Edison Tattoo and Body Piercing

Hey, so I dont write reviews very often, but Ive had such an awesome experience at Edison Tattoo and Body Piercing that I felt like I needed to.First, Lady is an amazing artist and has made everything so easy. I can go in with just an idea of what I want and she nails it every time. Shes always so nice when I come in and she makes it fun. Ive never had anything but a great experience there. Its a very clean and comfortable atmosphere. Ive had 4 tattoos done in their shop in the last 6-8 weeks and the work is stunning. Ill be coming back for sure, thank you guys so much for a great experience!

As u can see a simple heart tattoo with grandchildren names & a heart with their birthstone color in shape of heart. U can’t even tell it’s a heart or the color!!! I also asked for a piercing in my ear. She refused. I knew she had time cause my daughter & grandson was next customer but because of storms she wasn’t going to be able to make her appointment. Don’t waste your time or money

Today I received my sixth tattoo from Edison’s and have had an incredible experience every single time. I have been thrilled with how every single tattoo has turned out, received excellent service, and I have walked out happy every time. I would for sure point anyone looking for a great shop in their direction. (:Thanks for everything you do!

Took our 6yo to get her ears pierced. David was so patient and kind to her. He even was patient with me during the marking stage when I asked if we could make minor adjustments. David did do a great job of explaining to her what would happen. Our daughter did get nervous with the second ear and needed some time. David gave it to her and didn’t get frustrated or short with her. He also did a good job explaining to all of us what the after care would be. Her piercings look great. Glad it was such a positive experience for her!

Went in & got my Helix pierced by Katie. She was very polite and engaged in conversation. She made sure I was doing okay before, during, & after getting it pierced. Have had zero issues and the best shop I have been to! David was also very helpful and kind. :) The process was simple and easy. They made sure to include prices (which were great!), and had several pieces to choose from! Will be returning for any tattoos and/or piercings! No issues! Thank you!

Was trying to get a simple tattoo. Told 3 different people what I wanted. They said they were full until Friday. I asked them if they had a time sooner that day. They havent replied. Its OK though. Everytime Ive been there its given me bad vibes like my gut said this place was off. Im pretty sure the people working there are young and arent seasoned tattoo artists anyway. Thanks for your lack in communication! It made me take my business else where to more professional artists.In case they delete their VERY professional reply here it is:You had to make an appointment so you one star us? If an artist is available immediately it usually means they suck and secondly were all in our 40s so the kids comment really confuses me. Im guessing this is fakeBy the way i talked to three people and the third person I talked to left me hanging on a text message. Did not reply until after I left the review. They are trying to blame me for their lack of proper communication.

I had a very complicated request for an old piercing that was done a long time ago. I wanted to get another piercing to even out all three of my piercings. So I came in as a walk-in, as I was told, and was treated very kindly. David and the other two people, whose names I forgot, were the sweetest people ever. They walked me through everything, went above and beyond to get my piercing right. There was a bit of a wait, but its expected when its a walk-in.The place is so clean, and the staff are so sweet. David made it so easy, even though I am so afraid of needles, but the process was painless. Ill recommend him and the place to people I know and come back myself.

Allie has done FOUR of my tattoos and she’s done absolutely amazing. She’s going to be doing my cover up on my arm in a few months and I’m beyond excited to see what she comes up with. She’s been the absolute best at getting me in on last minute appointments and making everything comfortable. When she tattooed my hands, she talked me through the pain. I’ll continue to go to her for my tattoos!🖤

Extremely poor customer service. We had inquired about piercing a minor three days prior to coming in, in which we were told over the phone they could do. When we arrived we stood there for probably half an hour waiting for anyone to acknowledge us. There were three different people to look at us multiple times and do absolutely nothing yet helped a walk-in tattoo that had come in way later than us. When we finally were helped we were told it was up to “piercer discretion” and that they would not do the piercing. We were not informed of that over the phone and do not live in Lincoln. If piercer discretion is their policy it should have been told to us before we showed up, not just that yes they do. I went to look at reviews afterwards which I should have done beforehand and found so many other people complaining about unprofessional and poor staff. We ended up at a different establishment which was immediately more professional and I am glad we ended up there. Would not recommend.

