I cant say enough about how awesome my experience was here. After going all over the place trying to find an artist and trying to communicate with artists to schedule appointments, I walked into Fallen Saints and Im so glad I did. I was immediately greeted by the kind receptionist and felt very welcome. Then Barry took the time to talk with me about my tattoo and he kept in touch with me in the weeks before I went in to get it done. He did AMAZING work and was very kind and professional. I was lucky enough to get the owner, Chris, to tattoo me on a walk in. He did a black and grey realism piece for me of boxing gloves with a quote. The tattoo was for a close friend who passed away in April. He took his time and did an amazing job. I followed his instructions with after care and the healing process has been seamless. 5/5 would highly recommend. Great environment, great staff.

I went to chad who did an amazing job very patient with people who comes in! Does very good with any type of tattoo. Good with people who haven’t really got tattoos before talks you through everything! Very happy walking out!! I got a tat on my ribs and was very helpful with me getting through it. I’m very happy 10/10 place!

Ciera is amazing! I was visiting from Michigan and stopped in for a tattoo. What a great experience! The shop was clean and nicely decorated. My tattoo didn’t scab or peel or itch. That’s a first (I have many tattoos). Owner Chris was there too and was very engaging and friendly. I’m sure my next trip down here will include another tattoo from Fallen Saints! A+

Absolutely the best place to get a tattoo!! I got my first tattoo here on the 21 of December and I must say it has been an awesome experience, not only do I love my tattoo but Chris was awesome!! He did such a great job! I got a very detailed master sword on my arm and it looks amazing!! He not only got the small triforces in there he made the entire thing look great! Of course with it being my first tattoo I was quite nervous and scared but he was patient and understanding with me. Honestly this place is great, if you’re looking for amazing work and amazing people come here they are true professionals, you’ll love it!

Me and my husband got our septums done here, the store is gorgeous and clean, very amazingly decorated. Everyone was so nice they made you feel at home! We were sent aftercare instructions by email and given a card with it. Ill definitely be coming back again for more!

This place rocks, the staff is so nice and professional and the atmosphere is so welcoming. Chris re-worked an old tattoo and after it was said and done it came out looking like a totally new tattoo and better than before and I am so in love with it. He is so kind and makes the anxiety of getting your body stabbed nonexistent! I will continue to go here and go to him in the future and I will recommend this tattoo shop to any and everyone!

HIGHLY RECOMMEND.Liz does all my piercings she is the best in Jacksonville. All the equipment is sterile and she uses high quality jewelry.She creates a calming environment so when you’re about to be pierced you’re relaxed. Amazing staff. Once I saw how clearly crooked my piercing was (that they no longer do anymore, as well as many other shops) I immediately exploded on you all which was definitely a little bit extra. You guys have beautiful work that Ive seen on other reviews. I would definitely recommend this shop over many others in the Jacksonville area. The owner of the shop, the star of the stow, even dropped down to Dominoes while I was working to give me a card about her. She is a very sweet lady and was patient with my busy schedule. She offered a piercing of my choice as well as a free piercing. I passed on the free piercing because the only one I wanted one the snake eyes. But no worries, you guys did an amazing job! Fallen Saints Tattoo Studio is awesome! They have a very welcoming studio with great artists that do a wonderful job at capturing everything your looking for in a tattoo. Chris Vann put my company logo on my leg and it turned out great! Liz did some wonderful piercings on my wife also and they are perfect. Very easy to book appointments online with Liz. She was super friendly and was so helpful in answering my questions. Got my 4 year Olds ears pierced after a solid year of her asking. She made my 4 year old feel super comfortable. Definitely recommend!

First time at Fallen Saints. I walked in with no idea if how but wanted to get my wedding band covered from previous marriage. I was thinking just blacking out all my fingers. But luckily, I got paired up with my man Leo. He took the time to talk to me and really put in some thought on how to best do the cover up and making it look high quality. He came up with a rose for the top of my hand with falling leaves to go on my fingers and cover the band. Totally worked perfectly! This dude is a fantastic artist, he actually freehanded some of the leaves just off the cuff! Never had a tattoo artist confident enough to do that. Leo did a fantastic job and I would highly recommend him and Fallen Saints Tattoo Studio. Every employee was super cool and friendly. They kept coming back checking on progress and saying how sick it looked!

