Byrd was my artist for a walk in and he did an amazing job, everybody there was very nice and helpful. Very chill environment with cool people. The tattoo came out perfect, no complaints and great prices for the most part. I will be getting my next tattoo at lighthouse!

Karma was my piercer and she was so nice. She made me feel very comfortable and very polite! My piercings look great! She’s been the best piercer. I definitely recommend her and I’ll definitely be coming back to light house.

We went as a group during one of their surprise tattoo events and we all had a blast! We all love our new tattoos, the artists are very skilled, the owners work is unreal and hes very attentive to his customers wants and needs. The building is large and clean its enough seating for friends and family.

Today we made the decision to have my 6-year-old daughters ear lobes pierced, and I must say that we are highly impressed with the service at Lighthouse Tattoo. The level of sanitation and professionalism here is outstanding. The person who performed the piercing was Amanda, and I cannot commend her enough for her excellent bedside manner with young children. She made my daughter feel secure and at ease throughout the entire process. Thank you for the exceptional service!

Krista was absolutely amazing! We came in to get my daughters ear piercing looked at because it was not healing well. We got her ears pierced somewhere else. She was so gentle with her ear that was inflamed pretty bad. She took the time to make sure she had pretty earrings to start school. Thank you so much!

I got tattooed on May 17th by Lindsay after finding her IG account through a Facebook recommendation. I was able to make an appointment with her through her IG DMs, but you could totally go in person to do that, too. Before your tattoo, there is a very thorough pre-tattoo liability/safety, no posting negatively online about your artist/the shop agreement, and in-depth aftercare conversation. At the start of my appointment with Lindsay, she worked with me to combine some ideas to make the two smaller tattoos seen here. She answered my questions transparently and worked quickly despite feeling having some piercings to get done at the same time I was there, too. I appreciate Lighthouses clear expectations on their website and everyone I talked to in the shop was friendly! Cool decor with a motorcycle and a pool table and cozy waiting areas!

Kelly is a tattoo queeeen. She is not only hella talented but also patient and receptive, this skill set combo is hard to find and very appreciated. She listened to my idea and worked with me to get my tattoo exactly as I had it pictured in my mind. On top of all of that she was also solid company while I sat. I will absolutely be back 🙌🏽

Went yesterday and got this beautiful tattoo! My artist was Matt and Im damn impressed with his skill. He made sure i was comfortable and was extremely focused the whole time. The environment is calming and the staff is extremely friendly! They have a forever client out of me, and my husband too!

My husband & I each had a tattoo done by Lindsey in Jan! His was a piece she envisioned & drew up, and then my piece was an idea I put together for my pups. And we honestly couldnt be happier with the outcome of them! Hands down I recommend going to Lindsey for your tattoos! Me and my best friends all went in for body piercings. I dont remember the person who did the piercing but she was great and we all had a fun time. I admire how much she helped my friend calm down since she is scared around needles. Love this place and will come back for all my next piercings!

Matt was awesome! We are in town visiting from NY and really wanted to get tattoos with our family before we head home. They accommodated 4 of us for walk ins and Matt ended up with 3 of 4 of us, and the apprentice (didn’t get her name!) took the 4th. Both were so sweet and professional. Kelly is one of the sweetest, funniest, MOST KIND people I’ve ever interacted with. My entire session with her was filled with laughter & jokes. My friend Rebecca just got a tiger on her thigh, some lettering, and dog ears tattooed by Hannah. She is awesome! Very easy going, laid back, and helpful. She does some really quality work and works very quickly. We will continue going to lighthouse and getting tattooed by her from now on! I tried to attach a picture to this specific review, but I couldn’t manage it. I did attach pictures under the photo section though and they are incredible!

I go to jake for all of my tattoos, and every single one has turned out amazing. Jake is extremely professional, talented, and polite. Not only is he very friendly, but he’s also extremely patient and easy to get along with. Definitely recommend him as he is versatile and proficient in many different styles. If you like crisp solid lines packed with ink, then he’s your guy.

