My tattoo artist Eric was amazing. I got a tribute to my mom which was Africa on my right butt cheek. He was very good with respecting my privacy and was all around a joy to be around. 10000/10 will be going back

William was the best piercing guy I ever had! He was smooth and gentle and sweet! Go there and ask for William! He did my septum piercing!

Eric is an absolute peach and he did my cartilage piercings quick and clean. The front desk guy was living his best life and I hope they only have good days.

Customer service was excellent, Eric was good and the vibe was most definitely top tier. I would definitely recommend and come back again.

Call the store before I even came in and asked if someone could do my piercing and he said the piercer will be there in 30 minutes with 30 minutes go by I am on the way to the store and I get there the pierre isn’t there I’ll wait for another 30 minutes and he still not there. They called and said that he still was not there. I ended up waiting there an hour if your piercer is not gonna be there you should’ve said that from the start.

Came to get his and hers tattoos with my husband and had the best experience ever. Our artist was Vincent and he took the time to help us decide the right options for us and took his time with the details while drawing it out. He then made sure to take his time while putting it on the skin. We are so in love with our tattoos and will definitely be back again soon. (Albeit after these ones heal) The staff was so friendly and helpful.

I got my tongue and nose pierced today both was 50$ and the man who did it was funny and amazing go here

Joe did a very good job of touching up my tattoos. He gets 10 stars ⭐️ I also got a piercing by Goldilocks while there and she did an amazing job! They are very friendly and are passionate about their jobs and actually like doing art rather then just doing a bad job and overcharging for it. They are my new favorite tattoo shop. Bryan was amazing. He did the Honda tattoo and added more effect to it for my boyfriend. I love it. He took mine and did it so beautiful. I HIGHLY recommend him. Definitely going back to him for all mine in the future.

Got this done there against my better kid because the guy seemed like he didn’t know what he was doing! Was nervous! Couldn’t get my stencil or placement correct !! After a week it was inflamed draining and went back to show them something wasn’t right and he told me it was in the healing process! A month later after several hospital visits it’s infected!!!

The tattooist that did mine, she broke federal law by putting me on here Livestream WITHOUT MY PERMISSION. I had to ask multiple times for her to take it off.

His talent is unmatched, unfortunately due to the high volume of customers wanting just Eric yo do their tattoos is waiver because of short staff. If I could possibly give this shop -5 stars, I absolutely would; I am only stuck with the option of 1 though. I called yesterday, I was in need or glass of stone plugs that were an inch in size. The individual at the shop (did say he was not the piercer) but he was certain they had several pair that fit my needs. I went 30 minutes out of the way to this shop and of course - NOT A SINGLE PAIR of 1 inch plugs. The individual even had ways to size the jewelery to tell me that none were available beforehand. Instead he absolutely wasted my time, was incredibly unprofessional, had no interpersonal skills, and under no circumstance should be manning the shop seemingly alone. What a disasterous experience, simply appalled.

I went down to Jacksonville on a whim and found this tattoo/piercing studio. No research. Spur of the moment. Best decision. The store was clean and staff was extremely friendly. My piercing specialist was Red. She was fun and relatable and all around fantastic. She explained the process and let me know what she was doing and when she was doing it. And she was very gentle when piercing the skin. She explained in detail the after care and gave me written instructions as well. Highly recommend this shop and Red as your piercing specialist.

Showed up right before they close with a last minute request and Tommy def did an awesome job.

My daughter has been planning her first tattoo for over a year! It was very meaningful for her. We called and got in with Bryan. He was so good with her!! Calming her fears and doing everything she asked! He gave great suggestions, and her tattoo turned out better than even imagined! She also got her nose pierced here last year, and they were great then as well! I cannot recommend this place enough!!!!!!

I went here about 2 months ago and had 4 pericings done it was late and he already was closed but accepted me anyway and cut me a great deal for 100 for all 4. By far the worse experience I have ever had in my life. Very unprofessional, he chose the jewlery for me I had no choice of which ones, my ears are extremely uneven and when I asked if he could replace the purple dot and move it over he said he couldn’t and snapped on me for touching it. Very harsh grip on my ears his grip hurt more than the piercings and I have had many piercings before and non had ever bled as bad as this time. He kept assuming I took pills or drank but im not even of drinking age and never drank in my life. When he did my cartilage he lost the piercing in my hair and had to repierce it while yelling “fuck” and the needle he used to do it ended up falling in my shirt and I had to remove it. he did it all so fast it’s like he wasn’t even caring about placement just trying to get me out the shop . Im thankful he accepted me so late but had I known that type of treatment I would have rather came another day or to another shop and payed a little more.This is the owner by the way who did this it was like he was drunk or on something when working. As you can tell in the photos very uneven, and I tried to tell him again he wouldn’t readjust them

Will was very helpful and patient, took his time to detailed my tattoo. I recommend him to do your tattoo.