Worst experience artist named Craig took money for a deposit on a tattoo that he was not capable of, then just spent our second meeting trying to convince my wife that what she really wanted was a bad idea. Once we came to the realization that he just couldn’t do it he treated my wife with disrespect and made it seem like her fault he couldn’t do it. Agreed to give a refund for her deposit but then when she picked it up they just gave a partial refund. I also had a tattoo scheduled with the same artist but obviously felt uncomfortable with someone that had such a limited range and the company wouldn’t even allow me to use my money with another artist. Don’t waste your time here

I was lucky enough to have a beautiful tattoo by Craig Simpson. I can not Express how much I LOVE LOVE LOVE IT!!! I gave him free range with the design. He nailed it!!! 3 of my favorite things crystals, skulls and Odin ❤!!!! I cant wait to get another one. The staff is amazing and the shop is the cleanest I have ever seen!I also received 2 piercings from Liz. I was blown away at how perfect they both are even if I whined. She pierced my daith and tragus. She was gentle and extremely professional. She was great about explaining how important aftercare is and has answered every question I had . She was thorugh regarding the care I needed to take of my new piercings . I wont let anyone else pierce me but Liz!!!

I recently went to Craig to get a mandala tattoo. Theres so many wonderful things I could say about Craig as an artist, the experience I had and the shop overall. First off, I was late due to inclement weather. Despite my tardiness, the staff was very understanding and welcoming. After getting the stencil put on, there was a sudden downpour of rain and my Wrangler top was partially down. Craig and another artist Barry, got some trash bags, cut them open and happily went out to cover my Jeep. They saved my upholstery! They went above and beyond to help me out and make sure I had a good experience. The mandala ideas I sent Craig were very simple and common, despite that Craig was able to come up with a beautiful intricate design. He did so much shading, he truly is an artist. Ive already had many compliments and have referred friends to him. I also have health issues making certain positions uncomfortable for me. Craig rearranged his entire room to accommodate comfortable seating for me. He worked on my highly detailed piece all day, and was a joy to work with! The shop is beautiful, modern, clean and welcoming. The staff is friendly and professional. Even if you happen to have a negative experience (which happens, no place is perfect), they will work hard to make it right!! I absolutely love it here!! Ive had lots of ink and a few piercings at other establishments and none can hold a candle to Fallen Saints. Their shop is very clean, comfortable, and the staff is amazing. Ive had tattoos by Barry and been pierced by Craig. Nothing but positive things to say!

Today was my birthday and i decided to get my first tat for my 18th bday. My artist Rob did an amazing job, very chill nice guy. He had everything cleaned, and organized. Price wasn’t bad for size and only took like 45mins to and hour for my tat. Will come again.

I went to fallen saints with a friend to get a simple zodiac tattoo of Gemini. I can’t recall the man who did the tattoo. I’m not pleased with it. It’s facing the wrong way and the line work is just terrible. And after that I paid 80 dollars for something that should have been like 50. Because that was their “shop minimum”. The man was not very nice and didn’t seem to really care at all. I’m sure he’s done better work but this is just ridiculous. I don’t recommend going here.

I have been wanting to freshen up a few tattoos for a while and couldnt have asked for a better experience. Barry added some color to help my tattoos pop and come back to life and my wife totally loved them!!! I got both of my tattoos at this studio, more than satisfied with both of them. All the staff are friendly and willing to share a laugh or two. Very supportive of our military. My second tattoo was done by a gentleman named Chris, done very well. Stop in and get a tattoo if youre around

Normally I am not the type to leave a bad review… but I feel like this place needs a huge BUYER BEWARE sign on the front door. I will not leave any names bc I’m not trying to ruin anyone’s livelihood and means of supporting themselves and their family.My husband and I made had a consultation at this shop about 3 weeks ago. It went great. We were asked to leave a deposit of $150 each per scheduled appointment, fine. A week went buy and out of curiosity I reached out to the artist to see if he had any work to show us of our desired pieces he did not at the time. Another week went buy and I reached out again. We went into the shop and it seemed like he just pulled photos from the internet and put them in sketch mode on his iPad. There still were no ‘drawings’. He did not have anything on the art piece I was scheduled for and then said he didn’t think he could make me happy with what I was wanting. He made me extremely uncomfortable with him even having the ability to do said piece. So I canceled. I don’t even understand why he would book the appointment if he was not comfortable doing it in the first place. He told me he would refund my money but when I went to pick it up he only partially refunded me. My husband no longer wanted to use this artist. I asked the guy at the front desk if instead of the shop losing our business and my husband losing his deposit if he could just switch to another artist and they denied it. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!