My tattoo artist was Kaitlyn. She is so amazing and so sweet. She also did my first tattoo back in July. Lighthouse is a great tattoo shop. Me and my Fiancé have both come here for our tattoos and our piercings. I highly recommend light house tattoo.

I was tattooed by Jake for my first ever tat. I loved the end result as it was a smooth experience all the way through. And now maybe a month and a half since, the tattoo has healed very nicely. Jake is the one if you are looking for black script for sure!

My tattoo artist was Matt, I came in and I knew what I wanted and Matt said he would do it. The place was clean and very friendly and inviting Matt was an interesting and fun dude and I recommend his person because he is just loving and professional. His line work was superb and he did it exactly how I thought in my head. I wanna send more ideas to him and let him do more because I was so satisfied.

The piercer was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. Cannot say enough good things about her. Took Mt young daughter in for a nose piercing and she was so incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. Not only that she also helped me with a naval piercing that had been closed for years. She was amazing and this is the ONLY PLACE Ill go to for my piercings now.

I got my Medusa and Eyebrow done here today. It was the best experience I had in any tattoo/piercing shop!! Everyone there was really nice, and the shop was decorated for Halloween and it made the whole experience even better!! I was tattooed by “beefcake” Jake and it was an extremely enjoyable experience. A bit quiet at first but warms up quickly and very friendly. For someone considered to be new to the tattoo game his work shows dedication. Crisp lines and good shading. Would give 6 stars if possible.

Our daughter finally asked if she could get her ears pierced and we came here. I read reviews and talked to a few shops and knew this is where we needed to be. Our daughter is only 6 and was a little scared but everyone at the shop was amazing. They were so patient and Karma (sorry if that’s not the correct spelling) got on our daughters level to talk to her and explain exactly what she would be doing, step by step. She was so sweet, patient, and kind with her. She listened when our daughter said she wasn’t ready and didn’t try to rush us through anything. We will definitely be visiting again. Thank you so much guys for making her first experience with a shop so amazing. She hasn’t stopped talking about it!!!!

Hi!! I got my septum pierced back in March! Just want to say it healed very nicely and I would definitely recommend going here! I enjoyed the experience! Very understanding and comforting staff!!

The shop was clean and the equipment was well sanitized. The artist was pleasant and helpful for a spur of the moment appointment. The one thing I didn’t like was the consent form requested I will not place a negative review about the tattoo experience. Which in my opinion is unsatisfactory to ask.Overall the entire experience was positive for my first ever getting one.

Went a few weeks ago to get my eyebrow pierced . The aftercare and the information provided has been phenomenal. I called up thinking it was rejecting or infected ( was a keloid scar tissue) and I was able to send them a picture. Fast response and told was told in detail what product to use. THANK YOU

I have to start by saying I was almost a knucklehead because of my anxiety of going to a new artist got the best of me. But I have now come to this place twice and going for a third time next month and many more to come after being tattooed by Will and Deuce and here’s why. Just like their known work, this place is ran by a very realistic, tight knit and welcoming family and it shows. Coming into a place like this open minded was one of the best experiences I’ve experienced being tattooed to this day. This place is filled with a family of artist who are just obnoxiously driven and passionate about what they do and they continue to go above and beyond. Customer service is top tier and I love how real they are. Let me also brag on Will really quick. Aside from being unbelievably skilled with portraits and realism, he really showed me how passionate he was about some work he was doing on me. I have a few portrait tattoos on my body and I gave him a list I wanted done(That for some reason keeps growing). On that list were some of my favorite fighters, musicians and people in general and I told him to pick which he wanted to do every appointment. This week, we did Muhammad Ali and were talking about Mike Tyson. I expressed my love for what he did for the Sport and Will went out of his way to purchase his special directed by Spike Lee on Amazon Prime and play it during my session and somehow managed to finish my tattoo in the span of that film effortlessly. Something so small I won’t ever forget it and I appreciate this place a lot and will be returning. Come check them out, be realistic, BE NICE and I promise you won’t be disappointed

This was the first time getting a tattoo and I decided to get 2 of them. I am so glad I picked this place. The building is nice and clean and the interior design is very cool. Deuce was my artist and he was incredible. Tattoos look great, I have gotten a lot of compliments and the price for a 5 hours session was more than fair. I plan on getting some color added and more done in the next 3 months. Everyone that worked their was incredibly nice.

