I was nervous to start my tattoo removal process at a new location after moving, but as soon as I walked in, Emily made me feel like Id been going there for years! She looked over all of my tattoos, looked over my past removal process and went over everything again with me. And also let me know what my options are for coloured tattoos. I was quoted a great price and now Im super excited for my monthly visit! Im always properly iced, and Emily moves super fast so the pain is minimal. Absolutely love this location!

There are some good people working here, like Emily doing the removal, she’s super sweet but the management and the business itself can be really disappointing. They claim your tattoo (really small one) will be gone after 3 (nearly $600) paid sessions, but they lower the laser intensity, so you end up being forced to pay for more sessions. I also canceled one of the 2 tattoos I was getting removed after I had already paid for both, they promised to credit the remaining 3 sessions to the one I was actively removing, but afterwards when you call to schedule an appointment they legit just gave such a big headache and turns out I ended up losing one last remaining session cause the process takes so long that they’ll manipulate you into believing you’ve already ran out of paid sessions and how the whole costumer service is an absolute mess, different locations seems to be fighting against one another over clients, and they’ll neglect you on a different location if you have already paid for the service at another one, (like ????).After a long year lasting hell of service, I wouldn’t recommend this place—there are better, smaller businesses out there that can be more kind to you and honest when it comes to charging you a fair price, but still applying a fair lazer intensity to actually remove your Tatto as quick as possible. (Not the case here)

Been going here for sometime and the team of nurses are great, especially Petra and Emily. It’s a spicy process, but they are always patient and gentle. Their bedside manner is top notch and they always make me feel comfortable.I’m removing around 4 tattoos, one of which is complicated (half sleeve and colorful). I’m seeing great results and would recommend this crew for tattoo removal.

The Removery team is excellent! I’ve had appointments with both Petra and Emily and they were both so kind and fun to talk to! They took extra care to make sure that I was comfortable and informed on the whole process. The removal process was thorough and relatively painless, I had no issues with the healing at all and I got great results even after the first treatment!

This has been the best experience from consultation to appointment. I’m about a quarter of the way through my anticipated treatments and it’s probably going to take less sessions than expected which is a dope surprise! Treatment pain is super mild and sessions are mad quick. Everyone there is way friendly but Emily takes the cake! She’s the ray of sunshine in my otherwise dark world of tattoo regret!

All the staff members are SO KIND!!! Petra did my removal literally 5 minutes ago and she is absolutely amazing. I just had to leave a review. I came in for my first session very nervous after reading horror stories of pain like oil splashing and extreme burns. I barely felt anything besides a light burning sensation and it was so quick! Petra is also extremely nice and amazing to talk to!

Got my first session done in less than 1 minute for my 4x4 inch tattoo. (I think that’s size lol) everyone was super kind and they didn’t take long, plus I came 5mins late. The consultation was smooth and informative. The pricing varies based on size and amount of sessions needed. I was told it’d be approximately 9 sessions for my tattoo, black and red ink. If you’re concerned about pricing just make an appointment and they will work with you. I look forward to seeing my tattoo fade after each session. :)

For those interested in the healing process, I wanted to share an update after my latest visit to the LA (3rd St) location. Below is a photo of how the treated area looks immediately after treatment.Important Note: Everyones skin reacts differently, but this is my personal experience. After each treatment, I experience:PuffinessRednessSlight burningDiscomfortTo minimize downtime, I schedule my appointments at the end of the day. Fortunately, these side effects resolve by the next day.After my first treatment, it took a few days for my skin to return to its normal appearance and comfort level. However, with subsequent treatments, my skin now recovers overnight.Ask to be scheduled with Petra! She makes the process tolerable and you can tell she is a nurse who cares about her clients experience and results!

Very disappointed at this company. Tried to call and get a simple price range for a tattoo removal service. They told me I needed to come in person for a consultation. I asked them if I could just send a picture or something in order to get at least a price range and make sure were not wasting each others times. They told me no, would have to be there in person. Although they were far from me, I still scheduled and went the following week. Today I arrive a bit earlier to the appointment (15-20min earlier) and the rude receptionist guy told me I needed to wait. I said I couldnt wait and asked him if I could just get an a simple idea of pricing, he said no you cannot. I showed him my tattoo which was very easy to see and VERY small, and he still said no sorry you needed a formal consultation. Which is obvious theyre just trying to get your personal information in their system for marketing purposes. A potential customer shouldnt have to jump through hoops to get a simple sense if they can afford your services. Why gatekeep that information and make it harder for everyone? Heres 1 star for that. Initially in the consultation they said it was going to take 3 sessions to finish removing my tattoo. On the second session they changed to 8 sessions. $270 for a small tattoo area and you have to wait 2 months between sessions? So basically a year and half to finish removing a tattoo that has had already 1 year of removing sessions? Too long and too expensive.They also contradict what they say. She said i can take a package and pay as I go. When I go to the front desk he says I have to pay the full amount. I had one session done and for the price is not going as good as I thought.

