Wonderful place and two wonderful woman. Tania is a great tattoo artist and has done all my tattoos but one. Always very clean and everyone is always friendly.

I just got my septum pierced for the first time and I was surprised at how welcoming this place was. I knew the second I met the piercer that she was kind and good at her job, but she honestly exceeded my expectations. The price wasnt high, the initial pain barely lasted a few minutes and she was so comforting during the whole process, she even gave me water after it was done and asked me several times if I was okay. I completely understand why this place has such good reviews now and I would (and will) recommend this place to anybody who wants a piercing. Im grateful there are still kind people like her in the world.I believe her name was Cathleen, I wanted to thank her all over the place but it was super packed when I just left. Such a lovely place and person.

Never have i experienced this amount of neglect from a piercer. first, prices are insanely expensive and that doesn’t include the jewelry. second, the woman before was charged more than she told us because she almost passed out and my friend had gone in a week earlier and paid $45 for a nose piercing and i was charged $110 for two. third there was no discussion about the healing process or how to care for the piercing. i called to talk to the piercer and she completely blew me off. she said they have access to contact her about healing which is absolutely ridiculous. that is no one’s responsibility but the piercer. she doesn’t treat her clients well and she is not good at what she does. messed up my friends piercings, both of them. also, from start to finish of being there she could not stop complaining about how busy it is and how her work day doesn’t end till two in the morning and then talked about how she was struggling and had to pay rent some how. this made me and my friends incredibly uncomfortable. there is no professionalism here and there is too much neglect on clients. please if you’re looking to get a piercing here find somewhere else

Love Cathy! Shes the only piercer il go to now. Shes done 5 of my piercings along with jewelry changes. She specifically ordered me 3 pieces for a custom triple forward helix set. Absolutely love her, her dedication to the craft and quality of her pieces

Cathleen is a very knowlegeable & experienced piercer. She has been piercing my daughter and I for years & we wont go anywhere else. We never leave unhappy not only because of her talent but because of her incredibly welcoming & loving personality!

Great place! Jon is a fantastic artist! He was able to incorporate existing tattoos into incredible new work. His original designs are eye-opening. He works quickly & the prices are very reasonable.Christine is an expert at body piercings. Her work is top drawer and very professional.I whole-heartedly recommend this local establishment to anyone, anywhere!!

First things first, #GirlPower! It is absolutely awesome that this business is run by 2 women that totally ROCK! It is to be recognized!I have had Tania as my tattoo artist for over 20 years! She is truly an amazing artist! She always exceeds my expectations! I have had so many tattoos done by her Ive lost count! Its not only me though, over the years I have brought friends with me who are now regular customers as well!On to Cathleen! She is just a wealth of knowledge! She blows my mind when it comes to piercings! Shell walk you through the entire process and youll leave worry free because she explains the aftercare process thoroughly! The amount of jewelry options is ridiculous. So many to choose from! So if youre looking for new body jewelry, skip Claires in the mall and stop by the shop! Youre sure to find a one of a kind piece!The Shop! It just gets better and better each time I go! Such a great vibe filled with beautiful plants and unique furniture pieces. Totally clean & fresh! Always cool music playing...and if you dont like the play list theyll change it up for you!These ladies want you to have the best experience! The shop does get busy because well, theyre awesome and people know it! You may have to wait but I promise its totally worth it. I know walk-ins are welcome but I do suggest making an appointment! You cant want something done immediately and be upset when you have to wait without an appointment. These ladies are dedicated and busy working long hours to keep us customers satisfied!To the person who wrote the review about having to wait because of the color of your skin... I dont know which word to call you!? Pathetic, Entitled, Racist, Ignorant....the list goes on.ALL people are welcome at the shop! I was in the shop when a local person needed to get out of the heat. They were welcomed in and offered water to cool down. The ladies leave boxes of free items outside of the shop for people in need. I had an amazingly positive experience today getting my septum pierced by Cathleen. A kind and very gentle lady, with lots of jewelry to choose from, and tons of education on piercing. I walked out with a perfect new piercing (for my birthday.. yay!) and plans to return to her when I’m ready. Thanks Cathleen!

