I have gone to Proxima twice, once to get my 5 y.o daughters ears pierced by Amy, who was absolutely fantastic. So unbelievably kind and patient and the piercings healed wonderfully. And Ive also been to get tattooed by Eryn, who was so kind and gave me a great tattoo. The place is clean and comfortable. And the staff is friendly and beyond talented. Highly recommend!!

I recently finished my second session with Nick at Proxima and I cannot be more happy with the progress of my sleeve. I have waited 3 years to start my sleeve with Nick and I am so glad I waited to get on his books. I know I would not have gotten the level of art Ive gotten so far at any other shop. The artists and staff at Proxima are very professional and are extremely welcoming and cool people. If you are thinking about getting a tattoo, big or small, color or black and grey, you can not go wrong with any of the artists at Proxima. Its the only place worth going in my opinion for tattoos or piercings.The shop is extremely clean and the vibe of the shop is very high end. From the moment you walk in, you feel welcome and you know that you are getting a professional and high end piece of art.

Very well operated business.Parking lot is small yet busy, but adequate.Facility is gorgeous and very high class in appearance.Staff is very friendly, down to earth and approachable.Braendon has done my 2 most recent tattoos and I am extremely pleased with both.He did a great job with the initial design from just a short discussion and some hand written notes and also was receptive to a small but significant last minute change. No attitude or ego, just an effort to fully understand and execute my vision.Fair prices but long wait for appointment availability. Currently booking July.My opinion, well worth the wait.Updated 9-30-23Place is still great !!Theyve expanded their space to allow room for another tattoo artist, a piercer and a cosmetic tattooist ( permanent makeup artist )Place looks great and people are awesome ! Corey is an amazing tattoo artist! I went to him to get a touch-up on messed up tattoo, but he ended up redoing the whole thing.He was so patient & took the time to make sure that I was happy with the design.The end result is better than I could have ever imagined. I highly recommend Corey to anyone looking for a talented & professional tattoo artist.The before and after speaks for itself…

I couldnt have asked for a better experience for my very first tattoo. Proxima is a really great place. The facility itself is clean with really cool décor. The staff are all a lot of fun and really helpful, and I especially have to call out my artist, Donovan White. His work speaks for itself, which is what drew me to him in the first place, but hes also an awesome guy too, so I was more than happy to get to hang out with him while he took his time giving me an unbelievable piece of artwork that I consider myself very fortunate to have. I get compliments on it constantly, and I cant wait to get with Donovan again to get more work done. Im not sure that is another person on the planet who I would trust more than him to get a tattoo from.Ive also got to say, the other artists at Proxima are incredible as well, and I have more than a few friends who speak very highly of their experiences. Cant wait to come back again.

I got two of my three forward helix piercings. Amy is fantastic. She was knowledgeable, patient, and extremely helpful when picking what Jewlery was best for me. The piercing process was so clean, and she really took her time. If you’re looking for a piercer Amy is your girl!

I got my septum pierced on Saturday by Amy.She was super sweet, and besides the clamp being a little uncomfortable, as all clamps are, it was like 1/10 on the pain scale. It’s a few days later and I don’t even feel like it’s there. She’s great and I’ve recommended her to all of my friends!

I came from central Ohio to see Nick and wasnt disappointed. He blessed me with an incredible piece and I couldnt be happier. Nick and his apprentice Mike were hilarious. The whole staff was amazing, super helpful and accommodating. I was able to see alot of the other artists work and the talent in that place is unbelievable. The shop itself is dope af. Very clean and welcoming. They worked with me on appointments also which was a life saver. The entire experience start to finish was phenomenal and Id highly recommend checking out their work!