This is the place you want to go! For everything! Kelly did my nostril and my septum and she made the whole experience so much fun! Never had a piercing heal this nicely. Today I went in there because some piercings had almost totally grown back in and I was saved by Crystal! She was so professional and made the experience so nice and fun I’m addicted to this shop. And I went in there and it really felt like they valued my time and making the experience personable. I went in to get some new jewelry for my nose piercings and Hannah was extremely nice and helpful with changing them. She was very sanitary when changing my jewelry and made sure I wasn’t in to much pain because the nose is so sensitive. I’ve always had good experiences here, I’ve gotten three piercings done here so far and haven’t had a single complaint with one of them. Definitely recommend coming here and ask for Hannah if she’s available! (Although I’ve had a different piercer every time they’re all great!)

Months ago, I got my septum pierced here, and my boyfriend did, too, at the same time. Both of our piercings have healed beautifully and were placed perfectly, and the process was as clean cut as it could possibly get! I dont remember the piercers name, unfortunately, but he was extremely nice and professional and he was very helpful in calming our nerves. A few months later, my boyfriend returned to get his eyebrow pierced, which also turned out great! Then he returned to get his ears pierced for stretching, which was a perfectly executed process as well, and perfectly kickstarted his journey of ear stretching. The atmosphere of this place is higher than top notch, and the people are so welcoming and make you feel right at home; not to mention the tremendous amount of skill and expertise these fine humans exhibit in their profession. Both me and my boyfriend are considering more piercings and also tattoos, and we definitely plan on coming back here! Im so excited to allow the artists to perform their arts and just be the great, talented people they are.

It was okay , my tattoo was not exactly how I wanted it to be. I wont say its the worst but Definitely not going back since it seemed like even the tattoo artist I had was trying to rush me out and also just didnt want to be there. The people where nice in general just seemed like they where over it that day.

My tattoo artist was Brady. Absolutely loved him. Did an amazing job on my tattoo. If I could give people 5 stars like I am doing with this review I would give Brady 1k 5 stars. If you need any tattoo work definitely come see him he is definitely the best. I will definitely be coming back to see him again.

Ive gotten 6 piercing from this establishment, and love every one of them! The sweet woman who done all of mine was very informative about my after care, and the whole healing process. The atmosphere of the shop was super mellow, and relaxing, along with the amazing staff.. I will definitely be returning for future piercings!

I went to get a tattoo Ive been wanting to get for awhile now and my Artist was Dave. I have nothing but wonderful things to say about him and his talent. He brought the tattoo I wanted to another level and made it better then I expected. So good in fact that that day before I left I booked another appointment with him for another tattoo and once again he exceeded my expectations of the tattoo I wanted. I can say I have officially found my tattoo Artist. He will be the only one I see for all my work. My husband praised his work when he saw them and now plans to see him as well. On a scale from 1 to 10 he is a solid 11!

Went here. I use a wheelchair and its a hard place to get into the parking needs improvement like paving or filling in 🕳️ it was hard for this one lady to park next to us then it was hard to get out back on street. I didnt go in the building it was too hard to do.

They are very rude and unprofessional. They messed up on my tattoo and I said something in a nice way and they basically said it is what it is. I’m not happy with this experience. Bright ideas is so much better!!! Also they act like they are so entitled just because they have a free tattoo day. They are weird and rude when you ask them for Information about the event. They are a joke. And Parking is terrible and they are so trashy!