I got two tattoos, two weekends in a row with Chad there, I absolutely love how they turned out! Great service, comfortable lounge area, very professional, friendly atmosphere, and just a great overall experience! I would strongly recommend to anybody looking for their first time tattoo or someone looking for their next tattoo 👍👍👍👍

I have been a client of Craig Simpsons since 2018 . I cannot put into words how talented of an artist he is . He has been creating a masterpiece on my leg and never disappoints when he creates his beautiful designs. I refuse to have work done by any other artists . On top of being talented, craig is one of the most courteous and professional artists I’ve met. He is honest about what will look good and what he’s able to create. That may rub some people the wrong way but I for one appreciate an honest and forthcoming person who won’t let me put something that’s not going to look right on my body for life . If you want an awesome and talented artists Craig is your guy.

This is an awesome shop. They keep it very clean and nice decor. The owners are very cool down to earth people. I got piercings done by Liz and she was amazing. She did a great job with my piercings. They were clean and she is very knowledgable. I highly recommend this shop!

This is my first tattoo shop (studio) Ive seen. The artist are all the greatest guys. They all work together, helping each other achieve your dream. If you can dream it, they can ink it! So clean and respectful. Best part, the owners are veterans! Both have served our country and that makes me proud to support them!

I really could not refer a better tattoo shop, I went in with several friends and they all figured out how to get us all in that day and not rush the tattoos and make them turn out amazing with no notice beforehand. One of the artists Craig had done my Dragonball on my shoulder as my first tattoo when I have a tight schedule and made it affordable and when I had issues with formation and had to leave and come back two more times to finish the tattoo he honored the payment and didnt charge me for two more sessions and made it easy for me. I highly recommended this Tattoo Studio as their work is impeccable and the artists care, even for those who are waiting as they provide entertainment as you wait all free of charge.

I had an appointment and we didnt get started for a while, wasnt really their fault, their printer was being weird. Anyway, Chris Vann did my tattoo and he did an absolutely AMAZING job. Sierra did the artwork, I honestly could not be more pleased. Not to mention they took their time to make sure it came out perfectly, will definitely come back.Added bonus: they have chips and soda for sale for 50¢ and $1. 😀

Ive lived in Jacksonville for over 4 years and this is the ONLY shop Ive gone to in the state. Each artist has their own style and personality and its a really laid back atmosphere - you walk in and actually feel like its a place you could hang out in. Thats important when youre going to spend serious hours and serious cash in a place - to feel welcome. Shops in this area rarely get it right, but Fallen Saints gets it and strives to make you feel like part of the family. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a good shop.

My first two tattoos here were great I had a great experience with the Tattoo artist, which is why I am giving three stars. Sadly my last tattoo was a complete different experience. Besides the fact the artist seemed to be rushing and was harsher than the previous one. Somehow he managed to tattoo me 3 dots on my shoulder and avoid mentioned it about, and didn’t even apologize.

5 stars simply does not do fallen saints justice specifically the artist Scotty Do. After years of want I finally took the dive head first into a Harry Potter sleeve. After speaking to Scotty I was ready to take the plunge. He put my mind completely at ease even after I had changed the route I wanted to take the tattoo. We just finished up my second session on it and my mind is blown at how fantastic it looks. He has gone over and beyond to make sure it’s perfect.The shop as a whole is a great environment, very welcoming and clean. If you want great, professional work done I HIGHLY suggest you go here and see Scotty you won’t regret it!

Fallen saints is a beautiful tattoo studio with a lovely piercer. i’ve gone to almost every artist there and never had anything but a great experience, and even won a raffle once! great at listening and working with the client. love u guys 🖤

If youre considering microblading, go see Liz! Several years ago I had my eyebrows tattooed and the experience didnt go well. Liz and Chris were amazing and made my eyebrows look normal again. Liz took her time. Shes meticulous and cares about each customer. She doesnt take short cuts. Liz offered a third touch up if needed, free of charge. Her work has boosted my self confidence and I have received dozens of compliments. She has a special this month that is half the price of most places Ive researched. Fallen Saints is clean and professional. Make it your first and only stop for microblading.