Im an old guy, and I was pretty sure Id die without tattoos. But such is not the case. I went to Edison because because a family friends granddaughter worked there as a tattoo artist, and I had lost my daughter, Britta, in 2019. When she was a young girl, Id taken her and her sister, Mary to an event at the Minneapolis Art Institute that celebrated Asian art. There were calligraphers there, and they did calligraphic works of each of the girls names using their phonetic spellings in Japanese. So, I had Brittas name done. It turned out well. I had to go back because it occurred to me that it wasnt fair not to have Marys name done as well. So, now I have Marys name, too. At this visit, I had a small tattoo of the State of Minnesota done behind my left ear because Britta had one as well. She was a cool kid, and I really miss her.

I Love coming here, its my favorite place to get tattooed and I love the atmosphere, I wish I knew my tattooers name but she did an amazing job on both of my tats that Ive gotten done by her, she is extremely kind and professional and I cannot wait to go back to get my next tattoo.

Went in to get an industrial piercing. Was NOT hopeful considering previous scar tissue.Even though a traditional piercing would not have worked for me, Shar did her best to make come up with a solution.Between herself and Edison, I got EXACTLY what I wanted and could not be happier.They both took their time and made sure I understood what I was getting myself into and that I would be happy with the final product.Can’t wait to go back for more!

By chance I went there 3 months ago and Ive gone back to Lady 3 times now and will go again! I had her (the last time) create a memorial tattoo for my dad. I cant tell you how much it means to me and when I decided I wanted to add Doves to it she was up to the task. Shes very talented and Ill be seeing her again next month!

Ive been to Edison twice and will continue to go back. Im actually going back today to get my piercings changed. The first time they did my nose which was no biggie because it was my third time getting it pierced. (I seem to lose my nose rings camping for some reason and never remember to bring spares) and in January I had my nips done which Ive wanted since I stopped nursing my youngest daughter 6 years ago because I was too chicken and have horrible anxiety and the thought of a needle going through my nips made me want to puke but I finally got the courage to do it and both piercers were so professional and sweet and talked to me the whole time to keep me distracted and let me know everything that they were doing before they did it. Ill always recommend Edison. I plan on booking an appointment for a sternum tattoo for my birthday in May when I stop in today!

I went today and I had a terrible day, after I was 2 hours to 3 hours lost plus 1 hour by car they did not give me a good service since the tattoo they gave me lacked details such as lines so that the drawing would look good and Actually, the tattoo artist is supposed to notice every detail of the tattoo and do his best service. I would like to speak with the owner of the site since the girl could not at first resolve the situation nor did she want to return my deposit. Saying the boy who didnt want to tattoo me because I said I wasnt satisfied. $300 for a little botched tattoo. I hope they get in touch soon and make an arrangement. Its not fair to people as we pay for good service. up to 2 white balls are missing.

If I could give them 0 stars, I would. Customer service was awful and Leighton was inconsiderate, rude, and I cannot believe anyone would want to work with him.

Took my daughter for a nose piercing and they did a wonderful job! He was so kind and explained everything so well! DEFINITELY would return !

Totally forgot to leave a review for this place a few months back! Jackson worked with me and my friend on our tattoos and was absolutely amazing! He really helped calm my nerves since this was my first tattoo. It has healed perfectly and I still love it so much! I can’t wait to come back here and get some more work done 💞

Cool lil vibe, got my lip pierced here and the dude did a good job I think, pretty straight pretty centered, correct sanitation practices and decent communication by everyone in the store. Maybe a tad bit higher priced but worth it I think!

I just got a double nose piercing done today by I believe her name was Annabelle (horrible memory). I was pretty nervous to get it done, but she made the whole process amazing. The shop was just about to close for the night. I didn’t feel rushed or anything. Definitely going to be getting my future piercings done in this shop.

Jackson is the absolute BEST. He’s done my last four tattoos and they’re amazing. He has great art and great vibes. I’ll forever be going to him.

Called in beforehand asking about a walk in which was confirmed. estimate was $250 for a small 4in. by 4in. tattoo on my arm. nothing but line work and simple dots rather than shading. previously had a bigger and more detailed piece done by them for $200. She seemed irritated that was i there because her lobby was a little full and gave me an unrealistic price estimate to push me away as a potential customer.

My daughter and I had a fantastic experience at Edison this afternoon. Katie did both our piercings. She was so kind and explained everything prior. Super clean shop too!