Eric did a Faith tattoo for me on my birthday, gave me a discount even though they dont normally do discounts for birthdays, I barely had the chance to sit down and it was done in less than 15 minutes!! Never seen an artist work that quickly and it be completely accurate to how I wanted. I will definitely be coming back here for my next few tattoos.

I gotten my first piercing with them at 16 and it was a belly button piercing and I never had a issue with it I do know im going back for my frog eye tongue piercing they have excellent customer service skills and make you feel comfortable

The tattoo artists were very nice and it was my first tattoo so I was super nervous. He checked in with me every few minutes to make sure I was doing okay with the pain and gave some very appreciated tattoo advice. I expected my small tattoo to be quick but he finished sooner than what I thought he would and it turned out great!

I went to Erics tattoo had appointment at 12pm, it was not open but the open sign was on, the young lady that works there name Red she could not get in on her on, she said he had to wait on her boss, she was very kind, she tried to call him but no answer, ... Shameful! We will not ever come back. We waited for 30 min, It was 3 people waiting, never again.

I moved out to Florida two years ago and he was the first and only shop I been to for my piercings. Between me and my stepdad, we always go to Eric’s! Quality piercings, quick and smooth. I’ll always recommend here and I’ll keep coming back. 👌🏽💯

Very disappointed in Erics tattoos. We had a 12pm appt today to get a nose piercing. We called a week prior to make the appt. When we arrived today at 11:58, the door was locked even though the sign said OPEN. So we waited 2 more mins and tried to open the door and it was still locked. The young lady Redd came from next door and told us she couldnt get in because the alarms would go off if she unlocked the doors. She said she called the owner but he wasnt answering his phone. Another customer came up to get a ear piercing and waited outside with us in the heat. 2 other business owners next door tried to call the owner but his phone went to voicemail. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. Redd was very apologetic, but this is BAD BUSINESS. ANY business should arrive at their place at least 15 minutes before opening time. We waited over 20 mins and never heard from the business owner. We left very frustrated and disappointed. This is not how you handle business and we will never visit again.

My wife and I went here for a simple but meaningful tattoo. Vincent was so kind and got us in last minute, and did a great job. He’s personable and easy going, really made the whole experience great. Glad we stopped in. Thanks Vincent! -the chelseas. :)

The receptionist was very nice and organized despite multiple customers coming in today. She was very helpful in helping me decide which tattoo I want and the details for it before my appointment. The place is cash only so buyer beware in advance. The place is clean and inviting. I cant wait to get my tattoo done 😁

Vincent was very welcoming and made me feel extra comfortable while getting my cover up. He was very honest with me in timing and did not rush. He also added more than expected and went above and behind to be sure my cover up looked like the original tattoo. He talked me through the last hr and helped me through the last bit of pain. He’s not heavy handed at all. Vincent takes pride in his work and for his outstanding service he has a lifetime customer in me now.

Got my nose pierced here a week ago by Goldilocks and she was so sweet! Very friendly, made the experience great. The piercing’s healing nicely! Will definitely come back for any other piercings in the future.

Jason was my artist and he is absolutely AMAZING!!!! He took a picture of my dog and made him look so real on my skin! I’ve gotten compliments from so many people and I am planning on getting another tattoo of my other fur baby!!! He is amazing at photo realism and has a very light hand!!! He talks you through everything and works with you!!! He is definitely worth it!!!! He is on time and extremely professional! Jason was also very clean as is the whole shop!!! He is overall amazing!!! I highly recommend him!!!

I went in to get a septum piercing, its crooked and not in the right place. Im quite upset. The man piercing my nose was clearly having a busy/bad day and he was not gentle either, we shouldve read the reviews before me and my coworker came.