Will has been my tattoo artist for 3 years, and thats for good reason! Customer service, quality work, and a clean shop are all reasons you should definitely consider Lighthouse tattoo and the artist at the shop. I drive from KY, almost 4 hours for the work these artist provide. The proof is in the pudding. Will is such a stand-up guy, hes passionate about his art and clientele. I created a google account just so I could leave this review. Will is an AMAZING tattoo artist. The atmosphere is professional and laid back. The staff are so friendly and AUTHENTIC. The caliber of Will’s work ranks among the best in the nation. Spend nine hours in your artist’s chair and you are bound to get to know each other. I didn’t just gain an awesome tattoo, I feel like I gained a friend and brother. The experience was so amazing. Already planning my next piece. Will could legitimately charge so much more for his work but tries to make himself accessible. Go in with an open mind and you’ll gain an awesome tattoo and some life lessons along the way.

Fair pricing. Very very clean shop. Some of the Tattoo artist our little Moody. But do awesome work. Would I recommend people to get Is cat Jude here...... HELL yea I would. I would of given 5 stars but some of the moody artists was killing the vibe.

Got work from Will and Deuce and could not be happier. Get complements all the time. We drive up from Memphis about every 3 months now. Work is more than worth the price. Honestly they probably charge well below their level of quality.

I got my first tattoo today by Crystal. I was very impressed with her ability to do the font I picked, she was meticulous with her lines and it all looks so sharp! I never felt uncomfortable to ask her a question or to tell her that I needed to move around for a minute. Everyone was so friendly and fun to talk to, I would 100% recommend this tattoo parlor to absolutely everyone and anyone because I know they will be satisfied with their tattoo!

These ladies are awesome. Had some reservation about piercing my nose. But once I saw how clean the shop was and how antiseptic the equipment was I was more at ease. But the sweet girl that did my piercing really put me at ease. 5 Stars. All the way.

We took our mom to get her nose pierced. The piercer was funny and made my mom laugh. It was a good experience. The business has an open floor plan and was clean.

I had what seemed as a new apprentice with blonde short bob cut hair. Seemed like she did not want to be their at all and to mentioned DID NOT SHAVE MY ARM BEFORE TATTOOING. This could lead to ingrown hairs while my tattoo is healing wrong. Then proceeds to ask how I heal tattoos and LAUGHED when I told her I use aquaphor which is actually a really good and I’ve used on ALL my tattoos and have never have had any problems. I RECOMMEND YOU SEE ANYONE ELSE!!

I just finished a 3 session tattoo with Will. He did an amazing job and is a true professional. I am totally satisfied with the outcome of my tattoo. If your looking for a tattoo artist that you can go in and have a true conversation with and a great artist then Will is your guy. I got my tongue pierced last night it was $30 and the staff were very welcoming and understanding I even felt light headed after and she didn’t rush me to leave 100% recommend

I had an amazing experience here. This was the first big piece I have gotten from an artist I did not previously know, and I am incredibly pleased. Tasha is thorough and incredibly talented. She is also hilarious and so much fun to sit with. I was in for eleven hours but she made the time fly and she was determined to finish the whole piece. I highly recommend her to anyone wanting a neotraditional tattoo! I will be coming back to Lighthouse for future tattoos. Awesome people, awesome work.

I got my septum pierced here in October (I think) and Im in love with it. Been thinking about going to get my smiley or angel kiss done next.Edit: they dont do the smiley so I got my angel kiss done. The experience was great but Im slightly worried that the piercing is angled too much. Im hoping its just because the bars longer since its a piercing bar just in case of swelling but it clinks on my top teeth when I talk and rest in front of my top when my mouth in closed.