Just went in to get my Ashley piercing done by David. He was a complete sweetheart and made conversation with me to ease my nerves. Explained everything step by step and ensured me if I wanted to stop at any point I could. He also explained aftercare and answered any questions I had. I would recommend coming here to anyone as it was a very comforting and exciting experience!

We took our 12 year old daughter here to get her ears pierced. David and Lin were absolutely amazing and far exceeded our expectations. They were kind, patient, and very calming. They spent so much time making sure everything was perfect and exactly what she wanted. I would highly recommend these two to make getting your kids ears pierced a positive experience! 🤗

My sister and I were going shopping up in Lincoln, and we were stopping at Gatewsy Mall. My sister has been talking about getting a peircing and I wanted to get a tattoo so we stopped by to get a quote and see if we could also set up an appointment. They gave me a time to come back and the lady was great! I told her it was my first tattoo and she made sure I got to see what the needle felt like and made sure I was doing okay. I will be coming back for my other tattoos that I want to get!

David did my nose piercing and I cant tell you how pain free he made the experience. Talked me through the whole process first and even as he was doing it. Very friendly and professional. Amber did my tattoo on my chest. I had design ready but gave her free reign in the shades of purple to use in it. She knocked it way out of the park!. It is so much better than I was hoping for! This whole shop is amazing and I will definitely be returning again!

I went to get my tragus repierced yesterday. I was met with the sweetest gal as soon as I walked in. They have a great selection of jewelry to choose from thats included in the price of the piercing. When we got back to her chair she could have repierced it and charged me the full piercing price, but instead she offered to see if it was still open first. (As far as I knew it was fully closed). It was open and so she tapered it popped the jewelry in and only charged me for the price of the jewelry. Such a clean, welcoming, and honest place! I will be returning for my next piercing for sure!

I recently had my earlobes pierced (2nd holes) by David. He was very helpful and explained each step of the process very well! They were pressed for time, as they were approaching closing time and he was still thorough and did not rush whatsoever. I would definitely recommend!

I had a great experience here. Amber was professional and SUPER PATIENT waiting for my skittish butt to say Ready to have my nose pierced! She did a great job explaining the aftercare and answered all my questions about the jewelry itself.Honestly my favorite part was Rose, who was working at the front desk. She is so bubbly, funny, and easy to talk to and she held my hand when the needle went in. She is a little ball of sunshine and made the whole process fun!

I came in for the first time when I couldn’t get my freshly pierced nose piercing back in and Allie was the sweetest at calming me down and helping out it back in. I came back in a couple months later for both my tragus piercings also from Allie. She’s truly an amazing person and awesome at her job. Really talking through everything she does and giving really good aftercare instructions. Recently went in for my conch and had a new pierced, however still had the same amazing experience. Truly my favorite place to go for impulse piercing!!❤️

Stopped in to ask about an industrial piercing and left with it done!! Amber told me how she was going to make it work and she did!! We were chatting the whole time and she made me feel really comfortable. Will definitely be returning for future piercings!!

Got a $500 gift card from my wife after her researching about the best place ( based on reviews and portfolio) to get a VERY meaningful tattoo for my grandmother that passed..I already had the design drawn and sized. (Which he changed without confirming with me first and getting the dates wrong) after two canceled appointments this is what I ended up with..it started out so beautiful but seems he completely gave up towards the end and once he was done he told his employees to tell me about after care and just walked to the back!

Shar was absolutely amazing for my double forward helix. She helped get me the right piercings for healing and was knowledgeable with tips on how to make it easier for when I wanted to put different jewelry in. One of the best experiences I have ever had getting a piercing.

We brought our 3 daughters, 10 year old twins and a 12 year old to get their ears pierced for their birthdays. Lin and David were so kind and patient with them as they were pretty nervous, and did a FABULOUS job. I would highly recommend these two, especially if you are considering this service for children. I have had my helix and my belly button pierced here and both girls were so kind and made me feel so comfortable! They have such a good variety of jewelry choices and are very reasonably priced! I went in recently for a jewelry change and it was super quick and easy and everyone is always so kind. I will definitely be recommending them and coming back!

I went here in sept to get my nose re-pierced after previous hole closed. The place is very clean and kept up nice. The workers are nice and professional. They made a nice and fast experience for me. It was done very fast and pretty pain free. Although I paid 70$ for my nose piercing (jewelry included, along with piercing saline) , I feel like it was definitely overpriced. I don’t regret getting it but definitely could have went somewhere else to help out my pockets lol. Not sure if I’d come here again but it’s a pretty good place!! Definitely check it out !