I came here when i was 18 to get my first tattoo, my nose pierced and my belly button pierced. back then (2020), i thought they did a great job, and i even went back a few months later for two more tattoos. i am now 21 and i’ve had issues with both piercings since i’ve gotten them. there was never any conversation about aftercare whatsoever. she sold me some bottle of some homemade gel “aftercare” and honestly, i think it just made things worse. starting with my nose, shortly after i got it pierced, it started to create a bump underneath filled with pus and blood. i had reached out to the piercer, cathy, and she didn’t even seem concerned. she told me a few things to do and thankfully, i got it to clear up and i haven’t had an issue with my nose piercing since. however, my belly button piercing has had so many issues, even still. i don’t even think it’s ever properly healed. there’s been a bump underneath the piercing, (which i’m pretty sure wasn’t even my belly button, it’s pierced so high up it’s practically my stomach and it looks crooked) which has bled, filled with pus, and and overall just left me with so much discomfort and issues. again, i’ve reached out to the piercer about it and again, she didn’t seem too concerned, told me a few things to do, and none of them seemed to work for a long time. i did more research on my own and found things to help, but the piercing has never fully healed. now onto tania, the tattoo artist, my sisters and i got matching tattoos. my one sisters tattoo is so faded, it nearly disappeared. my tattoo faded shortly after as well, and when i went back in for my other two tattoos, she “touched it up”. all three of my tattoos by tania are so faded and there’s spots where she had gone out of the stencil, where it barely looks like she made a line, etc. they are very poorly done. thankfully, i found a new tattoo artist and she is absolutely amazing. she made me realize that metamorphosis is very unprofessional and does not do good work. do yourself a favor, and do extensive research and find someone with very credible reviews.

Cathleen was so wonderful, comforting, and made me feel safe despite how nervous I was. I had a messed up piercing I got done at another shop that I needed to get fixed. She was able to quickly remove the embedded jewelry, re-pierce my ear, and get me set up with the proper jewelry. She was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and her work area was super clean & organized. Tania is an amazing tattoo artist. I recently had her tattoo a floral arrangement on my thigh and it came out BEAUTIFUL and exactly how I wanted it to be. Her studio is ALWAYS clean and professional. The environment is comfortable and inviting. She takes her time to fulfill each detail. The detail that she puts into her work is phenomenal and I would highly recommend her to anyone.

Wonderfully aesthetic environment, fun and kind people who made me feel at home. Clean and sanitary in all aspects.Tania tattooed a beautiful owl on my arm and it is stunning!!!! On top of it, Cathleen (the piercer) is also awesome at her job and she helped me find the perfect new nose ring. Cathy is extremely kind and so delicate when she does your Peircing. She makes you feel so good and any tension or negativity you may have when you entered will definitely leave. I didn’t receive a tattoo but I saw some of the artist work and she’s very detailed and awesome person to talk to. This place is very clean in the Peircing room, has a nice earthy loving space and aura and has good music. The prices I believe are worth it because you want beautiful souls that truly know what their doing and have you barely feel ANY PAIN and who have welcoming spirits💜💝💙 They can even change the color of your jewelry so cool 💋💋

Cathy and the staff here are absolutely amazing! Not only do I get all my piercing work done here i also trust them to pierce my kids! The place is so clean and the people are so friendly you would think you are walking into someones home instead of an actual business. I highly recommend this business to anyone looking to get any work done. And I drive over an hour to go see them.

I got both of my helixes pierced on different days, my second one is extremely crooked, healed to my piercing because she put the wrong bar in, i cannot get it out to change it or clean it but i was ignored when i went to the shop to talk to Cathy about changing it.

Such a good atmosphere and everyone who works there is super friendly and professional. Ive gotten multiple piercings done here and a tattoo done by Jon and had positive experiences each time.

If i could give this buisness 0 stars i would, i refuse to believe that you don’t delete the negative comments because you have overpriced jewelry, unprofessional service and an unprofessional attitude, you give no aftercare, you treat your clients with negligence and you don’t even id people which is illegal, i would rather drive hundreds of miles out of my way to go find your ex husbands shop. do better or just find another profession cuz this ain’t it.

This is TANIA. She is THE tattoo artist. She used to be down Broadway across from the high school but she split from there and opened her own shop further up Broadway. She is the one and only and original tattoo artist called Metamorphisis. After she left a new and inexperienced tattoo lady moved into the old location and they now call the shop Metamorphisis body modifications. I get all my tattoos done here with Tania and my piercings here with Katherine. Tanias new place is so light and airy and both artists are professional and friendly!

I went to go get a belly piercing with my boyfriend and my boyfriend got a nose piercing. When the lady did my piercing she completely missed my whole belly button and pierced my stomach and with my boyfriend she pierced his nose but used the wrong jewelry and on top of that the next day his nose ring started sinking into his nose

I just walked into metamorphos so I can get a tattoo, both tattoo artists just looked at me and ignored me let me standing there for more than 10 minutes. Not sure if it was the color of my skin, but they sure took care of the white person that was standing there.

Amazing shop, even more amazing people! Got us in last minute for 2 piercings and 2 tattoos. Highly recommended! We will be back!