If I could give zero stars I would. Terribly poor customer service. Didnt even end up going there because a mistake they made. Then for them to tell me they got heated about the situation where they messed up. How could one feel comfortable letting someone do a tattoo on you after they told you that?? Everybodys got to make a living I get that. And Im sure a lot of people give tattoo artists a hard time, no shows and all. But definitely room for training on how to handle people in a more positive way, customer service is key and should be number one priority. And check the website before you book with them to make sure your charged correctly and not just what they feel like charging you that day.

I got a tattoo from here and they didnt sanitize ANYTHING. My tattoo got infectedand I had to go and get it redone after it getting cleaned and it healing all over again. I then got a piercing because theyre the cheapest around town and my piercing was completely crooked I had to take it out. And since i have been to anxious to get anything else done. These were my first and only experiences here. I do NOT recommend.

Took my daughter, who is 17, to get her belly button pierced. I appreciated the process because she is under 18. We were told how to take care of it while it healed. She loves it. Thinking about a tattoo for myself.

My daughter and I went there for piercings today and they was very good professional and a very clean and welcoming.

I would have given them 5 stars but I had an appointment at noon and had to reschedule after I showed up at noon due to the artist not being there yet because of a personal reason which I understand. I now have to go back at 5 tonight and if he still isnt there another artist will do it. They are very friendly and seem very accommodating just wish I wouldnt have had to make another trip in town today.

It’s so pretty, and so well done and I couldn’t have asked for a better deal💕 just don’t expect to wait 45min for a tattoo during a special like this, lot’s of people want to jump on the chance so the wait is long, but definitely worth it💖 not only are the people here great but they’re so kind and truly do their best work! Not to mention this is one of the cheapest places to get piercings, only $15 single piercings above the waist (except for dermals of course!) is incredible! all in all I love this place and can’t wait to come back💘

My daughter wanted her ears pierced and I had a horror story with the piercing guns as a child, So we looked around for piercing parlors. We called and they were open to take her THEY WERE SO AMAZING WITH HER. MADE HER FEEL SO WELCOME AND CALMED her every time she got nervous never rushed her and took thier time with her nervousness! Oh my gosh! So! I was so nervous going in here I think it totally distorted my idea of reality LOL I went in to get my nose pierced and was greeted and taken care of by Rose. She was the SWEETEST thing and Im so sorry to her for being such a nervous wreck. She pierced my nose and I wasnt so sure about it once it was done but once I got outside and breathed.. I looked in the rear view mirror and fell in love!! Rose was more than 5 stars. It hardly hurt, it was FAST!!!! And it looks incredible

For the past 20-ish years, I have been getting body piercings. I have 23 piercings to be exact. I have to say that I have never been any more pleased with my experience of getting a new piercing here. Even though this was not my first piercing, I was still thoroughly educated on all of the dos and donts, the before during and after, the stages of the healing process, and the signs and symptoms of any serious problems. When I want to get a new piercing, I will DEFINITELY return to Lighthouse Tattoo to get it. Plus, the environment was amazing, it was inviting and very organized and clean. But most importantly, they were super nice. I wish I could give them a higher rating than just 5 stars.

My husband had an all day appointment scheduled weeks ago.He became sick, and ended up in the hospital for a week.Instead of forgoing the $100 deposit, he agreed to let me take his appointment.He wanted an extremely detailed tatt vs a simple dragonfly that I wanted.Shouldnt have been an issue.NOPE!!!That appointment was for your husband. It doesnt matter he was in the hospital, or that his doctor said to wait 6mos before getting more ink....So, there went $100 thrown away.Not even a Sorry....And thanks for the See you next Tuesday comment.Even though you posted this AFTER the next Tuesday.Like I said, threw away $100, and not a Im sorry.Not a good way to run a business.

I called today in regards to hours due to Covid and the guy who answered the phone got smart with me saying sarcastically that “hours are the same they usually are” in rude way. How was I suppose to know that when I had called another they were suppose to be open and no answered all in the same week! I was just wanting to make sure with everything going on. They were out of the nose piercing items so I didn’t go to them anyway, nor did I want to with the unprofessionalism!