Got my industrial piercing done today, and I’m so happy with the results! Allie did an amazing job and made me feel so comfortable and safe while getting it done quick. It was my first time in a tattoo shop and everyone was so friendly, and respectful. Definitely recommend going here!!

Extremely impolite. I called twice with no answer. Then, because I was wandering the mall anyway, I decided to go talk to them in person. I waited for at least 20 minutes to talk to a very dismissive and rude woman about their age limit for ear piercings. This was after she gave my 6 year old daughter (who I was inquiring about for the ear piercing) a nasty look for sitting nicely (she hadnt touched a single thing the entire time we waited) in a chair next to their ugly glass table.

Zero stars if I could. Do NOT recommend.Went to pierce my other side of my nose and was told to pick my nose ring, I picked a specific one because it was exactly what I was looking for and bought a second one for my other side (already pierced). They ended up giving me both of those mid grade usual ones piercing shops always give you, on a first piercing (which I hate) but still charged me for the nicer ones I picked. Went right back to and tried speaking nicely and the piercer started with a horrible attitude & lack of respect to hear me out. Bad customer service all around with all of the employees. I would have been better off paying for the $25 piercings at a any other tattoo shop. Instead I paid $95 thinking I would get good quality service and products but got the same old with a worse attitude.Edit to add since I got a unprofessional response- I was NOT shown the jewelry prior to the piercing. Yes I know math, the school system has actual done very well, you’re lack of knowledge to running a business and providing great customer service is the issue.. CLEARLY. I was not give any after care “buahahahah” my comment about price was that I can get the same piercing with the same low quality jewelry for the $25, no need for your “breakdown” of pricing when it has nothing to do with the issue that happened.

I’ve been wanting a nose piercing for some time. I tried calling another facility in town and it tended to be booked every time I had an opening. I searched this facility was impressed with the reviews. Allie was able to get me in and out within 15 to 30 mins. She walked me through everything. Products are great, pricing is great, place and products are sanitary. I didn’t have any pain what so ever with the piercing. I Can’t believe I was scared for so many years to get it done. My favorite line was I would have a tear of joy! Definitely will be back for business. Love that the location is close to home.

Jackson did a memorial tattoo for me and my gosh, so happy with how it turned out. I was blown away with the drawing he did.Will be going back to Jackson 🙂and everyone is nice and helpful. Amazing place to get pierced!! I just went in today to get my nose pierced and it was a great experience. The piercer was extremely friendly and awesome. The whole time he was talking me through letting me know what he was doing and gave me a chance to see where he was going to pierce it. It ended up looking perfect afterwards!! Price was only $70. Got my teenagers ear lobes done. Gal who did them looked a little tired and seemed like she was in get this day done mode when she got us and initially started. I thought she needed a hearty hi and someone to talk to and once we started talking, she was really personable and super sweet. Thank-you for making my childs 1st piercing experience great and I hope we made your last 2 swamped filled days a little better!

Ive been in here multiple times and been seen by David and Katie. Theyve both made me feel incredibly comfortable and I never felt rushed when looking at all the jewelry.

I gave Allie a rough sketch of what I wanted for my first tattoo. I came in for my appointment and they showed me their final drawing and I nearly cried because it looked so good. We come to the tattooing part of the process and they explain everything to me as we go. I loved watching them through the process. I really enjoyed getting to know Allie and the staff at Edison, they made me feel so welcome as a queer person and as a first time tattoo recipient. I am so happy with the final outcome of Allie’s work, they can expect my business for many tattoos to come!!!

I got my nose pierced here by Jackson and she was really awesome!! She is very nice, makes you feel comfortable, and really seems like she knows what she’s doing! The whole process was very easy and they really took the sanitation seriously and making sure everything was clean. The jewelry is also good quality.

Ive been to Edison a few times now and have yet to have a bad experience. Ive been pierced a few times and now have had my first tattoo done by them. Allie did an awesome job on my first tattoo. I gave them a vague idea and they had no trouble coming up with a design I loved, plus the execution of the tattoo was spectacular! I came here in August to get my nose pierced and had such a wonderful experience I decided to come back today and get my ears pierced! The staff was very helpful and informative, and made sure that I was happy with the placements of my piercings both before and after! I had Amber both times I went there, and she was awesome! I will be going back for all of my future piercing needs!!

