Sisters and I went in for a random flat piercing and were SO pleased with the shop and the environment. Helpful and friendly staff. Very welcoming environment. Lee was awesome! She knows exactly what shes doing and makes you feel very welcome and comfortable. She explained everything so well. Definitely going back for another piercing before we make our trip back home! 100% recommend.

I’ve come here 3 times now twice for tattoos and once for ear piercing and I have to say this last time was my best experience. Artist did an amazing job of recreating what I wanted. My dad passed away 1 month ago and he had a tattoo of my name on his right arm I showed him the font and he took his time to sit with me and find the closest match we could to the font my dad had so I could get my dad’s name in the same spot . He was thorough and made the experience enjoyable. Thank you @reality.ink on instagram for the amazing work. I love it❤️ already have plans to take my dads girlfriend to get her piece done by him

Edward did an AMAZING job. I told him exactly what i wanted & my tattoo came out exactly like the photo IF NOT BETTER!!. This was my very first tattoo & He was very welcoming, reassuring, sanitary, and continuously made sure i was alright during the process. He’s very light handed so it didn’t hurt at all. I would give the pain maybe a 2/10. I 100% recommend booking him specifically For your tattoo. I will only be booking with him for tattoos from now on. THANK YOU SO MUCH ❤️

Took my sister to get a nose ring. Price was $35 gave them $40. Girl at the front told us to sit in the back and she’d take my change. After waiting 30 minutes she never came back with my change. I figured $5 isn’t a big deal. However this has happened three times already here with me. And it is all because they are too busy talking amongst themselves instead of focusing on their clients. I figured they can take it as a tip. But they need to pay more attention to what they’re doing. Someone else going through that would probably want to start issues with them.

HORRIBLE experience. Never coming back here again. They need to check who they hire and how passionate they are about tattooing. I came with my cousins to get simple line tattoos and all of our tattoos were left unfinished or not filled in correctly. DONT go with Ozzie, from the beginning he didn’t really care about the tattoos or anything no interest and did sloppy work. I’m not sure what ink they use or what but it’s been almost a year since my tattoo and I get random pains, bumps, red irritated skin on the tattoo. I never EVER have had this problem with my other tattoos. Simple cherries tattoo and the 4 on the leaf was unfinished, and they aren’t round just sloppy and crooked. My advice, go somewhere else. I always hide this tattoo because of how poor quality it is and trust me they do not CARE if they messed up or you’re unsatisfied. It’s basically get the tattoo over with, next customer, that’s it.

Only giving 5 stars because of Leslie the piercer ..but if I can give 1 star for the other piercer I would...Leslie had to fix my daughters piercings because the other piercer did everything wrong..we went on the day Leslie wasnt there 🫤 and decided to go with it ..biggest regret ...but brown pride itself is a great place ...sanitation is something I always look for and they do not disappoint with that ...facility is very clean and organized and feels very comfortable being in there ..ANY PIERCINGS ..GOOOO WITH LESLIE!!! soft hand and all piercings with her heal wonderful 💖

I got a belly piercing and it was painless, fast, and they were all so nice in the shop. It was also super clean. I am going back in January for another piercing!!

My friends and I got piercings today and the service was a 10/10. The workers were very attentive and the lady that pierced us was very sweet. Would totally recommend:)

Came hear for my septum and eyebrow piercing and i absolutely love them. Also went today to remove a piercing that was done wrong and they were chill about it. I don’t like the material they used for the septum, but it’s a good shop.

My niece got her ears pierced for the first time!We instantly got great service. Everyone seemed nice and helpful. My older sister and I got one of our upper lobe pierced. The girl that did our piercings looked young but she knew what she was doing. She was really sweet and helped make the experience for my niece comfortable. I loved that she let us check the placement of the piercings. Not once not twice but multiple times (lol)! She was very patient with us and also gave recommendations as to where and why (for placement)In the end she made sure we were happy with our placement.The prices were reasonable and affordable.Definitely will come again for other piercings.Helpful tip: take CASH, although they accept card they charge $2 for the process fee

I WENT WITH MY HUSBAND TO GET A TATTOO AND THERE WAS A NEW GIRL AND SHE TOLD ME TO COME BACK TO DO TOUCH-UPS I WENT BACK AND THE OWNER TOLD ME THAT SHE WAS THERE NO MORE AND THEN HE WAS NOT ABLE TO DO THE RETOUCH AND HE TOLD ME THAT IF I WANT THE RETOUCH I HAVE TO PAY AGAIN THATS NOT FAIR I WILL NEVER GO BACK I NEED TO RETOUCH FOR MY TATTOOS AND HE WANTS TO CHARGE ME AGAIN HE HIRE A NEW GIRL AND THE GIRL IS NOT THERE NO MORE THATS NOT FAIR

I’ve had my nose pierced 2 times and they’ve both fell out in less than a week. I came here and it’s almost been a full week without pain irritation or snagging the service was fast and the Piercer was super sweet.

