We came to get a pendant and chain for our son. Victoria was knowledgeable in helping us make the best decision. We bought with confidence and would recommend for sure.

If I could give no stars I would. Made a 4pm appointment, no one was there. Sign up that said will return at 4pm. Waited until 445pm and still no one was there. Customer service was no help and not even polite.

Veronica helped me find the necklace I was looking for, she went above and beyond her customer service!

Refused refund even within the 30 days. I pointed out that it hadnt been 30 days and they said theyd have to mail a check even though it is clearly posted, they only do that for purchases over $150. Dont follow their own policies or warranties. Once they have your money, its their. 🤷‍♂️

The worker has been on her phone talking about how bad her baby daddy is and completely ignoring all costumers. I have been standing here for 30 minutes. What kind of service is that?

2 workers and about 3 customers. Just walked away about 5 minutes ago. I Knew what I wanted when walking up and stood at the counter waiting for about 20 minutes. Neither of the workers even acknowledged us and just kept helping people around us. At one point one of the workers organized stuff in a display right beside us and still said nothing. I have been buying jewelry from here for years and it has always been my go to but the service today was ridiculous. I didn’t even end up getting the stuff I came for because I was never helped or even told they’d be with me in a minute.

They are amazing. Just took in my 10 week old little girl. They are very professional and santized. She went over the instructions on how to take care of my babys piercing with full details. She was very friendly and helpful.

Fair prices and good quality. They really need to fix there front case its been broken for sometime

Amazing experience! took my daughter to get her ears pierced and although she was squirming around they worked with us to get it done. they are very professional and kind workers who know how to work with a toddler

I had my ears pierced as a teenager, both pairs are off center. I always wanted more piercings, but been hesitant. The manager did two more holes for me and they look great! Shes been Piercing over ten years. All the staff must redo training and recertify annually.

Piercing pagoda is for ears only. Tongue piercing would need to be done at a tattoo shop and NO ONE will pierce a child under the age 16 with parent consent.