Today was my third time going here. To get my nose ring replaced. All I can say is, this business is ideal. The staff is amazing, the shop is very clean, and prices are reasonable. I will definitely patronize this business often.

I got my first tattoo here with my friend about a couple weeks ago. The lady was nice and kept me calm, and I sat still during the whole process. But after I took off the wrap and the lines were not very straight and I was a little disappointed since it was $80 and a small tattoo:( Some of the lines were also thicker then the others on my tattoo. Also I ended up taking my wrap off after 2 days cause it got gross and dirty, the lady who did the tattoo told me to leave it on for two weeks… But overall it was a good experience there!

Allie got my friend and I right in after our appt at another place canceled on us. We both love our new tattoos. Place is clean, good variety on jewelry, and they care about what they do. Also had my nose pierced there as well. Will definitely return.

Definitely will never go back. Got a couple tattoos removed along with a friend, horrible decision we are both burnt 2nd degree burns “according to the dr” I’ve done a few sessions before at another place and absolutely completely opposite from here! So where my tattoo was faded ALMOST completely invisible! Is a huge scar ! The whole tattoo is scar and very visible! Definitely deserve money back plus some ! Ridiculous! Do not go here! Have plenty of before and after pictures! Also doctors notes ! “ not to mention the whole tattoo wasn’t even lasered! Missed the whole middle of it” !!!

Ive been coming here since they opened! Allie is my go to person, she’s so fast and nice and really makes you comfortable while you’re there. She has no problem answering any and all questions that you have and will take the time to explain anything you need. The new piercer there; Jackson is also amazing, they seem to work really well with Allie and understand things as well, the owner guy is a very nice man who is very sweet and will go above and beyond anything you need. The whole shop is professional and will take care of you.

Today I got my belly button pierced by Dad. I am 16 and came in with my mom and all I can say is my experience was the best I could have hoped for. Thwy were fun and sweet and made my experience easy. They were completely honest and thorough about the process and walk me and my mom through it. They were clean and super professional. I highly recommend and I definitely will be coming back!:)

Walked in first thing when they opened to get my helix pierced and they were more than willing to help! She was very patient and walked me through the jewelry and what would compliment my ear best. Very professional while also opening the conversation! It was a wonderful experience and a wonderful person to be around!

Allie did an absolutely AMAZING job on my Daith piercing!!I was nervous but she really knew how to calm me down and get the job done. She’s personable and very good at what she does. I highly recommend her and this place!! I will be back.

Went in with my friend yesterday as walk ins for nose piercings. Our artist Jackson was great with going through everything they were doing as they were doing it. I also appreciated their flexibility that I choose to also get my tongue pierced at the same time. We will definitely come back here if and when we need anything else.

Got my nose pierced here about a month ago. It was a super quick process...which Im honestly indifferent on..I enjoy the efficiency but felt a tad rushed. Honestly I get it though, i was a walk in in the middle of the day. Although it wasnt long, the time i got to talk to my piercer was nice. She was knowledgeable and did a great job getting it even with my other nostril piercing. Would def recommend!

I got my parents to agree to letting me get my belly button pierced. This is my first piercing other than my ears and I am so pleased with it. This made my day so much better and the service was great.

I went in to get a dermal on my sternum today. Allie was my piercer and she was super friendly and professional. While it hurt (duh) she made it as easy as possible, she was gentle and got the job done beautifully. I would highly recommend giving Edisons a visit!

Just WOW! Jackson did a Pink Floyd tattoo for me and I am so impressed with her work. I gave her a picture of what I wanted and told her she could put her own touch on it. I have to say her work went above and beyond the picture. I have already made another appointment for another tat. I would recommend Jackson to all my friends and family. And the cleanliness and sterilization of the shop was a 10+. Well done Jackson, well done. See you next month.

Went in today and was able to get my nose pierced right away. Jackson was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, informative and personable. They explained every step of the process and the aftercare in detail. I would definitely recommend stopping here for your body art needs! Ill be back for sure.

Beautiful just perfect got my nipples done I they were so polite being a woman and being able to have another women do the piercing was amazing.

