Hank is so kind. He created my flowers to go around my torch and tattooed my sons drawing. They are all amazing artists, very professional and their studio is beautiful.

Its probably the greatest tattoo shop Ive ever been to. The artists are amazing. The artwork is amazing. I feel like Im walking into an art studio every time I go in there and the compliments are that the tattoo artists that do the art themselves work there couldnt ask for a better place and better people

Sierra did my memorial tattoo for my husband that passed. He was a farmer, drove new hollands, and since he passed a black and blue butterfly keeps popping up. Her line work is amazing and so creative. She captured what I was looking for completely. I love it! The shoppe is clean, nicely decorated and everyone is friendly!

My first tattoo was done in March 2022 by Sierra. It’s a fine line tattoo, and it’s just as beautiful months later as it was the first day.She was amazing at creating a design, working with me to decide on size and placement, and she took time to explain what to expect before she started tattooing. She was also very knowledgeable in explaining aftercare and provided a free touch up after I healed.Highly recommend Sierra! :)

I highly recommend Larry at Now or Never Tattoo! He always takes his time to make sure its what I want and he does an amazing job. He did a spine piece on me recently and did my rib piece in my Dads handwriting! If youre looking for a tattoo artist you should definitely go to Larry!

The atmosphere was so down to earth. The owner who was lucky to have a great group tattoo artist, and friends, who make weather you take the step to get 1 tatt or many more, this is the place to go. Plus its an open concept with plenty of windows to look outside 🤗 it is just relaxing while your getting your tatt.

I love this place. I got a few small tattoos recently with Brandy and she did such a good job. I’m astounded at the amount of detail she was able to put into such a small tattoo on my finger. I’ll definitely be back for a larger piece next time!

I have used Brandy several times and I do not want to use anyone else unless I absolutely have too. Very clean and professional! All artist and staff are friendly and supportive! Larry the walk in artist is great as well! All of the artist are amazing to be honest. 10/10 recommend!

I got a memorial tattoo on my arm today for my mom. Sierra did an amazing job. The tattoo did not hurt at all. She is very light handed and her works is exceptional. We had so many funny conversations and she is super friendly. I could not have picked a better artist for this experience and for what I wanted. I highly recommend Sierra!! This tattoo is all I had hoped it would be and so much more. I am extremely happy with the over all visit. The shop is so relaxing and everyone there was very friendly.

This place is amazing! The artists are skilled and friendly, the place is clean and welcoming. I’ve never had a problem with making an appt (other than they can get book up fast), or from any tattoo they’ve done. I’ve always gone to Sierra and she’s fantastic!

Yea went done yesterday to see about getting a tattoo scheduled well it was awesome summer had a cancellation so she took me straight back and done mine. She was excellent very friendly as was everyone there and her work is amazing she really cared and gave amazing suggestions on how to customize my tattoo and make it my own. Im very very pleased with her and the whole now or never shop in general its definitely inviting and chill I would totally recommend that everybody go there. And definitely I would recommend summer shes awesome

Ive gotten almost all of my tattoos on my body (and there are many) from almost everyone who works here. They might have been at a diffrent shop at some point but its like they have the best of the best in the same place now! The work is beautiful the building is so clean and a work of art itself. Ive been there bout 6 times now and Joe and Meghan are awesome people and artist, very professional.

Been going to this shop for years. Brandy is my main go to but Ive been branching out and using other artists in this shop recently and have been nothing but over the moon about all the work Ive gotten. This shop has the best array of artists in the Tri Cities. So many different styles and all are so talented!

Cameron is incredible! I had two fine line pieces done by him and they are amazing. I couldn’t find anything I liked as a reference photo, so I told him what I did and didn’t like and a general idea and he came up with something on his own. The design was beautiful and more than I could have imagined. Go see him!

Great quality work. Went in expecting to make an appointment for like a month later and was able to come back an hour later and have my work done. Meghan was great and Ill definitely be going back soon for more.

Joe is my artist. He always does amazing work. The gallery is always impeccably clean and sterile. All of the artist here are professional and courteous. I will never use another tattoo gallery or another tattoo artist. I can not say enough good things about this amazing place and the great service and artists that work there.

I have a full sleeve done by Hank and plan to get work done by other artists as well. Everyone is always friendly and I never have to wait for my appointment to start; I get there and within 10-15 Im in the chair being tattooed. Definitely recommended if youre seeking talented artists and a clean facility.

Cameron did an awesome behind the ear tattoo for me today. He was able to fit so much detail into a very small area, the pain was minimal due to his light handed work and the studio itself is very clean and professional. I would highly recommend Now or Never and Cameron for your next tattoo!