Went to get pierced and the overall service was okay. It was my first time so I was nervous, and the piercer had a very careless, rude attitude. She was being very blunt, and this was super nerve wracking and anxiety-inducing considering it was my first piercing. The actual piercing procedure was fast and easy. However, would not recommend the girl piercer who has glasses. Did not feel like a good space and left with a bumming experience as a first timer. :/

They f up often on peircings just be ware-I’ve gotten them done crookedNot placed in the right spotand I’m not a new costumer I go often they just it feels like they tend to mess up often.

By far the worst tattoo shop experience! I have been tattooed by artists around the world, I brought my sister to this place because it was just down the street from her house. We were wanting to get simple matching tattoos. When we got to the front door there was a little kid who told us we couldn’t go in and to have a seat, we were unable to speak to the artist to collaborate, when the artist finally did come out he quoted us a laughable price for what we wanted. No name tattoo artists with an ego and mediocre work. I would never give myMoney or time or space on my skin for these type tattoo artists that have ruined what a tattoo experience should be like. Take it from someone who has an extensive resume in getting tattooed from the worst and the best and do not support these guys.

Best service ever!! I went in for a nose piercing today(free bc of my bday, like what??? :0) everyone is so nice and informative, that I would definitely be going back! I also passed out bc silly me forgot to eat something before getting a piercing :B and everyone was so quick to react to help me out and make sure I was okay. Seriously the best! You guys don’t hesitate to check them out!

My brother got his ears pierced and I got my nose pierced. We were in and out in about 20 minutes. Great service and they explained the after care. The piercing prices were great. Our piercer was quick and barley felt any pain.

Love my nose piercing on the left side of my nose! However, I’ve gotten my right side pierced two times already and they both didn’t come out good. The first time the piercing was too small so it didn’t have room to heal properly and I had to take it out. This second time I went, which was last month, I got it pierced again BUT the lady didn’t make the right side match the left :/ so now they look lopsided😭.

Got snake bites, one free for my birthday but technically i got none for free since it was pierced wrong and misplaced. i sadly had to take it out because the piercer pierced it sideways, and it healed incorrectly and now i have a bump inside my lip. She also had a kid around and the kid seem to be annoying her which led to her not even warning me that she was a about to pierce my lip, she just grabbed it and pierced it (incorrectly might i add) the other one is placed well, I even spoke up, which is usually very difficult for me to do and let her know that i think the marking is misplaced and she said no and pierced it anyway. This didn’t have much to do with it as well but i didn’t appreciate how judged i felt going into there, i look like someone who would hang out at a tattoo/piercing shop, so why would i get judged by the workers, when i look like i would work there with them ?

Everyone is pretty friendly but the don’t know their product. First time I went in to buy jewelry they showed me multiple options for the push in flat back piercing the second time I went in they just told me they just had one push in jewelry option, third time I went in they showed me multiple pieces of jewelry I specifically asked if it was a push in piercing and the girl said yes. I went home to change jewelry and both were screw on. Waste of money ):

Ive been here many times before and its not always the best or worst experience but it was ridiculous how I had to wait to check out the jewelry. I was going to wait it out for ten minutes but only made it to four. Couldnt I just browse until someone became available to assist me? instead of having the 2 or 3 employees standing outside they should make them speed up the process for those that arent there to get pierced or tatted. Does one have to wait for a speedy checkout like getting the piercing spray, apparel, and jewelry?Also, they should be more considerate about the music they play. Teens and children are sometimes present and they dont need to be listening to explicit music especially the young children.

Got tragus pierced and the girl said she had 4 years of experience but didn’t seem like it. It had a wrong position to it and she didn’t even notify me what kind of piercing she would put on, I figured it would be a flat back but instead it was a regular lobe stud and it started to hurt. My cousin got the daith and experienced the same feeling piercer didn’t even have knowledge on what a daith piercing was. They also use cheap jewelry it is not implant grade titanium mentioned by a profesional piercer that removed it for me.