I drew up a cute bee to have tattooed a while ago and was so obsessed i had to come back for more. Riley has done the most beautiful and fine work on me! Everything is so clean and put together, and i always feel calm when undergoing the needle. Definitely my go to from now on. 🖤🖤🖤

I went in with my friend to get her nose pierced and I ended up getting both my nipples pierced! Allie and Riley were my piercers and did an amazing job! They made me super comfortable and minimized the pain as much as possible! I will definitely be recommending them!

Never going to this shady and unprofessional location. They can’t get a piercing done right the first time and then they want to kick you out after they fail the second time. Owner threatened me while having a baby in my arms. All they need was to treat the customers with what they offered which is all bogus. Their license needs to be revoked. $80 dollars is not worth the refund or lawsuit. Buyers beware… sorry i ever set foot in there.

Very rude! I asked for a piercing and Im not sure why but refused to do it. Although this piercing requires enough skin, Im short but NOTHING. I told em Id like to go ahead anyway and they rejected again. Not in a nice way either. I thanked them and said goodbye with no response. Thus isnt the first time. Took the lady an hr to do one piercing and she had no idea what she was doing. . I do NOT recommend this company to ANYONE.

The piercer who pierced my ears was super condescending and rude to me when i was simply asking questions. Also unaware to my knowledge she pierced it with a butterfly back which is known as a big no for new piercings and even piercings in general since butterfly backs have a weird shape and can come out easy. She also had it way too tight on my ear, as tight as it physically could go, it was embedding itself into my ear. I however did get my nose pierced there in October of 2020 and it was an amazing experience, so i don’t know what happened since then but very disappointed

I went in today for my first tattoo in honor of my nephew. Jackson was my artist and he did sure amazing work.

I took my kiddo to get his ears pierced. He is transgender; we have not gotten his name changed yet. It caused him some discomfort when I had to write his deadname on the permission slip, so I immediately introduced him to Allie. They made him feel completely comfortable, SO at home, and most importantly, accepted. If we ever do any other piercings or a tattoo, we will absolutely come back. 10/10--GREAT service!

Went to get a nose piercing awhile ago from here and then got a lip piercing just a week ago from today. Super nice and clean. I went in multiple times to change my lip bar. I bet I was super annoying haha. I just wanted to make sure it healed right. They were so nice and cool about it. Definitely going to go here for more piercings or maybe my first tattoo.

I was a walk-in and they got me in immediately. I was super nervous about my nose piercing but CeCe was so gentle and assured me that it wouldn’t be too bad. She was right! I am so pleased with my new piercings and will definitely be coming back here for my next.

I stopped in to have a tragus piercing earring changed out and to get another earlobe piercing. I was really impressed with how clean the facility is and how pleasant and professional they are. They also have a wonderful selection of ear and body piercing jewelry. I will happily go there again!

It was a forward helix… Allie got me in today and changed it to the RIGHT piercing which made it feel a ton better right away! I got my daughters hand prints on the inside of my bicep and the experience was amazing. Leighton was training a young artist and his in depth knowledge he shared with her was super detail oriented. Listening to him teach set my mind at ease because I could feel the level of experience he had. Can’t wait to return.

Got a vertical labret done here a little over a year ago, can’t remember who pierced me but she also had someone shadowing her at the time. This woman pierced my labret so crookedly it’s ridiculous. Also happened to have mutual friends with a girl who worked there and I asked her if it was crooked before telling her where I got it pierced and she agreed that it was off center and then acted really embarrassed when I told her where I got it done, stating “that’s my shop”. I knew I couldn’t get it fixed before it healed but after seeing these reviews I don’t think I want any of them near my face. People were relatively polite during my experience. Just clearly have no idea what they’re doing🤦🏻‍♀️

Top-quality service from friendly staff. I had tragus and lobe piercings done on both sides, as well as my snakebites resized. Environment was sterile & professional.Wait time was minimal. When they heard that I was coming from Omaha they threw in an extra bottle of saline spray to help me through the healing process (so I wouldn’t have to make as many trips back) which I greatly appreciate.The only reason I can’t give 5 stars is because if I were to go to my local tattoo shop for a piercing, I would’ve paid over $100 less for the same level of service (if not better). That feels like a bit of a ripoff to me. In the future, if I see that they begin offering deals for multiple piercings, they would easily be a 5 star experience in my eyes.

Edison’s is my go to for all my piercings, and Allie has done 4 of my tattoos now. I love every single one! Clean, safe, professional, yet some of the most kind, fun people you’ll ever meet.