I was a walk in today, and they were able to accommodate me, and get me in and out super quickly. Sierra did a phenomenal job on my tattoo. The environment was very friendly, laid back, and CLEAN! It was a great experience. Will be back!

The artists here are amazing. Great work and great personalities. They help you find the artist for what you are looking to have done if you dont have someone in mind. I would suggest getting an appointment scheduled as soon as you can, because the artists do book up fast and for good reasons.

Ive been going here or about 2 years now and the place and people are awesome. They have great artists that are amazing at what they do. This tattoo shop is the absolute best. Theres always music playing and people having good fun even while tattooing. The artists have their artwork on display, so you can see who specializes in what, and theyre always happy to answer your questions. The prices are great, but estimates are usually overestimated then adjusted once the tattoo is actually done.

Wouldn’t really go forward with the way I wanted a tattoo of three lilies arranged, but they were honest about their feelings about it. Pretty friendly, but I don’t know if I came across clearly. Kind of disappointed after researching artists and looking at portfolios for weeks that my preferred one wasn’t into arranging the flowers in a straight line. I appreciate the candor.I edited this review down because of the response. They spent maybe 30 seconds working with me and made no suggestions on improvement. Never really had someone so actively refuse business or refuse to apply their expertise and then hide behind it.

Booked tattoo, paid $50 deposit. Drove an hour to schedule it for Nov 28th on Oct 2nd, in person. Have a receipt with date on it but got bumped for one of Meghan Ortiz friends. Im not rescheduling when this was their mix up and I booked this two months ago and made plans for this. Never would recommend or use them.Wasnt sure how to reply to the companies response. Ill say this. Meghan told us who took my spot and they are indeed friends. And customers who book first should be served first. Period.

We scheduled a tattoo, drove an hour just to get on the books and scheduled it on Oct 2nd, in person at the desk. We paid a $50 deposit and received a receipt with proof of the date of tattoo. Nov 28th at noon. They mixed it up on their end and we were told we needed to rescheduled because someone was put in my husbands spot. Whatever their mix up was, if I have proof of when an appt is and rearranged a schedule and plans to make this work, just to work with someone because this place was recommended by past clients, we expect to be seen on the day we schedule for. We were informed it was not going to happen and although it was their fault, we needed to change plans again! I will never use this place and never recommend them. Meghan Ortiz was the artist.

Called and asked for artist availability and was told to email him and would get a quick response and lets just say that I did NOT.. I called the store back several times and even emailed several times and he never even tried to reach out.. I get artists can be booked if they are good, well not that being good even matters now days as everyone just wants ink done (good or not) but Ive heard good things about him in the past so it truly does such to be ignored so badly.. in my many years going to 2ton tho I have NEVER been ignored or neglected or treated poorly so I guess Ill just wait a month and continue to go there instead.. sad days..

I have gotten 2 of my tattoos from Brandy Patterson at Now or Never and she does amazing work. Highly recommend them. Also they have a small selection of clothing and art that is always cool and unique.

I went in yesterday and got a tattoo in memory of my daughter and Larry did a awesome job he was straight forward and honest of what he could do or not do but in my opinion he nailed it best price and details I will go back to him again

This is a beautiful, clean shop with artists that have a wide variety of talents. Regardless of what style of art you are looking to get tattooed, there is an artist who can do it. The lobby is stunning and bright and each station is immaculate.

Best tattoo studio ever. Worth the wait, and you will wait for it. This isnt the type of place where you get a cookie cutter type tattoo. You will get art that is worth your time and theirs, so expect the time, money and care that it takes to make art.

I am a collector of tattoos. I like to cover my artwork when I visit a new location, just to see how I get treated by the staff. My visit to this shop today couldn’t have gone worse than it did. As I walked up to the shop some of the employees were outside relaxing, I said hello and all I received in return was an awkward stare. While inside the rest of the staff went outside to join the others leaving one artist inside to assist a small handful of customers all while trying to tattoo someone. I looked through the portfolios and looked at the art on the walls for 10 minutes or so, the entire time I was there including when I walked out past 4 employees nobody ever spoke to me. I’m pretty sure if their customer service was better they wouldn’t have as much time to stand around doing nothing. Oh well.

This is an amazing place! The tattoo artists are very personable and friendly. There is art hanging on the walls - photos and paintings that they have created. The atmosphere is open and relaxed.

Ive gotten tattoos from everyone in now or never, they were all fruendly as can be and even more so experienced! I enjoy every time im in kingsport, i stop bye just to have general conversations with the artists. Jonathan swiney is the newest artist and he blew my mind with his line work, they really impressed me with every visit.