Pat Riot is the GOAT of piercing and I mean if you didnt already know that you must live under a rock. I was able to have a walk in piercing done in a moments notice. Super good dude, anyone who knows him will tell you he feels like family. He hooked us up and now my face has a bit of sparkle on it. The place itself is gorgeous and very clean and sanitary. They do everything right here, highly recommend especially if its your first tattoo/piercing you will not be disappointed. The vibes are ✨️immaculate✨️

Recently wanted to transform my face with a few piercings and Pat Riot surpassed expectations! The jewelry is amazing. Pat will go above and beyond to find the perfect jewelry. He has amazing talent and experience! The facility is immaculate and anyone who is in the building is courteous. The atmosphere is perfect. I was tattooed by Donovan for my first tattoo, 10/10 experience. It was my first tattoo so I was nervous as hell & he made me extremely comfortable & had a great sense of humor. Aside from his great personality, the work that he does is 2nd to none. He did a 6 hour chest piece on me & it was worth every single penny. It was a honor to be tattooed by him & I would HIGHLY recommend setting up an appointment w him.

Last summer, I decided I wanted to get my first “real” tattoo. I had several other tattoos but they were predesigned. While I was searching for artists, Donovan’s work stood out from the others and I recognized that he is not only a tattoo designer, but a true artist. We met and discussed the design. He had an excellent understanding of what I wanted and knew right away how to improve on my ideas.All of my other tattoos were simple and took 1 to 3 hours. This design took about 6 hours and the time flew by fast. I actually had fun. Donovan is easy-going and funny. He has a great taste in music. We had some interesting conversations but he also stayed focused on his work. He helped me feel comfortable and distracted me from the needles going into my arm. When everything was done, the tattoo looked even better than I could imagine. I am proud to now have some high quality artwork on my arm and am thinking of what I want for my next tattoo.Highly recommend!

Donovan absolutely killed a partial sleeve that I started! He is very professional and makes sure that you are comfortable during the tattooing process. I highly recommend him to everyone that I talk to. If youre thinking about getting a tattoo I highly recommend Proxima Artistry Collective!

The experience that Proxima offers is like no other .The staff is very welcoming , it’s super clean and most importantly the service absolutely incredible. Nick’s attention to detail is unbelievable. From the stencil to the placement I never seen another artist take as much time just with the stencil. Nothing about this service was rushed or hurried. It was done with precision, love an care . Followed from their old shop, truly amazing how accommodating and kind they are here. Nick Appolo has been tattooing me for years. He is extremely talented and friendly. The shop itself is super clean. Would recommend to anyone looking for a quality tattoo in or out of the area.

Donovan did an excellent job on the tattoo, but thats obvious if youve seen any of his work. He talks you through the whole piece and 6 hours flew by. The shop is a refreshing update from the same dark hardcore places that seem to be on every corner and everybody who came through was friendly. Worth the wait to get in there.

Donovan was incredibly accommodating with my work schedule, and I’m so happy that I got in with him because his attention to detail is seriously unmatched. After my grandfather passed away I wanted to tattoo his signature with an Alzheimers symbol on my left ankle. I was nervous because I had gotten a tattoo elsewhere and it had my kids names in it that did not come out right. I went to see Donovan and he nailed it! He did an awesome job with every little detail. Would definitely recommend him.

I had a cover up done by Corey and wow what an experience. I was in so much pain lol but he did such an amazing job. Very sturdy hands, amazing detail. After waiting almost a year for my appointment, I recently had the pleasure to work with Nick Appolo to have a piece done very close to my heart and am completely overwhelmed with the results! If youre here looking for the answer to whether you should book an appointment with one of these artists, the answer is yes. Ive been a fan & client for years since before they moved & opened a new shop together. Donovan is one of my favorite & one of the best artists in NEPA & the state in general in my opinion, & his coverup work is literally UNBELIEVABLE. If you need a major coverup, thats the man. 🙂

Great Tattoo parlor, Appolo has worked on me numerous sessions and it was never a complaint. Very precise and gentle with needles. 10/10 would recommend this shop and Appolo.

I had an appointment with an artist from here while they were still working at their last tattoo shop. He postponed my appointment and put me at the back of the line after having waited for 5 months, then proceeded to never tell me that they changed and opened this new place. Apollo is classless and a scam don’t give him your money