Allie pierced my tongue she did the snake eye. This piercing is very hard Bc one you must know the anatomy of a tongue you are piercing both muscle together. I didn’t want the basic jewelry that they offered I ask can place an order of jewelry I want, I request opal and she texted me right away when it came into the shop. I was very annoying and came in every few days so she could peek at it make sure it was healing ok. I lost the bottle of solution that this shop make on there and gave me some extra. Riley has down at least 4 tattoo on me. She very good at paying attention to detail and very flexible scheduling. I’m so glad that Edison open up and I’m excited to get more peircing and tattoos.

I got dermal piercing and Leighton did a wonderful job.. very detailed about what was they doing and the aftercare. Answered every question even when I was messaging them on Facebook. Even helped my bestfriend pick out jewelry and helped him put it in even tho I was the one who got pierced. Very friendly and professional great energy and vibes... thank you

Went to Jackson for a tattoo. It was EXACTLY what I wanted. She was extremely friendly and comforting. I am more than impressed with the service I got there. All the girls there were nice and helpful too. I would recommend Jackson and that tattoo shop to anyone needing some ink therapy.

I walked in without any appointment and got my nose pierced really fast, not sure why people are complaining about this place because they were so nice and got my nose pierced so fast! Went into store to get my 17 year old daughter a peircing on Monday at 1430. Jackson was very rude did and kicked me out while i was paying for her $80 peircing.When i asked for the owner info she refused to give me the information abd told me she was going to call security. Jackson was cursing and didnt like that i was joking around with my own daughter. Get better respectful help.I would not recommend this place for anyone.

Brought my 19 year old son who was visiting me from Missouri for a tatoo. He showed them his Missouri driver license which they would not accept because it said “ not for Real ID”. I tried to explain to them a “Real ID” was for the Department of Homeland Security at the airport. They still would not accept it. A shame. I was a loyal customer who had gotten a tatoo there before as had my Daughter( She has a Missouri non Real ID license also) without incident. I asked them to call their boss to see if he would explain it to them but they refused. I will unfortunately be taking my business elsewhere. Unbelievable to me that they would not seek clarification if they were confused.

Honestly it all depends on who is working Jackson and the owner are the only ones who don’t have an attitude problem and don’t mind answering questions. Jackson did an amazing job with my tattoo and piercing and the owner did great with helping my mother figuring out what sizes would work with her piercing.If those 2 didn’t work there I probably wouldn’t return.

The customer service in Edisons was apalling. The first words said to me in this establishment were an angry, “First of all, we dont allow strollers in here. This was said with the staff members arms up in the air. I was clearly being yelled at. There was no, “Hello! Welcome in! Oh, Im really sorry, we dont allow strollers or children in here. I was appreciative that the person apologized and said that they shouldnt have used that tone with me.I tried to explain that I called their store 4 times in 48 hours to talk about getting a minor pierced (hung up on while on hold once), and never once was this policy explained. Had I known, of course I never would have brought a young child in. Although upon entering I did read the sign stating, “no children, an inexperienced customer (such as myself), only assumed that this sign meant that children werent allowed near the piercing table. Again, I would have happily followed this rule; being yelled at was upsetting for myself and my daughters.Once taken back, the person piercing was efficient. No table- side manner; I was not acknowledged nor spoken to once. I was not thanked for the tip I left at the end.I caution any person who has never used Edison before to NOT bring strollers or children. They do not take the time to educate, they just yell at you. I was disheartened that the multiple staff members at Edison today believe that this is how their paying customers should be treated. I chose to spend my hard earned money in this establishment, and I left in tears.Please Edison, do better to treat ALL humans with the basic manners and kindness that we all deserve. (Strollers or not)Additional review in response to rudeness, lying, and lack of ownership and apology from the owner: Sadly for you, your response proves you are a liar and will say ANYTHING to try and save face.#1. Would extremely harsh reprimand be better? A harsh enough reprimand (you so conveniently omitted) that your employee immediately felt the need to apologize to me. A harsh enough of a reprimand that felt like yelling and left a paying customer in tears?Potential customers: Harsh and upsetting reprimands will be used instead of polite tones/clarification of Edisons rules. Please expect reprimands to occur prior to a greeting upon entry to their store. Please expect the reprimands to be so upsetting that the employees themselves will feel an immediate need to apologize. It will definitely feel like you are being yelled at especially with the lack of greeting!#2. You said it yourself. Your associate interacted with my daughter and did not once acknowledge me nor thank me for the tip I left.As I mentioned above.#3. Any person can look at my reviews and see that you are again lying due to the 5 star reviews that I do leave. I have ALWAYS left 5 star reviews with the 1 exception. Your establishment. Why do you feel the need to lie about this? It would appear that you can only make things up at this point.#4. Coming from a person who tells human beings you are the reason we cant put scratch and sniff stickers at the bottom of pools, it is apparent your customers cannot use nor trust your judgement on what is your belief to be your best employees. Your own disregard for basic manners and kindness is exhibited in how in turn your employees treat others.You speak of positivity yet you use sarcasm and jabs with your customers. Potential customers will be able to see the irony in your words!My head is held high knowing that I am not a blatant liar such as yourself. Allie and Cece pierced my nipples about. Week ago, my experience was amazing and I was even able to come back (walk in) to have a longer bar placed and was given free after care spray!! 10/10 recommended :)