Went here once with an arm tattoo and it was done right there on the spot. Another instance, I called over the phone (seeing as I live an hour and a half away) and was told just to come on in for a shoulder piece only to be told when I arrived there would be a 2 month wait for an appointment. Not upset at the fact it’s that long of a wait, upset over the fact they could’ve told me that over the phone and saved my 3 hours of my day. I like their artwork but poor customer service is probably going to prevent me from coming here again.

I got a simple nostril piercing here almost a year ago, the guy who did it placed it very wrong. Not only was the placement too low, but my nose gushed blood when he did it. I went in recently for a jewelry change and the girl was very rough, my nose was sore for a few hours afterwards. She also broke the jewelry that I paid for, so I have a misaligned hoop in my ear, since it was also sized wrong and too big for my nose. Very overpriced and I can tell this is only meant as a tattoo hub for marines. I didn’t realize how not normal my experience was until I went somewhere else that was amazing.That being said, they do have good customer service and they are passionate about the shop and rectifying any less than great experience.

This tattoo studio is beautiful. From the front door to the back of the studio, everything is well thought out, exquisitely put together, and clean. The staff is friendly and hospitable and the artists are incredibly talented. I received my first tattoo from here and would not go anywhere else.

I wanted a tattoo in memory of a friend and I wanted it to be a feather tattoo so after looking at tons of feather tattoos on Google images I finally found a design I liked and showed it to Matt and he did the tattoo even better than the picture! Their studio has a family atmosphere where you feel right at home as soon as you walk in. It is a clean, upscale studio and not the typical tattoo shop. Check them out and you can see for yourself the difference between them and the rest!

I had a botched tattoo and I came to Fallen Saints for advice and I left so happy I almost cried! They gave me a cover up and made the tattoo better then ever! It was truly a work of art to represent my great grandmother!!! They are friendly and can tell they care about their clients!!! They take pride in every art work! I will never go to any other place!!!

Besides the fact that it is extremely clean and inviting, all the staff are very professional and friendly. The atmosphere alone is a reason to visit. However if you want some amazing tattoos this IS the place to go. Quality at its best.

Went in to get my first tattoo, got a very rude welcome from the man in the front desk acting as if I was stupid cause I asked a few questions. I then got a very rushed, crooked lined, splotchy(didn’t pick at it, and used plenty of lotion while it was healing), tattoo of something that is very special to me and represents my beliefs. I want to get it fixed but I know I’m not going back there.

This review is more for an artist, Chad Polidore, than it is the shop. The bottom line is simple- its entirely unprofessional for your client to wait 2+ hours past their appointment so you can draw up a simple, palm sized design that was sent to you weeks ago, meanwhile youre smoking and joking around the shop, and on top of that you dont even offer an apology or an explanation for being unprepared. If you cant respect my time or your place of work enough to come prepared, I cant see spending hundreds of dollars when theres plenty of competition in the area. Im 50+ hours into a body suit. Money isnt an issue, I care about customer service.

Everyone in the shop is cool, especially Liz!! She seriously made my nostril piercing quick and painless. 100% coming back here for my piercing needs.

Chris did my Green Lantern Spectrum tattoo and it is MIND BLOWING! His use of color and blending is superb. If you want a master of his craft and the color to back it up, then this is the place and guy for you. 100000%

Came in to get simple tattoos on my hands to represent my children, met with an overly aggressive explanation that they don’t do hand and neck tattoos unless you are deemed tatted enough. That’s fine if that’s your policy, but don’t call people hipsters for asking about something they don’t even know about, especially when the tattoo is for my autistic child. Completely unprofessional.

Great work Chris. This is the only place to go in the carolinas if you want great work put in. This tattoo is worth every mile of the 6 hour drive. Your just wasting your money and time if you go somewhere else.

I waited an hour and a half after I talked with the Artist about my idea. I showed him the area and what it was going to be. And after I get called into his office he tells me he can’t do my piece because it’s out of regulations. I would have liked to have known that before I stuck around and waited. Especially after I already showed him what and where.

Matt did a awesome job on my tattoo I gave a vague idea of what I wanted and he rolled with it putting more creativity and work in than I could have ever expected! All the artist bounce ideas off each other and work on making your tattoo look exactly how you vision it.