This place is great! I just had my first tattoo removal session with Removery at Beverly Grove. The staff members were so kind, patient, and informative from the get go. Everyone was really sweet and took their time explaining the process. I started my journey with Removery over a year ago at the Hermosa Beach location. My commute was about 2 hours out round trip from Glendale. I heard of a new location closer to home and I was thrilled. I am beyond satisfied with my experience at Removery- Beverly L.A. Alex is a total gem! Shes gentle, informative, and a pleasure to see every 2 months. In addition, the front desk staff is just as amazing! Alex is always so kind and helpful. I really trust her expertise with tattoo removal and I have had the best results removing my micro bladed eyebrows. I had tried it all- alkaline, saline, and another one I don’t even remember the name of. This has by far been the most successful removal and I credit it to Alex’s experience. She said all eyebrows respond differently so I feel very lucky I have had good results. Front desk is always kind as well which is always appreciated. Thank you ladies!!

I called The Removery on 3rd to ask if they could remove some little spot tattoos I have left from radiation for cancer treatment. They immediately told me that they did this service for free. I got an appointment a few days later. Aria and Alex were so kind and compassionate and congratulated me on putting the cancer behind me. Ahhh god, where do I begin with this.It’s a very uncomfortable and difficult task to go through having your tattoos removed, it’s painful and it sucks.I will say that EMILY made the pain a little less apparent with her jokes and I make it through because of that.

Just came in for my consultation today and staff was very thorough about the treatment I will be receiving which is Laser Tattoo removal and realistic expectations which I thing is very important. I had done 4 sessions 2-3 yrs ago with another company and didn’t see much difference. I’ve heard and know a friend who used this New improved laser system and got amazing results in just 3 sessions so I’m really excited to see how much mine can be removed. Everyone treatments are different and I’m aware they will very but I do trust this new system. Can’t wait to review my first one and compare it it to the other treatments I got. Stay tuned !

Came to Removery at Beverly Grove to start my first treatment and front desk and the nurses were great! My tattoo is on my lower back. First treatment was today and MAN it hurts. Definitely painful, however, the nurse breaks the lasering down into increments and doesn’t rush the process which is great. Breathing is also VERY helpful so just remember that during your own treatment. The staff and nurses are great and I couldn’t be more pleased with how today went! I will repost my before and afters when treatment is complete.

I’ve never felt any judgement at all and I think that’s super important considering people are getting all sorts of tattoos removed for whatever the reason may be. What I appreciate the most though is the actual thought they put into making sure they space out your appointments based on your skin or intensity of the session and factor in the recovery time in between. 10/10!

Came here for my consult and first session on 5/21/2022 and it went great. Less painful than I expected, everyone was super nice and I loved that I could split up my payments. Madison scheduled my next session 2 months from then and I was excited. Come July, days leading up to my appointment I hadn’t received any email or text confirmation or reminders like I did before my first session. Every time I would remember to call, it was either too early or they were closed already (my work life is extremely busy). I decided to call the day of my appointment as they opened, to find out that Madison somehow not only did NOT schedule me as we had stood and talked about as I put the appointment for 7/16/2022 in my phone but she also took off the email and text appointment reminder. What? Why? And how exactly did that happen? Conveniently she wasn’t working that day, but the nurse was super apologetic and understanding and told me to come in as soon as I can so he can squeeze me in. This Saturday was completely booked and I was supposed to be and understood 2 months prior that I would be one of those scheduled appointments.Madison please get your life. You kept saying how your brain wasn’t really there that day, and we’re all human but…. Come on. Usually when people get tattoo removal they truly want to consistently keep up with their sessions. We usually also look forward to the sessions.. there is no time to be “scheduling” people and not actually scheduling them. I was extremely irritated and disappointed. The fill in nurse made up for it all. Thanks for everything Angel

Removery is great! I never heard of it I just googled tattoo Removery and set up a consultation online. When I went to the new Beverly Grove office on a Saturday morning the office looked modern with pastel colors, real calming. The employees there are really comforting and helpful: The lady Madisen and there’s a man (forgot his name) they understand the benefits and problems that come with tattoo removal and they helped me prepare for the physical and financial pain… well you get what you pay for (I didn’t pay for this tattoo…) but this laser treatment is something legit, the payment plan they have me on is affordable I don’t have to sell an arm and a leg and after my first laser sesh I can already see a noticeable difference. The treatment only took like 10 minutes and now I’m excited for the next sesh in 2 months and ultimately getting rid of this chest tat.

To make the long story short I started my journey at Absolute laser which now is Removery back in 2019.I temporarily stopped going due to Covid and 3 years later I decided to resume my sessions however now it is at Removery.I went for the first time today and the staff at the LA location were very professional.I will continue to resume my tattoo removal at this location.