Very discouraged coming here. I tried making an appointment however, I was told to walk in (which is fine). Walked in a week later, second person in line first thing in the morning. Staff members were giving priority other people coming after us. Diego told us we couldn’t be seen today and he would make us an appointment for the following day at 12, circled a planner at 12pm (took no deposit, name, or phone number). Then emphasized to come in first thing in the morning because it was first come first serve???? To say the least I got my tattoo somewhere else without any hassle.

Pretty clean place. Went on a Sunday pretty close to closing time and it was kinda busy. For tattoos you can walk in on a first come first serve basis but for appointments you have to put a $100 dollars deposit. Basic ear piercing is around $30 bucks.

I walked in for a piercing and I was ready to pay about $50 since where I’m from thats what they were charging.. not only did I pay less, I was in and out in under 5 mins!!

I got my septum pierced here without an appointment and I was in and out very quickly. The piercing came out good but the lady that did it went very fast without warning or any consultation. I would recommend coming here if you’re looking for good, affordable piercings.

My friends and I found this place last minute because we wanted spur of the moment piercings. We were pleasantly surprised how amazing this place was and how friendly and professional the staff were. To our surprise, the pricing was low-cost and honestly they should be charging a lot more. They were following all covid procedures as well as clean practices when it came to piercings. The place itself is very big, clean and spacious! I am definitely raving about this gem in East LA to all my friends! Shout out to Gordo who was the point of contact when arriving to the shop. He was friendly, funny and amazing. Shout out to Rosa for her professional and clean piercings. She was quick and very knowledgeable!

I usually get my piercing at brown pride and have had great experience. BUT last week I came in to get a Medusa done with the girl and she pierced in an area where she touched a nerve that caused me to get bell’s pasly (half of my face technically got paralyzed). How I know I got this is because i went to ER since my face started feeling weird the next days. I think when it comes to areas where it’s sensitive like tongue, Medusa or prone to touch a nerve the piercers should be more careful with their work or have more knowledge or training and know what they’re working with.

Please do not come here the girls are rude and they don’t know how to do piercings they will mess you up

Waited and was told 1st come 1st serve yet it seems like the guy in the front doesnt either actually know how long the wait is or they are picking and choosing whom they will be tattooing. Wasted my time. Should have known by the name of the location I was going to have an issue.

Fast service. Place looked clean. Took my teenagers for their 1st. Piercings. It was fast and clean. The girl at the front was really nice and attentive.

Got a tattoo about 3 weeks ago and the tattoo artist did a really bad job . He mest up the lines and it looks really bad after. I try to call and talk to the maneger but the lady always say he is not there . The tattoo artist was a white guy with tattoo all over his face and had glasses stay away from that guy he is really bad

Got my very first tattoo. My tattooist was chill. Asked how I was doing and made conversation to ease my nerves. I liked the vibe and mixed music they played. Very satisfied. Will be back for another tattoo soon.

Took my daughter to get her first tattoo. We loved it, the staff was friendly and they make a few copies so you can pick out exactly how you want whatever you get. Prices are fair

First time coming to this shop and its was a really good experience came to get my daughter ears pierces we were great at the entrance the guy was really nice and there was a girl who answered all my concerns good customer service.

Nice place took my daughter to get some ear piercings and it was quick. They are also following CDC guidelines for covid i was very comfortable. Good prices too.

They don’t know anything about piercings. I went and asked about the sized of a septum and the girl didn’t know anything and asked some skinny girl came all irritated know about different gauge sizes. They are so rude.

I went in today for a walk in tattoo likeThe artest just basically waisted my time I waited patiently for almost two hours. Im really disappointed on how I was just handed over and told me he couldnt do the job after he wasted my time sapposidly doing sketches.The artest never gave me his name during the time we talked but I guess its a hit and miss here.

Called I was quoted a different price for shop minimum.. the size of my tattoo was literally smaller then a quarter and was charged $30 more.. came out good but wouldnt go for small tattoos

I live at Harbor City we traveled to Brown Pride Tattoo & Piercing. I dont mind traveling. They are professionals, clean place, customers enter the building, unless the customer is a minor. They have a patio were they have an employee take names separate customers 6 ft. until they are call in. I will come again

Dont come here for piercing. They use all the wrong equipment, youll have issues with your piercings. Doesnt seem like they are really trained for piercing in general.
