Said & Done Tattoo

I’ve had a few tattoos etched into me at Said and Done and I cannot say enough kind words about this shop! My work always heals so beautifully and the quality of the art is spectacular. I’ve recently completed a large back piece with Maddy and it. Is. Phenomenal! Not only is their work amazing, but the conversation is always lively and fun. I’ve gotten amazing tattoos, book and TV recommendations, and great yap sessions in. The shop is also always very clean, and the vibes are immaculate. 10/10 recommend to anyone in the JP/Boston/Eastern Mass area looking for a quirky, fun group of folks who love what they do and produce amazing work!

I think I can say unequivocally that this was my best tattoo experience to date. Madi is incredibly talented but what made this experience special was how cared for and safe I felt in her chair. She’s warm and easy going and it was fun just to chat and laugh throughout the whole process. What really did it for me, though, was when she noticed some small ink flaws in two of my tattoos (done by different artists obvi), and her willingness to correct them for me without hesitation. She had no way of knowing how much these lil bald spots bothered me for months and how nervous I was to ask anyone to fix them, and this really put my mind at ease. Her generosity to fix them while I was in her chair meant the world to me and now ALL my tattoos in addition to my new one look amazing!!! I would trust her and recommend her to everyone I know in a heartbeat. Thank you a million, Madi! Excited for my next one!

Ive gotten a bunch of work done here by many of the artists. They always make it such a wonderful experience. From the consult, to the welcome vibe from everyone in the shop, to the art itself - 5 stars across the board. Making it my goal to get something from everyone there.

I had such a positive experience here with Gabrielle (the owner). First of all, she put me at ease and I was comfortable right away. She never made me feel rushed or judged when trying to figure out the exact placement for the tattoo on my arm. I barely felt anything while she worked, and the second skin bandage made after care so easy! Five days later and my new tattoo looks awesome! I also loved how inviting and calm the space is.

KJ was awesome! I have been waiting a long time for this piece and I was nothing but ecstatic and just over joyed at my experience with them. This was a head tattoo as well, and they were extremely patient with me and careful with their time ensuring I was comfortable. I am definitely getting more work from here or this artist, highly recommended! Thank you again KJ!!!

I was in Boston for work and decided I wanted a permanent souvenir to remember my trip. I researched and found Said and Done had a Get What You Get tattoo roulette machine. After seeing the positive reviews for the shop in general, I decided to book with Kaej for my last night in Boston. They were so welcoming, accommodating, and personable. They offered me multiple chances to try my luck with the GWYG spins, but I was set on the first design I pulled. They set up quick, were clean, and made sure I was satisfied with the stencil placement. The whole process couldnt have gone any better, and they gave me an awesome tattoo! I will definitely go back to Said and Done if Im ever in the area again!

My wife and I recently got tattoos done by the owner, Gabrielle. I definitely felt that she listened to my idea and she was knowledgable about recommendations for placement. Booking online was pretty simple and we reviewed work by the shops artists ahead of time. Im looking forward to going back for my next tattoo!

Had a great experience getting my first tattoo here. Dylan customized a design for me, made sure I was comfortable the entire time, and gave me an easy wrap to take care of for the tattoo healing process.One week later, the tattoo looks great and is totally comfortable, zero irritation. Cant recommend it here enough!

I called the day before and KJ answered the phone with the most genuine professionalism I have experienced in quite some time. KJ explained how their walk-in process worked and answered all of my questions.The day of my tattoo, which I got wit my dad and sister, Liz greeted us with the warmest welcome and promptly took our information down. The shop is bright, very clean, and every inch is decorated with purpose. The owner, Gabby, personally came over to us and shared her story of opening the shop. You can definitely feel the presence of love and positive energy throughout the space.KJ was an amazing tattoo artist and educator. They were patient and talked us through everything which made the entire experience comfortable and easy.If you’re looking for a tattoo shop and artist that will make you feel at home, then KJ and Said & Done Tattoo is the place for you! I can’t wait to go back and get another one!

Amazing new shop in JP!! I’m so happy with my tattoo! I sent Gavi a rough idea of what I wanted and she drew up exactly what I had in mind. She was so easy to work with and super knowledgeable without being intimidating.The shop is very clean and had great covid protocols in place. 10/10 experience!

I have been getting tattoo work done by Gavi for over 15yrs now--shes so talented! Her work is creative, beautiful, clean, and always attracts attention. I gave her both of my arms and she created amazing sleeves that capture what I envisioned but couldnt always articulate. I even flew across the country for her work when she relocated from the West Coast. Cant wait to visit her again!

I have trusted Gavi Hahn with making some truly ridiculous tattoo ides come to life. She listened to me and was able to create exactly what I had in my head. Her training and experience shows! Her commitment to cleanliness and safety is so important to me. I will absolutely travel to be tattooed by her again. I cannot recommend her highly enough!

Love working with Gavi! She has great design skills and works closely with you to get just what you are looking for. And the finished product is amazing….very high quality and exceeds expectations. I’ve gotten two tattoos from her now and will definitely be back when the bug strikes again!

I had Gabrielle do an arm piece for me, and she worked with my reference images perfectly, mocked up a fantastic drawing, and was so fun but professional the entire time. You have to fill out an online waiver by scanning a QR code on your phone which was very easy, and everyone kept their masks on the entire time. My piece got a little sweaty and drippy the day after under the wrapping, so I emailed her and she responded back ASAP with what to do. Was so excited she could squeeze me in while I was visiting Boston. The vibes in this shop is very welcoming, laid back, and one of the best tattoo experiences Ive had in a while. Ive lived in JP for 10 years previously, and was just back in town for a wedding, and feel so lucky to literally just drive by her shop and see it and be able to get squeezed in. Its clear everyone here loves their jobs and are very passionate about what they do.

Gavi is an amazing artist. She has a very gentle tattoo hand. I live in Oregon and won’t go anywhere else to have work done. Professional, welcoming, accommodating, and extremely talented. Worth the travel and if you are local, take advantage of your access to this awesome artist!

I got a custom tattoo from KaeJ and I absolutely love it! It was safe, clean, comfortable, and followed all covid precautions. They are so kind and funny and the whole studio with Gabby and Alina had a great vibe. Coming back for more.

Gavi is the only person I will let tattoo me! She is professional, always has a clean shop, and she is fast and efficient with clean work. Gavi and I have worked closely to create all of my tattoos and I can’t wait to get more soon!