Tattooed artist didn’t seem to know what he was doing, the entire area was a mess, had to replace stencils on me more than 2 times and if it weren’t because i pointed out the details he missed from the original drawing, the artist would’ve left my tattoo undone. After a week of heeling the tattoo is basically erased, almost as if the ink was watered down. I’ve been to this tattoo shop before and returned as a faithful client, NEVER AGAIN. Total waste of my time and money. Word of advise, if the artist gives you issues from the beginning just leave, they clearly DON’T care about YOU nor the quality of YOUR tattoo

This was my 2nd visit there. And I gotta say I’m very pleased and satisfied with the service given as well as the art. Mike worked on me and he has a very pleasant attitude. He’s good at what he does and he’s great with the public. He took his time to make sure I was satisfied with the design before he tattooed my skin. The other people that work in there are very friendly as well. If I could rate them 10 stars I would. However, it’s the best tattoo studio I’ve gone to in Duval Co. I’ll definitely be going back. I’ve found my spot.

Went in for a walk in and got helped right away. Artist also made small suggestions with the shading that made the tattoo really come together and stand out more. Everything was professional. My brother and I got a tattoo for the passing of my niece by Eric on northside location a while back and We love it!! My tattoo hasn’t faded at all it still looks great :) Eric helped us pick out which would be best for each of us and I love how much time he spent with us and was very sentimental about it. They were so professional and very respectful once we got there. It made it much easier and also calmed me down because it was my first tattoo lol but everything went perfectly fine. Went in for the Friday the 13th Event. It was such a mistake!!!!!! Waited about an hour and a half I got Tommy as my tattoo artist he was visibly irritated and frustrated and just very grumpy I dont know if it was because it was getting late or he always has this attitude towards customers. I was extremely unimpressed. He was short with me and just wanted me out of his chair he left me coved in ink didnt wrap me before I left over all it was a horrible experience. Also I didnt even get what picture I picked from. I DONT RECCOMEND THIS SHOP I WILL NOT EVER BE GOING BACK.

The guy that did my tattoo butchered my arm. I have a lot of tattoos and never have it been butchered like my arm has been. Wasnt very talkative and overpriced for a small tattoo. I will not be going there again

Just got my Daith pierced by Goldie. She was sweet, fast, and to the poke! Ill for sure be back to get more piercings from her. Absolutely recommend 👌Update: I have never experienced a piercing with as minimal pain during the healing process like this... And by minimal I mean none at all. I have NO discomfort or pain whatsoever, this chick is a real pro.

3.5⭐ Under the circumstances of COVID-19 It wasnt as pleasant as I was hoping for. Even though I understand how everything has essentially changed, I was just hoping to have a normal adventure with my friend and get piercings together. That wasnt the case. Only 1 person is allowed in at a time for service. Also, while everyone wore gloves and the equipment was sterile, no employees had on masks. Yet, the service was very good and quick. No pain and minimal swelling. However, it did bother me that he went outside to have a smoke break before he did my piercing...

Eric did my son’s first tattoo. Awesomely chill environment. Tat turned out hella better then we expected. Plan to get more soon. Very satisfied with the professionalism.

I got my nose piercing on the right side 4 years ago somewhere else and today decided to get the left side done. Haven’t heard of Eric’s tattoo before but now that I have I will never go again. They charge you before the service which is horrible because if your unhappy no refund??? The lady put the needle in at the wrong angle which had the post rubbing my nose and it wasn’t sitting flat against my skin. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!

Went on Friday the 13th wanting a cute and simple tattoo I payed 30 dollars and left with a chop shop tattoo . It was done in a very unprofessional manner. Not only was it dirty the tattoo so called artist named B didnt even change his gloves while working between clients. Mind you I have been here before for a Friday the 13th tattoo and was very pleased. I would expect a nice tattoo for what I payed for .. not for it to look like a let a kid tattoo me

Came in with a few friends to get piercings and ended up leaving- we were concerned that the white guy with the dreads was under the influence and we were disgusted by the way he screamed at his receptionist and threatened to fire her in front of everyone. Very unprofessional.

This was the most laid back, professional place I have gotten a tattoo from. I was initially nervous, seeing how getting a tattoo is already very nerve racking, but the staff was very friendly and inviting. The whole tattoo and everything only took about 25-30 minutes and I couldnt be happier. Shout out to stich for making me feel relaxed and great linework, I love my tattoo.

I went and got my first nose piercing done here. It wouldn’t heal even after a month so I went to a different piercer to have it looked at and they told me that it was pierced all wrong. They had to yank it out of my nose and I had to get it redone. $60 down the drain. Please do not go here for a nose piercing.

People were nice. But slightly unprofessional and the place wasnt all that clean. Like kinda dingy. And dealing with needles you would want that place to be shiny clean like a hospital.