I went in today 20 minutes before they closed to get my belly button pierced and they were super nice and had a great selection of jewellery! Me and my boyfriend both went to get piercings. I got my belly button he got his nose. After telling me my button ring was safe for sensitive skin, my piercing still produced a reaction and needed to me removed immediately. They also screwed up my boyfriends nose so he can’t get his L shaped nose ring back in either. They need to be shut down honestly. Other than our experience we’ve heard about many other bad ones as well.

I’ve gotten 3 piercings at this shop from Jackson, 2 of which were fixing previous piercings. I am very happy with all of them now! I will be returning soon! Jackson is also a cutie!

Went in at 3:30 for a small 5x2 inch tattoo with my friend, wanted a snake with minimal shading and we had an exact picture of what we wanted. After taking longer than expected to draw, she came back with something totally crooked that looked like a WORM. We told her what we wanted fixed and she went back to draw. My friend drew out the snake trying to help show the artist what she wanted, and we also cancelled some extra detail to make it easier for her. my friends drawing was more accurate than the artists drawing. She completely redrew everything instead of using my friends drawing and adding to it. Then she continued to get frustrated with us because we didn’t like what she had, understandably this is going to be on our body forever. We just wanted it to be as close to the picture as possible. Then she went and got the manager, and when he came over was extremely rude, telling us that they couldn’t do a “mona lisa” even though the tattoo was going to be decent sized and rather simple. He told us to scratch the idea because at this time it’s was almost 5:30, 2 hours after we came in. he crumpled the design my friend had been working on in front of us and walked away. definitely do not recommend Allie as your artist.

Staff is rude beyond belief. Woman refused to do an industrial piercing without looking at the ears. You dont have the anatomy. Dont waste your time and go to an actual professional place with people who can actually do their job. You can also see people getting private piercings from their main counter.

I went in to have a couple of tattoos done, had a quick consultation and Kya knew exactly what I was looking for and knew these tattoos had alot of meaning in them. Was scheduled with an appointment a week ahead of time. The day of they wanted to charge me $450 for a foot tattoo after they quoted me at $200. Then they stated 4 hours before our appointment that they can’t do it pretty much saying it’s our fault. Very unprofessional and way over priced. Got same tattoo at another place and cost $180. Very unhappy

They were sooooo impoliteAlthough I had appointment when I went there they said they cannot do it because the person who was supposed to do my tattoo was gone without letting me and my friend know.And they said its non of their business if she hasn’t let us know.

I bought navel jewelry from them and it is very poor quality, it is already turning a different color due to water damage after showering once, and the top screws on way too far so it does not match up with the bottom jewel and looks very crooked. $80 wasted

The person who did my tattoo was really nice and I think she did a really good job but the lines on my arm band are a little uneven and I was wondering if when I wash it will it be more even? But other than that I love it and if it’s still uneven I’ll get it touched up.

I went in on 11-2120 to get a cover up of lettering and the ink smeared out of the tribal design and for 200 it shouldnt do this and for 200 they couldnt even color the roses in and the lines on my tribal are so thick with ink armsI think they need to refund me some money and first place u never inspected it second place the lines are so messed up its not even funny, Ive never had to have a tatt covered like that your trying to cover your self and thats what reviews are for on here and you told me 150.00 not 200
